Major deforestion in the Himalayas has been causing climate change and threatens water supply, glaciers, the people of the Himalayas and the delicate ecosystem, home to a range of exotic and rare animals and insects.

There have been big news about global warming and common misconceptions that have led to the wrong idea of what is happening.

Yep. Oil is some bad stuff. We’re worried about depending on the Middle East, we’re worried about global warming and we’re worried about ANWR. I share these concerns. I’m not a fan of Muslim extremists, I can’t stand hot weather, and I grew up on caribou. Oil is in the spotlight right now and it’s about time. Unfortunately, it always seems to take a catastrophe to get us to pay attention. The attention, however, needs to be directed toward the Bering Sea.
