Universal Energy: Healing

Healing now days has become so complicated and with complication comes barriers. I’ve had some people come to me lately with questions like, “Why are there so many healing modalities?” and “Some people won’t let me heal them because it’s ‘New Age’!” I understand the reason these questions are being asked. I sometimes myself wonder why there are so many healing modalities. Why can’t their just be one? Well With that we have to take a look at the world and its inhabitants. The reflection of this question is this question, “Why are there so many religions?” The answer to BOTH of these questions is same. There are many paths to the same truth. As one of my friends put it, there are many faces to the same diamond. If you take a look at different religions there are many examples of this inside of them. Let’s take Christianity for example, there are three persons in the God Head, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. On a broader scale let’s compare religions. In Christianity, Egyptian, and Greek religions there are three women that represent the same thing, Mary, Isis, and Hera. They are the mothers and nurturers of all of ‘Gods’ children. So as with religions, healing modalities are all different but with the same foundation. The laying on of hands in Christianity, Reiki, Chios, Shamanic healing, Toning, Qi Gong(Chi Gung), they all do the same thing and use the SAME energy! Now, for getting around the ‘barrier’ of people not letting you heal them because of their beliefs, you have to accommodate them by being knowledgeable in your field! Learn the many different ways to heal so that your patient is comfortable! You don’t follow their path you say? Well we must be open to other ways of thinking and by learning to ‘flow with the rivier’ of life we reach our destination much quicker than fighting it!
