An article about a horrific experience at one of the nation's HBCU's all because of one EEOC complaint.

In 2011, one would never believe in a innocent person can become entangled in conspiracy, the good Ole boy system at a Historically Black College and University(HBCU) by lodging an internal complaint of sexual harassment hostile work environment. Especially, if it supposedly is against federal law and the people whom are purportedly the same race, whom fought for social justice for African American people would go against the exact same principal they are supposed to stand for. Meaning, their own kinfolk. Yet, this is the exact incident that occurred for Sonja Keith, longtime intellect, educator and community leader. During late 2007, Ms. Keith was scouted by Dr. Nathaniel A. Sheppard to work as a Data Analyst in the Graduate School at Alabama State university in Montgomery, Alabama as well as assist with ASU’s preparation of reports for the upcoming SACS team visit in 2010. Under Dr. Sheppard’s pervue, Ms. Keith successfully completed many outstanding projects including Alabama state University’s Economic Impact Report 2008, SACS reports for the Graduate department, 07-08 & 08-09 respectfully; along with correcting the multiple data errors for thousands of graduate students. Things went rather smoothly, until late 2009; then President Joe a. Lee resigned and incoming Interim President William H. Harris gave 30 termination letters to more than thirty upper level employees. this notice included the very distinguished Graduate dean, Dr. N. Alan Sheppard. Dr. Harris began to hire and promote many of his friends to higher positions which included his former classmate and alum Dr. Doris Pogue Screws as Interim Dean of the graduate school above many other more qualified professors. Mind you, Dr. Screws had no formal training as a Graduate dean and no knowledge of Sacs besides what Dr. N. Allan Sheppard had taught the team of professors at Alabama State University. Under Dr. Screws, things went smoothly until Ms. Keith lodged an internal complaint against her and her friend Georgette Varner. Mind you, whom is the Coordinator of the Graduate School. After the complaint was filed with the HR department, Doris screws sent a letter accusing Ms. Keith of unethical behavior which was returned supposedly from HR, VP Carmen Douglas. This initial bogus letter led to a string of personnel actions up to termination for being a few minutes late. I know to some it may be ok, it’s fine. But, to be singled out due to one complaint is not ok. Coupled with the fact that Ms. Keith was being closely monitored by Doris screws, all of her work was all of a sudden scrutinized, Georgette Varner would have her Graduate Assistants to yell and harass Ms. Keith to create situations as well. Yulanda Banks Simon could do whatever she wanted. Nothing said. She even set ms. Keith up and lied saying Doris mail was opened by Ms. Keith. Each time Ms. Keith spoke with or contacted the EEOC, a string of personnel actions followed. When Ms. Keith requested to see her personnel file in October 2010, Carmen Douglas sent it to the University’s attorneys. There were numerous errors contained within Ms. Keith’s personnel file. It even included a grievance by Georgette Varner which was never shown to Ms. Keith. According to the University’s own handbook, an employee has opportunity or due process to answer any grievance filed against them. Not Ms. Keith!!! In addition, the grievance is intended for lower level employees to file on supervisory employees not the opposite.

Osama Bin Laden Was a CIA Asset And Spies Are Implicated.

Most of us already know that Osama Bin Laden was involved in the Mujahideen ”Operation Cyclone” between 1979 and 1989 in Afghanistan. This was one of the operations where the CIA used militant Islamic Afghani rebels in resistance to then Soviet invaders. The U.S. substantially supported the Mujahideen “freedom fighters” as they were once called with billion dollar financial packages, arms packages of classified sizes and extensive combat training from CIA and military officials. This is a historical fact. These groups offshoots later materialized into what we now know as Al Qaeda. Also a historic fact.

The above is perhaps what Benazir Bhutto (then Pakistani Prime Minister in the late 80’s) referred to when she told George H. W. Bush “you are creating a Frankenstein.” Newsweek printed that quote in October of 2001 in describing the buildup to the terror attacks.

We find ourselves in 2011 with a dead Osama Bin Laden (sans declassified proof) and the government has buttoned its lips tightly about many of the details. In fact, the Obama administration specifically refuses to show the public any kind of proof that the terror mastermind is indeed dead. Why? They don’t want to incite Middle Eastern violence. So without the historically significant facts I mentioned it would seem to be a good move by the President. But with Operation Cyclone as a backdrop of all this from the late 70’s to the late 80’s one has to wonder: Was Osama Bin Laden a CIA asset? History proves that he was at the very least funded as a freedom fighter but may have had ties to the intelligence community for many many years. We know that.

Now, consider the numerous reports that Osama Bin Laden was able to gain access to the PROMIS computer system of intelligence files kept by the FBI and CIA for a clue. Do you give a madman access to your system? It was quietly reported shortly after the attacks that Bin Laden gained access to the intelligence computer systems through PROMIS client software that he obtained from Russian handlers linked to Robert Hanssen (the notorious convicted FBI spy).

Best case scenario is that Bin Laden totally rolled the U.S. Intelligence community through using Russian spies such as Robert Hanssen who is now serving a life sentence for espionage. But wait! Didn’t we pay the Mujahideen back during the Cold War to help us against the Soviets? Now we find out that the KGB flipped PROMIS client software to Bin Laden? Something doesn’t make sense. So again, best case scenario is the egg is all over our intelligence agencies faces (and incidently alot of innocent lives were lost in the process). Bin Laden may have been playing both sides as a double operative. That’s the best case.

No matter what the case may be someone is hiding something because none of this adds up. They dump the body in the ocean. They refuse to show any evidence. DNA proof was turned around within hours not days. Bin Laden put up very little resistance during the 40 minute gunfight which was later amended to be only a very small gunfight. Now even the President of the United States was unable to see the raid due to a CIA blackout. Panetta is steamrolling the entire world with his fiction. He may be even steamrolling the President. If I were the leader of the free world I would be extremely irate about a “video blackout” during the most important raid and slaying of a “bad guy” in modern history. This is bigger than Capone, Dillinger, Gacy, Dahmer, Siegel, Manson and Starkweather combined. And the helmet cams all suddenly blacked out?

This is an information age where we had unmanned drone surveillance aircraft flying above. We had who knows how many satellites in space focused on the Abbottabad compound. I also presume we had a few local covert CIA operatives observing from a close distance. All SEALs had helmet cams and high tech microphones for communication from command. They had smoke, nightvision, dedicated drones and satellites. And there’s no video. Not from any of the helmet cams. Not anything from the drones. Nothing from sat capture. Nothing. It’s all classified except for a burnt down compound and a pile of metal trash from the tail of a blackhawk copter. That’s it. And you should not ask any questions or even get suspicious. Your government is on top of this and you should believe them. They got their man and you don’t need to know anything else. Thanks for playing the game. All I’m asking for is for someone to level with me because I’m not THAT gullible.

A 25 Minute Video Blackout Smells Like Coverup or Scandal.

Head of the CIA, Leon Panetta, says there was a 25 minute video blackout during the raid of Osama Bin Laden’s fort in Northern Pakistan. As I discussed in earlier articles, the administration refuses to release picture proof of the slaying. The body was then tossed into the ocean. So we will never see any evidence. Forget it. It’s classified.

Only one out of five bad guys of the Bin Laden entourage was armed, according to the latest in a string of conflicting statements by the White House, Pentagon, State Department and the CIA. So my inquisitive query amidst all the confusion is this: how exactly did a team of 30 or more highly trained Navy SEALs (arguably the best special forces team in the world) have to contend with this one armed man during a “surgical raid” for 40 minutes in which there was intense resistance?

“Throughout most of the 40 minutes, they were engaged in a firefight,” said one Pentagon source. So Navy SEAL Team 6 was in a firefight for 40 minutes? No not exactly. The most recent account of the growing fish tale story says most of the 40 minutes was spent “scrubbing the compound for intelligence.” The revision is believable but the initial story is cause for skepticism.

So back to the video blackout, the classified picture(s) and the burial at sea. There was a 20 to 25 minute video blackout wherein the President and his National Security Council could not see anything going on inside the compound, according to Panetta. Yet we have a picture of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton et al seemingly shocked at the climax of at least a really good movie in the situation room. We can tell something shocking is happening in front of them. But there’s no video. There was a blackout. Or perhaps are we being lied to?

There’s one thing I know about our government. They have much more than they are letting on and there’s something they don’t want you to know about. Count on it 10 times out of 10. But why in this case? The bad guy’s dead. Did we find something or learn something that could sour international relations? Was it even Bin Laden we killed? What gives?

I will present an alternate theory. What if it wasn’t Bin Laden? And lastly, how did they get DNA test results back so quickly? Word on the street is that it takes 48-72 hours at least to get results back on even the most expedited of cases. So what gives? I just want a straight answer from someone in the government.

There have been many discussions going on recently about a conspiracy with the supposed discovery of one of the fabled Hall of Records in Egypt. Many researchers are claiming that both the Egyptian government and Zahi Hawass are covering up the discovery.

Rumors are circulating throughout the world recently with the supposed discovery of one of the legendary Hall of Records in Egypt. The Egyptian government along with recently retired Zahi Hawass who ran the Egyptian Antiquities Department have adamantly denied these claims saying that no such building or chamber has been found. However, many researchers and even some archaeologists are saying that the chamber was indeed found but has been covered up due to the contents inside and what it would mean to both our understanding of history and Ancient Egypt’s history.

According to legend and the renowned psychic Edgar Cayce, the Hall of Records are composed of three chambers spread throughout the world that contain the missing history of the lost continent of Atlantis along with the missing history of the human race. The three chambers are said to be located in Egypt (underneath the Sphinx’s paw), somewhere on the Yucatan Peninsula and one on the lost continent of Atlantis, which would be most likely sunken in the ocean depths still. Each chamber is thought to contain the history of the lost continent of Atlantis along with information on any of the surviving inhabitants of the legendary island. It was Cayce’s claim that there were small groups of survivors that managed to escape the destruction of Atlantis and it was these Atlanteans that brought civilization to both Egypt and Mexico. Cayce claimed that all of this information would be housed in these Hall of Records and would detail both the history before the destruction of Atlantis and the demise too.

So, why would Egypt hide the Hall of Records? Obviously, the main reason would be the knowledge that the Egyptians did not develop civilization independently but instead were taught the concepts of it. This change in thinking would make the ancient Egyptian culture not as sophisicated as originally thought and all of their achievements would be questioned. Buildings such as the Great Pyramid and Abu Simbel would have to be questioned as to who was really responsible for the technology and ideas behind the building of them. Even the Sphinx would have to be questioned.

Where is the evidence for the finding of the Hall of Records in Egypt? The first piece of evidence was found more than twenty years ago and was a ground penetrating radar scan that revealed a strange anomaly underneath one of the Spinx’s paws. The scan revealed what appeared to be a small chamber exactly in the location that Edgar Cayce had predicted the Hall of Records was to be found. The second piece of evidence and the most important are a network of caves and tunnels that run all around the Giza plateau. When these caves and tunnels were first discovered, both the Egyptian government and Zahi Hawass denied the existence of them. The caves run underneath at least two of the three large pyramids on the Giza plateau and run very close to right beneath the Sphinx. It is this cave chamber that runs very close to the Sphinx that the secret Hall of Records was located. The Hall was located behind about 5 feet of rock that separated the end of the cave chamber to the entrance of the Hall of Records. According to some sources, archaeologists were able to drill through and clear this 5 feet of rock and have gained access to the hall. But other sources are saying that once the archaeologists realized what they had found, they further sealed the cave chamber thereby hiding the discovery.

So, has the Hall of Records really been discovered? And, if so, will we ever hear about the contents of what the chamber had inside it? My guess is that the Egyptian government will do everything they can to hide this discovery and unless they are forced to disclose, we will never get confirmation. Hopefully, I will be proven wrong.

Discusses the crime of arson.

According to the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA, www.nfpa.org), 13.1 percent of all fires in the United States in 1999 were arson or suspected arson, accounting for 15 percent of all property destroyed in fires. A total of 43,000 arsons or suspected arsons of vehicles were reported, accounting for $195 million dollars in damage. In structures the figures were 72,000 fires and nearly $1.3 billion dollars damage. In recent years, arsons peaked in 1990 and have held steady or decreased since, but it remains the single largest crime in terms of the value of property lost per incident. It is the job of fire investigators to determine whether a fire can be assigned to natural causes, accidents, arson (incendiary), or indeterminate causes. In the case of incendiary fires, the usual motive is profit in the form of insurance fraud. Such fires can be set in structures or in vehicles such as cars, trailers, or boats. Other motives include revenge, vandalism, crime concealment, or psychological disorders such pyromania.

The role of the forensic chemist in arson investigation focuses on detection of accelerants such as gasoline, explosives, or incendiary devices that might have been used to start and sustain a suspicious fire. If the fire is set to hide evidence of another crime such as robbery or homicide, then the role expands and becomes much more challenging. Fire scenes that are also are also crime scenes are by definition disturbed not only by fire but also by the action of firefighters and rescue personnel. Bodies have been moved or removed from scenes before it was known that a homicide had occurred, and smoke and water damage of the scene are inevitable. Destruction of evidence, either related to the fire or to the person who set it, is often difficult to find or understand.

One of the key pieces of evidence for differentiating arson from other causes is the point of origin. Fires burn longest and hottest near the point of origin, reflected in the degree of damage observed. Multiple points of origin frequently point to arson but we are not alone conclusive. Other suspicious signs at a scene include signs of forced entry and sabotaged detection and fire suppression systems. On the other hand, assigning the cause of a natural fire can be difficult since the possible causes are so varied. Electrical problems, cooking, smoking, smoking, candles, lighting, and creosote build-up in chimneys can all cause fires.

Fatal fires especially those set to conceal a murder, require more forensic services and involvement. Tasks include determining at autopsy whether the person was alive or dead when the fire started. If a person is alive during a fire there is usually a deposit of soot in the nose, mouth, or throat, indicating that the person was still breathing during the fire. Elevated levels of carbon monoxide in the blood also indicate the person was breathing after the fire was burning.

If the death is homicide then evidence such as weapons and bloodstains and blood splatter patterns may be left at the scene. Although fire alters the appearance of blood and bloodstain evidence it can survive and be used as evidence. However the extreme temperatures of the fire can make forensic examination of the evidence difficult or impossible.

The woman who claims to have saved some of the puppies from the river into which they were thrown turns out to be a liar, and she was only trying to cover up for the teenage girl and her family.

I’m sure you all remember the sickening story from a couple of weeks ago about the teenage girl who threw puppies into a river, right?

Well, there was a story that got out recently that a woman had claimed to have saved at least a few of these puppies from the river, and had taken them to her garage to care for them.

It turns out that woman is a liar and was only covering up for the girl and her family. For one thing, the puppies she “claims to have saved” are a different color than those depicted in the video.

Basically, the girl was terrified of the reaction that people were having towards her for the puppy-throwing, and the elderly woman apparently offered to help her so that the mob of people against her would ease up a little bit. I suppose they figured that it would add a bit of a “silver lining” to the story, and it did… for a while, at least.

Of course, I think the girl got the exposure and the hate she deserved. Anybody who commits that kind of cruelty act against animals, especially young, helpless ones, should be punished severely.

The conspiracy that rocked the world.

I will admit, believing that we are not alone in this life is an interesting thought. The only evidence I have ever seen has been in movies, pictures posted in newspapers and online and National Enquirer magazines stating the Alien impregnated my sister.

However, the most notorious and well known city for Extra Terrestrial sightings is in Roswell, New Mexico.

In 1947, Roswell became a city of immense speculation after a supposive Alien spaceship crashed and the remains were covered up by the government.

Conspiracy theories predict that the remains of the spaceship along with the bodies were originally shipped to Roswell Base. They eventually ended up at Wright Patt Air Force base in Dayton, Ohio.

I am originally from Ohio and lived just 15 minutes south of the base. I remember hearing stories from friends and from their parents who worked at the base. There were certain people that had seen the remains. It remained a truth to me while I was growing up. As I got older, I started to doubt the stories after so many fabricated stories came to life.
It wasn’t until I saw a documentary on one of the former Wright Patt officers that had witnessed the remains coming into Dayton for the first time. This was on a reputable channel on television. but there is only so much truth to every story.

The International UFO Museum and Research Center, located in Roswell, was created in an old movie theater. There are hundreds of displays and artifacts that were found at the crash site and in other locations. They have turned their city into a virtual Alien playground for tourists.

This is a display of an alien that was speculated to have been present in Roswell. An interesting display at the UFO Museum depicting an alien autopsy.

Remnants of articles found at a crash site. A mini flying saucer. Smells a little too much like Men in Black to me.

In wouldn’t be appropriate if corporate giants were left out of the mix. Big business is starting to follow the trend and benefit from the mass speculations in Roswell. Big surprise!

If Aliens are like humans in anyway, then they will love fast food. It’s just too bad that we are promoting bad health to these extra terrestrials. In a couple of months, they’ll be hard to miss when they appear at their first Weight Watchers meeting.

Oh yes, Aliens do love Wal-Mart. They truly appreciate the fact that a target was drawn on the side of the building so they can not only shop for discount plastic toys but, they can blow it up when their done. This, of course, adds to the speculation that aliens are intermittently evil.

Their always watching us! At least until the painted eyes wash off the light posts.

Although the happenings in Roswell still remain a question of truth, the city continues to capitalize on the ghost stories and speculation of that day.
