The Gifts of the Soul…..
May they honor the imperfections,bumps,success’s in life seeing them as gifts one not more important than the other.. Each moment may it be a precious gift celebrating the beauty of being human.
May less importance be given to the often loud voice of ego chatting away pulling you into self doubt,fear creating expectation perfection and a false illusion of self that can judge,shame and attempt to dishonor your choices and experiences in life .
Disconnecting us from our heart- from connecting to the humanness of life- and exploring the humility that comes from giving a voice to your secrets….. keeping us from the gifts and from the sharing of life’s lessons that connects one soul to another..
For That’s where the healing really lives in the willingness to share your truth with others.. Without fear,or concern of how you might be regarded..
That’s what brings light to the dark night, night’s of the Soul. Can embrace in light giving hope to the one living in the shadow’s or darkness that has become their only friend. Who has given into the stories conversations of a mind that does not speak a healthy truth.. If you can do that you give permission for others in your experience to do the same..
Be grateful for the journey bumps, bruises,scars and sweet success’s…all of equal importance..
They are the gifts of being Human connecting us to what’s at Heart..
Something we all share the beat of the heart.. May we listen more closely to the heartbeat of a stranger paying attention to the beauty in the sharing of are Soul..

Thanks you for reminding me, today as I work on my own writing, to forget the need to be perfect and just to let the words, the truth flow. I often forget that editing comes later. Thank you, my friend, for those words I so needed today.
