George W. then decided to change his focus from finding Osama to going after Saddam. Since 2001, the US military has done a good job of dealing heavy blows to Osama’s radical al Qaeda military organization. But George W. has personally done more to promote Osama’s global radical Muslim marketing and recruiting efforts than any program or person in the world.

Actually, when you look at it from either the President or Osama’s point of view, they have been more than best friends. Their combined personal goals could only been achieved by the direct actions of both individuals.
