You’re with a fille and it’s somesthesia great — truly operative.
Sri Bhagavan has been taking the most memorable class for his beloved devotees. The 12 Secrets of Breakthrough Technology alias The 12 Brahmastra Classes are a revelation by Sri Bhagavan. It is a road map for Success and Awakening. We are fortunate generation indeed, to be able to listen and know these extra-ordinary secrets and to gain hitherto unimaginable insights into what it means to be human, to be conscious, to be victorious, to be compassionate and to be awakened.

The following is the 3rd Secret of Breakthrough Technology Class in His Own Words in the Month of Aug 2007 to his beloved devotees. (Chennai, India)

Here the goes the class:

This excerpt has been taken by Sri Bhagavan in the month of Aug – Sep 2007 to his beloved Indian Devotees. This is 3rd Secret Class of Sri Bhagavan

For every person,

Breakthroughs are required and necessary in life. Break through can be in the spheres of health, wealth, education, relationships in family or in any other sphere.
But breakthroughs are a must in one’s life today.

To achieve these breakthroughs, a good stand / a firm decision is very important.

Seven aspects to be reviewed are:-

1. BODY POSITION
2. FEELINGS
3. IMAGES
4. WORDS
5. INNER DIALOGUE
6. POSITIVE BELIEF SYSTEM
7. FIRM STAND

We need to make all the above seven aspects to be very positive and like those of rich people.

Body Position should be like that of a rich fellow. This leads to us having feelings similar to a rich fellow. Also these feelings can make your body position to be like a rich person. They are both interrelated.

Images that run in your mind also influence a lot .For example if u are given a broomstick and told to sweep a room, if the images that run in you are a broomstick and cheta (telugu ) then u cannot do the work wholeheartedly. But if you have an image of a clean room and a dasaji praising you for cleaning the room so neatly you can do the same work in a very fast and better manner.

Never say words like not there(ledhu) ,I don’t have ,I don’t need (vaddu) and always say kavali (I require) instead of ledhu (don’t have) because if u are habituated to say in a negative manner . Sometimes even when we enter good states like è (theta) and ä (delta) then also we speak in the same manner which leads to our destruction and harms us. Normally we are in á (alpha) and â (beta) during which whatever we say doesn’t affect us at all.

Inner dialogue or conflict like whether this will happen or not, whether I will pass or not also makes what we wanted not to have.

Consciousness is of Three Kinds:

a.. CONSCIOUS -WHAT WE KNOW.
b. UNCONSCIOUS/LOWER CONSCIOUS -WHAT WE DO NOT KNOW.
c. HIGHER CONSCIOUS /PARAMATMA -THE GREATEST.

These are present in every individual as well as in the collective conscious. This is called one mind. Combination of all individual consciousness gives rise to collective consciousness. This is called synergic emergence. But, there need not be any relation between individual and the collective.

Examples-

1. Cells and human body.
2. Computers and internet. (Without computers connected there is no internet and without internet the use of computers is limited).
3. Hydrogen and oxygen combined to give water. Both hydrogen and oxygen encourage fire but, water extinguishes fire. Thus, the behavior of collective varies from the individual.

This is like naras (humans) in together give rise to narayana but narayana is not merely Nara, but a bit greater.

This one mind always takes care of the individuals. Some examples are:

1. In Japan, once crabs were about to get extinct at that govt. banned eating crabs but yet people ate and they were about to be extinct. At that time, on every crab’s back the face of Japanese got visible and instead of eating they started to pray it as god. Thus the one mind of crabs protected its species from extinction.

2. In Holland, when people complained about the destruction made by bucks and dears’ at nights in residential areas, govt. passed a rule that these bucks can be killed if they stay in residential areas (before a particular line/border) beyond 12 midnight. At 5 minutes to 12, these animals were beyond this line but at 12 none was beyond the line. Does the bucks know that the Government passed a rule that they can be killed if they stay beyond the border of residential areas if they stay after 12 No, but they all crossed and out of residential areas, because their one mind saved them.

3. In Brazil, a priest by name Martin dePolis was there. He was so powerful that he could even stop a flood. Once, rats ate the curtains in the church. When others wanted to kill the rats, this person told he will talk to rats. He talked to the one mind of rats and an agreement was made that food will be kept for rats daily at a distance of 100 feet from church and rats should not enter church. This is continuing since 350 yrs till date…

4. Farmers in a village in Tamilnadu, grow paddy if birds which migrate to that place build nests at a higher level, and grow groundnut if birds build nests at a lower level. These birds build nests at a height just above the rainfall level so as to save their nests from water. How do they know about rainfall in the year? It is their one mind that is helping them.

5. When ant hills are destructed the engineer ants that stay at depths of 50-80 feet come to ground and rebuild the anthill in minutes and go back. How do they know that their ant hill is being destroyed? It is again their one mind helping them.

6. Snakes in varadaiapalem never bit a single person because an agreement was made with one mind of snakes that we won’t kill them and they should not bite devotees. once, when a new security person killed 2 snakes due to lack of knowledge immediately a homa was done to satisfy the snakes and an agreement was made and till date, no devotee was bitten by a snake was reported.

As per Hindu Shastra, there are 84 lakh species of organisms and each has their one mind. The collection of these one minds was Para Brahma Consciousness is like sand. You can make idols/toys (bommalu) with sand.

As u do Dhyana well, consciousness goes down into u and u can actually hear “Om” physically. This also instructs the heart (hrudayam), “This is the truth”. This is called Sat. It also says this is the essence of everything meaning “Knowledge with Consciousness and Conscious with Knowledge”. This is called Chit. These both come with Ananda. Hence Satchitananda. Para Brahma (as told above Para) is the greatest form for all species. The one who works with the higher consciousness is called Paramathma (not the conscious or lower conscious). Hence the name Satchitananda. Parabrahma. There are several personalities in the Paramathma like Rama, Krishna, Kalika Devi, etc whom we might call “Kula Daivam” (Deity).

The advantage of Hinduism is that we have a very great freedom. We can believe in any god. This is the reason why these many parties could sustain in India. While in USA and Britain, which has Christianity only 2 parties exist. In case of Islamic countries, there is virtually no democracy absolutely. Again there is an underlying disadvantage with this that we are not strong.

The lower conscious is described in Christianity, Judaism, etc as the Satan. We can achieve anything either from the higher or the lower conscious. But, if we earn from the lower conscious what we earn is not permanent and again on the long run we lose more than what we earn. Indeed if we earn that way we lose everything. But it comes very fast if we get from lower conscious the reason being that it is like a rowdy( who works really fast).

Higher conscious is a bit slower but follows certainly.. Because it follows Nyayam and Dharmam and hence is slower. Also, it is the different personalities of Siva, Kalika Devi that are contacted by lower and higher consciousnesses.

Both negative and positive should coexist for the running of this world (Srusthi). Oneness and Separateness are required for running Srusthi.

It is said “Satan is the shadow of God”. And always a game/ battle between positive and negative goes on. And the playground for them is us. This makes us get sometimes feel guilty due to negative thoughts. And sometimes we praise ourselves when we get positive thoughts. These two if considered teams in a game can be called Gold Cap and Black Cap teams.

People either feel this to be the end or some people leave it as it goes. Knowing this to be a game is True Knowledge (Gnanam).

For example,

A person of age 65 yrs and who did meditation (tapassu) for a long period felt really bad when he was getting lustful thoughts, thought to commit suicide and make murder. He came to Bhagavan and asked this. Bhagavan asked him where and when he got such thoughts and Bhagavan knew that place and said that at that place at 5.30pm in evening a lover pair committed suicide in this way. The boy holding the neck of girl with a rope and the girl holding the boys neck with a rope and both tightened the ropes together and committed suicide. Bhagavan asked that person to go there after a week at that time 5.30pm and verify if he is getting such thoughts at that time and solved his problem.

Mahatma Gandhi when he was in jail once got a thought to murder a person because the person who made the food that day was a murderer..

Thus, you should know “Your Thoughts Are Not Your Thoughts” and one who understands this is a real “Gnani”.

We play game of both teams that is we play double games or play no game for these teams.

To join the Gold Cap team, we need to have 4 PERSONALITIES.

They are:

1. King – is one who can dynamically take decisions
For example, Rama, Krishna, Mahatma Gandhi all took decisions very spontaneously

2. Warrior – is one who believes life to be a game and always takes any challenge continuously in life. If u cannot face life as a warrior, u make suicide.

3. Magician – is one who says nothing is impossible. These people are generally rich like Ambanis, GMR, etc.

For Example,

a. Edison failed to make a bulb 10,000 times. He said after that these 10,000 materials are not fit to make a bulb. He finally made a bulb the next time.

b. Bata sent a person to Africa to increase their sales there. One fellow said no one even wears chappals (footwear) here even while running, how do u think we can sell shoes to them? Another person went there after sometime. This person said here people don’t have chappals also, so immediately send not only shoes but also socks.

4.. Monk – is one who doesn’t have much attachment to anything. Rama, Krishna, Gandhi did not have much attachment towards anything.

For Example:

a. Rama left to the forest without any pain.

b. Sardar Patel received a telegram when he was in court for his case. After the court proceedings, when someone asked what telegram he has got, he merely said my wife died. See here the least attachment these people have towards anything.

To get these above 4 personalities, u must do these Sadhanas.

Think as a beggar, non-decision maker.asuume the worst. Ask Bhagavan to burn this negative personality of yours. And then develop as king and ask Bhagavan to build this personality.

Think as a coward. Ask Bhagavan to burn this negative personality of yours. And then develop as warrior and ask Bhagavan to build this personality.
Similarly make the sadhana for the other 2 personalities.

Designing yourself is very important. See yourself as a perfect person. To design your personality, we have to take care of the 6 Needs of the Mind.

They are :

1. Certainty : E.g., we need to be certain that the madras train we catch will go to madras and not to kolkata. We need to be certain we will pass in an exam we write, etc.

2. Variety – man requires variety in food, dress, hairstyle, etc.

3. Significance – everyone likes him to be known as a great person, good player, good engineer, etc.

4. Love – We look for love from everyone around us.

5. Growth and

6. Contribution to Society

We can earn the first four either in a positive or negative manner like by saying lies and get significance, love, etc. but if we work in a positive way, work hard also we can get these..

The beauty of the above relation is to get the above said 4 personalities if we concentrate on Growth and Contribution we can get all 4 personalities as well as other 4 needs. Also, a person can concentrate on only 2 needs at a time. Thus, by concentrating on these two we get into Gold Cap team.

E.g.: Getting rich for making employment for others is Gold Cap, while getting rich for yourself is Black Cap.

When there is a requirement for some personality, pray Amma and Bhagavan and get that personality.

Now, consider the timeline as a line. On one side is the One Mind and on the other is the Individual Mind. The time line has slots/holes. Sometimes or at Muhurthams, the collective consciousness leaks into the other side. It is called the Avatara Purusha( if it belongs to the higher collective conscious) else called Satan(if it belongs to the lower collective consciousness).

Some examples are :

Srinivasa Ramanujam was a failure in Mathematics. But he wrote a 400 page book in mathematics which consisted of only solutions but has no proofs. It is said that it is highly impossible for a single person to write those many solutions. The actual thing that happened is an angel by name Namagiri, which is fond of Mathematics wrote that book and thus it had no proofs. Also, at some point in the book the name of Namagiri was mentioned. One of the solutions formulae gave rise to the evolution of polythene today.

Benzene structure was highly complex. It was Kekule who saw in a dream at night that a snake biting it’s tail and made its structure which is very useful today.

Sewing Machine was invented by Singal. In his dream, he was with tribals, who threw him in burning oil in a basin and are hitting him with a rod that had a hole. This person made a hole initially at the top of the sewing machine but failed. Now, he made a hole at the bottom of the needle of sewing machine and succeeded.

The avatar purusha now is referred in the moolamantra as Sri Bhagavathi Sametha Sri Bhagavathe Namaha. Hence the moolamantra.

Earth got a virus called man. This virus either kills the earth or kills itself. Bhagavan is making neither of this happen. This destruction by man can be stopped in 2012 for the below reasons:

1. By 2012, earth completes 1300 crores of age out of its 2600 crores age.

2. For every 1,44,000 yrs core of earth stops rotating, stops for a while and rotates in opposite direction. When the core stops, earth’s magnetic field goes away. If we give Deeksha at this time, it is enormously powerful and can change a person. This happens in 2012.

3. Also, deeksha is more powerful when there is less earth’s magnetic field and vice-versa.

4. By 2012, the 500yrs of kalyug gets completed.
5. By 2012, another cycle of 26,000 yrs gets completed.

All these 4 cycles happen in 2012.

So, people in Gold Cap by 2012 are useful for Deeksha like a banyan tree from its hollow seed. If we fail in 2012 and black cap wins, earth gets destroyed.

If you are in the gold cap, as u touch Amma Bhagavan’s srimurthi, you get shock/ vibration/ silence either mild or strong. Enter this state daily.

An article describing fear, why it works, and its solution.

Fear, the word used to describe something that scares us. Fear itself can be used tactically by group of people to capture another group of people into a very specific conscious perception of reality. In this format of reality, all the power is given then, to the group of people who scare the other group. But fear is a very low perception of reality. It complicates everyday objective situations into overwhelming hazards that we just stop doing completely over time. We cease to gain any new sort of digestible material for our brain to process, so instead our brains get used to the same pattern of identity we decide to become. When this happens and continues to happen, something intriguing happens. We get angry, annoyed, bored, start feeling more and more negatively associated emotions. Then we think of what we can do to solve these problems, once we did all the mundane chores, and pointless work, that we thought would solve our problem we realize we still have lots more time. So we look for something else, but are stopped almost as soon as we turn around by fear. Fear of something, of some sort. We allow ourselves to become afraid, we lose our own power to the controller of the fear. Instead of reacting in a fearful manner (Which is what the controller wants) we should find the best possible standpoint to take, and always take it. Love is that standpoint every time. If you respond in an unconditional loving way, this will accumulate into your entire reality. There is scientific information out there now to suggest that we through our consciousness play a part in designing the very fabric of our existence, which in so permeates outward into everything. How much of our existence we create is of course up to debate, and I theorize will only increase if humanity unifies. The replacement of love instead of fear also has another benefit, it’s never expected by the controller of the fear, and is stronger than any fear possible.

An article describing humanity's conscious effort to progress.

Proposition of concepts

Of bio-energy conduction

By: Kody Dibble

I believe the Human body is a receptive and conductive entity of a wide spectrum of energies. Energy that enables us, the individual’s to perfect the environment, psychology, and sociology of our surroundings. Perfection is seen individually, but ideas of perfection can be shared among a collective of individuals. In the same way that ideas of corruption can be shared among a collective of individuals who respond to the same assortment of stimuli. It has already been found that our body indeed produces and stabilizes an electric current of impulses. Neurons in the brain can be switched on and off by subsequent impulses of a certain frequency and origin and this maintained and controlled intelligent grid of inter-depend free-flowing energy signatures amazes me in every way possible. The main point of this inquiry is the idea of insisting conscious effort on the desired consequence and action and the relation it has with the energy of the body.

I declare that, with the right amount of intention, (Will), Projection (Visualization), and Conscious Effort (Belief) the individual can produce an array of infinite possibilities. Infinite possibilities that in which can mean the difference between life and death, health, and sickness, disease, and cure, wealth, and well-being and so on. Both intention and projection have been a major part of the development of the civilizations of the world today, but Conscious Effort it seems, dwindled down almost to nothing. We became robotic negligent systems that delivered the same result over and over again. If we ever, at this time, went out of our normal routine in front of other peoples routines we were involved in they would most likely react drastically. But we’ve evolved from this, through language and creative intelligence we’ve established an also ever evolving stable mind of humanity, and even an index to categorize the aspects of it, the Internet. We tried in the best way we know to search for an extra-terrestrial presence, wave signaling. We are the forerunners and soul determinate of the destiny of ourselves and the beautiful planet we live on. On the other side of the coin currently conditions on our planet are terrible. The systems we use to get our resources and maintain them are vulgar to say the least and undermine the need for the preservation of Earth. Our governance has an agenda that feeds the mouth of a global pig, and starves the mouth of national citizen. They have outright lied to us, depreciated our original law and waged war in the sake of profit. So come and point, we need something to pull us out of the dump. We need something to roll us over and give us a hand to our feet. We know we are more than capable of doing just that.

We are in a period of time that will forever be known for its conjunction of spirit and science and with this symbolism of balance and appreciation for that in which you are not, we realize we are still a part of that which we are not, making us that which we are. As I stated in the beginning of this article the Human body is a generator and facilitator of a wide variety of energies. May it be, amino acids creating protein’s or blood being carried through out or even more subtle energy flows like the established chakras. Our body syntax of known patterns of identity fulfills its goals in a steady meaningful fashion. We aren’t conscious of all the processes in our body but yet we know they continue unless something bad occurs. But if we consciously direct our good will intention to these processes’ through the law of attraction and thermodynamics with the now understood fact that our thoughts have substance it can only be assimilated that the desired consequence is more likely to happen. Under such conditions, the doubt of consideration seems to be a compulsive hinder in the bounds of our mind.

In the foregone conclusion of this article I insist the individual reading to participate in acquiring a good will conscious and spread it to the people around them. That is all we need to fix the negative climate that surrounds us. So stay positive and keep on moving forward.

You can not change the past. But, if you are willing to consciously "Quickly glance" backward you can learn and move forward with powerful action. This article provides excellent insight and examples assisting the reader on their journey forward.

Life is Simple, We Make it Complicated

Article 5 (Looking Backward)

December 5, 2011

More than a few years ago, about 32 years to be exact, I was learning to drive an automobile. Throughout this process, I distinctly remember being told to check my mirrors on a regular basis. This practice would allow me to know what was coming from behind so I could anticipate upcoming events, supposedly decreasing my reaction time. The checks should be quick in nature and completed on a regular basis. A “few” years later I was in the passenger seat teaching my daughter how to drive. I began explaining the “lesson of the mirrors” to her and she asked a very simple question. “Dad, if I am driving the car forward and I am looking backward won’t I get into an accident”. “I think I should be looking where I want to go and not where I have been”. I then explained the decreased reaction time theory, how the look is a quick look or glance and how, after a while, she would be completing this task without even realizing it. This habit would become second nature or completed unconsciously. Now, the more I explained this to my daughter, the more insightful the lesson became. I can agree that this “quick glance” will work when driving an automobile but I completely disagree with unconsciously “looking back” on life. I agree with consciously learning from our past mistakes and actions but I completely disagree with focusing so much on our past that it makes our present unchangeable. We are who we want to become, not who we were in the past. Allow me to use some examples and learning moments to explain this point in more detail.

I want to emphatically state that when someone is 40 years old, they do not “act” the same way they did in high school. Throughout life, I have had the good fortune to observe some of the people I went to high school with. Some of these graduates, who were honor roll students in high school, are not anywhere near “successful”. Some people I attended high school with that would have been considered lazy, stupid, dumb, etc. are lawyers, doctors and businessmen. If these folks were continually judged by what they did in high school, nothing in their life would ever change. The lesson being, do not dwell on your past. “Quickly glance” at your past but “consciously” remember that you can become, accomplish or experience anything you want in the future. Do not let others judge you based solely on your past actions. If I was judged on my past actions, especially from high school, I would be remembered as a tight Levi wearing, long hair, lazy person from 1980. Really reflect on this statement. I am certain no one would want to be treated and remembered for every action of their past. With this in mind, do not allow “you to judge you” on every poor decision you made. Also, do not live on every good decision you made. Look back consciously, learn and move forward with power and action. Act how you want others to treat you.

Let’s talk about alcoholics. I will be the first to agree that when someone drinks too much, on a regular basis, they are in fact alcoholics. But, when that person stops drinking alcohol, in my opinion they are no longer an alcoholic. You see, if someone focuses on their “alcoholic” status in society, they will always be thinking about alcohol. They will always feel like “less of a person” then they are now. By consciously, “glancing in the mirror” learning from your past behavior and then focusing forward, you will feel strong and empowered. Some time ago I attended a holiday party. As you will recall from previous articles, I love to talk to and observe people. On this particular evening, I had the opportunity to speak to a very physically fit looking person. Although he had the outward appearance of a confident, fit man he appeared extremely subdued. While speaking to him I found out he was a school teacher, avid runner, and a married father of two children. Due to his demeanor, I decided to ask him what was wrong. I cannot explain why but he went on to tell me that, years ago, he drank “way too much”. His drinking affected him and his family. He admitted to me he was an “alcoholic” and was afraid of falling into the same trap. I asked him how long ago he stopped drinking. He replied “It’s been over 10 years since my last drink”. Thinking like I think, I replied “Correct me if I am wrong but, you have not had a drop of alcohol for over 10 years and you are afraid that at this particular party you are going to drink.” “I have to know why, after 10 years you feel like you are going to drink tonight”? “In fact, the only way you would drink tonight is if you let yourself”. “You are the one in control”. Almost with a sense of frustration he looked at me saying “I know I am not going to drink, because I will not allow that but “once an alcoholic, always an alcoholic”. Continuing to press him I said, “So, if you are not going to enjoy yourself because of your fear of repeating your past mistakes why not leave the party”? Our conversation seemed to end there as he walked away. You see, this gentleman was so focused on the past, which was a distant past, he could not enjoy today. He was looking for such a long time in the rear view mirror he was about to crash the car. He admitted he was not going to drink, he said he was in control but he was focused on his behavior of 10 years ago. He was not acting like the person he is today, he was acting like the person of his past.

I have made the same observations in almost every facet of behavior. After the poor behavior is corrected or changed, the “symbol” or “status” must be changed internally or you will continue to be the person of your past in your own mind or self – identity. For example, people who begin an exercise program, after never exercising or not exercising for a period of time must change their own self – identity or their “self – status”. Once you begin the exercise program, you are now a person who works out. Period. If anyone asks you to do something which would compromise the integrity of your workout your first and only response should be, “No, I can’t do that, I have to get my workout done first”. If you change your identity, control your moment and move toward your goals you will become the person you truly want to become. If you allow your past to dictate your future, nothing will ever change.

Be careful to not only change your self – identity or status, but also remember to change the way you “feel” about your past actions or experiences. Guilt can be a wonderful tool if you use this this “feeling” at the proper time and in the proper context. For example, if you are feeling a little too tired to complete your scheduled workout or if your mind is attempting to “talk you into” having just a sliver of cake, guilt can be a very powerful motivator. By saying “I know if I don’t go running today I will be mad at myself for not exercising”. Or “I promised myself I would stick to my diet this week so I know if I eat that cake I will feel like I let myself down”. Used in these contexts, guilt or “bad feelings” can be the correct tool to use, but if you continually focus on a poor decision you made in the past, never forgive yourself for your missteps and never take your eyes off the rearview mirror I guarantee you will crash the car. Remember no one can change the past no matter how much we dwell on it, feel bad about it, wish it never happened, pray about it…..on and on. Quickly glance at the past, learn from it and begin to change your future. For the only way to help the past is for you to control your future.

Quickly glance in your rearview mirror. Look back about 10 years and remember where you once were. Now ask yourself if where you are today is where you wanted to be or thought you would be “back then”. Over the last ten years you drove your life to this exact spot. Good, bad or indifferent you are here. Now ask yourself where you want to be 10 years from today, remembering that time will not stop. My guarantee to you is simple, if you control your moments and accept full responsibility you will be where YOU want to be.

“Live and Train with Your Goal in Mind”

Negative thoughts echo through the body

Negative thoughts cause a negative response within the body
and can play havoc with your immune system. It is important
to catch yourself when your thoughts do not serve you in a positive
way.

Every thought has the ability to manifest itself .

Be conscious of how you are thinking and whether indeed they are
your own thoughts and not ones imposed on you by others.

Listen, analyse and acknowledge your thoughts and if they seem reasonable
be open to whether a solution is required and act .

Don’t disregard without dealing with any
issues which arise.

Negative thoughts harm either yourself directly or others energetically
and if you let them buildup and take root they can be very destructive.

Have personal boundaries and maintain them they are your forcefield
against unwanted outside influences.

Tips:
Use your breath to expel negative energy by expelling on the out breath
and replacing with positive energy, focusing on something which brings joy
when you think about it.

Centre yourself by breathing into your centre ,
become aware of the earth beneath your feet
and that the mother and grandmothers support you
and will receive any negative energy
you are holding .
Release it down through into the earth with gratitude .

This theory isn't fully proven but if given time I believe it could work, I will explain how I unlocked most of my mind over the last few weeks.

If you have something that makes you think better or a lot more or something that helps a lot and I’m not sure if you need this from the beginning or not but I did.

Anyway lets start … Lower your mental shield as much as possible till you can feel the movements in your mind. For this you need to close your eyes and focus with no distractions, like meditating. After this you need to focus to move your active area in your brain. It may be easy for some and hard for some and it’s much easier if you can feel the active area in your mind very good… Practice moving it back and forth or from one area to another. I’m not sure exactly how to explain the process of moving your active part of your mind unless you’ve achieved the ability to feel what part of your mind is active yet.

It may be like an hour or several days to get used to moving your active mind depending on how good you are at control. After you get used to this you need to start exploring your mind, move the active mind to every corner of your brain.

After you’ve finished scouting your mind well enough your mind should now be strong enough to hold a better emotional grip. Examine your emotions and gain control of them. Remember they’re YOUR emotions and they must obey YOU, but if you’re a bad host they will try to work against you. Take your emotions into your active mind one by one until every emotion in your mind has merged into one giant active area in your mind… your active mind is now a ship, your emotions the crew, you the captain, and the rest of your mind is a vast ocean of subconsciousness. With this in mind you can now set sail.

After all this has been accomplished you have unlocked your mind but it’s still not fully activated… that takes more time, train your crew.

Inspired by Iyanla Vanzant.

Perhaps we never realise, but life answers our every request. You may not consciously be asking all the time, you may be subconsciously asking. Have you ever noticed that, the more you focus on something, the more it happens. Subconsciously and silently we all choose the path that life leads us down.

Have you ever been worried something will happen only for it to happen? You can turn around and say “I knew that was going to happen” you subconsciously asked for it without even realising. When you hear the saying ‘life is what you make it’ its so true.

You may notice that bad things are constantly happening to certain people around you, perhaps yourself even. They have got into a pattern of bad things happening so they think that way, just waiting for the next thing to happen. The same applies to people suffering illness, some people wallow concentrating on the illness itself and how bad they feel, others focus on the getting better and being positive, who do you think gets better first?

You will see people that may get on your nerves because it always seems like they have everything, and don’t have a care in the world. You know the ones right, noses in the air. The truth is, perhaps they don’t, because they focused positively on what they wanted. Its like building a Christmas wish list. Asking for something you want is easy, but so is asking for something you don’t.

All you have to do is stay positive and remember life answers your every request whether voiced or silently. Remember what you have asked for, be patient. If it doesn’t show up check your counter requests.

Through selective use of his/her genetic constitution, a person can put him/herself on a chosen path to a limited degree.

We have principally two sources due to which we become and look energetic and inspired – inheritance, and society. Inheritance is often treated like fixed and unchangeable, but I have derived that we inherit genes from all the past generations and we can invoke an attribute in us from any of our ancestors. Since one’s all ancestors had not been equally energetic and in accordance to his/her mindset, he/she may need to activate genes from an ancestor of his/her choice. And, this is possible, though difficult.

Activating a Genetic Link

For a genetic connection with a chosen ancestor, one is needed to study the ancestor’s life and ways of his/her working. Once the life and works of the chosen ancestor are mastered over, sit calmly in the morning in a posture most convenient to you, and concentrate on his personality with closed eyes. For whatever duration you feel comfortable without drifting of your mind to other thoughts. This exercise is often called ‘meditation’. Through this conscious effort of a few days, your sub-conscious mind grabs the thought and then starts working on that without knowledge and interference of the conscious mind. This, in due course, activates genes from your chosen ancestor already present in your body, and adds some new traits to your personality. Welcome these new arrivals in to yourself.

About the meditation exercise later, don’t press yourself to do that if you don’t like it or don’t avoid doing if you feel like doing it. Just leave yourself free to comply with your intuition in this regard.

Social Link

One’s parents and society influence and inspire the person in many ways knowingly or unknowingly, in good and bad ways. These links may be put in an order like – mother, father, siblings, teachers, friends, others – in terms of strength of their respective influences on one’s personality, under normal circumstances barring a few exceptions. Since, mother is the main source of inspiration for a child, her careful attention to the child is a must, else the child gets misguided in the very beginning of his/her life resulting in an irreparable damage to the child/s psyche.

For others, the influences being weaker, need of their careful attention is too proportionally decreases, but for the father and the teachers. Character of a person is largely influenced by his/her father’s character. Accordingly, the person chooses persons to be his/her friends. Teachers not only influence the person’s routine conduct, but also his/her career progression throughout the life span.

It is noteworthy here that in the matter of social links and their influences on him/her, the person does not have much control but often gets swayed by the circumstances available to him/her since his/her childhood. Therefore, principal keys of social influences on a person are his/her mother and father. This couple only keeps the person on a right track to make him/her a responsible citizen.

Shocking!!! Not really, but you have been programmed to be just as you are because of your environment and caretakers. That's right, you can't put the blame for remaining the same on genes anymore. It's your decision to remain in your environment. Therefore, your decision to remain the same.

Humor me as I take you on this inner reflection journey. Release all your preconceived notions of negativity and bullying of this concept. And, dig deep into a place you often forget exists outside of a classroom or discussion. That’s right I’m talking about your subconscious mind. Would you say there is at least a possibility that perhaps all the habits good and/or bad you do on a daily bases are because of a programing you came to know from your caretakers between the ages of new born all the way until you were six.

SHOCKING, I know, not really. But, true nonetheless. The more you try to be opposite of your parents, the more you find yourself like them. Don’t you just hate when someone says, “you’re acting just like your father/mother.” Doesn’t it just cut you in the gut? But, the truth is you are acting like them. And, most of the times, how they went out things is completely opposite of how you wish to go about things. Okay, it works for them, and it completely does not work for you on a real level. Yet, you find yourself doing the same behavior over and over and over again. Even though, each night you tell yourself, I’m not going to do this because it’s not good for me. The very next day, you awake and find yourself repeating everything you just told yourself you were not going to do.

If you think about it like this, you had six long years of watching this habit; six long years of perfecting this habit; and, six long years of being rewarded by laughter and approval from your caretakers from. Then, out of the blue, you are decided those habits are not healthy for your new way of life. It took you six years to perfect the habit, and you are expecting it to just go away overnight, interesting. No habit forms or goes away without having been worked at. It’s going to take a conscious awareness of the negative thoughts and ways in which your subconscious is programed to continue this particular habit. Only then will you see a change and a the reward from making the change occur.
