Energy is neither good nor bad, it is how we decide to use that energy that defines who we are and the kind of experiences we have. Friday 13th is a powerful day, but not one to be feared. We must always remember that whatever we think about we will attract into our lives. By keeping our thoughts positive and proactive this powerful stream of energy can be used to bring good things into our lives.

What does one see when one looks in a mirror? Is it merely as the song says “…A nine stone weakling with knobbly knees…” Or is there more to be seen in a mirror than one’s own reflection?
