This is a simple essay on the love from others being our motivation to live.

Somewhere out there in this complicated world is someone or someones who think you are a great joy. Interacting with you brings them happiness and fills there hearts with joy. Just being in close proximity to you brings them happiness.

In my life there have been several people like the one I described above. Her beautiful brown eyes and her shinny bright smile would fill my heart with joy. We did not have to talk. I just enjoyed being in her presence.

I am writing this article to answer the question of those in psychological distress of “why should I bother”. I know that when we are experiencing distress we tend to be isolated and only think of ourselves.

However, stop and think of the people who love you. There are many. If you weren’t around, they would be very sad.

Lets look at everything that is required to keep a person a live. On average and adult needs 1800 to 2200 calories a day to be healthy. The food groups should be vitamins, proteins, good fats, and minerals. Its not hard to find which foods are for vitamins and so forth.

A person needs eight hours of restful sleep. This results in a rested heart and rested mind.

There should be average of eight glasses of water 8 ounces each. This cleans out the kidneys and keeps the body lubricated.

Peace, joy, and love is a better life experience. I have written before that Positivism, Optimism, Realism, being grateful, friends, family, spouse, romance, intimacy, are the way to a enjoyable and pleasurable life.

Now, I have no allusion or delusion that by me just typing in my life philosophy people will understand and practice what I believe. It takes years of practice to replace bad attitude with a good and positive attitude.

However, think of it this way. When you realize that there are good rewards from life, you see life in a different manner.

You will sleep, eat, and enjoy people’s company. Therefore, you will practice a healthy lifestyle and life will more bearable if not a right down joy.

In know we would like to think we are an island amongst our self. Life cannot be a fuller experience without people.

Okay, so the modern world has made us isolated. Most of this isolation has to do with the modern ideology of people are troublesome and we must stay away from people.

Yes some people are experiencing challengers they cannot overcome. In addition, it is smart to avoid people who are going to cause us problems. However, not all people are trouble.

Let me say that the idea for this paper started permeating my brain is the last three days. During this time I was exposed to the movie Pay it Forward. I had heard of this movie. However, I suspected it would be a foolish movie, not dignant of my superior intelligence.

I was right. Let me tell you the storyline. A 11 year old son of an alcoholic mother, who has been involved with an abusive man, goes out to make a difference in a homeless man’s life after his teacher gives the student a class assignment to go out and make a difference in their world. The movie ends with the now 12 year old boy dying after being stabbed by a classmate. May I say foolish-Hollywood-dribble.

Okay, some of you who watched the movie may say I am being to harsh. I was rather critical of the movie Pursuit of Happiness. See, media can entertain, educate, or inform. The social lessons preached by this movie are not lessons that will make a positive contribution to society.

We are all aware of the plight of the homeless and those who abuse alcohol and drugs. Therefore, the movie has no educative or informative value.

It did not entertain me. I like happy endings. Could it be that there are no happy ending in life because none exist in media?

Well that is to detrimental and defeatist. There are happy endings in real life. Media producer believe they will get a better income generation is they skirt the edges of depravity.

Another media source I had exposure to while developing this article National Geographic Channels’ “Drugs, Inc”. In this program I saw people who are homeless and killing them selves every day with their addiction.

I have simple notes to offer on this drug program. Never listen to a criminal about his motives for crime. I find the automatic label of “a poor person just trying to survive” troublesome. I like the label of “manipulative person who finds easy profit in crime” a better label.

Okay, now how do these media products fit in to this article? There are many ways that we can destroy ourselves. Many of us spend a lot of energy pursuing these practices.

In addition, for a long time I have known that life is a rather torturous experience for many. I do believe there are “forces unseen” that are trying to destroy us.

However, no one controls our thoughts. We can see things in the negative. We also have the opportunity of being realistic and optimistic. Again, I say thoughts influence emotions and emotions influence behavior. We are bummed out because we have bummed ideas.

If we want to have joy and happiness, we need to have joyful and happy ideas. We cannot spend our day in negativity and expect to feel good.

Therefore, this is a simple essay on everyday health. Every day we eat, sleep, and relax. Everyday, we spend time with happy people. Every day we practice positivism and realism and being grateful. Therefore, when we are burned out and wonder why keep going, we should say to ourselves that we bother for the child who loves us and every one else who loves us.

An unconventiontional look at a conventional problem which plagues the African American community. Another look at stereotypes.

While I was sitting amongst some friends on last night, a very interesting conversation ensued about a project we’re jointly working on.
As the discussion continued we began to think of how we could make money to generate sponsorship for our endeavor. The discussion became very lively and animated, after about ” target=”_blank”>30 minutes several nearby patrons began to lean in and it appeared when E. F. Hutton talked (that would be me) people listened.

Maybe it was because I was excited about a positive discussion that didn’t revolve around any negativity, rap artist or what he or she said. Four ” target=”_blank”>(black) men a (black) woman and two ” target=”_blank”>young people enjoying a dialogue and some very good food I might add, which discoursed something like a movie. We began to ask questions like what can we do to make an impact on our local community in Dallas,TX not just an impression. By this time several women who were sitting nearby paused their conversation, and kind of “ear-hustled” what we were discussing.

Well it probably seemed like we were the only ones talking especially as passionate as each one of us were about taking the city and empowering young people and adults alike. Who would be our target market? How would we “brand” what about a” target=”_blank”> website? As we continued to mostly laugh and dialogue of course, the conversation became more and more serious.

When we digressed around to a centralized theme or idea particularly Christianity that’s when it got more quiet. I believe (at this time we had the whole room’s attention!) Someone said ” we definitely want to bring the central” target=”_blank”> idea that we want to include a Christian perspective to this” target=”_blank”> show, but not just another”religious”program , but include others views present the facts and let them decide what to do with the information.

I couldn’t help but glance around at this time, when I noticed to women nearly about fall out of their seats!Well, I think I understand, its rare to see young black entrepreneurs talking about something positive without cursing, arguing or acting like we don’t know any better.

When we got around to discussing who will be our target market for this project, another person stated “even though we’re black lets not make this just about us and our issues, because many of the issues are universal to all cultures.

Then I interjected, “sure you have a point but its our future generations that have affected by AIDS, poverty, incarceration, suicide, homicide, the criminal justice, system, the increasing drop out rates and their lackadaisical attitude towards the truth, facts and the lack of knowledge.

Witha passion for an unexpected reaction, I said “I bet most of them don’t even know that “black” is not a color”. After a brief pause, that seemed to suck the air out of the room , someone said “what do you mean? and with a brief explanation, I began to explain that the label of black was assigned as a stigma to African American slaves after the late 1800s early 19th century popularized by the rise of “Jim Crowism” to negatively depict an African Americans.

This can clearly be seen in the definition of the word black (American Heritage dictionary) black- having no predominant hue; a perfect absorber of the light; dark, evil or wicked; attended with disaster IE black comedy, black Sabbath, blackout, black hole, black list, black death, black adder, black magic etc.

The term was intended to infer a negative image attached to a people to degrade, demoralize, and de-sensitize a particular or specific group. As I continued my discourse , I noticed the room was quiet and virtually tuned in, and I couldn’t help but notice they all appeared to agree tentatively including those of other races which sat nearby. In the brief explanation I found an unwitting audience to share with befittingly, it was February 6 2012, wouldn’t you know it Black History Month!

This was a powerful moment of discovery I’m sure for us all, but its not happenstance that this happens to be the shortest month of the year!

“Black beautiful Black”

a poem

Black black black beautiful black!

What if black was good and white was bad;

Would that change the joy you thought you had;

I mean, let’s look at the fact,

Why is everything that’s negative everything that’s black!

Can Jesus save my black soul on Black Sabbath?

This is meant to help those of you who have a problem with watching porn.

Pornography can be very addicting. At first you may watch once or twice a month… but then it starts burning into part of your reward cycle in your brain. You began to want it more and more up until you can’t go one day with out it. This is why pornography is bad. There is not much wrong with masturbation, except that its a sin for some religions such as Christianity. But porn does and can ruin your life. You become so dependant on it that you begin to stop caring for things or forget about your loyalties to your current partner. You begin to have strong sexual desires and you search for something better each day. If this is you right now… this is your notifier that you really need to put some effort into stopping. Don’t think “oh ill just do it this one last time and will never do it again…” because that’s not true. I have learned the hard way that its either NOW or never. Some people don’t get far into the addiction thus it is easy for them to get out. But most people go deeper and deeper each day. Remember this: every single time you do it again, the farther away you are from turning around.

Pornography is said to be a healthy masturbatory aid. But in reality, porn is a very addictive mental drug. It can be more addictive than smoking or drinking for some people. The only way your going to stop is with help from the outside. There are only a few people in the world that have forced them selves out just by saying no. But this is not the case for most people. There are many solutions. To name a few: Give you self a positive attitude. Think about your family or friends. When you watch porn, you are betraying them. When you wake in the morning, say to yourself ” Okay, its a new day and there is no way I am going to let porn destroy my life. Another way that helps to get out of the addiction is tell someone. Your close friend or partner is likely to understand. Tell them when hey are in a good mood and make a plan to how your going to stop. The first thing you can do is to have someone set a password on the computer and not tell you so that when your alone, your not tempted. Speaking of which, try to never be alone in the computer room. Take notice that you usually start getting cravings when you alone. Do you best to avoid this situation and it will help you allot. The last way that I am going to share is get rid of the source. If its the computer, get programs that block bad sites, or even batter, get rid of the computer entirely. If its magazines, burn them. If its tapes, burn them and smash them with joy. If its anything else, obliterate it. There are different methods for getting out, but remember this: its either NOW or never. I wish the best of luck to all of you that have fallen into the trap.

>:D.

Despite what many might think, Gage is well known across hundreds of nations all over the world. Gage has been around for several centuries and has a very important meaning in the lives of many. It would be safe to assume that Gage is going to be around for a long time and have an enormous impact on the lives of many people.test for introduce3

Social & Cultural Factors

Gage has a large role in American Culture. Many people can often be seen taking part in activities associated with Gage. This is partly because people of most ages can be involved and families are brought together by this. Generally a person who displays their dislike for Gage may be considered an outcast.

Economic Factors

It is not common practice to associate economics with Gage. Generally, Gage would be thought to have no effect on our economic situation, but there are in fact some effects. The sales industry associated with Gage is actually a 2.3 billion dollar a year industry and growing each year. The industry employs nearly 150,000 people in the United States alone. It would be safe to say that Gage play an important role in American economics and shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Environmental Factors

After a three month long research project, I’ve been able to conclude that Gage doesn’t negatively effect the environment at all. A Gage did not seem to result in waste products and couldn’t be found in forests, jungles, rivers, lakes, oceans, etc… In fact, Gage produced some positive effects on our sweet little nature.

Political Factors

Oh does Gage ever influence politics. Last year 5 candidates running for some sort of position used Gage as the primary topic of their campaign. A person might think Gage would be a bad topic to lead a campaign with, but in fact with the social and environmental impact is has, this topic was able to gain a great number of followers. These 5 candidates went 4 for 5 on winning their positions.

Conclusion

Gage seem to be a much more important idea that most give credit for. Next time you see or think of Gage, think about what you just read and realize what is really going on. It is likely you under valued Gage before, but will now start to give the credited needed and deserved

Top seven Relationship Killers Countdown.

As if it wasn’t enough to get through the early dating stages without blowing it, it definitely doesn’t get any easier from here onwards. Millions of things could still collide with a relationship that’s otherwise quite solid, leaving the two of you in a wretched state.

Of course, a number of these problems could be worked out quite easily. However, choosing to deal with whatever type of relationship killer requires a lot of careful thought about the value of the relationship to you and whether or not it’s worth the trouble. Sometimes, in spite of all that hard work put into getting there, it would have been a better idea to simply cut off the losses and go on.

No one can literally list down all the possible things that could screw up your true love story. However, we can warn you about the things that are most likely to cause the demise of your coupledom. Here’s our list of the top 7 relationship killers:

7. Friends and Family

Family and friends make up a huge part of your and your partner’s life. Not gelling in well with the people that share your mate’s life can often push your relationship to breaking point. It is almost impossible to adore everyone that she knows. However, you can maintain ‘friendly’ connections with the people that are closes to her life, such as her best friends and sister. It’s important if you want to keep the relation boat afloat.
Remember the long-winded disagreements about politics with her dad that turned quite serious? Or how you can’t stand being in the same room as her best friend? She’s going to need to choose at some point. No guarantee that she’ll take you side.

6. Too High Levels of Comfort

After couples have been together for a bit, they tend to become too comfortable around the other. Some will become like friends, instead of lovers. Intimacy falters. Routine and lifestyle becomes too boring. That’s when they start to let everything slide. Sex tends to fall of your agenda completely. Before you know it, one of you has become the person that’s stopping the other one from getting into a relationship with someone else.

5. Different Aims and Aspirations

As time passes, couples can start to drift away from each other if they are not careful. This may be because of no communication because of other things like careers taking precedence or it might be a symptom that the relation simply isn’t working out.
If the two of you are chasing different goals, like wanting to place roots where you’re located while your partner chases promotions that involve re-locations, there is clear jeopardy in the future.

4. The Past

People that want to live with their past often find it practically impossible to really move on. If either of you insists on comparing the present relationship to their former ones, the future doesn’t seem too good. While it is a good thing to learn from mistakes of the past, it’s never a good idea to treat them as blue prints for other relations. What you’ve got now is different from all other relationships you’ve previously had. Allow it to freely grow – away from your previous screw-ups.

3. Moving Way Too Fast

A healthy relationship doesn’t need to be egged on. It will progress in a completely natural fashion. While not progressing at a uniform speed all the time, relationships tend to move forward as both become more comfortable in each other’s companionship. It’s an instinctive, unspoken kind of thing. However, some seem to lack the basic instincts. Rushing to make your relation blossom can turn it into something neither of you are ready for… not just yet.

2. Independence/Dependence

Maintaining the correct balance between independence and dependence is quite tricky. Humans tend to feel smothered when they get too much of something. If the couple gets to a point where they’ve got nothing but each other in their lives, it’s time to back off a bit. Otherwise, one may start to feel that they need their space and resent the relationship for robbing them of their freedom.

1. Cheating

Nothing else can kill a relationship better than cheating. It’s the ultimate venom. Most couples will never survive such an ordeal. Initial betrayal felt when you find out your partner’s been cheating on you can leave your bonding dead and cold as stone while those bed sheets are cosy warm still.

Even if, working together as a couple, you manage to work past this bout of cheating, your relationship’s future doesn’t look too bright from here onwards. All that trust and honesty has had its brains blown out. Regardless of how many promises are made, no indiscretions will exist. Each partner naturally expects the other to fall in bed with a third person any day.

Snow :D.

In order to understand our selves, we must first understand snow. The constantly changing fashionable take on snow demonstrates the depth of the subject. Though snow is a favourite topic of discussion amongst monarchs, presidents and dictators, its influence on western cinema has not been given proper recognition. Often it is seen as both a help and a hinderence to global commercial enterprises, obviously. Relax, sit back and gasp as I display the rich tapestries of snow.

Social Factors

Society is a human product. When Sir Bernard Chivilary said ‘hounds will feast on society’ [1] he created a monster which society has been attempting to tame ever since. Difference among people, race, culture and society is essential on the survival of our world, however snow irons out misconceptions from our consciousness.

Some analysts have been tempted to disregard snow. I haven’t. To put it simply, people like snow.

Economic Factors

Is unemployment inherently bad for an economy? Yes. Of course, snow fits perfectly into the Lead-a-Duck-to-Water model of economics.

Housing
Prices

snow

How do we explain these clear trends? Recent studies indicate that housing prices cannot sustain this instability for long. The financial press seems unable to make up its mind on these issues which unsettles investors.

Political Factors

Politics was once a game featuring competitors from elite classes. Politicians find it difficult to choose between what has become known in politics as – ‘The two ways’ – pre and post war views of snow.

Consider this, spoken at the tender age of 14 by a legend in their own life time, Noah Woodpecker ‘Taking a walk across hot coals will inevitably hurt your feet.’ [2] Primarily, he is referring to snow. If I may be as bold as to paraphrase, he was saying that ‘political ideals are built on the solid cornerstone of snow.’

Where do we go from here? Only time will tell.

Conclusion

In summary, snow plays a large part in the lives of all. It sings a new song, ensures financial stability, though snow brings with it obvious difficulties, it is truly snow.

The final say goes to the award winning Whoopi Lopez: ‘You win some, you loose some, but snow wins most often.’ [3]

It's a bitter truth and it's a fact that Triond is losing a number of good writers day by day.

I have no idea how many writers have abandoned Triond till today’s date but I lost a number of good friends recently. They just disappeared from Triond. They were like my family members, they were like my bosom pals who kept commenting good or bad about my posts.

It was a cave quiet and hill silence, the other day, I had no clue that I had to lose some impressive deals from my life. I was unaware of the facts that my long time friends had already decided to shut the windows of hope from Triond House. I was a bit shocked and too much worried that they vanished from Triond, my friends list and even from the comment field. How was that possible?

Later, I realized, they might close their Triond account for good. What made them do like that? Why didn’t they even inform their friends about that? How is it possible to erase every single info from Triond?

I tried to find out about them from every possible resources, but failed. If you know anything about them please comment on this post. I will be more than happy.

Their names are as follow:

Hasina Khatum

Christopher Gutiyandove

Anna Marcus

Xking Xqueen

Jay Missendour

We have so few moments in life so enjoy and create great ones.

Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the

things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.

So, throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor.

Catch the trade winds in your sails.

Explore. Dream. Discover.

Mark Twain

So for most of us reading this, 20 years have past with some memorable moments and some not so much and now we realize that we are looking down the barrel of the next 20 years. So what will we do with these moments yet experienced? I For one am going to live more every day, I am going to pursue some of those long lost dreams I had in my youth. I am going to be more vocal of my opinion of this world. Now opinions are like elbows everybody has them. Some are big and some are small, but they all need to be heard. Yes, we need to open up our dialogue with each other and actually listen. Because if we listened, we might actually hear the change that most people really want, like affordable health care, nationalized homeowners insurance, a real savings plan for our retirements and college that we won’t have to spend the rest of our lives paying for.

We need to be more aware of this planet, mother earth and all of it’s fragile yet beautiful flaws. As a short term inhabitant of the big blue marble I would like to leave more than I take, which by the way include the humankind that we forget about. If we break down the words human and kind, we see that human meaning, all of us and kind… kind as in alike and to be kind to. So simple yet so true, so the moment you feel the need to be unkind to one of us, you’re actually being unkind to all of us, including yourself.

Give your spouse or lover a hug and hold it longer than you normally do. If you have kids, listen to them instead of forcing your words over theirs… you may learn something about yourself through the minds of the young. Oh, and please listen to the elderly, they my friend, have been there before and will see the past as clear as we see the present. Most of all, just be… be present, you and I will never get back this moment so make the most of it.

Here’s to the love, life and moments…

Danny the Bartender
