4. And who says: “I’m lawless with him, and I am confident that the lawless with other than what Allah revealed should not be,” and he said also: “the Islamic shariah labih lawless Afdhal, and should not be lawless with in others.” But he was too fade-make it easy, or he did it because of orders from his master, so he disbelieved the Kufr asghar and did not issue from religion, and he considered the greatest sin. (48) 

Praying KINDNESS TO INCLUDE AUTHORITY OF ADVICE 

Advising rulers were among the most important religious matters, as issued by Imam Muslim in his shohih of Tamim Ad-From the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: 

الدين النصيحة قلنا لمن قال لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم “ 

“Religion is advice,” we asked: “For whom?” He replied: “For Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and for the leaders of the Muslims and all Muslims.” 

Among the consequences of the advice of authorities is love, obey, and pray for her kindness. 

Imam Ibn Rojab said: “Advice for leaders of the Muslims is that they become well loved, guided and fair, and loving union of the people above his leadership, and the splitting of the people of their hate. And obedience to them is a part of religion, as obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, and hates those who out of obedience to them. And happy to honor them is part of obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. (49) 

Shaykh Bin Baaz contracted says: “Among the consequences of allegiance is to advise the ruler, and among the forms of advice is to be awarded mendo’akannya taufik and guidance, and goodness in the intention and practice, and get a good adviser.” (50) 

The Salaf very attempt to pray for and encourage the authorities to be good and kesolehan. Fudhail bin ‘Iyyadh said: 

“Even if if I was given a prayer that came true, then I do not pray except for the good of the ruler.” Then there who ask Fudhail: “Explain this to us?” Fudhail Says: “If I reserved for myself, then no will surpass myself. But if kuperuntukkan for the ruler, then pebguasa would be good, then goodness will bring benefit for the servants and the state. “ 

Imam Al-Barbahari said: “We are commanded to pray for them with kindness, and we are not commanded to pray for them with ugliness, even though they dzalim.Because tyranny and attitudes beyond their boundaries limited only to themselves.And kindness they showed kindness to them and the Muslims. “(51) 

Ahlus Sunnah pray for SIGNS ARE GOOD FOR THE AUTHORITY AND ARE A SIGN OF EXPERTS heretical pray ugliness THE RULERS 

Among the Sunnah is to pray for ahlus mark ruler with kindness and to be pious, and given taufiq, and among the signs of an expert on innovation is pray for evil ruler.Imam said Barbahari: 

“إذا رأيت الرجل يدعو على السلطان فاعلم أنه صاحب هوى. و إذا رأيت الرجل يدعو للسلطان بالصلاح فاعلم أنه صاحب سنة إن شاء الله” 

“If you see someone pray for evil upon the ruler then know that he is follower of passions, and if you see someone pray for the good of the ruler then know that he is the Ahlus Sunnah Inshallah.”

: “من خرج من الطاعة وفارق الجماعة فمات مات ميتة جاهلية” 

“Anyone who releases baiatnya of obedience, then he has no proof on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever dies in a state he broke away from the congregation so he died like the death of the jahiliyyah” (43) 

Ibn Abi Jamroh said: “The definition of separate self is trying to let go of allegiance that has been valid from a leader, even the slightest, so he uses the word figuratively by” an inch “, because doing so resulted in spilling blood without haq”. 

Al-Haafiz said: “The definition of death jahiliyyah style, is a state of death as the death of the jahiliyyah above error where it does not have a leader who is obeyed, because they did not know it, and is not intended that he die as infidels, but he die in a state in immoral. (44) 

Whoever REMOVE obedience, INCLUDING PROMISES people who betray on the Last Day 

Anyone who releases his obedience, he was among the broken promise on the day of Judgement, as issued by Imam Bukhari in his shohih from Nafi ’said: when the people of Medina release obedience of Yazid ibn Mu’awiya, Ibn Umar gathered the servants and children his sons, and said: verily I heard the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said: 

“Listed flag for each of them betray the promise on the day of Judgement” 

And truly we have allegiance this person (Yazid bin Muawiyah meant, pen) over the allegiance of Allah and His Messenger, and indeed I do not know a greater betrayal of someone who has been inducted into the above allegiance of Allah and His Messenger, and then enforced battle with her. And actually I do not know one of you that releases no allegiance allegiance and this leader, but it is a disconnect between me with him. 

Said al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar: “In this hadith indicates the necessity of obeying leaders who have dtetapkan him allegiance, and the prohibition of rebellion against him although he dzalim in law, and indeed can not be separated (obedience) to the cause of wickedness.” (45) 

PUNISHMENT FOR WHICH allegiance AUTHORITY FOR THE WORLD, THEN HER IF SHE HAS BEEN allegiance, AND IF HE DOES NOT THEN BEEN allegiance 

Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم authorities explained that the allegiance due to the world, if given baiatnya he perfected, and if not then he is not perfect baiatnya, then God will not speak to him, not noticing and not mensucikannya, and for him a painful adzab.As has been issued by Imam Bukhari in his shohih of Abu Hurairoh radi ‘anhu said: Messenger of Allah has said صلى الله عليه وسلم: 

ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله ولا ينظر إليهم ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب أليم رجل على فضل ماء بطريق يمنع منه ابن السبيل ورجل بايع رجلا لا يبايعه إلا للدنيا فإن أعطاه ما يريد وفى له وإلا لم يف له ورجل ساوم رجلا بسلعة بعد العصر فحلف بالله لقد أعطى بها كذا وكذا فأخذها “. 

“The three groups that God does not talk to them, God is not looking at them, and do not purify them, and for them a painful punishment: a person has excess water in a way, that he prevented ibn sabil from taking it. And the allegiance of a person (leader), he did not membaiatnya but only because the world, if he was given what he wants then he perfected baiatnya, and if not then he is not perfect. And a person who sells merchandise after Asr, and then he swore by Allah, indeed he has given for the case, then he took it. “ 

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said Rahimahumullah: “Those who obey Allah and His Messenger to obey the government because of God, then reward with Allah, and whoever does not obey him unless the extent of what he earned from the power and wealth, if they gave then he too obey, and if they are reluctant to give so he rebelled, then she will not get his share in the Hereafter. “(46) 

ALTHOUGH THEIR ORDERS more concerned with patient rights and PREVENT PEOPLE’S RIGHTS 

Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم has explained that one day will happen atsaroh, which means it is hogging something against something else that has a right to her. And the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم not command us to get out of obedience or disobedience of his orders to him, he ordered them to remain even fulfill its obligations. As issued by Imam Bukhari in shohihnya from Abdullah said: The Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said to us: 

إنكم سترون بعدي أثرة وأمورا تنكرونها قالوا فما تأمرنا يا رسول الله قال أدوا إليهم حقهم وسلوا الله حقكم “ 

“Verily, you will see after me atsaroh, and matters which you deny.” (The Companions) asked: “So what you say to us, O Messenger of Allah?” He said: “exert your obligations to them, and ask God right you guys (who usurped by them). “

Speech “matters that you deny”, the intention is in religious matters. 

Imam Nawawi said, may Allaah have mercy: “In this hadith there is the suggestion to always hear and obey, even though the leader is dzalim and exceed the limit, the rights given in the form of obedience and not out of it, and do not let go (allegiance) to him, but he prayed to God in order to eliminate crime and disorder and refused to fix it. “(47)

Littering honor the rulers and busied himself with reproach, and shame-shame calling a big mistake and a bad crime that is prohibited by the shari’ah is the holy, and denounce the perpetrators, and it is an attitude of rebellion against the ruler of seed which is the core of religion and the destruction of the world . And it has been known that Wasilah (intermediary) has the same legal order, then every nash which forbids out of obedience and denunciation of the culprit is a theorem that shows diharamkannya and tercelanya denounced the culprit. (53)

Issued by Ibn Abd al-Barr in “At-tamhid” of Anas bin Malik rahimahullah that he said:

“كان الأكابر من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ينهوننا عن سب الأمراء”

“It is the authorities of the Companions of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم forbid us from criticizing the authorities.”

Advised AUTHORITY

Advice for the rulers were among the most important matters of religion, as Muslims issued in shohihnya of Tamim Ad-From Shalallahu’alaihi Wassallam that the Prophet said:

“الدين النصيحة قلنا لمن قال لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم”

“Religion is advice”. We asked: “For whom?” He replied: “For Allah, His books Nya.Rasul, and for the leaders of the Muslims and the generality of the Muslims.”

And issued Tirmidhi in his Sunan from Ibn Mas’ud that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

ثلاث لا يغل عليهن قلب مسلم إخلاص العمل لله ومناصحة أئمة المسلمين ولزوم جماعتهم فإن الدعوة تحيط من ورائهم

“Three things are the heart of a Muslim does not envy him: sincere in charity for Allah, advised the leaders of the Muslims, and their commitment to the congregation, because it’s actually come true prayer with them” (54)

The meaning of this hadith is that the third case: that is sincere in charity for Allah, advise the ruler, and a commitment to the congregation, then whoever did it, then in his heart there is no nature of envy and jealousy.

Said Abu al-Asbahani Nu’aim: “Anyone who advise the leaders and rulers then he gets guidance, and anyone who deceive them, then he deviated and transgressors.” (55)

SOME FORM OF AUTHORITY advised

In advising the authorities there are four ways:

First: to advise the authorities in secret between him and the ruler.

Second: advise the authorities to man openly in front of him, in a state allowing advise him covertly.

Third: to advise the ruler is hidden, then out of the ruler and spread among humans.

Fourth: to deny the authorities when he was not there through assemblies, advice, sermons, lessons, and semisalnya. Then the fourth in this way, we will mention in detail each of these forms:

The first form: to advise the ruler is hidden

Advise the ruler is hidden, including the principles of the Salafi manhaj diselisihi by the Ahl-ul-ahwa ‘and heretical as Khawarij:

Because the origin of law to advise the ruler is in secret and not openly. It is based on what was issued by Ahmad in musnadnya of ‘Iyyadh said: Messenger of Allah said صلى الله عليه وسلم:

من أراد أن ينصح لسلطان بأمر فلا يبد له علانية ولكن ليأخذ بيده فيخلو به فإن قبل منه فذاك وإلا كان قد أدى الذي عليه له

“Those who want to advise the authorities on a case, then should not he menampakkannya openly, but she took his hand and bersepi with him, if he accepts then that’s what you want, but if not then he has fulfilled his duty.” (56)

His words: “Those who want to advise the authorities on a case”, there is a generality lafadz good case for the advise and advice.

His words: “Do not he appeared openly”, there is a ban advising him openly, and the ban shows illegitimate, and must keep it secret.

His words: “but let him take her hand and bersepi him, to him there is an explanation of how syar’i advise the ruler, which is in secret, not openly.” Bersepi with it “is alone. Like saying Osama: “Do you think that I’m not talking to him but I perdengarkan to you, by Allah, indeed I have talked to him between me and him.”

It is issued by Bukhari and Muslim in both shohihnya of Syaqiq of Usama bin Zaid said: said to him: “Why do not you go meet him Uthman and dialogue”. He replied: “Do you think that if I talk to him, I have to play to you, by Allah, I have spoken to him, between me and him without opening a case that I do not like to be the first to open it.”

So in this atsar show that counsel blatantly unjust is a matter that could lead to libel, and that secret is the principle way in perfecting the delivery of advice without slander and without causing unrest among the people against their leaders, from his speech:

“By Allah, indeed I have talked to him between me and him” and his words

“I opened the case without that I do not like to be the first to open it.”

Imam Nawawi said: “The point is denial openly against the rulers of the general public, as is done by the killers of Uthman radi ‘anhu. And in the words above are adab with the authorities and be gentle with them, and advise them in secret and told him what was said by people about them so that they stop it, and it all if it were possible. But if it is not possible, and advised him to deny it in secret, then he should do it openly in order not to lose the principle of al-Haq. “(57)

His words: “This is all if it is possible” that is possible for the authorities advised him in secret, then it is obligatory upon him, not the other.

His words: “If not possible advise and deny it in secret, then he should do it openly in order not to lose the principle of al-haq”, namely that he did not deny outright except in extreme necessity, (58) therefore ’Iyyadh (bin Ghunm) deny Hisham when he would deny it outright without an emergency. Then no action from Hisham but accepting it, Allaah knows best.

Said Sheikh Bin Baaz contracted when commenting atsar Osama:

“When they opened the crime at the time of Uthman radi ‘anhu and deny Uthman radi’ anhu openly, the more perfect scandal, war, and the damage that his influence is still felt to this day, until there is fitna between Ali and Mu’awiyah, and between Uthman and Ali’s killer with a cause that. And killed many of the Companions and other than with cause denial and openly calling ‘disgrace in a transparent way, thus causing people to hate their rulers, until they also kill. We beseech God’s salvation. “(59)

And issued in musnadnya of Imam Ahmad ibn Sa’id Jumhan that he said: “I met with Abdullah ibn Abi Aufa ago I said: the real rulers of human mendzalimi and act rude towards them.” Then he took my hand and stabbed him with a hard prick then said: “Woe to thee, O Ibn Jumhan, you should hold on to sawadul a’dzam (60), let you hold on to sawadul a’dzam. If the rulers want to hear from you then Go to the house and proclaim what you know, if he received it from you, but if not then let him, because you know no more about it from him. “

Consider the noble companions of Ibn Abi Aufa prevent it from discussing the ruling, and ordered him to advise him in secret and not openly.

Ibn Nuhas rahimahullah said: “Should he choose the place of quiet talks with the authorities rather than dialogue with the public before.” (61)

And said Ash Syaukani: “Consciousness for a leader who knows the mistakes in some of the problems in order to advise him, and do not reveal the presence of censure against him in public, but as that contained in the hadith that he took with his hand and then alone with him, and deliver advice and do not humiliate the rulingbelongs to God (on earth). (62)

Said the Imam Propagation: “What happened to the ruler of disobedience, and the irregularities which do not cause infidelity and out of Islam, it shall advise them in ways that syar’i gently, and follow the method did not reproach him with pious salafus dimajelis-assemblies and collection of human beings. “(63)

And Allamah As-Sa’di said rahimahullah: “For anyone who saw them (the rulers, pens) something that is not kosher, so to give warning to him in a confidential manner, not openly, gently and with appropriate expression conditions . “(64)

Shaykh Bin Baaz contracted rahimahullah said: “The way that followed among the salaf is to advise them with the authorities (in secret), wrote a letter to him, to contact the scholars who have a relationship with him that lead him to virtue. Denying munkar denominator can be done without the culprit, then he reneged on adultery, drinking The wine, usury, not to mention people who do. And quite deny disobedience and gave him a warning not to mention that the so and so do, (without naming) whether he is a judge or not. “(65)

The second form: Advise authorities before men openly, in a state Where possible advise him in secret.

This form is forbidden, according to several ha the following:

1. Menyelisihi hadith ‘Iyyadh bin Ghunm who ordered in secret.

2. Menyelisihi atsar salafus pious and manhajnya like Usama bin Zaid and Abdullah ibn Abi Aufa, and others.

3. Based on the words of the Prophet Shalallahu’alaihi Wassallam: “Anyone who is reviled ruler of God on earth, God will humiliate it.” History Tirmidhi.

Said Sheikh Saleh bin Abdul Aziz ibn Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy: “If talking about a king without his presence, or advise him openly humiliate and memasyhurkannya including that God had threatened the perpetrators with the humiliation, then no doubt that we must maintain what we have mentioned-thatadvised in secret, to anyone who could advise them of the scholars are close to them. “(66)

And said Shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab rahimahullah:: “If there is munkar of a leader or the other, then let it gently advised and confidential, and not known by anyone, if he accepts then that’s what you want, but if not then he’s looking for helpanother person who can accept (for advice) in secret, but if he did not commit and allow deny it openly except when on a leader, he has been advised and is not acceptable and seek the help of the others were not accepted, then let him raise the issue hidden to us. “(67)

The third form: advising penguasadengan confidential manner, and then she spread it.

4. can cause fitna, chaos, and disintegration of the congregation.

5. humiliating the authorities, and Shalallahu’alaihi Wassallam Prophet said:

“Anyone who is reviled ruler of God on earth, Allah will humiliate it.”

Said Sheikh Saleh bin Abdul Aziz ibn Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy:

“If you talk about a king without his presence, or advise him openly humiliate and memasyhurkannya including that God had threatened the perpetrators with the humiliation, then no doubt that we must maintain what we have mentioned-that is advised in secret-”

Sheikh As-Sa’di said rahimahullah:

“Be careful, O giver of advice to them how this laudable-that is, with a soft and smooth-for you do not damage your advice as to expect praise before men’s eyes, then you say to him: indeed I have advised them and I said so and so, for surely This is a sign of riya ’sincere and address weaknesses, and can cause other harm as it is known. “(68)

The fourth form: advise the authorities without its presence in various assemblies and advice as well as sermons, and semisalnya

So that way even this is forbidden according to the following points:

1. Since this includes penguasa.Allah ghibah and lies against the Exalted says:

“And do not gossip with one another. Is there one among you who like to eat the flesh of a dead brother? So you would have disgusted him. and fear Allah. For Allah is Oft Repentance, the Most Merciful “. (QS.Alhujurat: 12)

And then issued in shahihnya Imam Muslim from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:  

أتدرون ما الغيبة قالوا الله ورسوله أعلم? قال ذكرك أخاك بما يكره قيل أفرأيت إن كان في أخي ما أقول قال إن كان فيه ما تقول فقد اغتبته وإن لم يكن فيه فقد بهته “

“Do you know what it is ghibah? They replied: Allah and His Messenger know better “. He said: “That is called your brother with something he hates.” Then someone asks: “What if the brother is really like what I said?” He replied: “If it is true what you say then really you have mengghibahinya, and if not true to your word then you really have accused him (with a lie ). “

So Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and His Messenger forbade the ghibah, and does not doubt that the talk among ghibah ruler without his presence, though spoken of is true, and if it includes buhtan falsehood (lie).

2. And this form is also included in the sheep among the human race that could lead to libel and chaos, as issued by Imam Muslim in shohihnya of Abdullah ibn Mas’ud said: indeed he صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

ألا أنبئكم ما العضه? هي النميمة: القالة بين الناس “

3. And because it menyelisihi hadith ‘Iyyadh bin Ghunm obligatory to advise in secret.

Said the Imam Propagation: what is done by some authorities in the form of immorality and perversion which does not cause infidelity and out of Islam, it shall advise them in ways that syar’i gently, and follow the way which has been practiced by pious salafus not vilify them in various assemblies and human societies, and believes that they are included among the mandatory deny munkar denied on each slave. This is a big mistake and ignorance that seems, the culprit is not knowing the consequences that will occur in the form of great corruption in religion and the world, as already known to them by the people of God enlighten their hearts and know the methods salafus pious and religious leaders. “(70 )

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy said: “Some people have a habit of every assembly of the establishment, always talking about the rulers and dishonored them, spreading their errors and mistakes, then disregard what they possess of goodness or truth, and it is doubtful that resort to such These and dishonor to the authorities, will not add to the problem except worse, because it would not solve the problem and will not lift tyranny, but only further adds to the above unfortunate accident, and the resulting hatred against the rulers and did not execute commands that must be obeyed . “(71)

Shaykh Bin Baaz contracted rahimahullah said: “Not including manhaj salaf exalt her shame the rulers and mention it in the pulpit-the pulpit, because it can lead to turmoil and did not hear and obey in case ma’ruf, and lead to rebellion and did not bring memudharatkan the benefits. “(72)

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: “I’m asking on behalf of God to understand manhaj pious Salaf in addressing the rulers, and do not make the mistakes he’s rulers as a means to arouse the people rage, and resentment against the authorities. And this core damage and one of the foundations that give rise to defamation among humans, as well as meet with a heart full of hatred against the ruling could lead to crime, slander, chaos. Similarly, filled my heart with hatred against the scholars will lead diremehkannya their position, which then resulted diremehkannya Shari’a that they entailed, so if someone tried to downplay segannya attitude towards the clergy and the rulers, the Shari’a and security will be gone, because when scholars The talk, then they no longer believe in his words, and if the rulers spoke up, then they rebelled from their speech, so there was evil and destruction.

“There are three groups that will not be seen by Allaah on the Day of Resurrection, not seen and not purified (from sin) and get a very painful punishment, the offender Isbal (musbil), lever giving and the person who sells his wares with perjury. ” (Narrated by Muslim, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i). 

Musbil (Isbal perpetrator) is someone who lowers his pants and gloves or through both of his ankles. And Al Mannan, who is on the above hadith is the one who brings up what he gave. “O Allaah, accept our repentance, thou mighty real Recipients Repentance, the Most Merciful.” 

“O Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala grant us and all our brothers to the Muslims guidance toward what ridloi thee, because thou His true almighty power over everything. And may blessings on tercurahkan and greetings to Muhammad, his family and friends.”

The words of the Prophet to Abu Bakr As Siddiq when he said: 

“O Messenger of Allah, sarungku often sag (loose down) unless I take really good care. Then he said:” You are not one of those who do it for pride. “(Agreed alaih). 

What is meant by the Prophet that the people who really take care of his clothes and then raise it again if the sag is not one of those people who dragged his clothes with pride. Because he (who is really keeping) does Isbal. But the clothes sag (down accidentally) and then the raising of the back and keep it really. No doubt this is an unforgivable act. 

As for those who lowered intentionally, whether in the form of pants or a sarong or robe, then this is included in the class of people who received threats, rather than a gain forgiveness when pakaiaannya down. Because the saheeh ahaadeeth which forbid doing besifat Isbal general terms of the text, the meaning and intent.

“There are three groups that will not be spoken to by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala on the Day of Resurrection, not seen and not cleansed from sin and they will get a very painful aazab, namely Isbal actors, levers giving and the person who sells his wares with an oath false. ” (Reported by Muslim in shahihnya) 

There is no difference whether he is doing because sombang or not. It’s based on the generality many hadith. And also because of the generality was done because the proud and arrogant, although he did not intend to. Perbuataannya adaalah intermediary toward arrogance and hubris.

Based on the words of the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam: “Who is dragging his clothes with pride, God will not see it on the Day of Resurrection.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

“O Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam, sarungku often goes down unless I take really good care.” So the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said to him: “You do not include people who do it for pride.” (Bukhari and Muslim) 

This hadith does not indicate that Isbal don’ts for people who are not as arrogant. “The rope of the most powerful faith is love for Allah and hate for Allah.” (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi)
