What exactly is affirmative action…

There are times when crutches are needed but we need to know when to remove the crutches.

What is your opinion of Affirmative Action and how do you think it could be improved?

I want to talk to reader today about the issues our economy is having. Some schools do not enroll certain students into college based on background. I wrote a paper explaining the issues and how I think they should be dealt with.

Traditionally, the concept of affirmative action is closely associated with employment in public organizations and institutions funded by the state. At any rate, the public sector of the American economy is traditionally viewed as the sector where affirmative action prevails compared to private sector, where interests of employers often turn out to be prior to the concept of affirmative action. However, in actuality, the traditional view on the concept of affirmative action and its application in both public and private sector of the national economy has started to changes.

This is an argument written in a Public Forum Debate structure.

In an attempt to meet social equilibrium between individual and group rights, prejudice, and discrimination, issues regarding race and ethnic relations continue to sit at the forefront of public policy in both Brazil and the United States.
