The Chakra System
Chakra is the energy that flows through your body.
There are 7 groups of chakra, and they all have a color, an area in your body, and a meditation method to open them. First, lets go over the names of the 7 chakras, where they are located, and what color they are.
Muladhara – Anus – Red
Svadhisthana – End of Spine – Orange
Manipura – Below Sternum – Yellow
Anahata – Heart – Green
Vishuddha – Throat – Blue
Anja – Forehead – Indigo
Sahasrara – Top of Head – Violet
There are different uses for each of the 7 chakras. They are most useful when balanced. Over-active nor Under-active chakras will be as useful as Balanced chakras. Here is the list of chakras again and their uses.
