Well, it’s that time of year again. The debates have started on whether President Obama should broadcast his yearly speech to schools again. He is scheduled to give his speech this Tuesday despite all the criticism he received last year. Parents claim that his speech amounts to nothing more than propaganda. I can’t see how giving a speech to school children about the value of education is propaganda?
