American Born Asians

If the Asian reporters who was held captive made you realize anything, is that they shouldn’t be compared to Asian citizens of other Asian nation. If Asian Americans are under the impression they have the same habits as those of other nation, then they completely wrong.
American born Asians, has more freedom and liberty that those other countries don’t allow their citizens. Those born in the other regions, just can’t be outspoken without some kind of consequences taking place. And the one problem that American Asians has, and sometime don’t realize themselves, you’re not allowed to go to other Asian nation and act like you’re a regular citizen.
First your dress code is going to stand out there. And your opinion just can’t be said ,without you knowing that you might be seen as an instigator to their leaders in control. What goes in America, doesn’t in Japan, China, Korea, and that is obvious.
Just looking at why the reporters was held hostage ,has a little to do with clearance of their subject matter. Even in America, our reporters can’t always report freely, if it might be seen as a security measure. And another problem with American Asians, don’t see yourself better than those born in regular Asian countries.
Check with the citizens, or your parents, and they might give you pointers ,on how to approach those nation. You must know knowledge is a very powerful tool.
