A motivational approach towards personal development.

“Personal development may be defined as involvement within the atmospheres of the world. It is a never-ending evolution of innovative progress vying for exceptional aptitudes. It is more than superseding the past and sustaining the present. It is more of how man projects their advantage and worth in the future.”

These are self-defined thoughts that provide concrete motivations on personal development. These are definitions honed for two years and three months of working here at IPI. It has been and becoming more fruitful and prosperous as day goes by. It equips and broadens my skills towards creative mindset. This prepares me to inspire employees at their respective placements.

Work beyond the boundaries of intelligence. Meeting the requirements of the job and targets of the project is a routine. This is the so-called typical way of working. Many of unsuccessful workers are into it. They worked not on the extent of their knowledge, but on the limits of compensation. Working has to be sustained, for it is an enduring encouragement. It is beyond profession and education. It must be perceived as devotion. Most importantly, a good worker sets aside his/her personal intentions. This draws good working environment.

Maximize the resources you have. Make each item oozing productive. However, don’t spend much of your time working. Have your breaks. Make it a habit. Utilize your privilege, but never abuse it.

Gossips and suspicions are flavors of the month. Don’t be anxious about others perspective on early consciousness. Don’t be alarmed with shortcomings of your superiors. Instead, burden them with your outstanding performances.

Don’t be immune by closeness you gained from your boss. It only makes you myopic. Instead, be sensitive with your environment. Your presence and support has to be abreast.

Endearing promotion of others should not hamper you to outshine them all. Let your heart promote yourself. You are on your own; you own you. You have to build your own reputation. This is not a mock business; it is an institution that requires excellent acts.

Pride has to balance its own measures. Focus on your goals and ambitions never on achievements of others. Aim higher not just by praying harder, but through striving smarter. Be intellectually elite. Begin it to yourself! Begin it today, have excellent jobs at your respective desks…

Compassion in general covers a whole gamut of feelings, such as pity, kindness, clemency, charity, forgiveness, etc. We would have lived in a chaotic world in which malice and cruelty would have been rampant and life itself would have succumbed to perennial pain and suffering.

Compassion is a virtue that links itself to the knowledge that, as human beings, we are all subject to the ups and downs of circumstances and that none of us could be excluded from certain problems that call for such a virtue, regardless of power, opulence, or any degree of intellect and intelligence. Compassion strikes a balance between abundance and want, guilt and innocence, war and peace, as well as a host of other factors that fall within the purview of human relationships. No nation could possibly retain its national pride without the inclusion of certain laws of compassion, nor could it, in good conscience, be acknowledged favorably by other nations if it chooses to conduct its affairs in any way that denies freedom to its people.

The misery of hopelessness and despair calls for compassion and the awakening of conscience in the way of sympathizing with those in dire circumstances. Any kind of sympathy that we show is considered as a form of compassion, not necessarily monetary in nature. Charity is an act of compassion that holds a special place in society. In this category, it is not just money and provisions that are doled out to the needy, from time to time, but encouragement, acts of volunteering our time and effort in the way of helping others; consoling and uplifting the sagging spirits of those that are depressed, as well as opening lines of communication, in order to promote acts of compassion.

Under certain circumstances, judges employ the need for compassion by reducing the severity of penalties. Showing compassion to others is a blessing that has its reward. The recipient of an act of compassion might breathe a sigh of relief and express gratitude at that particular moment, as we, ourselves, should feel equally pleased for having timed our act precisely at a point when it was most needed. Any kind of compassion serves to add to the reservoir of human needs from which we draw from the experiences of others.

When we dwell on the virtue of compassion, we must also include animals. The pets that we choose as domesticated companions need our wholehearted attention, as well as our full measure of compassion, in many respects. We must count them as additional members of our family, definitely deserving of our tender, loving care, at all times.

There is no better time for compassion than the present. It is not enough to work hard and pity ourselves in the process. Our success and failure in life might prove to be the end result of how we choose to conduct our affairs, from time to time. Money and power could never transcend deeds of caring and love, both of which could, indeed, be abundantly fruitful and rewarding.

Clean your toilet today?

86,400 seconds are deposited into our accounts every day. They can’t be accumulated. How did you spend yours today?

It may sound gloomy to say that each minute we live brings us closer to the day we will die. But it’s true, inescapably true. Not one of those things you can make go away if you don’t think about it. Instead of pushing it to the back of our minds how much more we could get out of life if we were constantly aware that each minute that goes by is gone forever and we are the ones who choose how they go.

“Unsaid words

Wait

For the right time

Unless time

Triumphs”

To go to bed at night with a sense of satisfaction that the day’s minutes have counted for something worthwhile. Did you call up about those dance lessons you wanted to start? Talk to your old parent in the nursing home for 5 minutes? Spoke from your heart to a friend? Clean your toilet? Read some illuminating manuscript? Run around the block? Give your loose change to a door-knocking appeal? Whatever makes you feel satisfied or fulfilled is all you need do to spend your minutes fruitfully. Did you waste minutes eating junk food or watching crap on TV? Whatever you do sticks, you can’t undo your actions except by wasting more minutes – to get excess weight off you’ll need to spend some of your precious minutes working on a way to get it off when it would have been easier not to have put it there in the first place! You can’t wash garbage out of mind once you have indelibly etched it into your memory. It’s simple really, the old ‘you reap what you sow’; put good quality into your life and you’ll lead a life that makes you happy!

“Why I wonder

Do the loves that bind me

So greatly, so tightly

Constrict my chest

And stop me dancing.

It will soon be too late

To wonder or curse the fate

That led me to this shore

Where I can’t dance.”
