Learn the Best Idea for Exercising the Mind and the Heart. Which means you have most likely polished from the last from the pumpkin pie and also have hopefully awoken out of your turkey coma?

The mashed taters and gravy might still seem like they tend to be sitting close to your middle however, you are determined to obtain a head start a health and fitness routine. Why wait before New 12 months? Why not begin now?

There is actually nothing incorrect with taking a look at certain possibilities as time for you to start an exercise routine. The new start of the new 12 months, the day time after your own big Thanksgiving holiday feast, or your day you commemorate a birthday celebration… no issue what the actual occasion, it is usually a good time for you to begin exercising.

The issue isn’t within when you choose to start exercising. It’s when your heart isn’t really inside it. Because it does not matter how “perfect” the actual timing is actually… if your heart isn’t genuinely engaged for making changes, it’s not going to happen.

Good motives really won’t enable you to get anywhere. You might have all the actual intentions on the planet to start exercising after Thanksgiving holiday. But they’ll quickly vanish when you realize just how much hard function and work is included. What a person thought inside your mind was an excellent idea has now converted into simply a discomfort in the-you-know-what.

So the truth is it’s truly pointless to make use of these “special” occasions like a reason to start exercising. No day is really magical it will all of a sudden create wholesome habits. Those may only end up being developed once they come out of your heart.

I detest seeming like a downer… but I do not have an answer for you personally, as much as ways to get the idea of exercising from inside your mind to your heart. I cannot move this there. I cannot change your heart. I will only let you know the advantages and attempt to encourage. But you need to be the one that is prepared to embrace this, with all your heart.

For those who have had achievement in obtaining the idea of exercising from your face to your heart, make sure you share.

This is a spiritual journey not a medical one. Sit back to read this for your own discovery to see what is in a heart.

Courtesy Dan Baxter

Photograph is Glacier National Park, Glacier, Montana. In the foreground are stalks of “bear grass”. The large plumes reach upward of 2 feet with a very sweet scent and feathery touch. In the background is a glacier, one of many in the park that remain all year long.

Day to day activities keep a person focused on the priorities so they can be satisfied. The good events linger longer than the discomfort of the ones that skinned across the flesh. Even though the uncomfortable ones did not break the skin they dropped a speck in the heart. As the specks accumulate, the firmness of the clot begins to gain density with weight too. The pain of life events adds coarseness and the volume of the specks increase greatly. Over time, which varies for each individual, the heart is overcome with specks of tiny molecules that can entirely close the heart anytime. No one knows how many specks the heart can hold.

It is when we end the influx of those specks that we actually can see brightness we never saw before. At points in a person’s life it is ended for them by divorce, death or separation of a different type. Appreciation for the happiness another person can send even through the most unique ways creates a warmth, a closeness that is possibly unexplainable, unusual and not at all uncomfortable. This rarely happens to one without happening to both people. It has been possibly called a soulmate by some, not realizing the value of that discovery. Who sees the heart anyway? Can one explain the brokenness in just the right words to detail the accumulation of the specks that are now being dispersed by the presence of that gentleness that has replaced all the harshness?

The risk of searching, for the heart to be on the road, to start healing has been found. Quietly life strolls into another dimension, practically unknown, because of the magnitude of the specks being overwhelming in the past. The newness is unfamiliar, yet welcomed. It is more than another caring; it is deeper in the heart than that.

Enjoyment, in just thoughts of the person brings “spring” freshness. Fondness from one to the other would like to travel to sit along side to just be in the presence of the other, which most often times does not happen. Thoughts take the place of face to face encounter, without anxiety along side it. Calmness floats where the flecks once were. Yearning is not propelled in any fashion what so ever. There is peace, tranquility knowing another exists that can fully understand the painful past and rejoices in the wellness close by now. It is the touching of the hearts that has bound one to the other, yet set them both free.

Eliminating fears and liberating the mind requires a broad knowledge of how our mind and spirit work. Fears are like a tree; we can cut off a branch, but then other branches or fears will grow. We have to go to the root to overcome these fears.

I have listed in this article some of our common mental fears.

1. Dying

2. Getting ill

3. The unknown

4. Loneliness

5. Other people

6. Authority

7. Being rejected

8. Being hurt

9. Failure

10. Change

11. The future

12. Being

13. Being free

14. Thinking and being in a different way

15. Losing control

16. Dreaming and making our dreams real

From these fears many other fears and blockages emerge. Our spiritual conscience has to awaken for us to realize what the origin of our fears is and how to overcome them from the root.

A job without hours.

A shift work has serious implications for the lifestyle of workers, requiring an adaptation to irregular hours with many consequences in the body. The implications are even higher during the night shift, which requires an adaptation to night regimen, maintaining an inconsistent system and less beneficial to the body.

Here are all the pros and cons and some tips for day-to-day lives of these workers.

Advantages:

Ability to take advantage of certain things not easily accessible for anyone who works at the “traditional” schedule: go to the movies during the day, shop without have to face a crowd, go to the bank, children’s school.

Escaping the rush-hour traffic and thus avoid the stress that comes with it and substantially reduce travel time between home and work.

Increased opportunity to engage in hobbies.

Disadvantages

Sleep difficulties: insomnia and problems to sleep. It is usual to sleep few hours without resting the necessary time. It is also usual to have difficulty trying to fall asleep.

Increased use of medication. The deregulation of the body may require some additional therapeutic or vitamin supplements.

Fatigue.

Sleepiness at work, mood disorders and lower concentration.

Increased propensity for accidents and for several health problems: gastrointestinal disorders, hypertension, among others.

Disturbances in family and social life, because the worker lives staggered from the rest of the people who surround him. The shift workers can not keep up with their family and friends in their spare time, and have a hard time finding other people with whom to share their own free time.

Most of the causes of male sexual dysfunction lead to a silent depressed majority when in fact effective and curative remedies exist.

Male Sexual Dysfunction – Bringing it Out of the Closet

The brain is the most important sexual organ. Much of our sexual preferences, triggers and realizations form in the brain and the sexual culmination is but a tremendous burst of endorphins and other feel good chemicals that awash our body at the command of our brain. Indeed much of the human sexual malady lies in subtle or overt disruptions of the myriad processes of our brain. Many of us would have noticed that a bad day at work often leads to bad bed-day too. If the mind’s not into it the body just isn’t game for it!

There are various types of male sexual dysfunction the most common of which are

1. Erectile Dysfunction (Impotence)

2. Premature Ejaculation

The former is the problem of ‘too soft’ and the later that of ‘too soon’. It has been found that otherwise healthy young men suffer from either in about 30% of cases. Therefore the problem is not a problem of a ‘sad minority’ but one of a ‘silent dissatisfied majority’.

Erectile Dysfunction (Impotence) – the problem of ‘too soft’

Impotence is defined legally as the inability to achieve erections that are necessary for penetration. However the term erectile dysfunction encompasses erections that cause person or partner dissatisfaction and all in all lead to a ‘depressing sexual congress’.

There are a variety of causes for erectile dysfunction the most common of which are psychogenic. These could be

- Loss of partner or closed ones by death or distance(undue grief)

- Loss of financial security, stress at job

- Partner’s real or imagined infidelity

- Guilt over one’s own infidelity

- Fear of performance (a ‘loudly dissatisfied’ partner could be the reason)

- Partner specific (You could be terrific on the bed with one and terrible with another – love or the lack of it respectively!)

- An overdose of titillating web pages!

- Feigning impotence to get a divorce! (have seen such ‘patients’)

The list can go on and on but I guess you get the picture…

I have a simple test for diagnosing psychogenic causes leading to impotence – a patient’s ability to have erections during ‘dream sleep’ generally excludes an organic cause and most often points to a psychogenic cause for his sexual dysfunction. The patient in this case generally remembers having an erect member as soon as he awakens halfway through a dream but his potency feels him when with a partner.

The organic causes that could lead to impotence are generally those that hamper either the vessels pumping blood into the penis or the nerves that orchestrate the beautiful choreography of erection, penetration and ejaculation. Sometimes the paucity or ‘inertness’ of the nectar that nourishes the male milieu – the male hormone Testosterone could be the cause for impotency. The various organic causes could be

1. Diabetes mellitus (affects the nerves and the vessels)

2. Hypertension

3. Renal failure

4. Alcoholism and Liver failure

5. Smoking

6. Any chronic debilitating illness

7. Lower abdomen and pelvic trauma and surgeries (that could injure the ‘erection nerves’ – the Nervi eregentes’)

8. Obesity

a. Too much of fat depletes the testosterone levels by converting it to estrogen which is a feminizing hormone

b. Too much of fat is also bad for self-esteem and confidence

9. Any cause of loss of or decrease in testosterone

a. Old age

b. Surgical removal or disease of the testes

c. Poor testicular development from the birth

10. Drugs – Certain drugs do cause impotence by various mechanisms

11. Some penile diseases

As said above the list is not all – inclusive.

Now to the good news – Erectile dysfunction is just another in a legion of human diseases and it is now eminently treatable by a variety of non-surgical and surgical approaches.

Some of these treatment options are

- Most patients of psychogenic cause respond to a session of reassurance and counseling that reaffirms faith in their ‘ability’.

- There are excellent drugs available that increase the blood flow into the penis and cause increased rigidity of the male member.

- There are simple devices available that ensure a vacuum assisted rigid erection.

- If the above methods fail there are creams and thin virtually painless self administered injections that can do the trick.

- Last but not the least there are implantable prostheses that can effectively rescue a minority of really tough cases.

The list of treatments is not in an ascending step-ladder fashion and each individual patient needs to be evaluated to find his best fit of treatment.

Premature Ejaculation – the problem of ‘too soon’

How soon is too soon? In matters of sexual medicine, the battle of science versus myth is truly a mammoth one. People have mythical ideations and gargantuan expectations of their bodies and such build-ups have been fueled by Indo-Greco-Roman mythical parallels of immense sexual prowess. People generally nurture fantastic notions of size, intercourse times, sexual stamina and about the divine nourishing powers of semen.

Let us bust some myths

- Semen is a biological fluid that is continuously being produced by our bodies and stored in the seminal vesicles and is periodically discharged during sex, masturbation or during nocturnal emissions

- Seminal loss doesn’t lead to any bodily weakness or harm just as spitting or coughing out phlegm doesn’t

- Oh Yes, masturbation is a normal male behavior and it doesn’t cause any illnesses (patients have implicated masturbation for virtually any and every disease that affects the urinary or the genital tract)

- However an obsession with masturbation to the extent that it interferes with your daily work is worrisome and you may need to visit a qualified psychologist

- A penile size of TWO BIG INCHES is enough for your sexual partner as her erogenous zones lie within an inch of the vaginal opening (the fabled G-spot)

- An ‘intercourse’ time of two minutes (called IVELT – Intra-Vaginal Ejaculatory Latency Time) is considered normal by us andrologists and about 50% of men ejaculate within two and a half minutes of straight intercourse (Sir Irving Wallace’s seven and a half minutes and Paulo Coleho’s Eleven minutes are ahem..pure hyperbolic exaggerations)

- This timing of two minutes could be suitable peppered and spiced up by oodles of foreplay, and stop gap methods where you stop just prior to ejaculation and start all over again thereby increasing your total duration of sexual play

- Innovation is the key to a sexually satisfying relation and sky is the limit as for as novelty is concerned as long as it is not sought at the expense of your partner’s comfort.

For those individuals who have an ‘IVELT’ of less than two minutes there are many ‘treatment’ options that include

- Counseling

- Medicated condoms

- Ointments

- Oral medications

These treatment options could be availed easily by consulting your andrologist.

Guess that’s it for now.

Till we meet next time – ‘Stay healthy, stay safe and stay sexy’.

Ciao’.

If you had to be deaf, blind or mute which would you choose and why? I honestly have no idea what I would choose, I love looking at pictures, taking pictures, seeing my friends, tv, computer, the world, reading at times, and writting. I also LOVE music I think I would go insane without it…I need it, want it, and love it. (I like it, I love it, I want some more of it! haha sorry my friend and I were singing that today) And I love hearing people talk, such as my friends and parents at times…when it doesn’t involve chores or work. AND I am a huge chatter box, I can’t go five minutes without talking, during a test I’ll talk to myself for a minute it keeps me sane! How can people not want to talk?! I mean at times I get shy and I don’t say much but once you get to know me I don’t shut up, at all. My dad said he would choose anything but being blind, because he wants to see his kids and wife. We were discussing it in the car the other day. I still have no idea what I would pick. How about you?

I always like to make my points clear like spring. Though sometimes I may sound absurd in the course of it. But it is always fair to hear the truth brute and straight than to get lies polished in gabs that war them truth. That is exactly the stuff that leads astray good men that know what they want and still fail to get it right.

The discussion here is about the breast that will endure the test of time vis-à-vis the interest of men with breast. Without deceiving any body, there is no breast that has the strength to stand the test of time, no matter how strong it may look at first. The best war a breast can wage to fall is when it is yet to undergo the strain of suck. But once this has taken place, may be through the help of babies or men, all other moves it make to stand like before see it going down bit by bit like sac.

What is the point here? There is no harm I mean to make to girls. I am only trying to help my fellow men make the best choice that will help them stick their love to one wife not two. For I know that the first attraction a man has in a woman’s body is on her breasts, then other thing come to play at last. And if it is so, as my wide research had made me knew, every man suppose to weigh his choice of breast before he goes for a girl to make his wife, at least to avoid the disappointments that may come with wrong choice tomorrow .

What then is actually the size of breast a man supposes to pick in consideration of a girl to make his wife? For me, I always advice medium size breast. I have classified breasts based on their sizes into three categories. In it I have small breast, medium size breast, and big breast. And the love I accord to each of the categories in respect of choice of a woman to marry is as follows. I scored the girls with small breasts the last in the order of my love to girls I would like to make my wife. One of my reasons of placing them there is that are the least attractive to sensual desires. Other reasons are that love making with them feels like one is sleeping with a fellow man, and that they look like scare crew with clothes on their bodies _ clothes don’t feat them.

Second in the category are the girls with big breasts. In fact I pity men that want the breasts of their babes to be big like balls. I actually don’t know what hey will gain from them apart from foam they (the breasts) will turn out to be at last: when they must have been tampered with by babies. It is not funny. Some men are actually mad about busty babes. There is nothing bad about this inasmuch as the busts are still strong and firm on the chest that bears them. But when they are weak, men, there is no such embarrassment to see and to touch like them. That is when love begins to sink to hatred, until it finds its way into the hand of another woman.

Will it be acceptable for any man to hate his wife just because the breasts have fallen from top to base? An average man that is not in this shoe will think is madness and lust after flesh. But man, man is man. We all want the best and breast is not an exception. When desire is high, mere look at a woman’s breasts can make it low or higher depending on the state the breasts have reached by then.

Big breasts are disappointment unto them that love it. And my reason for saying this I had already mentioned. If you still want to try it, I bet you will come back regretting it. Why not stick your choice like mine: medium size breast. There is nothing like it in breasts. It is not that it does not fall. I’ve already said that every breast falls. But there fall is not as fast as that of big breast. And they are far much attractive to eyes that see them and to hands that feel them.

One night stands or flings are increasingly becoming common among heterosexual adults. Would you have one?

They are known as flings or one night stands. You meet a stranger who happens to be so beautiful or handsome that her cleavage or strong limbs and broad shoulders unnerve you, you drop your guard, secretly wishing for that momentary bliss.

In the heat of the moment, something pulls you closer, something snaps inside and you find yourself wanting him or her in your arms. You find yourself drawn closer to a stranger you know nothing about.

You forget your significant other and want this total stranger in your bed. It doesn’t matter to you that you that you may get infected with some strange disease like Hepatitis B or HIV/AIDS, it doesn’t occur to you that an unwanted child may be sired tonight or today.

You are already thinking of excuses for something is pretty wrong. You want to call your long time lover and tell them you are working late tonight. You want to call your wife or husband and lie to them of your whereabouts, for the stranger has driven you nuts, and you are not yourself. You either sleep with him or her or there shall be no tomorrow, you either take him or her to bed or you wont survive another day.

Yet the following day arrives. You slept with him or her, you lied about your whereabouts, perhaps you have been infected, perhaps you are pregnant, no excuse is good enough, and you know it, you cant convince yourself that you it was the alcohol, you cant convince yourself that he or she was indispensable, looking at your spouse, you find him or her one hundred times better than that stranger, you find him or her better in so many different ways that you want to eat yourself, or take a rope and hung yourself dead.

Guilt overweighs you and you feel like hiding from everyone, and hiding from yourself too. Why did you do it? Why couldn’t you control yourself, why? Nothing. There is no concrete reason, no suitable answer, you must either confess of how sorry you are or shut up for the rest of your relationship but again those skeletons that keep piling in your cupboards may be brought to light later own.

Why do people sleep around? Why do people have one night stands knowing very well the consequences? Why do people have meaningless flings whose consequences may be so detrimental that they wouldn’t live long after that momentary insanity? I wouldn’t blame alcohol, I wouldn’t blame my genes, I have myself to blame if I let this happen. Think before you act. Think before you wish. Think before you do anything stupid!
