The BPO sector is growing at a fast rate and it has contributed a lot in the process of generating new jobs and providing employment to young and freshers.

The role of computers in our everyday life has become much more prominent than it was previously and so are the other aspects which are related to the computer and its use. One such aspect which is related to comupters is generation of new jobs. Computers have played an important role in generation of new jobs over the last few years. The main reason for this is Outsourcing of jobs which is done to INDIA. The BPO sector has generated a lot of jobs over the last couple of years and is still going strong. One of the main contributions of the BPO sector is that those who have just graduated and are in search of jobs can apply for a job at the BPO. The essential requirements are that you must be very good at typing, then you must have a complete knowledge of keyboarding skills and good command over English language. When it comes to keyboarding skills you must know how to handle the keyboard and the shortcut keys. Once you have these qualifications then you can apply for a job at the BPO. There is an entrance test that each candidate has to give and on passing the entrance test you are selected for the job at BPO. On joining the BPO you are first explained about the process for which your selection has been made. This is followed by the training and then after a few months you are actually introduced on the floor where you come in contact with how the process of handling customer’s call and resolving their queries is initiated and the other details related to the process. Working on the floor is a completely different experience, if you are joining the BPO for the first time. This is then followed by evaluation of your performance. If your performace is excellent, then you will be given perks followed by promotions. If your performance is not up to the mark, then you will be explained about the problems that you are facing while handling the customer’s call and you will also be asked to keep a focus on your areas of weakness while handling the call. If your performace is satisfactory then you will be retained on the floor and if it is not satisfactory then you will be sent back to either training or to some other process where your strengths as an employee are more applicable. More and more young people are joining BPO for the sake of experience and they consider it as a stepping stone of their career and future.

Definitely the BPO sector has come a long way. It is not only providing jobs to individuals, but also grooming the young talent, promoting it and encouraging them in every possible manner that they do something on their own, which in other words means that, if tomorrow these youngesters want to start a business of their own they can definitely do it without any fear or worry because of the past experience that they have. Then after starting their own business they can provide employement to many more youngesters. Thus the BPO sector has brought in a change in the nature of jobs and that is for sure.

Wow, what a fun filled night? On this special day at, my favorite Smoke House Grill. The night belonged to a bevy of beautiful women on this wonderful occasion of Valentine Day bash. As usual, our dear DJ Duet has happened to be there to entertain the guests and was inviting them to dance floor from the start of the program.

Though I was not among the first lot to hit the floor, some of my friends were who got all the other guests in the mood to match steps with them.

The music churned out by DJ delighted the crowd at this Hip-Hop night by some Indian music and some western numbers. In addition, to add to the fun, cocktails and conversations flowed in freely.

As usual, some celebrity’s models and local fashion designers joined a little later to add to the glamour and things took different shapes with loud rock and delightful music. In addition, the scene went to the heights when they even tried Salsa and cha-cha-cha.

This is my dungeoneering guide for Pures :)

Buy your gravite 2h fast and easy!

Finally, a dungeoneering guide for pures!

Well, I’ve been looking for a dungeoneering guide for pures since I remember and I never found one.

My goal was to getting a gravite 2h.

For that reason i started a lv 3 account.

My guide starts here.

First: What is a dungeoneering pure?

A dungeoneering pure has a main purpose: Own in bounty hunter/pvp. 45 attack is needed to wield gravite weapons.

I advise you to train ranged while dungeoneering because is advisable to kill some of the bosses.

This is very important:

Have attention to have your xp toggle off to not share defense.

Soloing:

Follow the instructions till you can do difficulty 6.

You need to have some concepts about dungeoneering, read some articles at forums if you don’t know anything.

Bind novite arrows and a tangle shortbow.

Note: Bind always the top item you can wield. Example If you are lv 40 range, you should bind fractite shortbow and fractite arrows.

You can bind 125 arrows max.

If you choose to be melle (I really don’t advise already, maybe after 40 ranged) do not evolve attack already! Since you can wield mauls to max your strength.

In dungeon:

1. Take all the items in tables and sell to Smuggler except food.

2. Buy a fly fishing rod, 50 feathers, 1 log and a tinderbox.

Note: Your inventory should be looking like this:

3. You can max xp per flour by opening the maximum number of doors and killing most enemies as possible.

4. Try to not die.

5. Use money in raw food and cook.

6. Always fish all the spots.

Note: in perfect conditions your map should be looking like this (having all rooms cleared):

7. This is a range inventory that you should bring to boss.

Note: Just with 9 crafting you can make all this range armour, so you should waste your money crafting in beginning (is quite easier).

Note: You should drop group gatestone in front of boss door.

8. I strongly advise to save up time/confusion to solo until lv 35 dungeoneering.

9. Now you have to make a difficult decision.

In 35+ (dungeoneering) you will need protect for range/melle/magic.

That means you must have 43 prayer. Or you can make a team for each floor and just be a medic/cooker/fisher (not advisable: takes a lot of time finding a team).

Well, I choose to play as team and be a cook/fish/medic from 35+.

But I’m training prayer to 43 since I want to be a member, being a chaotic pure. But is your choice.

Always Max your prestige reseting when you complete all floors avaible for your dungeoneering level.

You can start dungeoneering as a level 3, just as me.

I will update my levels every week and I’ll upload a video too.

Note that all my skills are from dungeoneering

I’m doing a boss guide for Pures too.

Hope you like it and please rate this article writing a comment.

Dancing is an important part of many species mating rituals world wide.
As the human species become more focused on our looks we start to forget how to use them.

I recent research project at the Northumbria University in Newcastle has resulted in some interesting information, they have discovered that certain movements in the human body will be more likely to attract the opposite sex while dancing.

The study headed by Dr Nick Neave has relieved that large movements in the neck and hips have a higher chances of being more attractive to the opposite sex as shown bellow.

Myself and probably a few of you are not the best dancers in the world am i right? I cant even remember when the last time I even went out to a club. I’ll deffently be heading to the dance floors this weekend to try some of my new learnt moves will you?. Hey you never know you could become a chick magnate (yea right).

I hope to see someone of you on the night club dance floors. Good luck.

There are so many different varieties in hardwood flooring that it can be overwhelming. The following information is here to help you decide which is the best form of hardwood floors for your home.

Nearly every home looks great with hardwood floors. Unlike carpeting, hardwood floors tend to give a room a timeless, classic feel. It can help a space to feel more open or airy or help tie different rooms together. It can make a statement on its own or simply blend in with the other decor, according to the preferences of the homeowner. Today, an increasing number of homeowners are choosing hardwood floors for the timeless look they bring to a home.

Choosing the best hardwood flooring for a home can be tough. There are several varieties of hardwood flooring available right now, and each home needs a kind of flooring that will enhance its aesthetics. Some homeowners decide to pick a type of hardwood flooring that suits their personal style. However, if your home has a distinct look, your favorite wood may not blend in with the home’s existing layout or decor. It’s necessary to take your time when selecting a hardwood flooring type since it can dramatically change the aesthetics of your home.

Though there are several kinds of hardwood flooring, each type can be placed in one of two categories: finished or antiqued. Finished hardwood flooring has a smooth, shiny look that works great in a newer home. A variety of finishes can be selected to stain the wood to a certain tint. There are also several stain options according to whether you prefer the shine on your floors to be more matte or glossy. Finished hardwood flooring tends to be more common in homes since it is simple to clean, gives a home a modern look and is generally less expensive.

Antiqued hardwood floors, on the other hand, have a distressed look that is generally created through a hand-scraping process. Once the wood has been given a distressed appearance, it works well in an older home. Typically, antiqued hardwood flooring is more expensive because craftsmen have to create the distressed look by hand. However, it is the best option for individuals who reside in an old home and wish to keep the original aesthetics of the house intact.

For each of the two categories of hardwood floors there are different options of which wood to use. Among the top wood options for flooring are oak, maple, cherry and walnut. Oak is common for its neutral look and inexpensive costs. Maple is a logical choice for many since it is very durable. Cherry wood has become more popular in many houses as homeowners incorporate the slight reddish color into their decor. Walnut tends to be a deep-brown wood, so it has a bold appearance in a home. Each individual homeowner should look at each of these choices and select the color and finish of wood that is the best for the aesthetics of their house.

Not just a handbag but shopping bags, sports bags, swimming bags, rubbish bags and any other bag you can think of.

You’re not sure where I am coming from? Well let me set the scene.

You are off to the gym for a workout. You put your sports bag on the floor of the changing room.

You are going into town. You take along your handbag and put it down on the passenger side floor.

You are out for a meal and a drink and you get a taxi home putting your handbag on the floor of the taxi by your feet.

You have just been to get the grocery shopping and you bring the bags into the kitchen from the back of the car in the spot where your dog normally sits.

Now throughout your bags life it has come into contact with the floor at one time or another, no matter how careful you are it will have and most people when they are unpacking a bag or just setting it down somewhere will do this on the worktops or kitchen counters.

Think back to the last bag you put down on your kitchen worktops.

Image via Wikipedia

Where had that bag been?

Where did that bag come from?

No doubt at some stage it had come into contact with the floor, maybe in the car or at the bus stop when you were sorting out your fare, or on the floor at work or in your friends living room.

Just think how many feet have travelled on the same spot as your gym bag, some feet that may have stepped in something unpleasant.

You baby changing bag may well have been set down inside a toilet and then you repack it with nappies on your working tops!

We can’t possibly go round every few seconds cleaning away the bacteria that will be in our homes, but if you just stop and think where you are putting your bag before you put it there, you could save yourself and your family the pain and discomfort of any illness caused by your bag.

Have you ever wondered why the US economy is in the gutter? Here's where you can find out.

Well, there are lots of reasons that our economy is at its current state. One is that we are at war. The war on terrorism is costing us billions a year. Which is extremely bad since we are already in a debt of over 9.3 Trillion dollars to various countries around the world. The war differently contributes to the debt.

The real problem though is the housing market. A bunch of people made loans that they, and the banks, knew they could not pay off, which resulted in people going bankrupt. And when a whole lot of people do something like that. Houses are being sold much much faster than they can be bought. Since houses aren’t selling, the people selling them cannot buy cheaper houses. Also, there has been a lot of talk about recession. Which makes people want to save money. And our government is based on spending money. And since people are selling all of there things to pay off their bank debts, and wishing to save money, the economy is grinding to a halt.

And after all these things happen, the government decides to spend another 700 billion dollars on the bank and auto bailout. And then countless other millions on stimulus plans! Leaving us in a bigger ditch then before. When i said our economy was based on spending. I didnt mean the government spending huge amounts of it on banks and auto companies that made bad decisions. And all of these economic problems caused the stock market to crash to the ground. Meaning millions of investors are selling stocks like there’s no tomorrow. And with all these people selling, and so few buying, the economy becomes unbalanced.

A history of housing in the 50s.

In the 1950s Australian housing was beginning to be modernized. The idea of open-planning was first realized but houses were too small for the idea to have any impact. Most houses were made of just wood, metal and glass, some of the really modern houses also used bricks.

Roofing in 1950s homes was very different from today. Cement tiles were not used and ceilings were the same height through out the house making the roof structure very simple. Roofs were all low pitched; any above moderate slope was considered hideous. Often roofs contained no points or vertices and the roof’s eaves would extend much further away from the house then they would today.

In the 1950’s there were 3 main different types of houses. The Rose Seidler House, the L-Shaped and the Triple Front.

The Rose Seidler House

The Rose Seidler House was the first design by Harry Seidler. It was finished in 1950 for his parents to live in, which they did for 17 years. It is next to a national park and 2 other Seidler houses. The house was basically a cube with windows and a few walls.

The house used lots of windows. Compared with other houses of the time it was a glass house. Every room in the house had a view, except for the bathroom. The windows would only start from about waist height instead of from the ground like a lot of windows do today.

The house was very expansive, mainly because it was based around a kitchen which was the most expansive part of houses in the 1950s. After the Rose Seidler House Harry Seidler went on to build many other similar designs which made him internationally famous.

The L-Shaped

The L-shaped house was almost the same as the houses in the 1930s but with an L-shaped floor plan. It also normally had fences facing the front of the house. This was the last variation of 1930s housing. The style lasted till nearly the end of the 1950s and can not be seen today except for in rural areas.

The Triple Front

The triple front house became popular in the early 1950s and remained popular until the end of the 60s, although some houses today have kept some of the main features. The main difference between the triple front and other houses was the 3 or more front facing walls.

Since the house had multiply fronts the front door was often placed on the side within one of the alcoves. You would not be able to see the front door from a front angle.

The roof of the house was very steep compared to houses of its time. The roof was also made of tiles which were not as common back then as they are today. Most of these houses were also brick. The walls and roofing of the house was very different in the 50s but became common at the end of the 60s.

The L-shaped house has not impacted modern housing but the triple front house and the Rose Seidler have almost combined to make modern houses. Big houses have only come into fashion in the 90s century and were not around in the 50s except for rich people who owned mansions.

Then: Houses were a place to sleep and could just squeeze in a family. Now: There central to human life and we’d all go crazy without them.

Alone in the office, or just like being risky? Bring over your sexiest someone to try something a little different from your boring bedroom sexual activity.

So it’s another late night in the office. All of my co-workers have gone home. My mind starts wandering a bit while I continue to work. A dirty hip-hop song comes on, the kind I grew up with, about a particular rapper having the “magic stick.”

Suddenly, a friend messages me, someone a little long distance. We chat normally, but I do know how damn sexy he his, and it gets me to thinking… this is the perfect time for office sex. I’ve figured out there are about 9 places to try this:

Desk:

A classic idea. Must be sturdy, though… that is, if the guy knows what he’s doing.

Swivel Chair:

Comfortable like crazy. And it twists, must I say any more?

Floor:

There must be a clean spot somewhere… a bit cold, though.

Sofa:

Why is it so damn comfortable? I know it’s not for the people who sit there a grand total of 10 minutes waiting for an interview.

Stairs:

Probably the best for those short-tall couples. This way, the shorter one can go up higher to a more suitable level for the taller one.

Kitchenette:

The counter, definitely. Sit on the slab of marble and let the guy stand.

Bathroom:

A classic idea for those who think they’re “kinky.” Yet, still a goody, considering it offers the most privacy.

Roof:

Seriously, does anyone ever go out on the roof at your job? The only risk you have is being seen from the building next door that’s a few floors higher.

Wall:

This can be a little tough to maneuver… but not if the man lifts you, then he only works a little bit harder.

Editor’s Pick: The Elevator

On an ending note: I really wouldn’t mind usage of the corporate jet about now, to fly that handsome man over here… so he can make me fly. *smirk*
