Under the law, it is clearly stated that all children must enjoyed their rights and privileges such as the right for education, to be protected from any forms of harmful or dangerous activities and many others. However, unfortunately, there are several people, especially, the businessmen or entrepreneurs who are just after their own interest at the expense of the welfare and protection of many children.

Child Labor and Child prostitution.

A sad reality when child labor is accepted as a chore.

Human trafficking is real. Men, women and children are being kidnapped and sold into slavery where they are sexually and economically exploited by the rich in a trade whose market share is belied to be more than 40 billion dollars. Is the world doing enough to combat human trafficking?

"Child is the spawn of the man" or he is the to come of tomorrow? But no more. With the maturing exploitation further the way we are depriving him of his manifest rights, the unfolding seems clouded further sullen. Child labour is one of the worst forms of exploitation.

Article 45 of the Indian Constitution says that—
"The state shall endeavour to provide, within a period of 10 years from the commencement of this constitution, for free and compulsory education for all children until they complete the age of 14 years."
However, what is true on pen and paper is far from reality.

I work in a Call Center and I do have to say, I do wonder if our work conditions are even considered desirable.
