Slut, prude, or innocent? These are just three words that men often use to describe women based on the underwear they choose to wear.

Go watch a movie that is set in the 1960s or 1970s and one of the first design elements of that period is the clothing. Specifically in movies that have female nudity, one of the elements is the kind of underwear worn. Most of the time you see women wearing the big “granny panties” as well as wearing their pants above their belly buttons. Over the past forty years, one trend that everyone seems to notice is the increasing sexualization of society. Everything seems to be all about sex. Just turn on your television and count how long it takes to find some sexually motivated or explicit image or reference. I guarantee you that it won’t take long. Partially because of this trend in sexualization, there has been a change in the norm for what kind of underwear a woman should wear. In present day, a women is laughed at or mocked for wearing “granny panties.” In fact, it now seems like the smaller the garment, the better it is. I believe that this change in perception and sexualization is the result of popular media. Hollywood movies and magazines such as Playboy or Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit Edition constantly show women nude or wearing very little clothing. Often they wear a skimpy bikini or a thong. Our society has transitioned to one that is more open and expressive about sexuality than it has been in the past. Historically, it has been taboo for a woman to even show her ankles. Nowadays, showing ankle is nothing. In fact, when looking at clothing trends in women particularly in shirts and shorts; the shorts that are “in style” are consisently shorts that show the most skin while shirts tend to be cut off or short to allow for naval exposure. Again, forty years go, these fashion pieces would be absolutely taboo in the time when wearing granny panties was the norm. Now, again to the sexualization of our society due to popular media, women are encouraged to wear smaller, “sexier” pieces of underwear and show more skin in order to appeal attractive and arouse others in a physical manner.

So what does the underwear of a woman say about her personality? It seems that women are placed under some degree of societal pressure to conform by wearing erotically-appealing garments such as short shorts, tank tops, tiny bikini panties , and thongs. Out of this pressure from society and ergo acceptable fashion items in our modern society, arise at least three main personalities of women. The first kind is the woman who not only chooses to conform to society by wearing the given article of clothing, but she also chooses to embrace it. In other words, she chooses to wear the clothing and gladly make sure everyone is aware that she is sexually appealing and/or available. This is the definiation of what society calls a “slut”. The second personality is the woman who chooses to not conform to society. This is the woman who doesn’t feel like she needs to show her breasts or wear those shorts that highlight her buttocks and legs. She wants people to appreciate her for her personality and intelligence as well as her beauty. This type of woman is often deemed to be “ugly” and “base” by the popular media. They are criticized and the characters in movies and tv shows that represent this personality are often depicted as lonely, angry, and depressed individuals. The final personality is the one that is idealized in reality and in popular media. It is the kind of woman that chooses to conform to societal pressure, but doesn’t embrace the sexualization like the first personality mentions. She desires to be seen as physically and sexually attractive through her choice of fashion, but she doesn’t have a drive to “do it” with anyone. She may be the kind of girl that wants sex to be something special and with someone she loves. She can be described as “innocent” or ” cute.”

Finally, in many instances in our society, it is the third personality that is most desired by men and exemplifed by the popular media. In movies, men are seen constantly hooking up with the first personality, the slut, but they hardly ever end up with the slut. They usually settle for the third personality. The third is more like a more mild version of the first personality. The reason for this could be evolutionary and will be discussed in my next article. In summary, the reason could be that men desire the third personality most because they are motivated by physical arousal, but they also want a sense of control or authority. Thus, a woman that is more reserved in her sexual history will be more appealing because she would have been with less men and thus giving her particular man a sense of control or even relief. She becomes more of “his territory.” This explanation could thus potentially help us to explore the roots of patriarchy in society. More on this in my next article.

Nude art has been around for centuries. Inspired by the female anatomy, nature’s most perfect creation, shows the raw purity of humanity. Stripping away the clothes represents stripping away raw material to show the inner beauty that surrounds us everyday, as well as, the longing for that beauty.

From the perfect roundness of the breast, to the warm, wet, inviting warmth of the vagina. Everyone, men and women long for the excitment and raw exotic pleasure from the experience. It shows the human nature, raw and unparalleled in it’s creation, it centers the emotions, and raw power to be in control. To take charge of one’s life and decide to show everything.

An informative study into the benefits and risks of Botox versus facial exercise.

Audry Hepburn once said:

“For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone. “

Being concerned with looking and feeling good is a natural human condition. Millions of people worldwide enjoy visiting spas or a local beautician on a regular basis.

Cleopatra

So it seems there are plenty of natural remedies for feeling and/or looking good.

A quote

“I know many beautiful people and their lives are just so terrible. They feel so uncomfortable with themselves. Being comfortable is not about what you look like, but how you feel.”

Facial wrinkles, frowns and lines can tell a great deal about a person’s perceived emotional state of mind. When the corners of the mouth are turned up a happy disposition is assumed. Droopy eyelids might suggest fatigue, while down turned lips might suggest disapproval.

An article written in 2004 by Professor Ned Amendola MD, states: Muscles: Use Them or Lose Them.
The article states our face has more than 30 muscles to help you smile, frown, cry, and look surprised, sad or unhappy.

Cosmetic Botox injections can paralyse the facial muscles temporarily for up to a period of two to three months, although some can be as short a period as six weeks. The muscles are temporarily “lost”. At the extremely low doses used medicinally, botulinum toxin (Botox) has a very low degree of human toxicity. However, individuals who are pregnant have egg allergies or neuromuscular disorders are advised to avoid Botox. Other adverse events from cosmetic use include headaches, flu like symptoms, blurred vision, dry mouth, fatigue, allergic reactions and swelling or redness at the injection site.

When things go wrong

Botox injections in cosmetic use can result in inappropriate facial expressions such as drooping eyelids, double vision, uneven smile, or loss of the ability to close eyes. Usually this will wear off in around six weeks, but there are many examples of ‘Botox gone wrong’, when these results are more permanent.

As published in Forbes and originally published in the journal Social Psychology and Personality Science, Botox takes away or dampens the emotional feelings in a particular situation. This may be due to less interaction between facial muscle and brain. According to David Neal, a psychology professor at the University of Southern California, “if muscular signals from the face to the brain are dampened, you’re less able to read emotions.”

As reported in the L.A. Times (2010) an experimental study in the cosmetic use of botulinum toxin by Havas and colleagues (Havas, Glenberg, Gutowski, Lucarelli, & Davidson, 2010)

stated: “botox causes a kind of mild, temporary, cognitive blindness to social information about the emotions of other people.”

It is a strange contradiction that as a result of their cosmetic procedure Botox users find it hard to read emotions in people who haven’t had Botox treatment.

Facial Exercise

To avoid this social and personal confusion there is an alternative, which is just as effective and creates a much more natural result: Facial Exercises.

It’s free, painless and the result is stunning. It takes no more than three minutes a day.

However, it will take one to two months of regular exercise before the results become visible. As with any exercise you’ll need to stick to your routine.

There are many sites, which offer good free advice on facial muscle exercises. Just type Facial Exercises into your search engine, and enjoy discovering a safe way to enhance your own natural beauty.

by Monica Bellucci (1964), Italian actress, describes an important dilemma: sought to enhance her beauty with the aid of goats milk Other ancient treatments include massages, oil treatments and mudpacks to name but a few. Apart from the pampering aspect of such treatments; the detoxification of the skin by stimulating and clearing blocked up pores can create a significant health benefit. And when knotted muscles have been untied by soothing hands, the luxury of loose and easy body movement creates a feeling of being rejuvenated.

April 24, 2012: What a poet has to endure to get a little attention. Certainly not as much as the really hot Valeria Lukyanova, who has been making big news recently.

Meet 21 year old Valeria Lukyanova. She is an Ukrainian model who has made herself into a real life Barbie, the Mattel doll. Lukyanova has Barbie’s long flowing straight blonde hair, her flawless ivory skin, the dreamy wide-eyed look and the luscious heart-shaped mouth. Even more! She has her tiny, seemingly carved-out waist and her disproportionally large chest. It may not be scientifically or mathematically accurate or exact, but Lukyanova comes pretty close to a real life Barbie proportions.

Now here is where the controversy comes to play. Valeria Lukyanova makes no secret that she uses a lot of makeup; a lot of makeup. But, did she also undergo plastic surgery, to achieve the look? Or does she use Photoshop? Or perhaps she uses a little (except the makeup) of all three. It is rumored Valeria paid over $800,000 to look like Barbie. At this point, Valeria is riding the controversy (she’s not saying).

Regardless of how the Barbie look was achieved, Valeria Lukyanova has become an internet sensation. She hit Facebook on the 21st of this month. It wasn’t long before Twitter was abuzz with Valeria Lukyanova fever. If you view her video on YouTube, notice how many recent videos she has.

Is it real or is it fake? While you are deciding read a few of my poems, or just enjoy the music attached to them.

I discuss the relationship between Globalization and Culture.

Not only is trade a massive part of globalization but another part is the spreading of culture. Many people believe the globalization of culture is really the Americanization of culture, because America produces most of the pop culture. American film and T.V has almost dominated the European film market. Although many people are afraid of this spreading of

American culture, maybe this is just where Americans will succeed. If each country produces what they are best at making, maybe America will be the entertainment producers. Many foreign countries however are very fearful of this taking over of American culture. They are afraid it will stamp out their own and citizens will forget what it means to be a Canadian, or a French. Not only are there economic concerns and cultural concerns, but many are worried that American pop Culture does not display the values of that country. For example, Americans are very individualistic and competitive, in certain Asian countries more emphasis is placed on the whole. These conflicting views can create revolutions and riots among the young. Which society is right is still to be determined (Levitt, 2012)

Another cultural aspect that is being globalized is beauty. Before this huge trend of globalization each country had its own standard of beauty based on the norms of that culture. For example, in china oval faces were considered beautiful, other countries healthy weights are seen as beautiful. However the western, or American, view of beauty is spreading throughout the world. Pop Culture is a vessel for beauty standards to be conveyed. Starting with Marilyn Monroe and Barbie, and continuing into today’s actresses and cosmetic ads. The western ideals of tall, shapely, and blonde standard of beauty started to spread, and is extremely prevalent today. World beauty pageants started in the 1950’s to also spread the western ideals of beauty. A dark skinned competitor did not win until 1966 in the Miss World competition; and in Miss Universe not until 1974. Many women in Asia are now trying to conform to these beauty standards. Even in our own country there are debates as to how the media is affecting our youth on beauty standards. Many in our own country believe these media standards are unhealthy, yet we are spreading them to other countries (Jones, 1980).

Behold the Truth...

Everest may be the highest peak in the world but there is no question that Mount Annapurna so close by, with over 50 deaths in its climbing history is by far the most deadly mountain to climb on the planet.

It’s hardly a fair competition when you put Whoopi Goldberg in the same room with Jessica Alba, talking about pretty. However, if you are looking for the better actor, or even the funnier person, you’d certainly go with the Sister Act star.

You may prefer to drive a VolksWagen Beetle because it’s tiny and portable, but if you are looking for the better car and are willing to pay for it, of course you will agree that the Mercedes Benz trumps.

There’s just no beating the truth – pretty is pretty, and ugly is not. Tell me you love her ’cause she’s sweet, or you want to be with him because of his money; tell me you are marrying her because she saved your life, or that you think he’s the most caring human being in the world – just don’t tell me that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

In a world of serious crimes, robberies and murders the special police need to stay one step ahead. In doing this a percentage study Body Language. Body Language as helped to solve many crimes.

Body language goes way back as far as early man. when spoken words were just grunts in these days body language was the main form of communication.Unfortunately as man developed we started to focus on verbal communication more then the body language. Hardened criminals have no respect for life in most cases and only in self preservation, However the special police and special forces in most countries are aware of simple body gestures and the way the body moves under stress and different conditions.

Here we have an example that you can try at home

Place a pen in your jacket pocket.

Now stand or sit and reach into your jacket for the pen. notice the position of your hand as it approaches the pocket where the pen is. your hand forms almost a fist but with your index finger and thumb creating like a pair of pincers.

Do not try this at home. Now Imagine you have a gun in a shoulder holster.

Now as we reach into our jacket and approach the gun the positioning of the hand is different. The Back of the hand now faces forward and the index fingers are slightly curled and the rest of the fingers are curled a little more. The thumb as assumed position to go behind the handle In other words your hand is assuming the position to hold the Gun.

now if we observe a person going into their back pants pocket for document or credit card, you will see that the palm of the hand faces the front and the elbow points back.

Observing a person reaching behind to the waistline for a gun.

as the person reaches behind you will now see the back of the hand now faces the front his back and the Elbow points out to the side,

Body Language, The main communication link between people, but the eyes say it all. Linking eye movement with body language begin to give you a great lie detector.

The eye’s tell many things they explain when a person is remembering something and also when a person is inventing something. How does this work.

Lets look at the eyes having six positions

We can not just say a person is telling a lie because of these positions first we need to understand the persons eye patterns. the image above is for a right handed person so for a left handed person these will be reversed.

In business it is very important to understand your client therefore in the initial introduction you need to understand his behavior in relation to gestures and his eye patterns. This is something relatively easy to do.

When two people meet for the first time in business they normally offer each other their business card, The receiver 99% of the time receives the business card with there regular hand ( so a right handed person will receive with their right hand and a left handed person their left hand. After this we should just get to know the person a little bit and not just get right down to business. Asking friendly questions in away to make them feel relaxed is always a good way to see their body language and at the same time to visualize their eye patterns.

At some stage you will have been accused of lying to someone just because you refused to make eye contact with then? Well it’s where you’re looking that gives you away.

we will now look at these give away Glances

To the right- When a persons eyes look to the right, they are constructing an auditory thought. (your left)

Example 1: Tell someone to think of the noise of a train and watch their eyes. They will move to the right as they attempt to listen to the noise of a train in their mind.

Example 2: think of the sound of a jet taking off

Up and to the left- This indicates a visually remembered image. (your right)

Example 1: Ask someone to remember the color of their first car, and watch as their eyes quickly move up and to the left. In their mind, they are visually remembering the color of their first car.

Example 2: What did you wear Last Sunday?

· Up and to the right- This eye movement indicates a visually constructed image. (your left)

Example 1: If you ask someone to picture a ship floating on the ocean, this will be the direction their eyes will move.

Example 2: Picture a giant Ant eating an ice cream

· To the left- Looking to the left is an indication of an auditory memory. (your right)

Example 1: Ask someone to listen to their favorite actor in their mind, and they will look in this direction.

Example 2: Remember the sound of your mother’s voice.

· Down and to the right- Typically this is an indication of someone creating a feeling or sensory impression. Their eyes will move this way when they are trying to recall a taste, smell, or feeling. (your right)

Example 1: For example, ask someone to remember their last drink, and watch as their eyes move down and to the left.

Example 2: How does it feel when you walk barefoot on Glass?

· Down and to the left- This is the direction someone’s eyes will move while they “talk to themselves” (your left)

Martial law is
definitely coming to America. The only question is when. Most people don’t
understand the true meaning of this law and what American citizens will soon
experience. The definition of martial law is the temporary rule by military
authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, it is
a lot more complicated than that. Martial law is another term for “police
state”. If the United States was to become a police state, that means the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights will no longer be effective. Citizens will
no longer be innocent until proven guilty because they will have no rights to a
trial by jury. People can be arrested and imprisoned without charges. Gun owners
will also come under attack during martial law. All it takes for martial law to
be enforced is the president’s signature on a proclamation (such as the one
signed by Obama for the H1N1 flu) and the attorney generals signature on a
warrant that has a list of names attached. If there is a national emergency
declared, such as a terrorist attack of mass destruction, the constitution will
be discarded in favor of a military form of government. Those left in power
under martial law involves people in high levels of society, the wealthy elite,
international bankers, and secret societies.

The
people in the highest ranks of the global elite are the ones planning to enforce
the martial law and the New World Order. This includes secret and occult
societies such as the members of the Illuminati, the Freemasons, the Bohemian
Grove, Skull and Bones, The Bilderberger Group, the Council of Foreign
Relations(CFR), and the Brotherhood. Some members are believed to be David
Rockefeller, the Bush Family, Rothschild, and Barack Obama. These members plan
to take total control over the world.

When this national “emergency” happens, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management
Agency) will be here to send you to their detention camps where you will be put
on the “red”, “blue”, or “yellow” list.Citizens on the “red” list are enemies of
the New World Order such as leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, and
community leaders. They will be taken from their homes around 4 a.m. about two
weeks before martial law is implemented. These citizens will be temporarily
imprisoned and killed. Those on the “blue list” will be taken to the FEMA camps
a few weeks after martial law is enforced. They are people that followers of the
“red” list. The citizens on the “yellow” list are people that have no knowledge
of the New World Order. They will be told what to dohow to behave, and be
re-educated. There will be too many on this list, so many of them will also be
killed or starved. Those that are not killed will be chipped, released, and
tracked. This includes the implantation of the RFID chip or Radio Frequency
Identification tags. This electronic device, which is smaller than a grain of
sand, will be implanted in the hand or forehead
