Visualization Meditation (By the Sea and Snowflakes)

Visualizations only feel real when we understand the process of our emotions. Learn how to visualize, hear, feel, smell, taste and stay in the stillness.
Included is a imaginary snow flake meditation and a guided meditation (By the Sea).

Visualization can take time and practice, so be patient and do not get upset or frustrated with yourself.

Visualization has many areas to understand the first being seeing; however, visualization also includes hearing, feeling, smelling and touch.

It is very much about your imaginary and does require practice; every meditation will be different and no two are the same, simply because when we sit to meditate, our meditation goes on our own mind set at the particular time i.e. if you are sad at the beginning of the meditation then you will probably feel that the meditation didn’t go as you expected.

This doesn’t matter, what matters is you tried and took the time to practice, practice makes perfect and the more you meditate, the more you experience and encounter and the more you are successful.

During a visualization meditation you will uncover certain emotions and it is through understanding the process of meditation that you will be able to look at your own emotions in a detached manner and learn to just observe them.

Visualizations only feel real when we understand the process of our emotions i.e. what makes you happy and what makes you sad, what you like and what you don’t like etc.

Most of us tend to handle our emotions by suppressing them and pretending they do not exist or don’t matter. This is actually the worst thing you can do, as what happens is your emotions become a part of you and eventually turn into negative emotion, such as anger, hate, disappointment, fear or jealousy.

Learning to visualize helps us to deal with these kinds of emotions, as it invokes our emotion within that only you now about, this can be a positive emotion or a negative, what sort of emotion really doesn’t matter as what really matters is that you recognize the emotion and detached yourself by viewing it from a distance.

When you recognize an emotion or feeling you then have a choice and can either let your emotion or feeling consume you (be there) or you can understand way you are feeling or behaving this way and let the emotion go.

Suppressed or denied emotions do not go away they get bigger and in time can cause serious illness, such as depression, frustration, anger, hate, stress or flu like symptoms.

During your visualization when a negative emotion arises it can be dealt with simply by just acknowledging it, and saying something like ‘there is no anger, hate, worry’ etc.
