Okay, so my German Assistant today started a new theme with us – Jugendliche Kultur (Youth Culture) and introduced to us "die Krocha". They were around for a while in Austria, prone to ridicule, and then vanished just as soon as they arrived. So, who are "die Krocha?"

Has anyone else noticed the growing trend for people walking out in front of cars? Mostly teenage boys, and usually dressed like chavs.
They look to see if there’s anything coming, then just walk across the road regardless, looking cockily at you through the windscreen as they do so.
