When one becomes friends with another, there is the expectation of trust in that friendship.

This is one crime thriller for which the promotional quotes are not
overblown. Several may even be understated. It’s a smashing piece of work
featuring behavioral psychology in an entirely criminal context, leading to a
climax that is utter joy for those readers who love a twist they didn’t see
coming. In excruciating suspense it may be said to compare to the best
moments in a James Bond movie (insofar as that may be a criterion for mystery readers).

This is for W, an acquaintance who is hurting now : Betrayal and the failure of love is one of those good stories to tell. However, in real life, there’s no good in story if it is about the life of someone we know, someone we love, someone we regard as friend. I’ll pray that you pass this trial. Whatever concludes your story, may you find peace in your heart, understanding from your family and friends, and comfort in the arms of your kids. God is good and He will not give you trials you cannot surpass. Just believe and hope.
