FBI arrest several users for piracy.

FBI have cracked down on multiple Megaupload users for piracy of Films and Music. Megaupload was a very popular Sharing site that was not only Ad-free but Virus-free and Spyware-free. It was the safest way to download from other people who just wanted to share old files. Ofcourse, some people shared some not so old files that incidently murdered the lovable site.

Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom (also known as Kim Schmitz), a 37-year-old German national and New Zealand resident, was arrested by New Zealand police in Auckland on Friday morning, the US Department of Justice said in a statement.

I never uploaded anything myself. I will admit, I downloaded a few games….. from 1998 that is, and to hell with the FBI if I have to spend $5.00 of a 14 year old game. The good thing about Megaupload is that it had everything we needed. Some people can’t buy old films and games because no one is selling them, not even online. Anything that is 10 years old should be free IMO, I mean the people who made the films don’t care enough to release them online themselves.

Now I’m ranting, not something I usually do but I’m in a bad mood.

Others arrested are the website’s chief marketing officer Finn Batato, 38, and chief technical officer and co-founder Mathias Ortmann, 40, both from Germany, and Dutch national Bram van der Kolk, 29, who is also a New Zealand resident.

Police executed provisional arrest warrants at the United States’ request, and other agencies – including the Organised and Financial Crime Agency, Crown Law and the Office of the Solicitor General provided “substantial and critical assistance”, the statement says.

The four face charges of engaging in a racketeering conspiracy, conspiring to commit copyright infringement, conspiring to commit money laundering and criminal copyright infringement.

The charges carry up to 20 years’ imprisonment.

Megaupload is not without controversy before. Last month, Megaupload published a music video titled: “The Mega Song”, showing artists including Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys, Kanye West and Will.i.am endorsing the company. The song was uploaded to Youtue but was quickly removed by the Universal Music Group. Megaupload said that the video contained no infringing content, commenting: “we have signed agreements with every featured artist for this campaign”. Megaupload requested an apology from the Universal Music Group and filed a lawsuit against the company.

Seems like everyone is against the userfriendly site.

If you latterly had an enormous fight along with your girlfriend and you're craving for ways that to form up along with her, then persevere reading below.

There are immeasurable ways that to form up to your girlfriend once an enormous disagreement or argument that you just had.

Ask for an Apology Sincerely

Asking for an apology sincerely is one in every of the foremost obvious and best ways that to form up to your woman, and you would like to pay attention to her intently. albeit you discover the argument to be solely lightweight and no massive deal in the least, you ought to think about the emotions of your partner. There are some men who apologize through sending their woman text message, or through on-line messaging or social networking sites.

The best thanks to raise an apology is to try to to it personally, and it’ll be more durable to try to to once you wait longer. Through this, the gesture can sound a lot of sincere. If your woman refuses to speak to you, attempting creating an apology note and hand it to her or alternative ways that for it to succeed in her.

Be liable for Your Actions

You must never plan to clear your name once you form up along with your girlfriend—always bear in mind that faults usually return from either side of the argument. Be able to take responsibility if you actually want to place an finish to issue and leave it behind, despite the sensation of being faultless concerning it. When true is already calm, you’ll be able to continually say your piece of the story; however as of the instant it’s not necessary to argue who is correct or wrong, what’s a lot of necessary has your love one back.

Be able to provide Her house

The need to perform this third and final step largely depends on the results of doing the primary 2 steps. As well, this relies on the seriousness of the argument and therefore the current relationship standing that you just have. If she asks you to present her house, give it.

Attempting to push the conversation albeit she refuses to could solely cause any issues. Keep in mind that somebody has to be within the right mindset to resolve an enormous issue, and alittle house once the argument will shower your minds. provide her the required time to cool down and suppose things over before attempting once more to resolve the difficulty.

Always bear in mind that the proper timing and energy will continually resolve true, despite how massive or little it’s. With these steps, you may revisit your lady once an argument.

Alec Baldwin vs. American Airlines.

As you may know, a few days ago Alec Baldwin was asked to leave a plane because he did not turn his phone off when he was asked to. In his defense, the plane hasn’t taken off yet and it WAS his turn to play “Words with Friends”.

Obviously, Alec wasn’t thrilled about being escorted off the plane, but he later did take to Twitter and apologize to his fellow passengers for causing a delay. However, in true celebrity fashion in the same breath he insulted the flight attendant that had a problem with him by calling her a “1950s gym teacher”. Now that’s class.

Flight attendants can be annoying, they can treat you like a child and get very impatient and unlike most advertisements would have you believe, they do not always have a smile on their face. But they have a job to do and if they ask you to turn off your phone you’re supposed to do it promptly, not at your own discretion. If everyone waited to follow the flight attendants’ instruction when they felt it was appropriate, no planes would ever take off. That is why they have the right to ask you to leave if you refuse to cooperate.

Alec doesn’t seem to understand that the airline employees were just doing their job and he was a major pain in their behind because this Saturday he appeared on the show “Saturday Night Live” to make fun of the whole incident; and when I say make fun I mean belittle everyone involved, including the airlines and the flight captain.

To make Alec understand what it’s like when others have no regard for your professional responsibilities, I came up with an exercise that might help. It’s simple; if you ever see Mr. Alec Baldwin filming anything, anywhere, make sure you interrupt him as much as you possibly can (without getting arrested). Scream, laugh, walk into the frame, whatever, just make sure it ruins his takes. It’s not like what he is doing really matters so this sort of thing should not bother him at all. After you decide you have better things to do with your life, make sure to apologize to everyone but him. You might also want to throw a little insult his way, just for fun. Recording a video of his reaction and posting it on a video sharing website is optional but highly advised.

Finally Dutch Government apologized to victims and their families of Rawagede Massacre at 1947.

After 64 years, finally Dutch Government apologized for Rawagede Massacre. The apology was stated directly by ambassador of Dutch in Indonesia, Tjeerd De Zwaan on December 9, 2011.

“…. In this context and on behalf of Dutch Government, I apologize for the tragedy,” Zwaan said when attending the 64th commemoration of Rawagede Tragedy in Balongsari village (former Rawagede), West Java, Indonesia. It was also participated by victims and their families.

The Tragedy of Rawagede happened on December 9, 1947. Dutch military slaughtered 431 villagers in Rawagede. The massacre is convinced as the most brutal crime that was done by Dutch during 1945-1949.

The apology is based on decision of Civil Court of Den Haag at September 2011. The Court obligated Dutch Government to apologize and to give compensation for victims of Rawagede Tragedy. The 11 widows of victims Rawagede will receive each 20,000 Euro as compensation.

Of course, the compensation cannot replace suffering of victims. The victims only wanted a confession of Dutch Government about their crime in Rawagede at 1947.

Soulja Boy seeks to right a major wrong.

“The art of any given period or culture is a faithful mirror of that culture’s philosophy.”- Ayn Rand

Within this anti-value culture, the entities which exist to protect individual rights (the police, the military, and the law courts) have suffered acts of physical violence and have been maligned, disrespected, and disregarded (to say the least) by the citizens who need their services.

Rapper Soulja Boy’s lyrics in his song “Let’s Be Real” represent the latest results of an era where it appears to be cool to knock cops, the armed forces, and officials of the judicial system.

As the artist issues words like ”f–k the FBI and f–k all the Army troops,” we must recognize that yes, misconduct and malfeasance have appeared in each of the agencies mentioned above. Yet, such actions represent a minuscule part of the appropriate functioning of these governmental groups. This, therefore, does not excuse Soulja Boy or other performers who disparage the same people who guard his and others’ rights to spout such vitriol.

It would be too easy to just passively blame Hip Hop and shake one’s head at society. Instead it is more rational to sit down, think, and encourage artists to responsibly display their opinions.

In light of his official apology, it is important to forgive the rapper but to never forget that taking swipes at those who serve and protect is

unacceptable. The fact that he took the time to say sorry shows a member of a generation struggling to live in accordance with a proper morality that has never fully manifested. His mea culpa may just signal a young Soulja Boy ready to become a grown man.

Apology for a mistake.

I have to apologise to everyone here on Triond for making a gross era. I thought I could post anything that was my own writing but have found out that I have to post it here first so if you would like to see my post about Siblings Separated a True Story Part 5 you will have to look me up on Gather. I will be posting Part 6 here first today and then later at Gather. Again I am sorry for the mistake and will be sure to pay more attention in the future.

I don’t often find that I need to apologise but I do when I am wrong which isn’t that often but I guess most women would say that wouldn’t they? We always seem to be right but are we, or do men just go along to make life easier for them? I don’t know about everyone else but I am right most of the time. Wink Wink.

Have you ever dealt with a person who is wrong and won’t apologise to save their life? You know the person, the one who is so caught up with the way they perceive things to be they just won’t open their minds to anything else. They don’t care who they hurt or tear apart in the process. Or better yet the person who tries to tear you down with their lies, and wrong doings, and get even more angry when they don’t get the reaction they want. I am sure you have dealt with at least one if not both kinds of people. Sometimes people can actually sway back and forth with both options which really gives you something to wonder about.

So here is my apology and hope you will accept it.

The situations we are in, causes disrespect to ourselves and others around us.

Have you ever said something unnecessary in the midst of others that was out of character even for you? Have you ever been embarrassed by the things others may say or do?

There are those who do stop and apologize, no matter the time limit for the apology. There are those who keep the statement going in spite of the impression in the room, waiting and expecting others to join in or side with their wit. And there are those who would never apologize, even after they have stopped and knew that others had turned away.

Ever try to talk to someone but couldn’t get them to listen as you tried to get your point across?

There are those who would listen and are willing to say, “Sorry, I just don’t get what you mean.” There are those who do listen but with a defensive ear. Aiming to criticize you and bring up the level of annoyance, just because you gave them more to think about than what they wanted to hear. And there are those who listen in order to give you back a purposely positive response with no or little complications added to your life.

a) There are those who can’t hear you due to many fault factors.

b) There are those who won’t hear what you have to say because of pride, embarrassment, or guilt.

c) And there are those who have matured enough to openly hear you and respond respectfully.

In the back ground are those who observing but do not get involved….necessarily.

a) There are those who see what’s happening but never ask why.

b) There are those who see but could care less to even wonder why.

c) And there are those who see to understand more and may adventure to ask the question why.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? In this world we obviously have trust issues with listening and being apart of stepping up. The many, many, stories that are heard and shared by one another serve as living examples. Even the laws of the land, backed up by our court systems are given as a reflection of this dilemma.

The best position for attack, when there is an enemy of some sort, is from the inside out. It can hurt our feelings, create doubt and unbelief, or even give us physical illness which ultimately effects us mentally speaking. It is the order of things. From the inside out. To be feeling as though an attack is happening.

Cancer of the air is when people shake up an atmosphere of peace, just to trade it in for a little hell. But hell was already with the person before the shake down could begin.

STORY: Your on the edge of the pond. Watching as the ducks paddle in the water. In the pond are many ducks swimming gracefully. Viewing this, you interpret that the ducks appear to move without struggle or very little effort. On top of the water they seem to move across the waters as though the wind is moving them gently.

But in order to be understanding the whole picture, you must see underneath the water. It becomes a little bit of a different story. Under the water, you see rapid movement. A faster pace and an appearance of being a bit frantic as they peddle their way from here to there.

People can be a lot like this. On the outside of what you see of them looks to be calm, in control and well balanced. Things look worked out and can give an appearance of smoothness. But generally when you look closer, deeper into their belief systems, their life’s experiences and choices, it can look to be a bit more chaotic than you thought. When you spot this dilemma, they don’t seem to be who you thought that they were.

People like to hide their imperfections and misgivings. Giving others a false sense of security and respect about who they are when your looking. The problem is who are they when no one is looking?

Preachers, teachers, parents, relatives, governmental officials, Friend or Foe can fall to taking this approach. According the Bible no one is perfect. But we can give the impression that we are. A lot of never get to our full potential of truly who we are. So keep that in mind.

Revealing this kind of evidence to a person who has been hiding, can intensify and overwhelm them to a negative response. Plain and simple, some people don’t want to hear it and they hinder their human growth experience by avoiding change. Non-change requires no growth. And growth requires maturity which is built upon listening. If you are reading this, you have just put another notch in your belt for growth.

Being a prisoner to your own life rituals can result in shackling yourself to rebellion, selfishness, and soon after, abandonment by you or by others. And no one likes a know it all.

If you find yourself in place for being uncomfortable secretly or being uncomfortable out loud, there are a few things to take into consideration in order to establish some change, on the inside of your mind. Here are some tools that you can gather to help maintain a little bit more of a healthy life style for yourself or for others.

What does it mean to Respect?…..Well, respect means;

No invasion of space or territory without permission.

Truth in what you are saying to yourself and others.

Practices wide range of patience.

Trustworthy to being depended up.

A caretaker or a service in gentle and favorable ways.

Disciplined enough to be in control of ones habits.

Thoughtfulness for being involved.

Honesty practiced in the relationships.

A provision of tools for many relationships to survive on.

Listens and listens some more.

Gives fair advice to self and others.

Royal and loyal to communicate with others.

Cautious about going to slow or going to fast in life.

Intention’s of getting meaningful results in conflict.

Obedience to the laws of the land.

Loves to listen and listens to love.

Understanding limits and their consequences of safety.

Honorable behavior admired by many.

Encouragement increasing growth.

Forgiving acts allowing things to be move on.

Commit your mouth not to sin. By what you do say, or what you should say and don’t. Cussing, dirty jokes, or even gossip cast shadows of doubt up against trust.

Words are containers for power and replacement or power of drainage. It is a either a blessing or curse to weaken or strenghten a spirit.

Get done with pettiness and have some peace. For tomorrow is not promised to you.

Don’t grave dig by saying, “I can’t, it won’t work, I tried, it won’t happen….etc.

Teachers are held at the higher end to people falling or succeeding. Hint, we are all teachers.

Death and life are in the tongue.

God uses those who ask. But be not surprised by the long hours and the commitment. Because the benefits are great. And can be long lasting past your death.

Who we are means that before you can experience the yes’s in life, you’ll generally have to understand the No’s in your life. So that what you do comes out of who you are suppose to be. We are not just to have respect for others but ourselves too. Take care. Nan

A monologue from a play I may never finish.

In 1776, I would have been a Patriot. In 1776, I would might have even been a forefather, but who really knows, either way it’s foolish to think such stupid thoughts. In 1776, I would be a man, rather than a number or letters that do not go in lines. Not consonants or vowels, more like slurs and sounds, and they do not even rhyme. In 1776, I would have fought and probably died, lost my life with my brother or else. In 1776, my offenses would hold no crime, and my words might be heard. In modern day I’m like hither, niether here nor there. I can scatter but I’m merely seeds in a crop, and the crop is the crowd, so it is hard to survive, but my roots are deeper than all’s else as though I was produced by the deepest of all roots. In 1776, I might have been hung for it seems I am attracted to witches, goblins, and chants. I might have been born 23 decades later than my time, but not in 1776.

I do not know how to apologize, like Socrates, it may not even matter anyway, for I have eaten of the plant, may have smoked it too. Crimes are not really crimes unless first they are constructed in the mind, though some come swift, a man knows not of his own emotions any more than we know of each other’s. A riddle that may hide the soldier within, if it were 1776. In 1776, who knows if I would have had enough heart to bleed it out in a field, where vultures ate been bones, and worms, that had fed on dead men. How can I apologize for holding true to what honorable men died to pursue, and now feed the roots of the strongest trees, for those roots run through me.

In 1776, I would know what I am, bad or good, because either I would be dead, or signing a document. In 1776, I would have had the chance to fight for something right instead fight for my life, for though it seems necessary it is a selfish plight. If we fight for ourselves alone, who will hold up the beams when we sleep? Keep watch in the woods? Tell you whats good? In 1776, I would have been able to keep friends, and a wife, and my children as well. I would rather be burned at the stake, hung from the neck, racked by my feet, but a torture of the mind. And we plead we have not turned to wicked ways?

In 1776, I would have went to the next state and tried again, but here there is no second chance, you can only get hung once, whether by rope, or by the tongue. In 1776, I might have been a Native American, because I’m dark, but that’s okay I would have been a minority, probably had job weaving baskets and that sounds easy to me. In 1777, I’d change my name and build bombs, kill all the evil men before they could put missiles at my feet. In 1776, George Washington would know me.

In 1776, I would have been, God only knows. The crazy concepts that my brain attempts, but the questions are valid. What happened between now, and 1776? Why do men care only for themselves? In 1776, I would have died helping someone else. All men are crazy, plagued with schizophrenia helping only this friend they call self, for a man cannot live all by himself. If so, that would include living with beasts, and sleeping in trees. They say we came from Apes I say that is where we are going, but you would have never heard a slanderous word, in 1776. I would love the view, in 1776, but now the filth blocks my sight of all the beautiful sights, for beauty lies in what is true, not in what is contrived by the human mind. Reality was as real as death, in 1776. In 1776, you would have been able to look me in the eyes, as though I had something to say, which is the only true freedom of a man. I would have had no time to ruin my own life, because I would have been fighting battles that were not only my own, in 1776. All the goodness is gone, so too my soul, for I wanted only good things, but all that’s left of me is this surviving beast just trying to eat.

   But not in 1776

I would be sorry…………

I would be a Patriot………………

                              ……………….in 1776

Didn't Stop The Negativity Toward Gays.

Like any protest you have your distractors that understands that you protected a majority, of times , by the first amendment giving you the right to state many things. Just because, a few gays in a night club got heated because they was the subject, of choice they still don’t comprehend that DICK, BOB, and JOE can still call yo a gay blade.

Freedom, of speech gives them the same rights that many racial group has in calling other races name. It won’t stop because we get offended in society. Truth be known next to Jesus getting talked about in good and negative way. The President of the United States, gets talked about constantly. Whether in today’s society or just being a past leader, of the free world. Which slowly many people that complains they don’t want the government in their lives are finding out they create the rules that govern us all.

I respect Tracy Morgan for apologizing when he could have told many to go straight…without apologizing. But, gays and lesbians must realized that every step and place you go someone is against your life style. I cold careless about yours because no one in the world has the right to advise you the exact way to ive.

Life is about being happy and to be happy you must have the strength to accept that others might disagree. No one life is happily accepted, by family members and there could be thousands, of reasons why? Either, you was marry to long or not long enough or any other type jealousy can be tossed toward you.

Who doesn’t get joked upon in society? Yes, who doesn’t? So, stopping Tom , Dick, and Bob, from talking isn’t something that’s going to happen. Mainly, because it has been going on since the beginning, of time. Heck, we talk about the blind. Plus, from the walk the maneuver around they do better than those that can see.

Smokey Robinson, wrote a classic phase in “Being With You” which was “I Don’t Care What They Say About Me” but it seems the gay population do. Well join the group, of races that get drill daily just like many religions in society.

An insight into Socrates "Apology" story.

Socrates was a philosopher that seemed to value the pursuit of truth and wisdom more than pursuing wealth and power. He was taken to court by some men in the city of Athens on charges that were proven not be true in my opinion. He was brought up on four charges, the first of which of being an evil-doer physicist. The second charge is that of him being a sophist who tutors young men for money. The third argument calls him guilty of corrupting young people and the final charge of being a believer of other gods not recognized by the state. With his life on the line Socrates stands tall to defend his innocence, and with defiance and determination, he goes on to show the court, his accusers, and the witnesses that there is not enough evidence to find him guilty of such crimes.

To the first charge of him being an evil-doer physicist who searches into things under the earth and in heaven and makes the worse appear the better cause, Socrates takes the better and direct route of denial. He claims his innocence in such matters saying he has nothing to do with those studies, that it is all simply nonsense with no credible witnesses to testify otherwise. Socrates is quick to point out these are rumors that perhaps were started after a comedy writer named Aristophanes created a fictional character bearing Socrates name, one who can walk in the air, but are not to be believed if no one in real life can back those charges.

He challenges his main accuser Meletus to provide evidence or any witness that can say he is involved in such accusations. He then asks those present to speak up against him if they find truth in such charge, or to ask around to all their neighbors for anyone who may have seen such thing. No one came forward, therefore putting that charge to rest.

The second charge against Socrates claims that he is a paid tutor, one who teaches the youth and therefore gets paid. He points that he’s heard of such men who go from town to town and persuade young men to pay for lessons, he names a few and he calls them sophists. To this Socrates says he does not possess knowledge of human and political virtue that would entitle him to get paid for. If he did he would be very proud and conceited, and to that is he none. He says there is no foundation of truth behind this allegation and once again no one in the prosecution side has any evidence.

There are many people out there mad at Socrates. He claims many of them have had their feelings hurt by him and that resentment has fueled their desire to bring him to court and to see him punished. He says he will not allow himself to be condemned by accusers acting merely on jealousy and hurt egos, and goes on to explain the origins behind his enemies hate.

Socrates says an oracle once professed that he was the wisest man in the world. He himself did not believe that could be true and went out on a journey to find a wiser man than him. His campaign led him to the top poets, craftsmen and politicians of his time. He analyzed them, and through his interviews came to the conclusion that most of them were indeed gifted in their craft and foolish in believing that was enough to make them wise in other areas of life.

One by one they were told by Socrates that they were not wise are not, but rather pretenders. He explains that the poet is often motivated by inspiration but most times he has no idea of what he is saying. The poet does not often understand the meaning of the poetry he writes, and is therefore not wise. The same outcome was found with politicians and craftsmen, and as these were told they were not wise they became angry and resentful towards Socrates.

Many young rich kids began to feel the need to imitate Socrates, and went on their own quest to prove those same people unwise. They were amused by Socrates and came to the same conclusion, further insulting the craftsmen and pushing the craftsmen to call Socrates a corruptor of young minds. This pursuit of truth made him many enemies and his preoccupation with the quest had left him in utter poverty as well. Worse of all, this anger held by his enemies would land him in court fighting for his life against untrue accusations.

The last charge against Socrates was that of him not believing in the gods of the state. he brought up his main accuser to the stand, a man called Meletus. Using his ingenious mind Socrates was able to prove Meletus contradicting himself, calling Socrates an atheist and a follower of different gods at the same time, and that doomed that charge.

All of the charges against Socrates were found to be untrue, and none could stick, in my opinion, he is innocent due to lack of evidence. Socrates was a very smart man, and this proved to be his biggest weapon against his enemies.
