Osama bin Laden was the most wanted terrorist in the world. A documentary tries to show how the CIA and FBI Al-Qaeda chief for many years monitored - and why 9/11 does not prevent.

U.S. President Barack Obama announced on 2 The May 2011 death of Osama Bin Laden (center). The slogan “dead or alive” was his predecessor George W. Bush after 11 released september

“We would have had to do it sooner.” This key sentence, said at the end of the spectacular documentary “The Hunt for Bin Laden” of current U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, summarizes the problem. Because it goes to the eyewitness, Osama bin Laden would not have to be killed only a year ago – but years before.

For the documentary filmmaker Leslie Woodhead brings high-profile witnesses such as former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Bill Clinton (and short-George W. Bush’s) security advisor Richard Clarke and Leon Panetta just before the cameras. He promises the story of the “longest and most expensive manhunt in American history” and that “from an insider perspective.” Woodhead and supplies.

The Road to 9/11

First, he traces the rise of Bin Laden from Saudi millionaire son of Al-Qaeda chief and most wanted terrorist in the world. And then, slowly, unfolding before the eyes of the viewers diabolical plan.

The stations are well known: the failed UN operation in Mogadishu 1993rd The attack on the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania 1998th The attack on the “USS Cole” in 2000. Except that they are related, we see it today. “Bin Laden, the U.S. has declared war in 1996,” it says at one point.

In all these crimes al-Qaeda is involved. And many know the secret. To 1996, bin Laden released as an “indictment” against America, is founded a special unit of the CIA and FBI to arrest him and put on trial. Three years later, President Clinton signs a document in which it is the first time, bin Laden should be taken and if necessary killed.

On his first voyage, Columbus landed in the Bahamas.

On his first voyage, Columbus landed in the Bahamas. The natives living there were quite friendly and even gave him some gold in exchange for beads and cloth! Columbus established a settlement there, since one of his ships was wrecked. This settlement was named Navidad, and was built with the timber taken from the wrecked ship. Around 39 sailors stayed in Navidad, including carpenters, and a doctor. On his second voyage, Columbus established the settlement of La Isabella in what is now the Dominican Republic. It was a bigger settlement, with over 1500 people. Excavations have shown that it contained a church, store houses, a watch tower, hospital and large kiln. Liquid mercury for mining gold was also found, as well as the remains of Columbus’ house. Columbus’ first two settlements were disasters. Navidad was burnt down, and La Isabella had to be abandoned because of insects, disease, shortage of food and attacks by the natives. Yet later on, Columbus did succeed in the establishment of gold mines in the central mountains, and a new port at Santo Domingo. Columbus repeatedly had to deal with rebellious settlers and natives. He had some of his crew hanged for disobeying him. A number of returning settlers complained against Columbus at the Spanish court, and even had him arrested.

Should these two even be parents?

Shopping can be fun, even if the shopping takes place in a Hustler Hollywood outlet where you can buy a variety of “nice and naughty” items if that’s your inclination.

What you shouldn’t be inclined to do is go Hustler shopping while you leave your two young children unsupervised in your car. The police, as you might imagine, frown on that practice – not the shopping, but the leaving the children alone part. And that’s just what they did with a Washington state couple who they arrested and charged after the couple left their kids alone in their minivan – with the engine running – while they spent 90 minutes in the shop and bought $430 worth of adult naughty-naughty items, if you understand my meaning.

Juston and Kylie Hyatt, both 23, were arraigned on a misdemeanor count – but one would think something more serious could be found to charge them with given the egregious nature of their crime.

Naughty, Naughty Parents

According to police, they were summoned to the Hustler Hollywood store in early-February 2012 after a witness spotted two boys–aged 3 and 4–alone inside a Chrysler Town & Country minivan parked outside the business. The witness reported that the children were left unattended for at least an hour.

When officers approached the parents inside the Hustler store, Mr. Hyatt was carrying another small child in his arms, police reported. Hyatt is an Army soldier – I guess good parenting skills are not part of military training; then again, who would think you’d need training to know leaving your kids alone is a very bad idea.

The couple told the police they thought it was “ok” to leave the boys inside the van because they had parked in front of the store and they could see the vehicle. One officer then noted that the couple did not see him peering into the vehicle (nor did he see them looking out at the minivan from inside the Hustler store). The officer also warned that it “only takes a second or two for some individual to get into the running vehicle with the children in it and steal the car.”

Not The First Time

When the police asked why one of them did not wait inside the minivan while the other shopped, neither the mother nor the father were able to answer the question. The 3 or 4 year old could probably answer the question.

A Hustler Hollywood clerk told the police that the couple had shopped in the store before and had also left their kids in the car on that occasion. The clerk said she had called police that time as well but the couple left before the police responded.

Perhaps a just punishment would be for the couple to wear whatever garments they purchased to their court hearing and then the father would be ordered to report for Army duty dressed in the very same attire. A certain cure for this miscreant, wouldn’t you think?

What’s next, cops in kindergarten class?

It must have been a really, really bad day for the parents of young Salecia Johnson. Their six-year old child was arrested for throwing a tantrum at her Milledgeville, Georgia (U.S.) school.

Yup, those police officers – no idea if it was the S.W.A.T team in full battle mode – were hot on the trail of this young miscreant. And what was the offense the young mischief-maker was accused of? Well, it seems she threw a tantrum that, among other things, injured the school principal. Yes, if you are going to have a fit, it’s probably not a good idea to have the principal become a victim of your rage.

Call SWAT?

Kindergartener Salecia also was accused of allegedly tearing items from walls, throwing furniture and knocking over a bookshelf. It was the latter act that ended up hitting the principal. What can the school leaders possibly do in a situation like this? Call the parents? Give the kid a time out? No, let’s call the police and have them take care of the situation. After all, what else could the police possibly have to do – fight crime, perhaps?

But, police were called and when they arrived, there was Salecia in tears in the principal’s office. Now surely, the police would have found some way to calm matters down. Between the school officials and the police perhaps someone would have thought to call the child’s parents. No way. Although the police said they tried to reason with Salecia the kid was having none of it. So, what else could they do but put her in handcuffs.

When asked why the police took such drastic actions, the police chief said “he takes a hard line on suspects, regardless of whether they’ve had nap time.” Oh boy, this is one heck of a law and order kind of guy. What would be the punishment for children who arrive late to class?

“Our policy is that any detainee transported to our station in a patrol vehicle is to be handcuffed in the back,” said the chief. “There’s no age discrimination on that rule.” I guess not.

Confiscate Her Milk Money?

Young Salecia was taken to the police station and booked on charges of simple assault and damage to property. She will not have to appear in court, but there’s no word on whether or not her milk money will cover bail. She was suspended from school until August.

When her mother found out about the events, she admitted that her daughter “has mood swings some days, which all of us have mood swings some days. I guess that was just one of her bad days that day.”

Hey, mom, let’s get some back bone here. Your six-year-old just got kicked out of school and busted. How about taking a little harder line?

Let’s here it from you, fellow readers and writers, what do you think of this episode. You can comment anonymously – especially if you live in Georgia. You never know when the cops may have some extra time on their hands and eager for an easy bust. As for the school officials – you will write on the blackboard 1,000 times – I will not call the police and have six-year-olds arrested.

Hacking is a serious problem that needs to be stopped!

It is so sad that people get their kicks out of hacking others accounts and taking control over their personal information. the negative post that circulate on people’s pages are incredible. Victims are becoming frustrated and at their last wits with this epidemic. Who sits around trying to get in to people’s accounts with no remorse or thought about how it will affect that person. It is so rapid and some of the information that is being posted shows immaturity and immorality. There needs to be something done about this terrible problem. People are losing their identities and their money is placed in other people’s pockets. Facebook use to be a place where you can catch up on the good old days but now you have to constantly watch out for hackers.

Hackers seem ruthless and uncaring. They will invade your personal space and not even think twice about it. The hurt that it causes the victim (s) is tremendous. The hackers do not discriminate they wouldn’t care if they hacked minors accounts. They are targeting young and old, black or white. If they have away to get into your account they will. Even if you have protection on your PC they will find a way. It just makes me sick that people can get away with identity theft, cons, scams and hacking. Justice needs to be served and I wouldn’t care who the individuals are. If you can do the crime you sure better be ready to do the time. Hacking needs to stop, crime is just disgusting. The ill effects that result from Internet crimes or any other crime from that matter can leave lasting damages. Hacking is rapid and it can be a nuisance.

Kate Major Charged With Battery in Drunken Melee.

Kate Major is taking a look at some severe jail time.

Michael Lohan’s unstable ex-girlfriend has been charged with battery for allegedly attacking three people on a boozy tirade in Florida earlier this winter.

The laundry list of prison prices does not finish there.

Major was arrested for allegedly beating up a Latino couple in a parking lot and berating them with racist epithets, then calling the arresting officer a “fats f**k.

When cops tried to arrest Major, police say that she resisted arrest and tried to kick the officers. After she was arrested, she continued to behave belligerently.

Main is charged with three counts of battery, one count of resisting arrest and one count of disorderly intoxication … all misdemeanors on prime of the felony.

If convicted on all counts, Main might face more than four years behind bars. Hope she has a very good lawyer. She makes MiLo look like a mannequin citizen! Almost.

FBI arrest several users for piracy.

FBI have cracked down on multiple Megaupload users for piracy of Films and Music. Megaupload was a very popular Sharing site that was not only Ad-free but Virus-free and Spyware-free. It was the safest way to download from other people who just wanted to share old files. Ofcourse, some people shared some not so old files that incidently murdered the lovable site.

Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom (also known as Kim Schmitz), a 37-year-old German national and New Zealand resident, was arrested by New Zealand police in Auckland on Friday morning, the US Department of Justice said in a statement.

I never uploaded anything myself. I will admit, I downloaded a few games….. from 1998 that is, and to hell with the FBI if I have to spend $5.00 of a 14 year old game. The good thing about Megaupload is that it had everything we needed. Some people can’t buy old films and games because no one is selling them, not even online. Anything that is 10 years old should be free IMO, I mean the people who made the films don’t care enough to release them online themselves.

Now I’m ranting, not something I usually do but I’m in a bad mood.

Others arrested are the website’s chief marketing officer Finn Batato, 38, and chief technical officer and co-founder Mathias Ortmann, 40, both from Germany, and Dutch national Bram van der Kolk, 29, who is also a New Zealand resident.

Police executed provisional arrest warrants at the United States’ request, and other agencies – including the Organised and Financial Crime Agency, Crown Law and the Office of the Solicitor General provided “substantial and critical assistance”, the statement says.

The four face charges of engaging in a racketeering conspiracy, conspiring to commit copyright infringement, conspiring to commit money laundering and criminal copyright infringement.

The charges carry up to 20 years’ imprisonment.

Megaupload is not without controversy before. Last month, Megaupload published a music video titled: “The Mega Song”, showing artists including Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys, Kanye West and Will.i.am endorsing the company. The song was uploaded to Youtue but was quickly removed by the Universal Music Group. Megaupload said that the video contained no infringing content, commenting: “we have signed agreements with every featured artist for this campaign”. Megaupload requested an apology from the Universal Music Group and filed a lawsuit against the company.

Seems like everyone is against the userfriendly site.

R.I.P 19/01/2012

How detention and arrest can differ. Examples of detention.

What makes detention different from arrest?

Detention and arrest can both be used during an investigation. In many cases detention is used to temporary detain a person during an investigation or under suspicion of a theft or shoplifting. When I went into a store one time with a friend. She had stuck something in her pocket. We were both temporary detained while they presented a video of the suspicious theft. Instead of using arrest as a punishment. The store clerk, asked the girl if she had the item and when she replied no. She had to take them to where she left the item. They asked me a few questions and let me go. The girl was detained temporary and banned from the store for the theft and let go. Detention is a temporary punishment that limits a persons freedom and can prevent from leaving a certain area or building until after a solution is obtained. Detention is lesser consequence than arrest.

Arrest is a much worse punishment than detention. When it comes to arrest suspicion is not enough for an arrest. An arrest can also lead to questioning as well, but is more serious than just detaining and questioning for suspicion of a crime. A person that is considered under arrest is proven to be a threat to themselves and other persons or property. After a crime is committed and they are considered a threat, the individual will be apprehension and presented into the criminal justice system.

A man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault. Find out what happened in this article.

I read an article about a man arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault that I wanted to share with you. It’s not unusual for someone to be arrested for suspicion of burglary and assault, but what the man did is strange.

The news
In Orange County, a man named Augustin Sanchez broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home and crawled into her bed. He wanted to cuddle with her before attempting to remove her underwear. The girlfriend was sleep at the time when her ex-boyfriend crawled into her bed.

The ex-girlfriend called the police at 6:30 a.m. The ex-girlfriend said that her ex-boyfriend broke into her home by cutting her window screen. He pushed her bedroom window open and entered her home.

According to the police, Augustin Sanchez was drunk when he went to his ex-girlfriend’s house. The ex-girlfriend was able to get away from him and called the police. Augustin was still in her home when the police showed up.

Augustin Sanchez was arrested and charged with burglary and sexual assault.

My thoughts
This story was a surprise to me. Augustin Sanchez took a big risk sneaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home. He would have to be drunk to do something like this. Now you know that you are not safe in your home anymore when your ex-boyfriend/girlfriend could break into your home so easily.

I wonder if the window was open when he broke in the house. If it wasn’t, it’s scary how easily he was able to break in the house while the window was closed. Luckily she was able to get away from Augustin before he could rape her.

What are your thoughts on the man arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault? What do you think would have happened if she didn’t call the police? Do you think he will go to jail or will he be let off the hook?
