<p>4.&nbsp;And who says: &#8220;I&#8217;m lawless with him, and I am confident that the lawless with other than what Allah revealed should not be,&#8221; and he said also: &#8220;the Islamic shariah labih lawless Afdhal, and should not be lawless with in others.&#8221; But&nbsp;he was too fade-make it easy, or he did it because of orders from his master, so he disbelieved the Kufr asghar and did not issue from religion, and he considered the greatest sin. <p>Praying KINDNESS TO INCLUDE AUTHORITY OF ADVICE&nbsp;</p>
<p>Advising rulers were among the most important religious matters, as issued by Imam Muslim in his shohih of Tamim Ad-From the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:&nbsp;</p>
<p>الدين النصيحة قلنا لمن قال لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم &#8220;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;Religion is advice,&#8221; we asked: &#8220;For whom?&#8221; He replied: &#8220;For Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and for the leaders of the Muslims and all Muslims.&#8221;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Among the consequences of the advice of authorities is love, obey, and pray for her kindness.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Imam Ibn Rojab said: &#8220;Advice for leaders of the Muslims is that they become well loved, guided and fair, and loving union of the people above his leadership, and the splitting of the people of their hate.&nbsp;And obedience to them is a part of religion, as obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta&#8217;ala, and hates those who out of obedience to them.&nbsp;And happy to honor them is part of obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta&#8217;ala. (49)&nbsp;</p>
<p>Shaykh Bin Baaz contracted says: &#8220;Among the consequences of allegiance is to advise the ruler, and among the forms of advice is to be awarded mendo&#8217;akannya taufik and guidance, and goodness in the intention and practice, and get a good adviser.&#8221; (50)&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Salaf very attempt to pray for and encourage the authorities to be good and kesolehan.&nbsp;Fudhail bin &#8216;Iyyadh said:&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;Even if if I was given a prayer that came true, then I do not pray except for the good of the ruler.&#8221; Then there who ask Fudhail: &#8220;Explain this to us?&#8221; Fudhail Says: &#8220;If I reserved for myself, then no&nbsp;will surpass myself.&nbsp;But if kuperuntukkan for the ruler, then pebguasa would be good, then goodness will bring benefit for the servants and the state. &#8220;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Imam Al-Barbahari said: &#8220;We are commanded to pray for them with kindness, and we are not commanded to pray for them with ugliness, even though they dzalim.Because tyranny and attitudes beyond their boundaries limited only to themselves.And kindness they showed kindness to them and the Muslims. &#8220;(51)&nbsp;</p>

<p>Littering honor the rulers and busied himself with reproach, and shame-shame calling a big mistake and a bad crime that is prohibited by the shari&#8217;ah is the holy, and denounce the perpetrators, and it is an attitude of rebellion against the ruler of seed which is the core of religion and the destruction of the world&nbsp;.&nbsp;And it has been known that Wasilah (intermediary) has the same legal order, then every nash which forbids out of obedience and denunciation of the culprit is a theorem that shows diharamkannya and tercelanya denounced the culprit. (53)</p>
<p>Issued by Ibn Abd al-Barr in &#8220;At-tamhid&#8221; of Anas bin Malik rahimahullah that he said:</p>
<p>&#8220;كان الأكابر من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ينهوننا عن سب الأمراء&#8221;</p>

<p>Advised AUTHORITY</p>
<p>Advice for the rulers were among the most important matters of religion, as Muslims issued in shohihnya of Tamim Ad-From Shalallahu&#8217;alaihi Wassallam that the Prophet said:</p>
<p>&#8220;الدين النصيحة قلنا لمن قال لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Religion is advice&#8221;.&nbsp;We asked: &#8220;For whom?&#8221; He replied: &#8220;For Allah, His books Nya.Rasul, and for the leaders of the Muslims and the generality of the Muslims.&#8221;</p>
<p>And issued Tirmidhi in his Sunan from Ibn Mas&#8217;ud that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:</p>
<p>ثلاث لا يغل عليهن قلب مسلم إخلاص العمل لله ومناصحة أئمة المسلمين ولزوم جماعتهم فإن الدعوة تحيط من ورائهم</p>

<p>Said Abu al-Asbahani Nu&#8217;aim: &#8220;Anyone who advise the leaders and rulers then he gets guidance, and anyone who deceive them, then he deviated and transgressors.&#8221; (55)</p>
<p>SOME FORM OF AUTHORITY advised</p>
<p>In advising the authorities there are four ways:</p>
<p>First: to advise the authorities in secret between him and the ruler.</p>
<p>Second: advise the authorities to man openly in front of him, in a state allowing advise him covertly.</p>
<p>Third: to advise the ruler is hidden, then out of the ruler and spread among humans.</p>
<p>Fourth: to deny the authorities when he was not there through assemblies, advice, sermons, lessons, and semisalnya.&nbsp;Then the fourth in this way, we will mention in detail each of these forms:</p>
<p>The first form: to advise the ruler is hidden</p>
<p>Advise the ruler is hidden, including the principles of the Salafi manhaj diselisihi by the Ahl-ul-ahwa &#8216;and heretical as Khawarij:</p>
<p>Because the origin of law to advise the ruler is in secret and not openly.&nbsp;It is based on what was issued by Ahmad in musnadnya of &#8216;Iyyadh said: Messenger of Allah said صلى الله عليه وسلم:</p>
<p>من أراد أن ينصح لسلطان بأمر فلا يبد له علانية ولكن ليأخذ بيده فيخلو به فإن قبل منه فذاك وإلا كان قد أدى الذي عليه له</p>
<p>&#8220;Those who want to advise the authorities on a case, then should not he menampakkannya openly, but she took his hand and bersepi with him, if he accepts then that&#8217;s what you want, but if not then he has fulfilled his duty.&#8221; (56)</p>
<p>His words: &#8220;Those who want to advise the authorities on a case&#8221;, there is a generality lafadz good case for the advise and advice.</p>

<p>&#8220;By Allah, indeed I have talked to him between me and him&#8221; and his words</p>
<p>&#8220;I opened the case without that I do not like to be the first to open it.&#8221;</p>
<p>Imam Nawawi said: &#8220;The point is denial openly against the rulers of the general public, as is done by the killers of Uthman radi &#8216;anhu.&nbsp;And in the words above are adab with the authorities and be gentle with them, and advise them in secret and told him what was said by people about them so that they stop it, and it all if it were possible.&nbsp;But if it is not possible, and advised him to deny it in secret, then he should do it openly in order not to lose the principle of al-Haq. &#8220;(57)</p>

<p>His words: &#8220;If not possible advise and deny it in secret, then he should do it openly in order not to lose the principle of al-haq&#8221;, namely that he did not deny outright except in extreme necessity, (58) therefore&nbsp;&#8217;Iyyadh (bin Ghunm) deny Hisham when he would deny it outright without an emergency.&nbsp;Then no action from Hisham but accepting it, Allaah knows best.</p>
<p>Said Sheikh Bin Baaz contracted when commenting atsar Osama:</p>

<p>And issued in musnadnya of Imam Ahmad ibn Sa&#8217;id Jumhan that he said: &#8220;I met with Abdullah ibn Abi Aufa ago I said: the real rulers of human mendzalimi and act rude towards them.&#8221; Then he took my hand and stabbed him with a hard prick&nbsp;then said: &#8220;Woe to thee, O Ibn Jumhan, you should hold on to sawadul a&#8217;dzam (60), let you hold on to sawadul a&#8217;dzam.&nbsp;If the rulers want to hear from you then Go to the house and proclaim what you know, if he received it from you, but if not then let him, because you know no more about it from him. &#8220;</p>
<p>Consider the noble companions of Ibn Abi Aufa prevent it from discussing the ruling, and ordered him to advise him in secret and not openly.</p>
<p>Ibn Nuhas rahimahullah said: &#8220;Should he choose the place of quiet talks with the authorities rather than dialogue with the public before.&#8221; (61)</p>
<p>And said Ash Syaukani: &#8220;Consciousness for a leader who knows the mistakes in some of the problems in order to advise him, and do not reveal the presence of censure against him in public, but as that contained in the hadith that he took with his hand and then alone with him, and deliver advice and do not humiliate the rulingbelongs to God (on earth). (62)</p>
<p>Said the Imam Propagation: &#8220;What happened to the ruler of disobedience, and the irregularities which do not cause infidelity and out of Islam, it shall advise them in ways that syar&#8217;i gently, and follow the method did not reproach him with pious salafus dimajelis-assemblies and&nbsp;collection of human beings. &#8220;(63)</p>
<p>And Allamah As-Sa&#8217;di said rahimahullah: &#8220;For anyone who saw them (the rulers, pens) something that is not kosher, so to give warning to him in a confidential manner, not openly, gently and with appropriate expression conditions&nbsp;. &#8220;(64)</p>
<p>Shaykh Bin Baaz contracted rahimahullah said: &#8220;The way that followed among the salaf is to advise them with the authorities (in secret), wrote a letter to him, to contact the scholars who have a relationship with him that lead him to virtue.&nbsp;Denying munkar denominator can be done without the culprit, then he reneged on adultery, drinking The wine, usury, not to mention people who do.&nbsp;And quite deny disobedience and gave him a warning not to mention that the so and so do, (without naming) whether he is a judge or not. &#8220;(65)</p>
<p>The second form: Advise authorities before men openly, in a state Where possible advise him in secret.</p>
<p>This form is forbidden, according to several ha the following:</p>
<p>1.&nbsp;Menyelisihi hadith &#8216;Iyyadh bin Ghunm who ordered in secret.</p>
<p>2.&nbsp;Menyelisihi atsar salafus pious and manhajnya like Usama bin Zaid and Abdullah ibn Abi Aufa, and others.</p>

<p>Sheikh As-Sa&#8217;di said rahimahullah:</p>
<p>&#8220;Be careful, O giver of advice to them how this laudable-that is, with a soft and smooth-for you do not damage your advice as to expect praise before men&#8217;s eyes, then you say to him: indeed I have advised them and I said so and so, for surely&nbsp;This is a sign of riya &#8217;sincere and address weaknesses, and can cause other harm as it is known. &#8220;(68)</p>
<p>The fourth form: advise the authorities without its presence in various assemblies and advice as well as sermons, and semisalnya</p>
<p>So that way even this is forbidden according to the following points:</p>
<p>1.&nbsp;Since this includes penguasa.Allah ghibah and lies against the Exalted says:</p>
<p>&#8220;And do not gossip with one another.&nbsp;Is there one among you who like to eat the flesh of a dead brother?&nbsp;So you would have disgusted him.&nbsp;and fear Allah.&nbsp;For Allah is Oft Repentance, the Most Merciful &#8220;. (QS.Alhujurat: 12)</p>
<p>And then issued in shahihnya Imam Muslim from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:  </p>
<p>أتدرون ما الغيبة قالوا الله ورسوله أعلم? قال ذكرك أخاك بما يكره قيل أفرأيت إن كان في أخي ما أقول قال إن كان فيه ما تقول فقد اغتبته وإن لم يكن فيه فقد بهته &#8220;</p>
<p>&#8220;Do you know what it is ghibah?&nbsp;They replied: Allah and His Messenger know better &#8220;.&nbsp;He said: &#8220;That is called your brother with something he hates.&#8221;&nbsp;Then someone asks: &#8220;What if the brother is really like what I said?&#8221; He replied: &#8220;If it is true what you say then really you have mengghibahinya, and if not true to your word then you really have accused him (with a lie&nbsp;). &#8220;</p>

<p>2.&nbsp;And this form is also included in the sheep among the human race that could lead to libel and chaos, as issued by Imam Muslim in shohihnya of Abdullah ibn Mas&#8217;ud said: indeed he صلى الله عليه وسلم said:</p>
<p>ألا أنبئكم ما العضه?&nbsp;هي النميمة: القالة بين الناس &#8220;</p>
<p>&#8220;Shall I inform you what it adhah?&nbsp;Namimah namely, pitting spread among humans. &#8220;</p>
<p>3.&nbsp;And because it menyelisihi hadith &#8216;Iyyadh bin Ghunm obligatory to advise in secret.</p>

<p>Said the Imam Propagation: what is done by some authorities in the form of immorality and perversion which does not cause infidelity and out of Islam, it shall advise them in ways that syar&#8217;i gently, and follow the way which has been practiced by pious salafus not vilify them in&nbsp;various assemblies and human societies, and believes that they are included among the mandatory deny munkar denied on each slave.&nbsp;This is a big mistake and ignorance that seems, the culprit is not knowing the consequences that will occur in the form of great corruption in religion and the world, as already known to them by the people of God enlighten their hearts and know the methods salafus pious and religious leaders. &#8220;(70&nbsp;)</p>
<p>Shaykh Ibn &#8216;Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy said: &#8220;Some people have a habit of every assembly of the establishment, always talking about the rulers and dishonored them, spreading their errors and mistakes, then disregard what they possess of goodness or truth, and it is doubtful that resort to such&nbsp;These and dishonor to the authorities, will not add to the problem except worse, because it would not solve the problem and will not lift tyranny, but only further adds to the above unfortunate accident, and the resulting hatred against the rulers and did not execute commands that must be obeyed&nbsp;. &#8220;(71)</p>

<p>And know that people who generate turbulence, is helping the enemies of Islam.Then caused a furore and attitude is not to be denied the measure, but the size is the attitude of wisdom.</p>

<p>&#8220;Allaah will not see the person who dragged the sheath because of arrogant&#8221;.&nbsp;</p>
<p>and in a history that reads:&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;Allaah will not look at the Day of Judgement to those who dragged his clothes with pride.&#8221; (Narrated by Malik, Bukhari, and Muslim)&nbsp;</p>
<p>and he also said:&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;There are three groups that will not be seen by Allaah on the Day of Resurrection, not seen and not purified (from sin) and get a very painful punishment, the offender Isbal (musbil), lever giving and the person who sells his wares with perjury. &#8221; (Narrated by Muslim, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, Nasa&#8217;i).&nbsp;</p>
<p>Musbil (Isbal perpetrator) is someone who lowers his pants and gloves or through both of his ankles. And Al Mannan, who is on the above hadith is the one who brings up what he gave. Then immediately repent to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta&#8217;ala with repentance melakkukan Nasuha (seriously) by continuing to implement obedience to Him. And thou shalt have been sorry for what you do.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Thou shalt not really for not megulangi immoral deeds to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta&#8217;ala in the future, because Allah Subhanahu wa Ta&#8217;ala accept the repentance of people who want to repent to Him, because he is almighty Receiver Repentance, the Most Merciful.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;O Allaah, accept our repentance, thou mighty real Recipients Repentance, the Most Merciful.&#8221;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;O Allah Subhanahu wa Ta&#8217;ala grant us and all our brothers to the Muslims guidance toward what ridloi thee, because thou His true almighty power over everything. And may blessings on tercurahkan and greetings to Muhammad, his family and friends.&#8221;&nbsp;</p>
<p>FATWA SOME CLOTHES BECAUSE OF LEGAL lengthen arrogant and cocky&nbsp;</p>
<p>Question:&nbsp;</p>

<p>The second is to convey the same hadith which includes musbil arrogant or because of other reasons. Because the Prophet said to the general shape without specialize. <p>The words of the Prophet to Abu Bakr As Siddiq when he said:&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8220;O Messenger of Allah, sarungku often sag (loose down) unless I take really good care. Then he said:&#8221; You are not one of those who do it for pride. &#8220;(Agreed alaih).&nbsp;</p>
<p>What is meant by the Prophet that the people who really take care of his clothes and then raise it again if the sag is not one of those people who dragged his clothes with pride. Because he (who is really keeping) does Isbal. But the clothes sag (down accidentally) and then the raising of the back and keep it really. No doubt this is an unforgivable act.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Question:&nbsp;</p>

<p>&#8220;There are three groups that will not be spoken to by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta&#8217;ala on the Day of Resurrection, not seen and not cleansed from sin and they will get a very painful aazab, namely Isbal actors, levers giving and the person who sells his wares with an oath false. &#8221; (Reported by Muslim in shahihnya)&nbsp;</p>
<p>There is no difference whether he is doing because sombang or not. It&#8217;s based on the generality many hadith. And also because of the generality was done because the proud and arrogant, although he did not intend to. Perbuataannya adaalah intermediary toward arrogance and hubris.&nbsp;</p>
