There are may arguments about how life started on earth. Some say ancient astronauts created humans, others say we may have come from extraterrestrial garbage dump.

Ancient astronauts, if you are a science fiction fan, you have probably read something about them. These beings, according to certain authors, colonized earth a long time ago. Humans they theorized are either the descendants or created by them. Numerous non-fiction and fiction books explore the idea of ancient astronauts as basis of present culture, religious beliefs and technology. Conventional science, though, does not consider ancient astronauts seriously and little has been made to confirm or reject the idea.

Ancient Astronauts: The Evidence

Advocates point to gaps in historical and archeological records as strong evidence of the existence of ancient astronauts. They contend these beings actually built the perplexing structures that still exist today: the pyramid of Egypt, the Stonehenge, the Moai stone heads of Easter Island, the submerged cities and a host of others. Humans couldn’t have built them. They didn’t have the knowledge or the tools needed for building such complex structures. This is an assumption, of course, but to the historical and archeological gaps, this is sound reasoning. The only “logical “explanation that comes to mind is somebody superior built them or helped humans build them.

The “ancient astronauts built them” concept is ably supported by other evidences. Ancient artifacts and drawings depict strange beings that look like the same way we depict aliens today, complete with vests we relate to present day astronauts. The fact that these artifacts and drawings are found in many locations, India, China, the Middle East is a good indication that the ancient astronaut concept is not an isolated concept and worthy of consideration. Moreover, there were sightings of space objects called flying saucers even during ancient times. Flying saucers certainly are not new. They have been around for centuries. Could they be the ancient astronauts that built the structures?

Ancient Astronauts: Responding to the Historical and Archeological Gaps

Most mainstream scientists do not bother with exotic pseudoscience like aliens and such, but a few tried to respond to the historical and archeological gaps exploited to the hilt by ancient astronaut advocates to support their position. Some who bother say ancient astronauts need not be the only conclusion you draw from the historical and archeological gaps and proceed to present some equally exotic and highly speculative ideas of their own. There’s Francis Crick, one of the discoverers of the double helix set-up of DNA, a staunch supporter of panspermia, a theory that suggests the planet was ’sowed” with a life carrying substance, possibly some form of bluegreen algae, by technologically superior extraterrestrial beings. The purpose of the “seeding” is to ensure continuity of life. Crick advances the idea that the extraterrestrials could have used shuttles for this. There’s Astronomy Professor Thomas Gold who suggests a theory he calls the “garbage theory”. In this theory earth could have originated from a garbage pile accidently dumped on the planet by careless extraterrestrials or aliens. Obviously, the idea of ancient astronauts creating human like does not sit well with him, he’d rather have humans come from a “garbage dump”.

We may know, hear, or read about aliens, ie aliens who reportedly been visiting our planet (Earth). And it has been said already since ancient times, and then what to do with Ancient Astronaut?

Some aliens and UFO researchers such as Erich van Danike, Zecharia Sitchin, Robert Temple, David Loke, and Peter Kolosimo had stated their opinion that, the aliens have visited earth and communicate with the ancestors of man. The researchers then called aliens as ancient astronauts. Next, the researchers argue, the contact between aliens and humans may influence the development of human culture and technology. Alien is also often regarded as a teacher, for humans in the past.

image via bibliotecapleyades.net

Not only that, there is an argument that states, there are some people who are the descendants of aliens. Derivative of blend between aliens and humans is that the link between humans and other inhabitants of the planet. At this time, it is said they are hiding and just be observers only. These statements, referred to as the Ancient Astronaut theory.

Well, it is the relationship between aliens and ancient astronauts.

Ancient astronaut theory posed by the alien and UFO researcher gets a rebuttal from the opponents of the theory of ancient astronauts, they argue that the theory can not be trusted, even though the theory is also based on the evidence, namely the Pyramids, the giant statues, and artwork ancient. Like the prehistoric paintings in caves Wondjina (Australia), and Val Camonica Cave (Italy). In painting the picture seems like a man who wore uniforms astronaut uniforms today. But all the evidence is still not considered strong.

Until now the theory is considered to not be in trust by the opponents of the theory of ancient astronauts did not receive a response from the makers of the theory, it was as if allowed to become a mystery that bequeathed to future generations.

This is about the theory of ancient astronauts, but from a more rational point of view. Could there be a possibility or is it just a hoax?

Ancient Astronauts

The idea about ancient astronauts is a theory brought forth by some. The idea is that in ancient days an Alien race landed here on earth. These theories go as fare as calming those aliens built the pyramids. People with this belief tend to use ancient Sumerian relief as proof of their theory being true…

Ancient astronauts was an idea that was first presented back in 1919 by Charles Fort and Erich von Däniken, now there are many more with this theory of ancient astronauts. The abstract figures and sculptures as well as their ancient reliefs (especially those form the Sumerian culture) are normally used as a reference point to their theory.

In published work, the idea of ancient astronauts was first introduced in 1954, but all in the last century, it is probably also used as a bases for UFO religions. They tend to believe that even in the bible as well as in other ancient texts, that there are mentioning of aliens known as the ancient astronauts. I completely understand how this idea might have arisen, but before I believe in something so ‘wow’ I need some real evidence, some very ancient text that directly speaks about another race from outside our earth. This part of the theory and the demand of proof, are rather abstract in it self, and seem much like the ideas brought forth about Nostradamus and his notes, where many people believe he predicted things. I have actually read the real poem from Nostradamus, and I could never come to the same conclusion as the believers have.

Ancient Mesopotamian cylinder seal
Image from http://upload.wikimedia.org

But on the other hand, I do believe that the ancient people understood that other planets might be able to contain life, even some more intelligent that ours. I also agree that the ancient people of many different cultures, in fact speak about someone visiting us, from somewhere. Now the somewhere seems to be different culture from culture, some say it was from heaven, others said it was from the waters/sea, but if this has anything to do with space travel, I would need something more.

I would also say that the theory of ancient astronauts is rather fascinating, especially considering what is known and proven with fact in today’s world. Here I have to state, that I am in no way an expert in universal matter, but I am aware of the possibilities, which by themselves, prove there to be other life out there. I would also personally say that the humans calming that they are the only intelligent life form in the universe, might need to come down from their high house. It is typically human ‘control’ freakiness that keeps saying we are the only life form, ridicules, especially when you take into account what and how we really are. There are too many galaxies, planets and stars to exclude the idea of other life even ancient astronauts. But we have also learned so many new things about life in general, that it does not only need Sun light, or a curtain heated water, life form here on earth are thriving in what can only be classified as human deadly environments. Everything from toxic waters with volcanic heat 24/7 to little bacteria’s, the possibilities is there.

Regarding the ancient text, if they prove or disprove, is a matter of debate, and will remain so as long as we exist, or until proven one way or the other, by either fact or ancient text that directly speak about it. But until that, it remains a theory with no real proven fact behind it.

I would also say to the people that believe everything in ancient days were created by aliens, are actually being a little bit cruel, underestimating a race and their capabilities. Just because you and I can’t build a pyramid, does not mean that we didn’t possess the knowledge 4000 years ago. But to this I also have to testify, that I am open for anything, even freaking ancient astronauts landing on top of a pyramid, as I always say, what do I know?

The thought of alien life is of fascinating interest to most people. Saint George wrote about the visitations of some ancient astronauts in the 6th century AD.

Several decades ago, books by insurance salesman Erich von Daniken caused an international sensation as he depicted photographs of large-stone edifices hard to believe built by primitive humans. His dreams of ancient astronauts, however, soon faded into oblivion as archeologists came up with proof that primitive humans could have constructed the pyramids and like structures without alien assistance. Nonetheless, the possibility of other types of evidence for ancient astronauts cannot be discarded.

Overtly a cryptography and deception tactics book, Morten St. George’s Incantation of the Law Against Inept Critics: A Guide to Cryptic Thinking takes up the ancient astronaut gauntlet. But there’s no stone here. Now, it’s not a question of what the ancient astronauts did, but of what they left behind. Deception cryptography leads the way. The only known deployment of this unique form of cryptography is to be found in forty two prophetic stanzas published by Nostradamus in the 16th century. So was Nostradamus an alien? Hardly, but St. George’s book asserts he was the last guardian of an alien artifact.

What’s the evidence?

First, a breakthrough decoding of the forty two stanzas in which numerous contemporary events are not only accurately recounted but also systematically dated. St. George concludes there is no longer any doubt about whether or not the future was foreseen. It was, and likewise we are witnessing the powers of a super-civilization.

Second, the discovery that the forty two stanzas (perceived as a book of divine revelation) were secretly guarded, known to, and commented upon by a cabalistic sect during medieval times. St. George says these forty-two revelations predate Nostradamus by centuries, and now there is a “book of light” in the picture, not “light” like in “enlightenment” but literally composed of light, black fire on top of white fire. This describes the artifact that survived to reach Nostradamus.

Third, back to the prophecies, which come forth and tell us the name of their author and when they were written. According to St. George, they were written in the sixth century, a thousand years before the time of Nostradamus.

Why is there no record of alien arrival in the sixth century? St. George responded we are referring to creatures with two arm appendages and four fingers at the end of each, but other than that, they landed as helmeted aquatics and didn’t remotely look like humans. He says it is a myth that intelligent aliens have to be hominoids, and it is likewise a myth that the only road to technology is the road taken by humans. “In the Dark Ages, these aquatics would have been stoned as demons in most places, and if there were any reference to them, religious censorship would have obliterated it.”

Then, how do you know that they had four fingers? St. George replied, “I said they would have been stoned as demons in most places, not in all places. Archaeologists are far from perfect. They have no idea how to distinguish the drawing of an aquatic extraterrestrial from the drawing of a masked witchdoctor. Maybe some of them had suspicions but didn’t speak out, fearing for their career or whatever. Extraterrestrial intelligence and civilizations more advanced than ours are terrifying concepts for segments of human society.”

There are many unsolved mysteries in world history. Is this another one? St. George emphatically asserts: “No! These extraterrestrials were no fools. Besides who and when, the prophecies also tell us where, that is, where they came from.” He says the prophecies provide data for a star arrow rising upwards from southern skies and for a planetary arrow moving outwards from the solar system, and where these arrows collide would be the point of contact.

Then there will be contact? St. George has no doubts about the matter: “Yes. My unsophisticated astronomy software can only provide approximate coordinates, but one day astronomers will work out the precise coordinates and point a radio telescope there, and there will be contact. To provide us with coordinates and not allow contact would be deceitful, and they have no reason to be deceitful on this. Else, why bother to interfere with us at all?”

Decades ago, the books of an insurance salesman Erich von Daniken caused an international sensation, representing images of large stone buildings hardly believe built by primitive humans. His dreams of ancient astronauts, however, fall into oblivion as soon as the archaeologists from the evidence that early humans would have built the pyramids and like structures without assistance. However, the possibility of other types of evidence for ancient astronauts not be excluded.

Open a data encryption and deceptive tactics, Morten St. George’s Incantation of the law against inept critics: take A Guide to Cryptic Thinking up the gauntlet of the former astronaut. But there is no stone here. Now it’s not a question of what did ancient astronauts, but what they left behind. Head of deception cryptography. The only known deployment of this unique form of cryptography, for forty-two prophetic stanzas published by Nostradamus in the 16th century. So was Nostradamus an alien? Throughout the book, but St. George claims that he was the ultimate guardian of the alien artifact.

What evidence?

First, an advance of decoding of the forty-two disasters where many simultaneous events are not only accurate but also systematically dated. St. George concludes that there is no doubt about the future was expected. It was, and we are witnessing the powers of a super-civilization.

Second, the discovery that forty-two verse (perceived as a book of divine revelation) was kept secret, known and commented on by a cabalistic sect in the Middle Ages. St. George says they forty-two earlier revelations Nostradamus by centuries, and now he is a “book of light” in the picture is not “easy” as in “enlightenment” but literally composed of light, black fire on top of white fire. This article describes the object that survived to reach Nostradamus.

Thirdly, back to the prophecies, just tell us the name of the author, and when they were written. According to St. George, which was written in the sixth century, a thousand years before the time of Nostradamus.

Why is there no trace of the arrival from abroad in the sixth century? San Jorge has said we’re talking about creatures with two arms and four fingers appendix at the end of each, but other than that, he and a swimming complex, and not remotely similar to humans. He says it’s a myth that foreigners have to be intelligent hominids, and is also a myth that technology alone is to follow the path taken by humans. “In the Middle Ages, has water been stoned as demons in most places, and there was no reference to them, religious censorship would be erased.”

So how do you know that he had four fingers? St. George responded: .. “I was told it would have been stoned as demons in most places, not all archaeologists are far from perfect, they have no idea how to separate the design of aquatic aliens from establishing a masked magician. Maybe some of them had suspicions but says nothing, in fear for their career or another. extraterrestrial intelligence civilizations more advanced than ours are terrifying concepts for segments of society. “

There are many unsolved mysteries in world history. Is this another? St. George is adamant: “No Such aliens are no more fools to whom and when, the prophecies also tell us how to find out where they came from ..!” He said that the prophecies to provide data for an increase up arrow out of the southern sky, and planets move an arrow toward the outer solar system, and when they collide arrows would be the point of contact.

So no contact? San Jorge has no doubt. “Yes, my astronomy software provides sophisticated approximate coordinates, but one day astronomers to calculate the exact coordinates and point a radio telescope there, and will not contact you provide. Coordinates and not allow contact would be misleading and has no reason to misleading in this regard. If not, why bother to disturb us at all? “

Cover of Chariots of the Gods

Believers of ancient astronaut theory like Erich Von Daniken, author of the popular book, “Chariots of the Gods”, and Zecharia Sitchin, author of many books on the subject, both maintain that historical gaps and unexplained archaeological records can’t dismiss the fact that ancient civilization was far advanced in technical culture and aware of strange flying craft above their heads. These ancient people were also aware of the “Gods” or “super-beings” who that flew these air ships, descending from the heavens and sharing wisdom.

Zecharia Sitchin’s book “The 12th Planet” claims the Sumerians (ancient inhabitants of southern Mesopotamia in 4000 BC) believed the “Anunnaki” visited the Earth 400,000 years ago and interfered with human evolution, with the Sumerians in fact to create “royal offspring”. The idea of ancient astronauts have played an incredible part in human mythology and archaeological discoveries. Clearly ancient humans believed in mysterious Gods and highly intelligent beings visiting our world.

Every known culture today like Japan, America, India, Europe, Middle East, and from the past like the Greeks, the Romans, Mesopotamians and ancient Indians; have recorded in their history encountering “Gods” sent to influence or instruct the chosen people with secret knowledge and ideology. Evidence shows that these gods arrived from heaven in “chariots of fire” or “air-ships“, much like what we would call UFO’s today. In Val Camonica, Italy, the ancient inhabitants who lived in the valley from the Neolithic Period had left approximately 300,000 petroglyphs (rock carvings) of daily life dating back to 8,000 BC. Some petroglyphs illustrate strange beings floating with helmet-like gear on and this same type of rock carving can be seen all over the planet. Often legends and myth tell of strangers arriving in awesome ships of light or magical-power and resemble some of the same characteristics associated with close encounter of extraterrestrial beings.

Another interesting unexplainable clue is the Peruvian Nazca lines. From the air the lines (geoglyphs) appear like ancient runways and depicts huge figures that can only be identified in an airplane. Ancient astronaut theorist believe these God-like beings for whatever reason wanted to excel the primitive homo sapiens to a higher level of intelligence. Many ancient cultures postulate this idea that their “gods” created them and manipulated their race. The theorist further proclaim this fact as true, to help explain the sudden rise in human evolution over the past 200,000 years.

The most common belief is that humans are created in God’s image and this concept isn’t strange or new to us. This belief is ancient and connects us with God. But the ancient astronaut theory goes even further and states a much more common fear we face today: genetic manipulation.

Homo sapiens abruptly spring boarded forward on a evolutionary scale is well known in the scientific community. It is a strange fact but true nevertheless. But only today, in modern times, with our complete understanding of genetic engineering that we discover that it is possible to alter, manipulate, and control on a genetic level almost any living thing on the Earth. This could be extremely helpful in medical treatments and also highly unethical to alter nature. As a society we have just begun to fully comprehend how to manipulate DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid), a thought unheard of a century ago and only in the pages of science fiction novels. But the mere fact that most ancient cultures who encountered direct contact with their holy-deities, already knew about the genetic intervention done to them by these supernatural beings.

This is an article about the possibility of aliens visiting our ancestors.

Note: I have gathered information from both the book “Chariots of the gods” and from various webpages.

Intro

The fact that the pasts civilizations had many gods remains. But who where these gods, and why did some of them visit earth, in weird flying vehicles? Archaeologists have, besides from that, found wall paintings of weird creatures with space-suits? All these question remains, and there’s many more.

“Even though we not yet know, who these strange intelligent creatures where, and from which far away star they came from, we still claim, that these “strangers” destroyed a part of the then existing humanity and breeded a new human specie, maybe the first representatives of homo sapiens.” – a quote from “Chariots of the gods”

The, now dead, biochemist S. Miller also calculated that on some of the approximately 100 million planets that’s ideal for life like ours, the life and living-terms may have advanced much quicker than ours.

And besides from that, it is possible for many lifeforms to live in places that is highly toxic to us! If there’s really aliens out there, they will probably see our life-terms as deadly. Oxygen is actually poisonous, but we have become immune to it.

That makes you think, right? Well, if you don’t mind, I’ll go on to the fun part.

The fun part

There’s many old cultures who have gods which came down from the sky. In the book “Chariots of the gods”, Erich von Däniken also explains one of his main reasons that he believe that these gods were aliens. His argument concludes that if we took a giant spaceship out in space, on a long journey to a far away star and searched for a planet with the same terms as ours, and that there was population down there that was way beyond our technologies and very primitive, they would probably think us as gods. It’s almost the same if you can find some Indians in Amazonas. If they’ve never seen what we are able to do, they will most likely think us as gods. Think about it! We can fly with a freaking backpack! Try to imagine what we could do when we start that spaceship.

Now, the fun part is that a lot of findings have been made, with stuff that doesn’t fit in at all in the surroundings. Besides from the many tools that goes way back, (Like 40.000 BC, of course the people could just be clever, but it is strange.) there have also been found a partial belt of aluminium from a tomb in China, ornaments of platinum in Peru, wallpaintings with precise locations of the stars position as it was 10000 years ago, radioactive aluminum-isotopes and perhaps the most significant find ever made; the Antikythira device along with other stuff that today we need big factories to make. The Antikythira device shows the locations of the stars and planets all year around, and consists of wheels and cogs.

All these are just some of many findings that have been made, which doesn’t fit in. All these things can really get your imagination on the loose, right?

What I’m trying to point out, is that some civilizations were way ahead of schedule. Some of them even had great medical knowledge. Now, can you explain to me why the oldest libraries in the world is secret? To hide the secret of the “gods from heaven” that came down? Think about it. It’s just as unlikely as the religions we practise everyday. Now, I, myself is an atheist. This has nothing do with the alien conspiracy I’m writing down now, rather more that I find religions impossible to be true. In that matter, I find all these statements far more possible.

On a lot of wallpaintings around the world, weird people and unidentified animals have been made. Some of them were wearing weird helmets and suits. (!)

In the bible there’s spoken about “godsons”, which took the human females as wives. This leads to another conclusion, which goes again and again in other religions

These godsons are later spoken about as giants. Giants are spoken about in almost all religion at some point. Maybe humans are descendants of these creatures?

The bible also holds descriptions of things that easily can be flying vehicles. Smoke around it, fire and a loud noise. In the book that I mainly use as source – Chariots of the gods, Erich von Däniken also states, that he means that Noah’s Ark was electrically charged. He means, that if we build the ark today, we will get an electric power of several 100 volts! The person, Ussa, died in the bible, because he touched the ark. Now, as the Flood is actually a fact (it happened in several civilizations), this ark may have worked to spread the electricity by water.

Now, Noah’s Flood could actually be real. Many cultures states that a giant flood destroyed everything, and they all have one common reason why: The God(s) were punishing the humans.

Thank you. Now, before I end, I would like to state something myself:

I am still unsure whether I believe this or not, as Erich already has admitted that some of the artifacts in the book was man made. Now, his book still touched me in a way, that I had to write this article. Please, I do not want to start a discussion whether the statements in this article is true or false, because: I seriously don’t know. If you read this, and didn’t believe a single dime, you can simply laugh at the people who believed all of it. Whether you hate me now, or you think this is a genius article, I hope you enjoyed my it. And to be honest, 98% of this article is based on Chariots of the Gods. But I also got some other stuff and squeezed in.

And yes, I know that his book wasn’t approved my the most scientists, but I still find his statements interesting.
