Focusing on the things that matter the most is our first step to making a more meaningful life for ourselves. We get caught up in our old ways in which we have been conditioned to think of what and who we are suppose to be. Society plays a large part in the way we think we are suppose to be. The more we can learn to break free of these thoughts and feelings, the happier we will find ourselves. The same is true with worrying about how others perceive us or think of us. The more we can move away from this kind of thought, the more content we will be with ourselves.
