The rumour about the future of Luis Enrique in AS ROMA.

Unsatisfied result of AS ROMA under Luis Enrique make many speculation about his resignation. There are rumour or news that Catania coach(Vincenzo Montella) become one of the candidate for replacing Luis Enrique (Many coach was reported linked to be AS ROMA coach like Ex Chelsea manager, Andre Villaz Boaz, Luciano Spalleti Zenit St Petersburg coach and so on).

Montella

The speculation was so hotter because Luis Enrique can`t give the place for ROMA in European competition next season. It was the first time during the last 15 years that AS ROMA did not play and participate in all European competition

European competition.

The report said that Luis Enrique did not want to coach anymore because he is dissapointed with what he had done to the club. The report said maybe the annocuncement about it will be done in Sunday or Monday

The Director of AS ROMA, Franco Baldini said that he doesn`t know about Enrique future in AS ROMA

So we just wait and see, what happen to Luis Enrique..

To be successful, imitate those who have a successful first.

To be successful, imitate those who have a successful first. So, what do they do so they become successful? The following are the things that successful people avoided during their journey to achieve success.

1. Work Alone

They never tried to work himself. They are the successful people, the way tend to require support from other parties such as just friends, family, or perhaps with spiritual guidance. And those who succeed have a long list of people who have given an achievement or contribution that has been achieved.

2. Waiting Timing Right

To start, they never wait for the right time. They will not say “Not alone, alone tomorrow if existing capital.” Those who succeed have embedded the courage to be able to bear the risk that they will face. And they always do when there is a deficiency in the evaluation of a career journey.

3. Thinking About Fun

They do not think it would be the satisfaction and joy that will be achieved. To be able to pursue aspirations that are expected to require so much hard work and effort in order to realize the wishes and expectations desired. And they often sacrifice the things associated with pleasure in order to achieve their dreams. They also never thought that an increasingly difficult way means they are wrong step. They inculcate the principles of easy going and nothing to lose.

4. Fear

They will not provide shelter space for the “fear” in them. Fear is not an obstacle. They will not stop before reaching the expected performance.

5. Pessimistic

For the sake of making progress, they throw doubts. Do not be a slave of a sense of frustration when trying to compare myself with someone who is chasing the same dream you are pursuing. Successful people tend to admire people who are more successful than their first, respect for all their unique perspectives and how to reach them in their dreams.

6. Failure Phobia

Failure is not a scourge to them. They assumed that the failure of a small part of a trip to accompany the process in order to achieve the dream and ultimate goal. Failure is an unexpected result, a new atmosphere in the course of success. And they are ready to accept that failure is not known when it comes.

The following abstract deals with the most common thing that everyone face in life... "Failure". the next few lines deals with what not to do when you face failure, and why so...??

Failure; according to oxford means ‘not able to get success’, but going by the data and record analysis of all the leading medical institutes in our nation it seems that the today’s generation has a far more smaller definition with just one word to compile it all up “SUICIDE”.
Suicide means ‘the intentional killing of oneself and I’m damn sure that if we ask even a third grade child that are they alike, then he would laugh off and say “are you mad?” then why does the same child grows up and himself forgets the difference between them!
If we take a closer look at the statistical data of health and living condition of the students around the globe, then I am pretty much sure that even a blind will be able to figure out that India tops the list in suicidal activities. Why does the new generation not realize the gift, the treasure, the happiness, the enchantment that life brings along due course. Today’s youth has a very simple funda rather I should say a very idiotic one; if you do not pass the exams, hang; if you are rejected by a girl; cut your nerve or drink some god damn rum, Madeira, and become some Devdas and all; if you don’t get selected in IIT; swallow some damn rat poison or hang yourself by the ceiling. But they don’t realize that by running away from the situation or by ending up their life they still have not got the answer to the question, they don’t realize that they are not merely ending up one life, with them their parents also lose interest in life, but still they continue their life because “if someone dies, the world does not die with him“. Before taking any such step stop and just think about the faces that have brought you up, watched you grow, did everything they could do just for your one smile of yours when you were sad, when you demanded for a toy and they any how managed to buy you that no matter how costly it was and when they will see the dead body of you lying on some pyre or inside a coffin what will happen to their hopes, their life, their emotions their feelings. Why does the new generation not care about the people who love them, and why does they have a god damn heart so small to accommodate their selfish feelings in them and desires only about which they think and are concerned about and care for. Why the bloody hell they don’t realize that it is not failure or success that matters, but what matters is how much hurdles one has to overcome while trying to achieve success.

The current generation or the age of machines is veraciously called so, although they have a heart that beats only on the vibration of success and it thumps on the sound of failure and still they say that they have a very large heart while proposing a girl…!!

I have just one simple question that is the heart a normal human heart or is it some kind of storage device with just storing memory with nil feelings…???

Fear Of Success Or Worry Of Failure.

I like to consider each concern of being successful and worry of failure because the concern of the unknown. If we tend to take many actions currently, what’s going to the consequences within the future be? can we tend to lose some cash and time? can our buddies believe we tend to are crazy, or if we start creating plenty of income, can we’ve the power to handle the changes? Are we tend to progressing to begin paying a lot of taxes? precisely what are we tend to progressing to do with the increased income? Are others progressing to expect a lot of of us? of these unknowns will drive you insane if you allow them to.

At times, it’s these unknowns that paralyze some men and ladies and forestall them from taking action. they’re going to attempt to discover each very little issue and arrange everything before they take any action. sadly, there’ll typically be unknowns. there’s no such issue as 100 percent certainty. Things practically never ever calculate the means you intend them. you’ll actually bet on that!

On the opposite hand, you want to notice that somewhat everybody has these issues. however the distinction typically times is that individuals who appear to possess no worries typically tend to not target what they’re frightened of. They specialize in what wish and not on what they do not want. for a few of those folks, these fears
can even be a supply of nice thrill.

A person who chooses to skydive is concentrating on the fun and excitement of it and not the concern of it. Their want of the expertise is larger than their concern of it. that’s what gets them to require the action. For them, to not take action isn’t straightforward. we tend to tend to try to to what we tend to want the foremost.

Anyhow, if you’re progressing to live a stronger than average life, you’ll need to endure some unknowns, that abundant is guaranteed. you’ll need to surrender some predictability and certainty in your life. Not everything goes to materialize in keeping with your ways. you’ll ought to build modifications in your goals and ambitions on your thanks to prosperity. that’s not essentially such a nasty issue, it’ll add spice to your life.

Of course, it’s nice to create plans and set goals however be able to make some modifications. you’ll ought to become versatile. the aim of your goals is to create you are taking action within the right direction, and aid you to mentally prepare for achievement. it’s to not cause you to inflexible regarding how things are progressing to calculate.

But it doesn’t even have to be scary. the foremost vital issue to grasp is that you just can master the way to handle circumstances as you evolve and progress. Another vital issue is that you just can ought to specialize in your goals and your dreams and not your fears.

You will ought to build your dreams stronger than your fears; that’s the key. you’ll try this by attaching your passions along with your dreams. discover what it’s that turns you on, what’s it that gets you going? What evokes you? it is not perpetually more cash. Once you work out what your passions are, you’ll begin knowing what your real dreams are.

So begin along with your passions and target what you want to make, instead of that specialize in your fears. It will lead you to a far a lot of fulfilling life.

Obama has portrayed himself as the savior to a nation, the women’s knight in shining armour, and now robin Hood the thief in the night who stole from the rich to give to the poor. Robin Hood was a fictional character in a kids story book. Obama is real, and also wants to take from e rich, only giving to the poor is not in the equation once the money is taken.

The Obama administration, and his pocket puppet media, are stating falsehood’s when they say the rich pay less taxes then middle class folks. The fact is, the Rich, according to Obama, is anyone who makes more than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, which would include any lottery winners, or inheritance over that amount. The goal here seems to be divide the Nation.

Understanding, that Obama Vacations in the last three years cost more to taxpayers then the revenue that would come from taxing the rich, which is a silly concept. Obama cannot run on his record. He must divide Americans and lead them to believe it is in their best interests as if they have no clue what those are. If America does not see through this robbing hood, we are doomed to fail as a Nation, which plays into the liberal communist handbook. Lets insure this doesn’t happen by asking questions, learning what is going on, and voting in November.

Each one of us has an own history of failure, falling or defeat. In fact our everyday's life composed with these unexpected circumstances. But with proper planning, prayer, and action, stumbling blocks can be transformed into stepping stones. In spite of failure you can experienced the brighter tomorrow. You want to know how to cope with failure?

Well, here are six steps for ensuring than when you fall,in the process reinvent yourself.

Watch your expectations

Drop the expectation of achieving a perfect battling in life. Many people, when they experience a setback, give up because they erroneously assume that successful people do everything right every time. That assumption is false.Dont you know that Thomas Alva Edison,Milton Snavely Hershley and Abraham Lincoln were men of failures before, but because of there perseverance they are now one of those successful person in our history. The dreams that have come true did so because these three people stuck to their ambitions, they refused to be discouraged. They never let dissapointment get the upper hand.

Trust God

Place your trust in God’s promises for a better future.During a tough time, keep telling yourself that God has good and better things in store for you.Remember that faith is all about holding on and trusting in the presence of dissapointment and discouragement.

Never,never Give up

“If at first you dont succeed, try and try again” That popular proverb contains a great and powerful truth. The problem is not in falling but in failing to give up.We can exercise the will and make the choice to get up and move forward.

Many people fail in life because they belive in the adage:”If you dont succeed try something else”But succeed eludes those who follow such advice.

The words of William A. Ward come in handy: ” From failure can come valuable experience;from experience__wisdom;from wisdom__mutual trust;from mutual trust__cooperation;from cooperation__united effort;from united effort__success.”

Learn to cope

Adopt the coping strategies:

You should not surrender or give up the spirit.

You should maintain a sense of control no matter how bad things got,you could still control your own thoughts.

Attribute some important meaning to your suffering and pain.

Focus on good or positive things throughout each day

Maintain strong sense of purpose and you resolved to make it through the ordeal.

Look for the Good

Find the silver lining in every cloud.Something good can be created out of every situation no matter how disastrous.Keep your mind open to new possibilities that are emerging.

Take failures in stride and be kind to yourself.

Dont dramatize your mistakes. In thinking about your shortcomings and failure, dont blow the incident out of proportion.Remind yourself that making mistakes is part of your life journey. In fact, when you fail you are actually in very good company. The setback is only temporary but your recorded subconscious can be permanent,”Remember that you dont just go through life but you grow through life.”

New research suggests kids can actually do better in school if they are told failure is an option.

Everyone wants their child to do well in school. But, new research suggests that telling children that failure isn’t the end of the world might actually improve a child’s school performance.

The research, conducted in France, suggests that children may perform better in school and feel more confident about themselves if they are told that failure is a normal part of learning, rather than being pressured to succeed at all costs.

The researchers say they focused on a widespread cultural belief that equates academic success with a high level of competence and failure with intellectual inferiority.

According to the study, “by being obsessed with success, students are afraid to fail, so they are reluctant to take difficult steps to master new material. Acknowledging that difficulty is a crucial part of learning could stop a vicious circle in which difficulty creates feelings of incompetence that in turn disrupts learning.”

The research suggests that people usually believe that academic achievement simply mirrors students’ inherent academic ability, which can be difficult to change. But teachers and parents may be able to help students succeed just by changing the way in which the material is presented.”

Three Experiments Conducted

To prove their theory, the researchers recruited 111 French sixth graders. Each of the students were given very difficult word problems to solve – so difficult that it was certain none of them would be able to answer them. Next, a researcher talked to the students about the difficulty of the problems. One group was told that learning is difficult and failure is common, but practice will help, just like learning how to ride a bicycle. Children in a second group were just asked how they tried to solve the problems. The students then took a test that measures working memory capacity, a key cognitive ability for storing and processing incoming information. Working memory capacity is a good predictor of many aspects of academic achievement, including reading comprehension, problem solving and IQ. The students who were told that learning is difficult performed significantly better on the working memory test, especially on more difficult problems, than the second group or a third control group who took the working memory test without doing the anagrams or discussions with researchers.

Thinking About Failure

In a second experiment with 131 sixth graders the researchers presented a similar procedure with the difficult anagrams and discussions with a researcher. An additional group of students took a simpler anagram test that could be solved, and this group was not told that learning is difficult. All of the students then completed a reading comprehension test. The children who were told that learning is difficult scored higher than the other groups, including the students who had just succeeded on the simple test. How students think about failure may be more important than their own success when learning challenging skills, the study concluded.

In a third experiment with 68 sixth graders measured reading comprehension and asked questions that measured students’ feelings about their own academic competence. The group that was told that learning is difficult performed better in reading comprehension and reported fewer feelings of incompetence.

The study noted that the students’ improvement on the tests most likely was temporary, but the results showed that working memory capacity may be improved simply by boosting students’ confidence and reducing their fear of failure.

The researchers concluded that their research suggests that students will benefit from education that gives them room to struggle with difficulty and that teachers and parents should emphasize children’s progress rather than focusing solely on grades and test scores.

Learning takes time and each step in the process should be rewarded, especially at early stages when students most likely will experience failure, they said.

Love your mistakes!

We all live in fear of failing, it’s part of the stress of modern life. We are afraid of failing at school, in our exams, at university, in our jobs, sport and even in our hobbies. Failure is the F word…’forbidden’ and all evidence of our failures is hidden away.

In fact, we don’t learn much from our successes…we take them and move on to something different. We remember the glory but forget any effort that we put in to achieve the success. Failure, though, is different. When we fail, instead of shoving those failures under the carpet and refusing to confront them, we need to bring them out into the open and take a long hard look. What went wrong? How can I make it better? Truth: We can only really learn from our mistakes.

I realised the truth of this recently, while in a language learning class. I found I wasn’t speaking because I was afraid to get it wrong, afraid to make a fool of myself, afraid, in short, to fail. Consequently, I was learning nothing, and left the class as ignorant as when I entered.

Why are we so afraid to fail? When I was young, we raced in school sports days fully aware that we may well come last. We took exams knowing we could be awarded a big, fat FAIL. Then in came political correctness and suddenly everyone was a winner, everyone achived a grade. No matter that you trailed in ten minutes after everyone else, or that your grade was an F. We’re all winners here, right? No room for losers in this world!

Come on world, wake up. Failing is part of life, and it’s time we accepted…embraced…that fact. Let your failures be your teachers and change for the better.

Are you currently afraid of getting faults? Does it seem like your organisation features a "blame culture" where by faults are frowned on and individuals are often on the lookout for a scapegoat? Blunders needs to be covered way up as well as, if it's absolutely necessary, a "positive" whirl relayed for you to senior managing?

The thing is faults possess a routine of being discovered, if it has been earlier covered way up and then which has an exceptionally unfavorable affect long term have confidence in along with admiration, along with people being concerned there could be more faults to uncover. In the event that faults are not discovered by, they might come about again and again as well as become appreciably larger, losing precious sources along with cash along the way. And also a nervous about failing along with reprisals may have devastating outcomes on the team’s spirits, creative imagination along with advancement, which might be just about all meant for a successful long term.

How can certainly all of us build your management ability for you to feel relaxed along with creating faults? It may not be so easy, since expertise possesses generally shown you that people can certainly nevertheless be cared for unfairly through frightened operators even though all of us carry responsibility regarding along with possessed around your faults. Nevertheless, simply because they sometimes happens all the time, we need to ensure that the organisational tradition, and you also with your management part, induces open up conversation along with just about all that could be discovered there. Below are a few thoughts:

Credibility: for you to feel relaxed having a mistake along with go forward, you ought to be honest along with your self along with carry responsibility. Prevent denial as well as excuses, tricking your self as well as digging your self in a increased hole. And also understand that will whipping your self way up of a mistake for virtually every time period increases absolutely nothing helpful. Create a action back again and find out the designs throughout what exactly you might have accomplished, dilemma every action along with what exactly you could have accomplished in a different way. Subsequently decide the way you will take advantage of this brand-new located expertise in the foreseeable future — along with undertake it.

Set the values: Make sure every person recognizes the significance of being offered to learning and not just concerning getting correct. Stimulating an increased understanding of where by and once faults sometimes happens, facilitates visitors to build expertise along with brand-new ability to believe things by way of. As a result facilitates these individuals create self-esteem and grow far better prepared to defend myself against brand-new issues along with limitations.

Re Write “Failure”: We are able to merely understand how to overcome failing (and every one of the thoughts that include it), through suffering from it. And the ones that will understand in the beginning, and can realize the rewards, are far better prepared to fix complications and become more effective. Our earlier ordeals are what exactly help you to recognise associations along with build brand-new remedies. People who function under time limits not to ever are unsuccessful will probably be less successful simply because never let on their own to perform whatever useful as well as brand-new.

Open along with successful transmission: ensure that you inspire evaluation along with conversation of issues, along with regarding faults to be underlined immediately. Quite a lot of period can be squandered throughout organisations through individuals wanting to stay away from owning around faults as well as blaming people. It is also ALL RIGHT to state “I will not know” also to and then uncover the response, as an alternative to for you to deceived by way of nervous about demonstrating that you don’t realize almost everything.

Their mission, to get Moose and Squirrel, or is that anyone opposing the Progressive, socialist agenda?

It is one thing for a political organization to bring to light the unfairness of the media but when you climb in bed with a President, get funding from that President, one must wonder the reasons why. The Obama Puppet pocket media all seem to be on board with team Obama except for one, FOX news. They find fault s and air them out on live television. Media Matters has a mission, to get FOX news off the air, leaving only complimentary and nothing but delightful banter no matter what Obama tries to do to the United States of America.

Obama wishes to unarm America’s nukes by at least 80% and yet, you will not hear any of that in the media, why, anything Obama, in the news, is usually censored or overseen by Media Matters. FOX news has been called the devil by the left, and as a people, we should really look at who is calling who a devil, and wonder why. The devil comes to us in many forms to trick, and confuse.

I remember when I wrote the book, “White House Mafia?, it was blocked by many angels, so I simply changed the name, and let it speak for itself. Now, America’s Glitch slips past those who would love to see it stopped but by now, those who oppose are ready seeking to see it put down again.

Like many progressive radio programs, news pundits, and other venues, that failed or are weak in the ratings, Media Matters longs for the short term. Already they are under fire for scripting many of the Obama news coverage, and may get de-funded if found they are in bed with the White House. Time will tell. Media Matters? I think not. You can tell your people how to spin the news, but it will be a cold day when you stop a man from thinking. Come and get me M and M.
