Dasher:   I saw Dasher at the bus station, when I asked him why wasn’t he at the North Pole with Santa, he said he was tired and needed a much deserved break, so he was headed to the South Pole.

Dancer:   While at the shopping mall, I ran into Dancer, he said it’s been years since he did any shopping, because most of his time was spent with Santa, but not this year, It just wasn’t going to happen, this year he was going to shop til he drop.

Prancer:   Prancer said he was tired of prancing around with Santa, this year he was going to do some prancing on his own, live up to his name, he was going to prance himself to the nearest bar.

Vixen:       I saw Vixen at the supermarket, he said it was the first time in his life being in a supermarket, he had no idea you could buy food, he said the only food Santa ever gave them was grass and seeds, and he was just sick of it, he said Santa had somethings to answer for.

Comet:      I ran into Comet at the department store, he was pissed off that he had to fly around all night with Santa delivering toys and gifts, when all Santa had to do was come to the department store, he said he had a bone to pick with Santa.

Cupid:        I saw Cupid at the candy shop, asking questions about Valentine’s Day, when I asked him shouldn’t he be with Santa at the North Pole, he said Santa was on his own this year.

Donner:      Donner was on his way to the Airport, he said he wanted to be somewhere warm this Christmas, he said Santa has been somewhere warm all year, now it was his turn.

Blitzen:        Blitzen said he was not going to help pull fat Santa around on a big red sleigh this Christmas, Santa sit around all winter eating everything he can get his hands on, and then want to be pulled around on a sleigh.

Rudolph:       Rudolph said he refuse to fly around this Christmas with a red nose, with a man in a red suit, yelling ho ho ho.

It was first discovered by Robert MacMillan, a scientist working for the Space Watch program in Tuscon, Arizona, back in November 2005. He noticed it was spherical and very dark, almost black in colour. 2005 YU55 is in an orbit and has been down through this neck of the woods before. The last time it was down these parts was around two centuries ago around 1811. Even then it did not come as close as it will on November 8. That said – it will still be some 201,000-plus miles away from Earth when it does pass. Furthermore it is likely to have no impact or effect on the the Earth’s gravitational pull or physical presence. Some have said it will cause earthquakes, flooding and high tides. 

However NASA are keen to dismiss any idea that the gravitational effect on Earth is going to be minimal and tides will be unaffected. Two huge telescopes, one at Goldstone and the other at Arecibo are keen to look at the comet closely when it passes. They are hoping to capture some high resolution images. The high-resolution images could be as clear as 4 metres-per-pixel.

The last time such a huge object came by this close was in 1976. Then we had no Near-Earth Observation Programs, like today and scientists and astronomers at the time were unaware anything was due to fly past. There is no rock, comet or asteroid acting as a bullet with Earth’s name written on it but that does not mean to say that one day Spaceguard will stumble across something heading our way. For the time being we are just watching.

According to predictions made by Nostradamus, sometime in December 2012 there will be mass destruction and havoc.  He predicts a comet almost the size of Jupiter will strike the earth or come dangerously close.  This will cause massive earthquakes and other occurrences.  He also predicts the destruction will cause anarchy and war.   He writes that the comet will be seen in the skies for seven days and seven nights.

There are many people who believe in the predictions made by Nostradamus.  In fact, while walking my dog the other day I ran into a neighbor who shared with me that she believes something big will happen in 2012.  We had been discussing just how hot it was outside at the time, way too hot for the beginning of June.  That is when she told me “Nostradamus predicted this”!  She then said “Look at all the things that are going on in the world”.  I wasn’t sure how to answer her as I have always been a bit sceptical when it came to predictions.

So, what do you think? Is it possible that a man in the 1500’s could predict the end of the world? Or do you think that a lot of his predictions that seem to have come true are just a coincidence.  Will 2012 be the end of violence or will we meet a violent end?

Researchers calculated which direction this comet will go (calculated it through earlier paths it followed). The earth will pull Elenin 90 degrees to itself so October the 16Th this comet Elenin will be at the closest distance by our earth since 3600 years again!. Every 3600 years this comet comes by. And now it is time again!

In all kinds off texts in the bible they speak off the punishment from God for the disbelieve off God. The Mayas and Hopis tell us off the changing times. The end off an age and the beginning off a totally new world and civilisation. The world will not end but nature will change, pole shifts, the whole place up side and down. You step out off your door and suddenly you are in Africa while you just to live in Germany, by example. The mayas talk about a period off 3 days it will be dark on the earth for 3 days and in September the 26Th Elenin will stand between the sun and the earth so we will have no sun for 3 days?

According to the researchers all the earthquakes are to blame to comet Elenin. The days when earthquaks happened in New Zea-land and Japan; Elenin stood in alignment with the sun and the earth. But then Elenin stood much further away then it will be in September and October this year 2011! The gravity issues from Elenin and the earth and the sun will be the the great problem. Also the Sun can react violence!

Are we going to survive this all? After October the 16Th Elenin will leave radiation and rocks behind to be thrown on our earth because we will be in the tale off this comet while this comet travels further on. What will this cause? If this comet is 4 times bigger then Jupiter, then the earth will aslo be drawn to the comet by gravity! I think this cause tremendous water floods, earthquakes on land and sea, more tsunamis!

I read that England will be destroyed by the water and that Europe along all the coasts will be destroyed!

America, everybody along the coast; be gone! It will all be devastating! Off course the governments keep this still because they cannot handle millions off people in the same time who want to move away! But I read in other articles and little movies I saw the governments build secret under the ground cities for the people who can afford a place in here, they will not let anybody else in, it is for the elite people, people with money.

And what about all these nut stories about surviving in 2012, the end off times and the ridiculous movies which want to scare us! I mean is this a way to tell us little by little there is something going on? The news about: we will have in the future a second sun and a second sun they saw in China? What is this? Elenin? You can check for yourself people look and search on the Internet and make up your mind!

I really do not know anymore and it all scares me. Since I looked at a movie from a paranormal woman over here in the Netherlands in 2010 I do not know anymore, really! She said that the Netherlands will getting a really hard and tough time in 2011 and it will begin from the moment on August the 22Th! A man who sat with her said he knows from a spirit who gave him this message in 2006 that he has to be gone out off the Netherlands within 5 years because half off the Netherlands will be under water and thousands off dead people!

I mean the researchers where you can see on their sites where Elenine now is and in the  future, the tales off the Mayas and Hopis etc, this paranormal woman. It scares me! I think I will be gone September and October on these particularly days because I live near the coast; Alkmaar is my hometown and that is near Egmond and Bergen and these little villages are by the coast! So I will be gone for a few days, call me stupid but I am scared. I do not want to die by drowning and I want to stay alive with my son! If anybody off you people knows more about this subject please let me know and how do you think about this? Nostradamus Theory

2012 Nostradamus predictions paint a bleak picture of massive destruction and havoc brought about by a comet. It is not clear whether this comet will strike the earth or will pass very close to our planet, causing massive earthquakes and other cataclysmic occurrences. But all interpreters of his quatrains are united on the opinion that it will be a comet which will come somewhere in December 2012. Nostradamus writes in one of his quatrains – “In the sky will be seen a great fire dragging a trail of sparks”. This line clearly suggest a comet and many are of the opinion that it will be very big in size. Certain interpreters put the size to be just a little less than the planet Jupiter, and if such a comet passes close to the earth the effect of its gravity will cause the oceans to rise and also give rise to earthquakes.

Another theory is that the even though the comet will pass close to the earth it might cause an asteroid to shift course and impact the earth. Such an impact will be the size of several atomic bombs and will cause massive destruction. Some predict that the superpowers of the world will send atomic missiles to break this asteroid in space, but still there will be a shower of hail and fire from its fragments.

For 2012 Nostradamus also suggest that because of the massive destruction caused by the comet there will be widespread anarchy and certain nations can take advantage and plunge the world into a third World War. One of the quatrains says – “King of terror shall come from the sky. He will bring to life the King of Mongols.” This line has been interpreted that after the coming of the comet China will gain prominence and might start attacking countries to gain supremacy.

2012 Nostradamus predictions also gives an indication of the fate of certain nations, and how long the comet will be seen in the skies. He mentions – “The Great Star will blaze for Seven days” meaning the comet will be very near the earth for seven days and nights. Further he says – “The Huge dog will howl at night, when the great pontiff will change lands”. The great dog is taken to be the United Kingdom by many interpreters, and the line suggests its destruction. The pontiff is taken to be the pope and hence Rome too will be destroyed.

Comet Elenin

Comet Elenin was first discovered in December of 2010 by Russian Astronomer Leonid Elenin and at first did not seem to pose a danger to the Earth with its calculated orbital path.  The first calculations showed that the comet would pass a very safe distance away at 8.8 AU (8.8 times the distance of the Sun from us).  But now those calculations have been better refined and the distance is down to only .24 AU with some data pointing to only .15 AU.  While this is still a safe distance for the comet to pass, there are numerous other factors that could bring major disasters to the Earth.  Two of the biggest worries are the fact that the comet still has to pass through both the Oort and Asteroid belts and could therefore bring about large amounts of debris with its passing.  So far, Astronomers can not see the comet clearly with any telescopes so the comet could very well have debris already with it and this could only get way worse with anything it picks up when it passes through both of these belts.  As of right now, the calculated orbital path has the comet passing by the Earth in late October with the Earth passing through any debris trail on or around November 6, 2011.

Asteroid 2005 YU

Asteriod 2005 YU is a large 400 meter C-type asteroid that will be passing the Earth on November 8, 2011 within .85 lunar distances.  Originally discovered in December of 2005, the asteroid is a dark nearly spherical object mainly made up of carbon.  The asteroid will approach the Earth from the sunward side and according to NASA officials, it poses no threat to colliding with the Earth.  It should be noted though that this asteroid will be the closest object to bypass the Earth that we currently know about until the year 2028 when another large asteroid will pass within .6 lunar distances. 

A Possible Collision With Earth?

So, should we be worried about a possible collision with the Earth with either of these objects?  While it looks pretty certain that a direct collision will not happen, there are still dangers to the Earth having both of these objects pass close by.  The biggest danger will involve any debris that Comet Elenin has with it and Earth passing through this possible trail.  It is also possible that any of this debris interacts with the path of Asteroid 2005 YU causing some pieces to shatter off which could end up hitting the Earth. 

So, remember to look up in the heavens in November of this year because you either will see signs of impending doom or one incredible light show ……

as I finish reading it, many thoughts go into my head, such as will the dead rise? When will this happen, how can I understand this?

Nostradamus had a unique writing that people can or can’t decipher without his help. He wrote these quatrains so during in his time, he wouldn’t be captured or killed. He wrote many of these quatrains so people can know the future.

He predicted many things and majority have came true and the others they are still seeing what event entitles it to the message.

One thing is clear that their is still more of his massages out there for us to know, for us to be ready, and for us to do what we need to do to survive a catastrophe.

Here are two things he may have said either scared me or just made me think:

a Comet, called the NIBIRU, will hit the earth and cause great destruction in the year 2012. This comet will also start the Third World War. When the comet hits the earth surface or the sea bed, nearly the whole of Asia will be flooded. There will be a Tsunami, in front of which the Tsunami of 2004, will seem like a small tiny puddle. After the comet hits the earth, the earth will lose it’s orbit around the sun and massive earthquakes are going to hit the earth. The polar ice caps will start melting because of the excess heat and global warming will become a major issue.

Nostradamus had also predicted certain things about the first black President of America, Barrack Obama. He had predicted that Obama would become the President and as we all know that he did. He also predicted that Obama would come in to contact with a person who will be an anti-Christ and this contact will lead to the start of the Third World War, involving almost all the countries of the world.

What do you think about those two? Has Obama made contact with the anti christ? Is there a comet heading this way? Only one person knows the truth, and are currently trying to find out if he is.

According to the documentary, it is also possible that Nostradamus might have based his writings on what actually happened in events of the past!  This could just be coincidence of something  closely similar to a prediction that occurred that happened centuries ago!  The 9/11 event was said to have been predicted by his line “Two great rocks will war for a long time”.  The question here is how would have Nostradamus seen the Twin Towers and jumbo jets as “warring”?  That was preceded by the first line ” Earthshaking fire from the center of the Earth” that is more closely identified with earthquakes or volcanic eruption!

Of course it is difficult really to say how people during Nostradamus’ time, in the 16th century, would be imagining how things will be into the next centuries.  His visions or the images coming to his mind might just simply be so indescribable for him!  The biggest question of all is, why is it that his predictions are analyzed as so only after the event has happened?  Okay, so if his prediction is for the world to end on December 21, 2012, what is the basis for this for the present to believe in?

It is alarming that there were too many severely disastrous earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, hurricanes and typhoons  in the past decade that were unprecedented.  There might be some credit to this but analysts and interpreters of his line – “In the sky will be seen a great fire dragging a trail of sparks” – point to a comet or asteroid that could cause cataclysmic events.  For this, the likelihood of a comet or asteroid affecting earth with such impact, may or may not happen.  With the size of the universe, anything can go wrong – other planets have been hit by extra-terrestrial – so why not Earth?

Questions on Nostradamus predictions are also asked by experts on the French language.  The documentary stated that there are many words and its uses that can be interpreted differently!  Different interpretations or meanings to them could lead also to different translations to other languages! 

Lastly, the documentary says that Nostradamus wrote himself that his predictions will go as far as the year 3797!  If that is true then why should it end on December 21, 2012?  It might not be the end for the world but maybe for mankind so he has it until 3797 and that could be Earth after and other “living things” from 2013.

As Nostradamus writes symbolically, it’s no wonder different people interpret these symbols in numerous altered ways. As Nostradamus predictions were never penned clearly, merge this with the very sceptic – ness and all the many different beliefs systems of human nature, for this very reason many connotations are brought to light through his quatrains.

Having been a Pharmacist and a Healer right into his late 40s, around 1550 Nostradamus’s great interest in the occult sciences grew rapidly and he started writing almanacs and horoscopes. Before long his writings became known and he soon began to rise to fame.

Many people used to come to him for psychic advice. He began then recapping his prophecies and writing them into quatrains which are four line poetic Para’s, mostly written using his native language French. He recorded around a thousand of these undated quatrains into a book he entitled “The Prophecies” This book keeps his famous name alive even to this very day.

Nostradamus Theory 2012

Nostradamus conveys in one of his quatrains:

“In the sky will be seen a great fire dragging a trail of sparks”.

This sentence distinctly implies a comet is to come. Through the interpretations of other quatrains, certain analysts believe the size to be just a little less than the planet Jupiter. If such a comet was to pass close to the Earth the influence of its sheer gravity pull would cause the oceans to climb and also perhaps activate more earthquakes around the globe.

Unfortunately For 2012, Nostradamus predictions render a harsh reality of colossal devastation and turmoil brought to us caused by a comet, causing great earthquakes and other disastrous events. With the 2012 predictions, Nostradamus also provides an indication of the fate of specific countries, he writes – “The great dog will howl at night, when the great pontiff will change lands”. The great dog is believed to be the United Kingdom by several interpreters, and this line suggests its destruction. The pontiff is thought to be the Pope and so Rome is thought to be destroyed also.  According to the line – “The Great Star will blaze for Seven days” The length of time the comet will be witnessed in the skies, suggesting the comet will be very close to the Earth for seven days and nights.

Although it is not apparent whether this comet will collide with the Earth or even pass very close to the Planet, we can only hope these interpretations have been somewhat incorrect. The 2012 Nostradamus predictions have gained a lot of recognition, mainly because the year is coming closer and also his predictions seem to equal predictions from other sources like, Mayan and Gnostic texts and even the bible.

Although all interpreters of his quatrains are agree on the view that it will be a comet which will come somewhere in December 2012. An alternative theory is that even though the comet will pass close to the Earth it might cause an asteroid in the belt to move off course and in fact impact the Earth. Such an impact will be the size of a number atomic bombs and will cause massive destruction. Some even predict the use of atomic missiles to break this asteroid in space, but still there will be a shower of hail and fire from its fragments. And with the line, “The Great Star will blaze for Seven days” perhaps this is the time frame it will take for the missiles to destroy the impending off course asteroid , Although if the asteroid was to be destroyed, The very fact that it has been stated “seven days” suggests only of the asteroids destruction. The comet would be far too big for the human race to challenge. People may argue that this might suggest impact of the comet but if it was to be as sizable as stated, the entire Earth would be completely obliterated, but Nostradamus quatrains include the resume of the human race for many years to come after this event has occurred… This may even suggest that the comets gravitational pull will not affect the human race.

Also For 2012 Nostradamus also suggests that from the comet event, there will be widespread anarchy and particular populations may take lead and throw the world into a third World War. One of the quatrains says – “King of terror shall come from the sky. He will bring to life the King of Mongols.” This line has been understood that after the event of the comet, China will gain distinction and power and therefore begin to attack countries to gain authority.

Even though many of Nostradamus prophecies have been interpreted accurately concerning the Second World War, This makes 2012 Nostradamus expectations even more fascinating to read as most people feel that they can be extremely precise, but with this in mind, it is also worth knowing that some of his predictions have not come true, or have been interpreted to become of massive events and only been somewhat of a smaller scale as opposed to what has been believed. So perhaps he did see some destruction on Earth which would indeed cause distress and suffering but as humans we all have tendencies to want to relate, and therefore through our inquisitiveness and present different beliefs over the continents and of course our need get answers for all the destruction that goes on in the World today, we can surly develop our interpretations of Nostradamus quatrains to being whatever it is we want to believe.
