			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When a person has to think of being positive, they have to start thinking about what they are doing that gets them depressed and take action. The is no real &#8220;secret&#8221; doing that other than trusting your consciousness that you will succeed and get out of the inner turmoil you are in. Just dreaming or not putting the thoughts to task is not going to put the thoughts in fruition. Thinking about negative results is itself asking for a continuous flow of bad luck.  It helps if you like yourself enough not to hope for a dismal future. That also means getting out of damaging relationships that hurt if they cannot be mended.</p>
<p> Being positive has to do with liking yourself, even a small part of yourself, so that you can concentrate on the positive side of yourself and move away from the negative. If the person who is feeling negative is concentrating on the debts they have to pay back, they should instead think about how they can gradually get out of debt by paying it off, little by little.</p>
<p> This sounds simplistic but it works when you have a person who knows that a little concentration on being responsible can pay off. Then there is all the positive feedback that comes with paying off a large loan. If the negative thought are due to excessive weight the person can feel positive about having a pleasant or likable character. At least the person will direct his energies towards the positive that he has so that he can see through to solving his problem. Instead of thinking about starving the body so that it rebels think about starting a new eating regimen one where there is no bread for example. </p>
<p>Such an action will prevent the dieter from returning to old eating habits especially if he sees a benefit to following a new eating regimen and likes what he sees. He has to like himself and stop punishing himself through self-ridicule and negativity. Again the secret is in believing in himself as the master of his future, as being able to put into plan an action that will get positive results. The beginning may be slow but with a positive start much can be accomplished and a person can eventually reach his heart&#8217;s desires.</p>
