Raise your consciousness to one of acceptance.

Raise your consciousness to one of acceptance.

View every experience as a GIFT. If you look back at occurrences in your life, you can easily see how even the worst situations you experienced in your life ended up teaching you invaluable lessons and therefore ended up putting you in the perfect place for your continuing development. When you view every experience, the good, the bad, and the ugly as a GIFT, life flows more like a gentle, inspiring breeze.

Suspend judgment. This world is laden with judgment, irresponsibility, and finger pointing. One judges another to feel less guilty about one’s own misgivings. Judgment energy is dense, dark, and heavy. On the other hand, unconditional acceptance is light, free, and accepting. Let go of judging and criticizing yourself and others. Everyone is on a different path, and some appear to be further ahead on their path than others. Neither path is better nor worse than another. Raise your consciousness to one of acceptance.

Live each day as though it were your last. If today was your last known day in this lifetime, with what type of people would you surround yourself? What would you say to the people you care about? What personal gifts would you make sure you imparted to humanity and the earth? Live each day as if it was your last, and you will be living in a state of light, love and unconditional contribution.

Consciousness is an enormous field of energy, linking all things in an ever flowing stream, as a silent witness to all that is happening, a living presence in all creatures great or small. This consciousness has recorded every instant of all time, producing all there is, revealing all that is ever revealed, creating the greatest puzzle of all times, existing within all existence, and impossible to grasp in its entirety, it is life’s greatest asset and greatest mystery. I am because I am conscious that I am, I am far more than I can fully appreciate or comprehend, and I can be no more than absolutely complete as I am, even though I realize that I can never know my full worth or reach my ultimate state, for I am more than my physical mind can imagine. We are all one in this, think about it.

The process of transformation in psyche begins only when the Subtlety of Self comes into action. This movement of Subtlety of Self initiates propensity for something. This subtle sense of sight initiates minds inclination towards something, upon activation of the Subtlety of Self.

The first movement, after awakening, is to blink the eyes. The act of blinking the eyes activates the sight. The sight or the act of seeing is such a state which confirms our knowledge about something that a thing does exist at this time i.e. mental perception something is there. This process appears to be associated with the memory but when memory is made to recollect something or some external stimulus stimulates the memory of any particular thing, the sight confirms its presence which, by then, has been able to see the form and figure, features and outlines of the perceived thing under the continuous action of blinking.

This whole process of transformation begins only when the Subtlety of Self comes into action. This movement of Subtlety of Self initiates propensity for something. This subtle sense of sight initiates minds inclination towards something, upon activation of the Subtlety of Self.

After awakening as soon as the eyes open man subconsciously longs to understand the things around him and what are the situations of the ambient environment. He wants information about all the things, the informations which are authentic.

Nothing can satisfy him unless one of his own senses confirm and verify the things around him.

Hence, first initiative, to carry out this duty, is taken by his sight.

When the eyes are closed the function of the sight is suspended, blinking puts an end to this suspension and the sight becomes functional once again.

When, in the beginning, the power of sight comes into action, the sight witnesses the external objects in the inner and the inner things in the outer. For Example the mirror dazzles the viewing sight and reveals the virtual image of that which is there before it upon the sight.

This is that viewing which after coming out from the inner takes the form of the scene. Contrary to this when the act of viewing is directed towards the inner from the out, in that case some stimulus coming before the sight causes it to behave as a mirror and furnishes information to the human mind through its form and features. If we delve into both the angles, it is revealed that in every case the human mind acts and behaves like a mirror and this only channel which enables the human soul to envision its imaginations in an embodied form.

It's been long time I got a mood to write an article. I don't know what happens to the mind. sometimes it stops workig and can't able to think or write. I think it's all bsed on the state of mind.

It’s really hard to impliment what ever we say or write. Espeially controlling our emotions and reacting to the situations. I feel for the balanced behaviour we require a physical and even meantal health. Mean once we not physically fit don’t know the brain automatically stops working. may be this is the reason people say physical fitness alos the most important one. But I wonder when ever I feel depressed or stressed it’s not brain or mind effecting even physical fitness. People say and I observe it’s very hard to come back to normal mode sometimes even if we try hard. The man important criteria in the society to win is common sense but once we are not fit even we lost our sense to talk/or react properly. It’s really better to think and react but at times we find no time to think and we are forced to talk as per the situation demands. So I wonder how come we over come this. All the time silence won’t work out. Because people may think we are proud why because we are not replying or reacting. But it’s alway better if we learn how to act to the right situatuon. Even though we are doing our job perfectely it’s not always enough. Now a days it’s not at all ok if we work. It’s all based on the situation how we are handling. To overcome this we can observe the people around us and try to learn. Rather than that there is no other go. If we wanna win just adopt the things what ever we feel those are required and on the other way those are not harmful to others. Why because who wins with his/her strenghts remains forever and make us feel happy once we look back. But to have a controle on our mind and body we need a lot of exercise to do which includes yoga , meditatiom etc…..but it’s important that we need to have strong determination to sucseed in any of that.

Time and Space can be elucidated with an example of passage and passenger.

The passage is Time and the passenger; Space. Although the passenger remains engrossed in him, that is, his involvement remains confined to his personal situations and circumstances concerning him, he can’t maintain his existence without his association with the passage.

He could be oblivious of the passage but it is impossible that he could dissociate himself from the passage. It is worth considering that there is no possibility of even a slightest gap between the two.

Passenger is the product of the passage; means that he is because of the passage.

All the movements and activities, all the styles of life, all the thinking approaches, and the total character of the passenger can’t exceed the limits of the passage. He is restricted by the values and the standards of the passage and is bound to follow the rules of the passage. In human life, the passage is the Unconscious, and the conscious is the passenger.

We can identify the Unconscious by means of Conscious. When a person remains engrossed in the Conscious for most of his time then eventually his attention for the Unconscious would be at the lowest, which leaves the lesser room for the functional activities of life, and still lesser values of the life to be practiced.

More consciousness is evidently a proof of the more active Conscious, this minuses the magnitude of the action and the practical work.

When man exercises thinking continuously, the period for the activation of the Unconscious is reduced to the minimum, and this is the only period which is the period of action because it is free from deliberation and thinking.

Therefore, it is the law that more time will be given to the Unconscious to remain active the more will life advance on the paths of the action.

In fact, the Unconscious is that side of the Movement of the Aura (spiritual body) that constructs the Spatialities of the life, that is, the deeds and actions of life.

What sleep really does to us, how it affects our body and the concept of dreams.

Sleeping has always been a necessity for every living creature, especially for human beings. No one really knows the real purpose of sleeping but through the years it has been a proven fact that sleeping has a major impact on one’s life (What happens when you sleep). A major impact of sleep is the capability of a person to be productive. If a person neglects this impact of sleep, then the person will no longer have the capacity to be productive. It is important to sleep because it provides individuals the energy to do productive activities If an individual’s sleep is not within the average (8 – 9 hours), the whole body will be disrupted. Less sleep does not complete the phases needed for body growth like muscle repair and meal appetite. Lack of sleep makes the individual’s mind restless. An individual with a restless mind is not well-prepared to concentrate, make decisions, and engage in other activities. These activities can an individual a better lifestyle. Even if sleeping is just allotted a few hours, people should never underestimate its effect on different individuals. Sleeping can develop a person’s consciousnesss through dreams. However, if an invidual continues to neglect sleep then that person is subject to sleep deprivation. People often see sleeping as a human necessity but it can also be a tool to explore one’s consciousness and the reality of one’s dreams.

In discovering and exploring the inner conciousness, an individual must close his or her eyes and sleep. As a person sleeps, he or she will go through four different stages. The first stage of sleep lasts for a minimum of seven minutes (Handagard, 2009). Drowsiness and waking up easily will occur at stage one. Stage two is when the slumber is deeper and it will be harder for the individual to wake up. Eventually, during stage three, the body is widely affected. Also, the heart rate and body temperature of an individual decreases. The fourth and final stage is known as Rapid Eye Movement (REM). This is the stage wherein dreams occur and it suspends the outer conciousness. During REM, the main muscles become paralyzed and only the minor muscles can move. This paralysis or the suspension of one’s consciousness is the body’s method of making sure that one does not act in their own dreams. A famous interpretation of the suspension of one’s conciousness is the high gross selling film, Inception. The movie shows the viewers how to determine if the conciousness is suspended in a dream through the representation of a totem. A totem is an item whose behavior can only be identified by its owner (Hall, 2010). The movie showed that in order to determine if an individual is dreaming is to test the totem he or she owns. One of the main characters’ toem is his wife’s spinning top. As long as it is spinning endlessly, then his consiousness is not suspended throughout the duration of his dream. A lot of people seem to agree that dreaming is an unexplainable phenomenon. Some scientists believe that dreaming is the body’s way of sorting out memories and the subconsious effort to solve an individual’s problem. While a famous psychologist named Sigmund Freud said that “dreams are a way of accomplishing the subconsious wishes.” Dreams depend on the person as it is not always merry or cheerful. At some point, dreams may lead to nightmares. Nightmares are anxieties or misguided dreams (Nightmares? Bad Dreams or Recurring Dreams). It is mostly the alcoholics, drug abusers, and traumatized people who experience nightmares. But it does not mean that everyone else can escape from having nightmares. People who experience nightmares often try to interpret their dreams. They often try to seek any signals from their dreams to understand the past and determine the future. Dreams are usually different for every individual but the interpretations are almost similar. The most common dream people dream about are being chased, falling, car going berserk, being unprepared for an exam, and being trapped. These dreams are common due to its interpretation because these dream usually mean that an individual is worried, unprepared, disliked, and unsupported. If dreams like these often occur, it may slowly affect one’s work performance. It may either be seen as a motivation or a hindrance. If a person chose to see dreams or nightmares as a hindrance, then he or she may be a victim of sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation occurs when an individual does not acquire the needed hours of sleep (Sleep Deprivation). It is usually caused by voluntary behavior, personal obligations, work hours, and sometimes even medical problems. Sleep deprivation can affect an individual’s mood, work performance, and health. To overcome sleep deprivation, the common home remedies are through the intake of caffeine, prophylactic naps, and the use of different stimulants. However, medical professionals prefer the presciption of sleeping pills. It is the most effective cure for sleep deprivation and its effects are proven to be long term.

It is definite to say that sleeping is not just a form of need or necessity for humans. There is more to sleeping than just snores, dreams, nightmares, and sleeping difficulties. Sleeping allows people to concentrate on one’s subconscious mind. Sleeping may help a person understand his or herself better and this will make an individual choose the right choices. Therefore, it must be understood that people should never underestimate sleeping as it can lead to discovering one’s conciousness.

Another look inside dreams and the possible ways they communicate.

Usually, when people think of dreams, they figure them just to be erratic scenes of little importance in which they have no control. Some may find they prove useful given that they remember its scenario. Some dream content can be so exotic in nature that the person ends up confused and wouldn’t even begin to know how or where to decipher it. Some may be so frightening that the person will choose to place a mental block in order to keep its contents from interfering with their life in general.

But it isn’t like there’s an ‘off’ switch for dreams, so wouldn’t it be beneficial to learn key details which would aid in the understanding of how dreams function? There could actually be somewhat of an exclusive form of communication happening which most aren’t even aware of. When approached with the idea, you often get excuses that contribute to the ignorance that now plagues society(for another topic). When examined, most dreams seem to act as a personal GPS for life, that if you fail to listen to directions, you could end up lost. Since the conscious mind likes to take charge of everything, the only setting another form of guidance could take place is during sleep when the conscious mind has less chance of interfering.

Even though dreams tend to be cyptic and unrelated to they way we are used to communicating, suppose in time there will be a seperate language developed to support its symbolic format. There might actually be way for someone to explain how they suddenly end up in free fall down the side of a cliff or soaring though the air with a celebrity. Maybe that knowing awaits in the next stage of social evolution.

Another look at the reality of dreaming.

The nature of reality has been widely explored since the beginning of humanity’s evolution. A bit of data here and there that will, in time, reveal more and more of the ever expanding picture that is our future. There are literally countless forms of reality that can be used in the acquisition of knowledge on certain truths. So when we look at how dreams behave, many of them might actually be the result of alternate localization.

Whether intentional or not, dreams exhibit a state that only seems involuntary when the conscious mind is made aware. Other than that, you could be totally immersed in an environment as if you somehow expected it to happen. Lucid Dreams are said to be consciously manipulated by the observer. So what are dreams that are manipulated, or even orchestrated, by the subconscious?

It would seem impractical that the physical body itself, would spontaneously transport to an alternate form of reality, or even transform into an entirely different form to adapt to surroundings. The body might not be what transports, but the mind. Like a virtual simulation or continuation of experience for the mind while the body recharges and heals, like a ships captain dismounting after docking. People spend nearly half of their lives asleep. All that extra time could be used to implement certain beneficial teachings into subconscious memory to later be used during crucial periods in life.

What could forgiveness have to do with karma, or with the releasing of karmic bonds?

Forgiveness is an act of love, and essentially it is only love that can release you from your karmic bonds. Love is the energy that breaks such bonds, that conversely are put into place in the first place, and then they can be also negatively strengthened, by a lack of understanding into love, and into the truths of that same love, as they are trying to be displayed for you within your life, by your soul, working together with God.

When you have an experience with love, as all experiences always are, and if you do not then fully accept this love, and so allow your self to grow and to understand it from a higher consciousness perspective, even as you grow this awareness and consciousness within and around yourself, you will create karma. Karma is always the end result here because the truth is that karma is only not being made where love is being allowed to fully function as itself, or to exist only as itself. When you ignore either partially or entirely these lessons from love, you create karma, which can only then be released by relearning the missed lesson properly, and this always involves forgiveness.

Forgiveness allows for a reciprocal reflected view of love to be re-established within each party to that forgiveness. Both parties can again see the love that is within each other. Forgiveness removes the artificially constructed barriers that have been put in place, and which are blocking in some way the full transmission, or receiving of this love.

“Anger is like a thorn in the heart.”

This is an old Yiddish proverb that I could easily alter slightly for the purposes of this article. Here is my new version.

” Karma is like a thorn in the heart, that only forgiveness can remove.”

How is this true, and how is karma like a thorn?

Karma is like a thorn on a rose bush where the rose is love, and karma is the thorn. Karma is a part of the bush that pricks you only when you look for the thorns, and ignore the roses. When we look at the thorns first and ignore the love, we create karma, as we will then also send the thorns to another person, rather than the scent of the rose, or in other words, sending and interacting with them, only with love, and from love.

All of this means that karma is also an essential part of life, or of the rose bush, but that when the wood is not being seen for the trees, you will receive a splinter precisely because you have stopped seeing the bigger picture view of what is. The splinter, or the thorn simply prods you awake again, and so this then gives you yet another chance to look at the whole scenario all linked together with love again, and so seeing it all as it always really all is.

All is always, always love.

Love exists at the beginning, and also at the end. Karma and forgiveness are what makes sure that love is always also fully present at the end.

In the beginning, love exists unconsciously present with its truths within our hearts.

The spiritual journey takes us along a spiritual path always being led by this love. We are attracted to love, and the journey simply brings us to conscious knowing of what was previously only unconscious knowing. The unreal becomes real for us, because we have created the consciousness mirror to reflect it back to ourselves within, and so we can at last understand, appreciate and accept Love’s truths as being all real. They are real then both for ourselves, and for all other souls as well.

Consciousness is essentially an energy field that is created around love when it flows from its source, or God to us, and when we allow it, that love, to then have its own way with us, within us, or to flow uninterruptedly through us. This consciousness field never existed until God created the infinite souls within himself, giving them a seemingly freely separated form of independent existence, but really while they were all still, all still being always all still contained within his own oneness.

The paradox is that when we give up this attachment to freedom, we immediately rejoin ourselves to God, and so we can then function as God, as the real part of his oneness that we really all are. Consciousness could be compared then to being like a magnetic field that arises around moving electricity moving through a wire. We are like that wire, and when we do not resist the flow of God’s love, the field of consciousness is allowed to grow much stronger, both within and around us.

Consciousness though is really just a shadow, or a mirror as I have called it here. Consciousness needs a vehicle to manifest itself around. The consciousness of being conscious then creates awareness within this vehicle. God exists beyond even this consciousness. Our consciousness becomes an opening in us for God’s light to shine through to us, and so we become aware of him within ourselves then, consciously as well.

This state beyond consciousness is not really totally all unconscious either like we ourselves are at the beginning. God exists in which some others have called a state of super consciousness. It is a state of pure awareness. Consciousness causes us to appear to ourselves, but God’s reality is only real to himself, and so that is why we must give up hanging onto our own false selves to fully know him as well. Consciousness happens to you, and so essentially it too is not the real you.

God is totally aware love trying to display its truths through us.

We can see the shadow of God’s light as it shines on us through the imaging focus of this consciousness. When we fully rejoin God, now fully consciously knowing our own true position within God, we can then even drop this consciousness once more again, as we again become God within God, but this time consciously knowing what part it is that we are playing. Consciousness will have served its purpose. It has sparked our own part of God into a greater light that shines forth with its own truths in its own way. This allows God to be seen within differing ways by every part, and so God’s oneness is then infinitely known by both himself, and by all of his infinite parts, at one and the same time.

Gods parts also begin to function super consciously then, and all of God is aware of itself.

The parts have been activated into consciously playing their own part, and so God now functions fully knowingly in all parts of himself, both as a oneness, and as a holograthically infinite collection of himself, all functioning consciously independently now as this oneness also. The one in the many has become also the many in the one. The paradox of God is resolved.

Karma will not be an issue at this stage, and nor will forgiveness. God and all parts of himself will all then be love, consciously loving all of itself knowingly, all at the same time.

When we allow love its own way within us, no karma is created, but when we try to divert love to satisfy our own ego’s purposes, we create karma that must be then released again by forgiveness, either of ourselves, or of the other party to that act of non love.

Forgiveness releases us from the bonds of karma in this way. When we are released from all karma we become God again. God always was, and is God, we are just being given a chance to see this from these lower worlds for ourselves. God sees himself within himself in this way.
