Visualization Meditation (By the Sea and Snowflakes)
Visualizations only feel real when we understand the process of our emotions. Learn how to visualize, hear, feel, smell, taste and stay in the stillness.
Included is a imaginary snow flake meditation and a guided meditation (By the Sea).
Imagine the snow falling onto the ground and beginning to fall deeper, leaving a thick layer of deep crisp white snow, maybe you would like to be standing in the snow and are feeling the cold air rush up your nostrils, perhaps it’s a shock to your lungs or maybe it is sending shivers down your body.
Or perhaps you are sitting next to a roaring log fire and watching the snow fall from inside your comfortable warm safe place, the choice is yours let your imagination guide you.
Now notice how you are feeling inside and out?
Below is a guided visualization mediation by the sea, it will give you a taste of all different emotions, feelings, smells, touching, and of course seeing, for maximum results, it is a good idea to record the following script onto a voice recorder and play back through head phones
Don’t worry if you can’t visualize anything just go with your feelings and enjoy the peacefulness of being still.
The more you practice the easier it will be to visualize.
BY THE SEA
Begin by getting into a comfortable position and then when ready allow your eyes to close.
At this point you may choose to ground and protect before beginning your breathing routine.
Now follow your breathe and allow yourself to relax, notice the rise and fall of your rib cage and just relax.
Continue to take slow deep breathes for approx 5 minutes, before beginning the following script.
Keep focusing on your breathe, but begin to imagine a beach, just imagine you are walking down a beach.
It can be any beach you choose, one you know are one you see within your minds eye, any beach you choose.
It’s such beautiful beach, bright and inviting, notice what a lovely sunny day it is, hear the ocean, see the ocean, notice how the ocean goes on forever, notice everything around you, take note of all the details around you, feel how good you are beginning to feel inside.
What a beautiful sunny day, the temperature is just right as you step onto your beach.
Feel the golden sand beneath your feet, notice how it forms around your feet as you walk slowly down your beach, walk slowly down your beach, feel the sand beneath your feet as you keep walking down your beach, feel how soft and warm the golden sand feels against your feet, notice how your feet sink deep into the golden sand as you continue to walk along your beach.
What a beautiful sunny day, so beautiful and peaceful.
Now find a place to sit or lay just for a little while, sit down softly and rest for just a moment, relax, rest just for a little while, be at peace with yourself.
Listen carefully hear the waves, watch and listen to the waves, as they roll towards you, watch how the white foam forms as they come to an end, watch and listen to the waves as you continue to rest and relax, enjoying this peaceful moment.
Now look across the water, look until you can see the sailing boat in the distance, perhaps you can see the mast coming into focus, keep looking, then watch as the mast begins to become clearer and you can see how it bobs up and down on the beautiful clear blue sea.
What a beautiful moment, so peaceful, so pure.
Enjoy this moment, notice every detail, feel every sensation, smell the fresh ocean air, taste the salt coming off the water, feel the cool breeze against your skin as you relax there on your beach in the warm summer sun.
Looking now high into the sky, where you can see the white fluffy clouds gently floating across the beautiful blue sky, enjoy this moment of love, peace, serenity and pure stillness.
Let go now and be at peace with yourself, let go and be still.
Stay in the moment for 10 -30 Min’s.
Before returning back to the now, slowly and steadily until you are ready to awaken.
