Black History Month doesn’t reduce our black history to one month. Instead Black History broadens our perspective of how we view not just black contributions American history, but, an appreciation for everyone.

If someone told you that African American’s play a big role in war times would you believe them? Well I’m here to tell you what roles African American’s played and how did the white settlers get the blacks to fight. I’m also going to be sharing information about why most free black men came and helped in the war?

This term has come to light because of Halle Berry and her comments and description of her daughter.

The first international pilot license title was given to an African American woman named Elizabeth "Bessie" Coleman. Her challenge to get a pilot’s license started when she was denied the ability to obtain one in America being forced to receive one in France instead.
