Soulmates: Twin Flames and Karmic Mates

I know there are soulmates…it’s been proven to me over the span of lifetimes. The interesting thing about soulmates is that to seek them out will be a long and strenous journey that will fill your life with heartbreak after heartbreak. Why is this? Because…nothing so brilliant and bright in your life comes without a period of darkness before it. Yes, there is someone out there for everyone but we don’t always have the extreme good fortune to find them in every lifetime. I know for myself…it took many lifetimes to be reunited with Him. I searched high and low, under every stone and into every shadow…to no avail. Then one day when I least expected it…whammo! It’s like that sometimes though. The interesting thing is that when it happens…you can feel it! It’s an almost tangible shift of your being that slides right into place, like finding that last peice of the jigsaw puzzle and now you finaly have matched it up and can get the whole picture into focus. I lost mine many lifetimes ago and it was a raw wound that still continued to ache horribly with each passing day. Well folks…I ache no longer! So is there such a thing as soulmates? Absolutely!

Now the next thing i wanted to mention here is that there are various types of soulmates. I have to agree with other that I have spoken with in the past that feel that we may have several. The sort that I was referrencing above that was lost and found again is the Twin Flame. This is the strongest of the soulmate connections. This is the person that energetically matches you so completely that they are your mirror image. Your pain becomes their pain, your joy their joy, your heart their heart. Thoughts line up more so then with any other type of connection. In short, you aren’t just in synch with eachother…you are eachother.

Next there is the Soul Group Soulmate. This is the type of soulmate that exists in those people you run across a very few times in your life that just plain feel like family…home..and more familiar then your mind can really put a finger on. These are those folks that you have shared lifetime after lifetime with, sharing everything with. They’ve been your friends, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, lovers, enemies…they are the people that helped you become who you are today and helped you learn the lessons that you need to learn each time around. Often time, since this is such a strong connection as well, these soulmates end up becoming our lovers, our husbands and wives. Also it often happens that we can even mistake these types of soulmates for being our Twin Flames. But even so, these are the people that will be with us forever in one form or another so hold them close to your hearts and never ever let them go.

The third and final type of soulmate is the Karmic Soulmate. This is someone that has entered your life for the purpose of joining with you in the task of working out Karmic balance. This can be a rather strong bond at first as well but as this Karmic balance is worked out, sometimes that bond will begin to weaken and fade because there is no further need for that role to be played. This can result in sadness and loss for both sides of this connection when the time comes to part ways. But these are very important people that should not be simply cast aside for they helped you in a way that no one else could have. Part ways on the best terms possible if you can. When this type of soulmate results in a marriage it can make for rocky times later on but this is all part of that working our of Karmic Balance. Take heart for this match did serve a purpose, you didn’t just make the biggest mistake of your life. But you may have outgrown them.
