Would you rather to exist in a long-established accommodation or in a advanced apartment building construction.

If I was asked where I would I prefer to breathe in a traditional mansion or in an advanced residence building, I think, I would hesitate to answer. This question, from my sense of view, is a controversial one. In the upcoming discussion I will consider both these options and present my view.

From the one side, live in a novel apartment house building brings countless benefits. Earliest of all, it is cheaper than living in a habitual accommodate and paying sundry kinds of fees I am not familiar with. For instance, my friend, who recently bought a new put up for his family, told me that it is much easier to animate in a dwelling and I tend to believe him when I see his bills. So, the source of revenue in an apartment wish definitely helps me to bar various money. Minute of all, since I survive lonesome I do not need a big company and countless rooms. I solely need a bedroom and a livelihood area where I can take my guests and boast my perform place. One more of the great consequence benefit of the living wage in an apartment is that I will not have to buy a lot cumbersome furniture in peace to endow all rooms.

However, living in a modern apartment building structure can undergo a few disadvantages too. Firstly, it can be noisy and, secondly, I preference am not having any privacy further than my apartment, for example, in an amalgamate or a gym.

From the extra side, alive in a traditional house have particular advantages too. For example, I can have my own pool, gym and a garden wherever I can relax and be alone. However, breathing in a accommodate is regularly more luxurious and requires a further period to maintain a house. For instance, I will most probably have to hire someone to mow my lawn and clean my pool not to indication all household household tasks in the house.

In conclusion, I cogitate at this moment I would fancy to live in an apartment. It can help me save some wealth and allows me to fritter supplementary time studying for the reason that I bidding not have to do several household tasks.

Property Development created Easy?

Property development within the UK has seen fast increase due to TV programs series like ‘Homes below the Hammer’ or ‘Grand Designs’, because of the recent fall in property costs and conjointly as a lot of development land is on the market.

Due to the shortage of reasonable housing, government has been urged to step in and modify true by easing the look method and giving a lot of land for development. several ‘brown belt’ and ‘green belt’ lands are currently obtaining approved for development functions and there are varied money schemes to assist with the prices.

But do not be fooled if it’s like a straightforward money-making answer. it’s not! it’s risky business and if you do not apprehend specifically what you’re doing, you will find yourself losing over you have got initially invested. fairly often even the foremost experienced developers will loose cash on their comes. If you’re thinking of beginning it yourself, it’s perpetually vital to grasp where to search out all the relevant contacts that you just can want before, throughout and when your project. Things like designing, surveys, finance, solicitors and conveyancers, building contractors and suppliers etc. opt for the incorrect company and your project could also be delayed, price a lot of or maybe fail.

What to do? Where are you able to notice the proper individuals to figure with?

The first that comes in mind for several would be wanting in telephone book or similar directory, however which will slender your search to only your native trades. Next may be a search on net using Google or Yahoo, however this may come back voluminous irrelevant results. All that takes time, that most of the time you do not have, and you will still not be able to notice what you’re yearning for.

The better possibility would be to go to specialist on-line directory for property development. There you’ll be able to notice all the companies associated with property development in one place, organised into totally different classes like solicitors, surveyors, building contractors and thus on. every listing provides you with a lot of info concerning the business, their contact details and there’s usually a review and star rating system in place thus you get a higher plan on who to decide on.

There don’t seem to be that several of such specialist directories on the market and not all of them are up thus far thus you may still got to do some analysis, however once you discover the location that’s appropriate for your desires, remember to bookmark it for later use because it can, for sure, come back handy within the future.

Building, Heath and Education would be a better way to spend this money:

Cheap seats available on the top tier table at EU conferences, only £4.3 billion a year – please apply to the British government for this once in a lifetime deal. Quite a comical idea to sell our seat and leave the room, unfortunately there will not be any takers in the present situation that prevails within Brussels. That is only a small percentage of our actual costs, which if Britain should ever take the Euro, as a currency would escalate dramatically.

There was a study conducted by the Bruges Group into the actual costs of being in Europe, it could be a bit fanciful but cannot be dismissed as fantasy as successive governments have refused to allow a comprehensive study to be made. The figure they came up with in 2008 was 65 Billion, after they added up the costs of complying with regulations, the common fishery policy and the common agricultural policy. All of these policies obviously cost an enormous amount of money, both for their implementation and losses to Britain.

Just taking our membership costs alone that £4.3 billion could do so much, it is £15 million a day that could be spent on building, health and education. On the building side, alone £5 million a day would build an awful lot of public housing, pushing down the unemployment figures in the process. In addition, all that building would generate many more jobs in the supply industries, timber, bricks and transport. Instead of sliding further down the road to another recession, Britain would be doing the opposite. When you look at the permutations of what this lost revenue would mean, it does not take much brainpower to see what we should be doing.

It has been touted that Britain would lose so much, both in trade and security leaving the EU but that is just scare mongering. True the EU could raise tariffs on British goods, sold within the Zone but that is a two way street. Germany needs Britain as a trading partner even if we are out of the Zone, they sell us much more than we sell them so any tariffs would hurt them far worse than us. This also applies to all countries within the EU; reciprocation tariffs will hurt them all. – At present Britain runs at a trading deficit with Europe of about £3 billion a month. As for France, I am sure the majority of Britons can do without their Brie, Champagnes and Escargot we make good cheese and wine ourselves – the snails can stay in France to wander along like their economy.

All that is required now by the British government is the guts to, have a referendum and let’s see what British people actually want. Maybe they are fearful the gravy train will stop for M.E.P’s in Brussels, isn’t that where losers in the General Elections go to sit around and pretend to legislate and protect our interests.

One much over looked plus to Britain would be, the control of our own borders with many fewer Europeans claiming unemployment here.

"Clashes between Egyptian police and protesters occurred near the landmark Tahrir Square. The armed forces tried to evict the camp located in front of the seat of government."

Apparently, fighting broke out early on Friday after a protester alleged attack, which occurred after the military evicted dozens of people who for weeks camped out at the government headquarters, near Tahrir Square. Military police refused to protect the building had attacked the demonstrators.

The injured suffered gunshot wounds, fractures and bruises , according to the Ministry of Health. The head of Egypt’s ruling military council, Hussein Tantawi, ordered all the wounded are treated in hospitals of the Armed Forces . However, neither the council nor the Prime Minister Kamal al Ganzuri, commented on the fighting.

Witnesses said demonstrators threw stones and Molotov cocktails at security forces and they responded with gunfire and tear gas . Witnesses also claimed that three vehicles and several tents of protesters burned during the fighting. The fire would have reached a nearby government building was empty . Friday was a holiday in Egypt.

Dozens of protesters camped for three weeks outside the government headquarters, near Tahrir Square to try to prevent entry to the building of the new Prime Minister Kamal al Ganzuri, who see themselves as part of the former regime of ousted Hosni Mubarak.

Last month, 45 people were killed in clashes between protesters and security forces.

In addition, eight members of the advisory council, created earlier this month to attend the military rulers, resigned in protest against the repression of demonstrators.

“If what is happening is intentional and premeditated, then it is a plot in which not participate. If it was not intentional, means that we are dealing with institutions that do not know how to handle the crisis. It will not be able to guide their behavior, do what do, “ said political science Professor Moataz Abdel Fatah on his Facebook page announcing his resignation.

After the resignations, the rest of the council, composed of 30 members, demanded that the military rulers to offer an apology, pay compensation to the injured and launch an investigation into the clashes. Meanwhile, it emerged that leading Islamic parties also count the second phase of parliamentary elections in Egypt, according to preliminary results released Friday.

As in the first round, Freedom and Justice party’s influential Muslim Brotherhood is at the forefront of the new province s that voted Wednesday and Thursday in the country. Al Nour, the Salafist party, more radical, would be in second place , according to the state-run newspaper “Al Ahram”, without specifying numbers.

The two parties remain far ahead of the Liberal Alliance Block Egyptian.

Two-thirds of the 498 seats in the new Parliament will be awarded to parties and independent candidates remaining. ”Al Ahram” announced that there will be runoff in many districts where no candidate received no such majority.

The third phase of elections, the first since the overthrow of Mubarak, will be held in January.

My house is my palace. From my home everything gets beginning.

Everyone at the world may dream to get one place which cozy for rest, sleep, and take shelter from heat, rain, and cold weather. One home for the so called shelter home. There is while whereabouts bird shall return to its den, there is while whereabouts son of man shall congregate with second oldster warmth it, therefore man even requires house.

Comfortable house require robust earth to underpin building that lies on it. Each earth span is foundation divide existence one house which will be built. Soiled quality option that good as main requisite for convenience for can stay behind and making a abode, including make ready building structure that anti earthquake, flood, and burn up e.g..

Someone remained and making a abode, fertile amends, broadcasting offspring, keeping up tradition, begin of one house. Miscellaneous form and proprietary house human. Each dream may become to come into the world from home cute in narrow room, or maybe of one old hut that really weathered, and has shortly demolished because jeopardize its owner. Even may become life gets beginning of palace kitsch building that comfortable.

There are many dreams that are not most think up and just as remained on the house that permanent. Maybe some people to dream only they haven’t feel equal again. Having house as one myth before sleep. Myth who may never can most take in deep dreamy, since just have very expensive, even less has it.

Then, get what actually that house price? Depend! Yes, depend from how much feels equal we buy it and is not of model and type that we wants. Since oft wish in conflict with fact.

Why? Why one part of we get hard-earned all these years to get house? And even house not visiting being had? Is not available easier trick, faster, and plausible a only to get one house which default, without wait time too long castaway? Or waits urban’s clan growing at carries the wind us?

Human requirement home will force man for toiling, solving duty assignment for a few money sheet and keeps it. And while waits miracle, that man regular just can’t have its own house. In contrast to ala the living one ant gets their colony have can build protection self that enough safe subterranean. Therefore man which practically cultured of ant will bow the neck to prevailing law at society. It requires certificate, right for earth vesture, etcetera. If no that all therefore gets ready a while loved house we suddenly being condemned or fall in polemical dispute which really are rough on. Therefore, if craving house was had, armed with patience to lease or maybe sponge with brother, kinsfolk or maybe with others. And if can apologies, this don’t until happening, enforced man lives under bridges that really dirties and that inhuman.

Instinct to have house that reasonably becomes most intercept when all life requirement so expensive and scarcely any affordable. Partly human delay fantasy it will its craving house that. Try to enjoy what aught, looking forward The Infinite deposits to key one of house at housing real estate to us.

May just if we green eyed. Maybe jealous with current world situation. The world that can’t “ bear ” one houses, then distributed by free goes to one any one that “cries” since wet by rain and heat. This world is not really a free. This the world really has to be bought by “something” that don’t we have (read: money). Since alone man has no what, besides this nude body and it is loan even from God.

What do be fancied man actually is not a only as home as shade (house) but also one house which cozy( home ). Therefore, she or he luckily when he get dreamed house. With windfall’s chance or blessing that proprietary peopled have lived at its monarchy each. House becomes its growing startup inspiration divide human time rest along its body.

Therefore in consequence, man is not afterwards perpetually get illusion and get illusion. That there is clean task that must goes on walking, namely works. Well working to man and also works to retrieve homewards to God with Mighty Rich and His candidness, including has the good house at heaven. Hopefully, God willing.

The guidance of the unconscious mind that produces your dreams will help you build your self-confidence and develop your intelligence. You will stop making mistakes and learn how to always do what will help you succeed in life.

Your self-confidence will be based on the transformation of your personality. Your psychological transformation will be based on the knowledge you’ll acquire with the unconscious lessons. These lessons will help you control your behavior and always act after pondering all the alternatives you have at your disposal in all circumstances.

Your vision will help you trust your own capacities. You will be able to predict the future and detect all dangers, mistakes, and other negative factors that can originate future problems. This way, you will be able to correct what is wrong and prepare the positive future results you desire.

This possibility will help you feel safe, and give you courage to face the adversities of life. You will truly believe that you’ll be able to solve all problems, surpass all obstacles, and triumph in the end.

Only if you believe in your inner power will you build your self-confidence. However, in order to believe in your inner power, you have to eliminate wrong concepts and behavioral abnormalities, which prevent you from feeling strong.

I managed to simplify Carl Jung’s method of dream interpretation for you, but in order to do so I had to translate numerous dreams into practice and cure numerous people through dream therapy for two decades. You are very lucky because besides simplifying the dream language I managed to also simplify the process of transformation through dream therapy thanks to my discoveries.

Carl Jung couldn’t see the entire content of the human psyche because he stopped his research at a certain point, admitting ignorance from that point and on. I continued his research, discovering everything that he couldn’t see with the knowledge he had.

Therefore I directly tell you that you have inherited an absurd wild conscience that wants to destroy your human conscience through craziness and control your behavior. All your dreams basically protect you from your primitive conscience, the anti-conscience, which is responsible for the formation of mental illnesses within your human conscience.

Native Americans and many people who belonged to ancient civilizations used to respect the meaning of dreams as if they were sacred. However, many barbarous civilizations that had powerful weapons and armies managed to destroy the peaceful civilizations that gave importance to the meaning of dreams and to the meaning of life.

Today most people believe that dreams have no meaning or that they are merely the reflections of our emotions and fears. This impression is totally wrong. Carl Jung’s discoveries about the meaning of dreams, and my discoveries after continuing his research are definitively putting an end to all misconceptions about the meaning of dreams and their importance.

Unfortunately, the terrible competition that characterizes our current civilization based on violence and greed prevents humanity from finding salvation. Many very important scientific discoveries remain ignored by the world because various powerful scientists, marketers, or other professionals don’t want to lose their privileges.

These professionals don’t care about saving the world from suffering because new helpful solutions were finally found. They prefer to prevent humanity from learning the truth, but maintain their social position. Thus, they do everything they can in order to beat their competitors.

This is why until today the extraordinary discoveries of the psychiatrist Carl Jung remain practically ignored by the world, while his method of dream interpretation is so helpful that it must be taught in schools.

Native Americans and many ancient civilizations that respected the meaning of dreams as if they were sacred were absolutely right. Dreams are extremely important because they contain precious messages sent by the wise unconscious mind. The unconscious mind has a divine origin; it works like a very generous natural doctor.

You have to begin building your self-confidence by eliminating what is bothering your evolution. Then, you have to develop your intelligence.

Your self-confidence will be the result of your psychological transformation and behavioral health. This is why it will always characterize your personality; it won’t disappear with the difficulties of life. Your self-confidence will be always alive, helping you always triumph and always shine.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to accurately translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

My first thought of suicide was irrational,

walking up towards the roof,

trying to catch my breath,

as I headed towards death,

I knew suicide was insane,

but that insanity would be my own pain,

and I felt how hard it hit,

I really deserved it,

the sky above looked a grayish red,

and the little voice whispered

obscenities inside my head,

I was fool,

my actions were cruel,

and I knew that was true,

I was also deceiving myself,

but what was I to do,

so I ran for the ledge,

I picked a tremendous amount of speed,

as I jumped off the edge,

I was pitched against the wall,

above me darkness echoed to perfection,

as it counted each rhythm of my fall,

below me the street came fast,

life made no corrections,

and it would not last,

I was in a state of alarm,

well beyond fear,

then all was clear,

I hit the street

and death was there.

Todays article will be not about me but some other people considering I am working on my top secret project that is taking a very long time. So Console6 Snrms friend has made a cool house at our main spawn. It is made of dirt but has a very cool roof made of smooth stone and sand stone. I am very jealous of his roof but the dirt I can live without. Its inconvienient however that our main spawn and his house are very far away from what me and Snrm have been working on. It is close to My brothers house and his robot shrine in which I will explain in another article. But anyways near the spawn and some of their stuff is a fairly large sized mine. It is not a 1.8 type mine but more of a classic time of mine that has been streched of all valuable materials. This making Console6’s chests full of cobblestone and iron!! Well having been working on other things I have not much to say today so stay tuned and thanks for reading!!!

The phrase “higher education” is a simple title to a community that involves a plethora of subjects, years of history, and is the epitome of an intellectual life. World renowned universities revolve around some kind of center of knowledge, in many cases a library. But the development of research and how we do research has evolved many places like a library, and its purpose. At the University of Southern California one of the most prominent buildings that erects from the center court yard is the Doheny Memorial Library. It is a center of knowledge for the intellectually savvy, and a getaway for the avid reader. Doheny Library and its Romanesque atmosphere is an inspiring sight, but as the years have progressed, since its inauguration in 1932, it has since turned from a place of study to a commemorative monument. While Doheny Library has served as a second home to intellectuals, over the years it has transformed into a memorialization of archaic learning mannerisms and values; this is because of its acute detail to traditional collegiate design and its competition with other modern systems that provide knowledge.

The history of Doheny Library comes from an unexpected incident which gave birth to one of the most prominent establishments of knowledge in its decade. Edward L. Doheny Jr. was a USC graduate and later elected to the Board of Trustees and President of the Alumni Association. Needless to say, Edward L. (Ned) Doheny Jr. had roots that ran deep in the university. Early in his life tragedy struck, when he was assassinated in his Beverly Hills home in February of 1929. (University of Southern California)The death of Edward L. Doheny Jr. did not go unrecognized by the Dohenys. After losing his son’s mother to suicide, the Dohenys decided that their son’s name was to be remembered in a fashion that no one could match. Edward L. Doheny Sr. tied his son’s name to one of the most admired libraries in the history of the “Great Depression”. A contribution of one-million dollars was made to the University of Southern California for the construction of such a facility. The Dohenys saw to it that the Edward L. Doheny Jr. Memorial Library became a landmark building in Southern California as one of the most advanced libraries ever built.

From tragedy and death one of the most beautiful sights was born in the Los Angeles area. A place with a wealth of knowledge and advanced systems of its time was shining light to new scholars and aiding the experienced to new discoveries. During its construction the amount of detail that was put into making the superficial attributes of the library resembled the activities taking place within its walls. With its Italian Romanesque architecture, ornate windows, elegant chandeliers, arches, and high ceilings, the library evoked passion in the arts, literature, and sciences. This facility bears its resemblance with cathedral design only to venerate the practice of many forms of study. From its dedication on September 12th, 1930, Doheny Library epitomized the meaning of research. All of the pupils of the university were quick to embrace the abundant study halls of its interiors.

Although the two hundred and seventy foot tall building remained standing against the adversity of the crisis of “The Great Depression”, it was able to empower young minds to develop themselves as knowledgeable individuals. Doheny Library might have served its purpose back in the day, but in its present state it is near impossible to tell what the purpose of the building is. The practice of truth seeking is a never ending process, yet Doheny closes after hours. Unintentionally, Doheny carries the resemblance of many cathedrals, but also the intendance. Visiting Doheny during its hours of operation is like walking in to a cathedral in the middle of the day; only a sparing few kneeling and praying, or in this case sitting and studying. If one were to have the curiosity of exploring Doheny past ten at night, one would find itself staring up at a large heavy door, which looms over you as if it were protecting precious information within its walls. Accessibility is not a prevailing theme of Doheny Memorial Library.

USC’s first freestanding library still stands for the prestige of higher education, but it does not embody the same type of atmosphere that its interiors provided many years ago. As the years have progressed Doheny Library has turned into a building that serves more as a memorial. As time has progressed an anomaly has occurred within the walls of Doheny. This anomaly is solitude. Its detachment from the academic discourse community has been an ignored occurrence. There is no immediate explanation as to why this has happened, but we can be sure that a revolutionary idea is in our presence. As technology has advanced we have relied less and less in places such as Doheny. Gradually, Doheny has left the paradigm of libraries, as places that serve as primary sources of information, to a paradigm of a memorial, which revolves around the preservation of values.

The thought of Doheny Library as part of a paradigm of a memorial involves concepts which have nothing to do with its role as a library. Needless to say, there is and always will be individuals who hold up Doheny as their main source of information. The role that Doheny plays in today’s world is much more fitting to a paradigm of a memorial. A memorial has a concept of preservation and its purpose isn’t teaching, its acknowledgement. Doheny now harbors and protects main USC values, namely The Role and Mission of the University of Southern California. Specifically, Doheny Library now embodies this quote from the first paragraph of the mission statement, “The development of human beings and society as a whole through the cultivation and enrichment of the human mind and spirit.” It symbolizes this creed by the aforementioned descriptions of Doheny’s visual components. These visual components are what inform new comers about USC’s determination for excellence in higher education.

Places such as The Coliseum and Von Kleinsmid Center Library for International and Public Affairs also serve as good examples that work in harmony, along with Doheny, in the paradigm of memorialization. The Coliseum as any true Trojan would know is a place where excellence in athletics is celebrated. Along with that, the Von Kleinsmid Center and its tower, with a globe hovering over us, serves as memorial to how diverse USC is and how we all come together as one academic community.

Doheny’s paradigm shift reflects a worldly view of higher education today. It is important to note that the definition of higher education and its practices have evolved with time. With this said, Doheny Library and its shift in paradigms functions as a standing metaphor for the transformation of higher education today. With the development of new technologies and studies, higher education is not even remotely similar to what its counterpart was 18 decades ago. In terms of a paradigm, the tools that we use have changed over time, and the questions we ask have changed over time. Doheny which used to serve as a tool back in the day has transformed into a relic which admires the olden days but keeps alive its values. It is no longer a prominent tool. Doheny‘s transformation as a metaphor provides a good understanding of what higher education entails in today’s society. Not only is higher education evolving as the days go by, but also the tools that we use in order to attain knowledge also evolve. If Doheny library could magically evolve as higher education evolves it would look a lot like Leavey Library. When juxtaposing the two libraries, both give off different vibes of what they are trying to accomplish. Leavey library is not lavish and ominous as Doheny is; rather it represents the cutting edge society that we are stumbling into day by day. The rooms are filled with all sorts of technology, internet access, and cubicles that provide privacy. The ceilings are not high and the interior of the building bleeds modernization. Both libraries are mirror images of each other. The only difference is that Doheny library is stuck on the past side of the mirror, and Leavey is on the present side of the mirror.

Higher education has evolved with the development of numerous technological advances, and studies; Doheny Library serves as a reminder of the values that don’t change in higher education. The transformation into a paradigm of memorialization reflects the detachment of higher education from materialistic means (books, encyclopedias, articles). Doheny Memorial Library serves as a reminder of the traditional importance of education by its preservation of timeless beauty in the physical features of Doheny Library that instill awe.

9/11. Were you there? Did you see it? How was it?

Picturing the events that occured that faithful day ten years ago, one may feel so terrified. Were you at the scene of any of the bombings? Just try to close your eyes and picture the Sept. 11 series attacks. Memories may seem perpetual and unforgettable to many. It has gone down into the books of American history. The few survivors of the attacks are traumatized and still are. The popular World Trade Centre totally destroyed and fell flat within two hours.

Pictures from the scene of the incidence showed total chaos. Different survivors of the attacks have told their bits of the story and sampling all of them, one would with no doubt know it wasn’t a joke or a framed story. Comparing their stories and the videos available.

Guess America had paid the al-qaida back in similar coins by killing mainly Osama Bin Laden and two other dangerous al-qaida operatives in various attacks.

Countering terrorism, what is the risk to bear?

9/11 Not again!
