1) Jasmine

I take jasmine as the first flower because it is the most stimulating flower used in India. It is the flower used for decorating the bed room of the newly wed couple for their first night. Jasmine is included in all the wedding ceremonies of the day from morning till the couple go to bed. It is so powerful in stimulating that everyday the groom or the lover presents a garland of jasmine flowers to arouse the mood of his lover. It increases the serotonin levels and elevates mood toward sexual activity. It also helps eliminate nervous tension and anxiety and prepare them both for their tie of bliss. Jasmine has been used throughout history not only for romance but also for balancing the feminine energy of the body. Jasmine is available in the scent form also. 

2) Blue Lotus

Siddha recommends this flower with the botanical name “Nymphaea Nauchali” for menstruation problems. It was used by the people of ancient Egypt to enhance the Sex drive. It was also used to stimulate blood flow and as an anti aging agent. 

3) Drum Stick Flower

Drumstick is a vegetable of South India grown in trees. All the parts of drumstick are used as aphrodisiac. The flower of this tree is very effective in boosting sex. If the flower is boiled in cow milk and taken in the morning and evening (20 ml flower juice in 100 ml milk), it solves the erectile dysfunction and enables satisfaction in sex.

Just take 10 gram lotus petals, boil them in one liter water till it comes to one fourth and drink the filtered tea morning an evening. 

7) Hibiscus

This flower in red color is found in all the places in India. This is also good for general health especially for heart. This can be used as tea with sugar candy. This eases the heart and enables good blood circulation. This flower is aphrodisiac by keeping the body cool and smooth. 

Clove or Lavanga

Actually this is the flower bud part of the spice which is botanically called “syzygium aramaticum”. It has a sweet aroma and has many aphrodisiac properties. Powdered clove mixed wit a little honey can be taken to strengthen the body parts. 

9) Pungu

Pungu botanically called “Pongamia pinnata” of the “Papilionoideae” family is found everywhere in South India. All the parts of this tree have very effective aphrodisiac properties. The flower enhances sexual activities. This flower can be dried, powdered and used with ghee and a pinch of it can be taken in the morning and evening.

10) Kumari

This is also called katrazhai and botanically called “Aloe Vera”. The flower part of this plant which grows in he center part it is very effective for both men and women. This keeps the body always young restoring natural cycles of desire and fulfillment in both men and women.
