No matter how bad those situations you’ve got to deal with, remember one thing: Do not make things worse by indulging your negative emotions!

Never let negative emotions get the better of you. Such emotions would only make things even worse, and I’m sure that’s not what you expect to happen, doesn’t it? Instead of being too emotional, you’d better try to differ your attention to fun things instead.

1. Brighten it up! Whenever you feel down, bad or sad, surround yourself with bright color stuffs. Those bright colored stuffs would shine your mood.

2. Saved by sweets. Candy, lollipop and everything sweet taste good and effective to release the tension inside.

3. Check on chocolate. Chocolate stimulate our brain’s chemical which is responsible in diminishing pain, while enhancing pleasure.

4. Enjoy good music. Happy and upbeat music are the best mood booster. How about singing and dancing while listening to them too?

5. Move your body. Sport is also a good way to help you in dealing with bad mood. For sport fans, even just watching others doing it can also help!

6. Call someone fun to talk with. Find or call those people who are fun to talk with. Positive people are amazing. Let their positivity lift you up.

7. Laugh out loud. Enjoy anything you can remember which can make you laugh. Pictures, films, cartoons, or anyone of your choice.

8. Get some sleep. Still having problem in controlling how you feel? Forget those problems you’ve been thinking about. Try to take a sleep instead, so that you’ll be able to feel and think much better when you wake up.

Bad thing happens sometimes, but such incident doesn’t have to turn your feeling into an ugly monster. Life is an art, so consider those moments as part of the colors of your life. Without those dark moments we wouldn’t be able to see the lights. Good friends, winning, success would not mean anything unless you’ve been dealing with the hardships we’ve got to deal with to attain them. That way, enjoy your life with all of its ups and downs.

“Life is simple. What we give out, we get back.”

The past has no power over us. Even problems have no power over us. Our power lies in the thoughts that we choose to think today. Remember, there are endless opportunities for good before us.

We can think happy thoughts. We can think positive thoughts. We can say, “Yes, I can do it!” We can think thoughts that make us feel joyous. We can learn to think only about all the good in the world. We can lift our thoughts up. We can greet the day with a smile. We can let the world know that we’re happy to be alive. We can express gratitude at every turn. We can love our bodies. We can be our best friend. By our actions, we’ll be an example for our children. Just by watching us, they’ll learn how to create a happy and fulfilling life.

Our reward is that we get to watch day by day as our lives turn into the most joyous, loving, healthy, prosperous, fabulous experiences. And this will last for all the rest of our days on Earth. So train yourself to think thoughts that make you feel good. That way, you’ll always be creating your life out of joy and in joy. Joy always brings more to be joyous about.

Affirm: I am the only thinker in my mind; and I choose to think joyous, happy, loving, positive thoughts 24/7. I love Life and Life loves me.

Discover what Christmas-in-July has to offer from an inspirational and transformational perspective.

Christmas-in-July offers us a wonderful chance to rekindle inspirational and transformational insights from the traditional December Christmas time. Without all the pressure to shop, entertain family and friends and attend an array of celebrations, it offers an opportunity to go deeper and experience an inner Christmas. A rebirthing of our consciousness, through reflections on inspirational insights from the holiday that can powerfully transform our lives.

Giving is one of many powerful insights from Christmas. Let’s reflect on three ways to give this Christmas-in-July:

1. Think about how you can improve on giving to others. We know that the happiest people on the planet are the people who give to others unconditionally with the expectation of nothing in return. So if you want to increase your happiness as well as others, increase your giving! One of the most potent ways to give, is to give of your time. Start by giving time to the most important people around you. Time can be given powerfully by simply allocating time to be with and listen to your spouse, child or friend without interruption. If you diarize time you won’t feel flustered with lines of attention being drawn to other things you need to get done. It will help you to be fully present and the one you are with to feel happy or content because you truly are ‘fully’ present.

2. Another powerful way to give is to spend a day giving your total attention to others. Do this once a week. Don’t talk about yourself whatsoever for a whole day. Don’t give any opinions or add your story to anything said. Always acknowledge the other person after they have finished speaking. Honour them by saying back to them pertinent points to show you have listened and ask them to expand more on the subject or ask them questions to get them to continue speaking. If they ask you a question and it can be a simple yes or no that’s ok but don’t add your ‘stuff’ your story and move onto a question back to them. And remember to be fully present by listening with positive body language and good eye contact too. You’ll soon find that most people are not really interested in your story, they are more interested in themselves and what they have to say. They will walk away from you feeling great and will think you are a wonderful person, simply because you gave them space to be truly heard.

3. Give acknowledgement to the ones you love. Acknowledgement is craved by most people. Without acknowledgement many will tend to retract and will not give again as they feel unappreciated. For example, you go out of your way to do more than what was expected at work and your boss doesn’t acknowledge you. Do you feel inspired to do more next time? Probably not. Your partner spent time making you a meal. Do you take it for granted or do you acknowledge them with love for their time and care preparing the meal for you? Every time you don’t acknowledge someone for what they have done or given to you, and you take it for granted, you erase a little of their love or respect for you. Another example, your child puts his/her dishes in the sink – acknowledge them with positive comments. When you acknowledge the small things, it can create a snowball effect of more good behaviour. It won’t happen overnight but it will happen. This practice can powerfully transform relationships. It is a gift to increase happiness for you and others around you.

This Christmas-in-July spend some quiet time thinking about and planning ways that you can give. By giving of your time and your acknowledgment, you expand and create a more generous loving heart while creating more happiness in the world for you and others.

Often we ask ourselves why we are here. What is the meaning of our life? The answer is very simple.
The significance of life is happiness.

Often we ask ourselves why we are here. What is the meaning of our life? The answer is very simple.

The significance of life is happiness.

The deepest desire of every human being is the desire to experience happiness in your life.

You are not here just to be rich or have a new car. These are the only measures that can bring additional satisfaction to your life, but they make you feel truly happy.

You can condition your happiness on the possession of a thing, but when you lose it your lucky break like a bubble.

Happiness and meaning of life is in you. In this sense the love and joy and enjoy every moment of life.

Do not make their joy from the outside world. Do not be misled problems that appear only on the surface cannot be solved. It is these illusions receive your will to live and make it becomes a nuisance. Each of us wants to be something more. That is why we have dreams to which we aspire. Through the law of attraction comes to us inspiration. We have new ideas that we want to achieve and realize the tangible form. When you notice that your plans and actions lead you where you want to go you feel excited. You know that your life is under control and the only person who can change them only you. You are a creator, whose task is to bring to life the value. Many people live somewhere in the future or the past. By “alive” I mean, I worry about their past or future. Not change the old days, thinking about them you can only attract. Worrying about the future you make it becomes yours just the way you imagined it.

You must learn to live here and now. What does this mean? That means fully experience the present moment. Your senses are heightened and you enjoy every moment now. It’s not the same as thinking about the past or the future. It distracts us astray from the true happiness, and without this we will not have a fulfilled life.

What can you do in this case?

Begin practicing rumination. It expands your consciousness. During this process, cleanse your mind of the old negative thoughts and patterns. Your vitality is increasing, and thus returns to the natural vibrations, which are clean and not blocking it what you wish for.

We live in an age where a frown often overpowers a smile. Why is this happening? Every living individual looks sublime when he/she wears a smile. Why then do we seldom smile and come across smiling faces? Life is meaningful only with a smile.

Who is responsible for smiles disappearing? Have we become mechanical animals that feel no emotion? Are technological advances to blame? Are we caught in a web we have created? Every individual will have an opinion in regard with these questions. Innocence is lost as we grow older, but our teachers for life will remain children. Yes, children are the greatest teachers. Unlike most adults, children do not need reason to smile. Regardless of who you are, where you come from a child greets you with a smile.

Warmth of a genuine smile rubs off instantly. It gives new meaning when life seems impossible. The power of a smile is tremendous, almost magical. A smiling face can ease tense moments. Transformation and emotional healing attributes itself to a smile. There is not a person in this world that does not complain about life. Everybody in this world has their share of sorrow. When we face problems and worries it’s our inner self that is hurt most. Remember, we are a creation, and no creation has a solution for the inner self. Self realization through meditation and prayer is essential for every human. A meaningful life is what you perceive it to be. Every individual holds their own reins to happiness.

The greatest gift our creator has given us is the freedom to choose. The choices you make in life determine the absence or presence of a smile on your face, choose wisely. Every individual in this world should find inner peace. Search for peace not outside, it lies within you, connect with it. When teachings in every religion talk about love, why make room for hate. Do not harm your inner consciousness for moments of pleasure. We fail to smile when the balance of inner consciousness is disturbed. Your heart will crave for everything that fades away. Your weapon to encounter every situation in life is self-belief. Negativity grows when you lose self-belief. It’s you that makes life meaningful or meaningless. Our world requires smiles. Spread smiles and witness a miracle happen. Let us be childlike, let us smile. If you haven’t realized the power of a smile, you soon will.

How many times in our life are we faced with overwhelming problems and challenges? Is there a secret formula to maintaining in a positive and comfortable way?

Life is a complex entity that challenges us. We strive to comprehend why there is so much negative. Ascertaining how to remain positive and content in our life at times is difficult. There are some solutions, we just need to climb the right mountain.

We make decisions everyday and hope that we made the right choices. Making the concrete decision to stay positive is one of the patterns we need to welcome in our scope of life.

There are times life will throw a curve ball at us. That’s inevitable. It’s what we do with this unfortunate situation and how we handle it that makes a difference. To make the absolute promise to always face your problems with dignity and hope.

Life will never be easy, however there are road blocks to build around us to discard the negative and make the decision to ride the storms with a higher power, achieving a bright plateau.

When you are feeling down and it is not a clinical depression that you need to see a doctor. But if you have that blue feeling once in awhile and it goes away after a day, then these tips are for you.

Eat some chips and salsa to be happier. The University of Texas at Austin says it can cause you to be happy in 60 seconds. The reason this works is because of capsaicin which is what makes hot peppers hot. At first bite it causes our brains to make endorphins which make you happy. Capsaicin makes the neurons in the brain work and helps us think better.

www.spicelines.com

Another way to get yourself happy in seconds is to wear appropriate clothes. When we are sad we tend to put on jeans and a dress when we are happy or our best shoes. There was research that said if we changed our clothes we can be happier. For example, if you are depressed and wearing jeans, just put on a dress with your best shoes. “Dressing up is a subtle way of telling yourself-and everyone else-your confident and important.” says image consultant Kirin Christianson of www.redhautemama.com

www.blog.natashbailie.com

Another way to be happy sounds weird is to scratch behind your arm or leg. Wake Forest University scratched volunteers lightly with a brush it made the part of the brain that makes you happy work and the parts that make you sad or have bad memory stops working so hard. Researchers say this happens because sensory nerves in the skin are energized. You can be happy in as little as 20 seconds doing this.

www.equishopping.co.uk

Try doing a word puzzle, sudoko or crossword puzzle. These games make you think smarter by stimulating your brain and and it also increases activity. If you want even more stimulation by giving yourself a certain amount of time to finish it. The reason we should give ourselves a time limit is Princeton University researchers when we make our brains work faster we are a lot happier and the bonus is high self esteem.

Modernists praise Capitalism for giving us the ability to choose. But does this really make us happier? This article analyses the negative impacts of choice in society.

If we ask an economist what current day society has an advantage over the older days, one of the first thing he would say would likely to be how we have much more control over what we buy. In other words, we have choices over products and services. There are literally hundreds of flavours and textures for yoghurts, and jeans come in so many different styles and colours. While this is commonly praised, if this really a good thing?

First of all, just by simply comparing today to a mere 5 years ago, statistics have shown that shopping is taking on average almost twice as long now than it was. Why is this? That’s right; the choices that we get. What used to happen is that when we need to buy anything at all, there was perhaps only a few things we could choose from. Occasionally, there was only one. So what happens then? We simply just grab one and leave. What tends to happen today when we are shopping for ANYTHING, food, shoes, bicycles, is that we are stunned by the possibilities. We simply cannot make up our minds. In fact, what often happens is that we end up not choosing anything at all. And the reason is simply because we have so many choices. We are afraid that we will make a mistake by choosing the product that may not be the best, and before we buy anything, we need to make sure it IS the best. The choices in society raises our expectations to a level that it simply cannot be satisfied.

Which leads me onto the next point. Choice and expectation shares an almost symbiotic relationship. If we can choose between 20 doughnuts, our expectation of the doughnut we get are definitely much greater than if we only could choose from say 2. This is human psychology, its flaws. The apparently inherent insatiable nature of mankind. But the paradox here is that of those 20 different kinds of doughnuts we could choose from, most likely they won’t even be that much different. One type of dougnut has ‘hundreds and thousands’ sprinkled onto it, while another chocolate sprinkles. But the main makeup of these two doughnuts remain largely identical; same type of dough, made by the same people, and probably tastes the same as well. We are however, drawn into the illusion that this slight variation somehow makes the ‘perfect product’ a lot more attractive, whereas in fact, the increase in the products quality is tiny, if not non-existent. Even if the product IS much more improved from the sole types that existed say 10 years ago, this new kind of choice presented to us raises our expectations to a level that simple CANNOT be satisfied.

Ultimately, we are lead to dissatisfaction. Anyone who has studied even a bit of economics would know about opportunity costs. For those of you who don’t know what it is, opportunity costs are what economists and others alike use to describe ‘the next best alternative forgone when a decision is made’. That is, what is left out when we choose something, what we could have perhaps instead bought. It is quite obvious that opportunity costs are and always will be negative things. Suppose you had to choose between buying a house and a car; if you bought the car, you would think I wish I had gotten the house instead. Similarly, if you had bought the house, you probably somewhere alone the line would regret this decision also. Because we want everything. The extensive choices we get in society today only accentuates this problems. My mother used to buy us yoghurts every week, when there were only peach and chocolate flavours. Now, no matter how cruddy those yoghurts tasted, we were still satisfied. We didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything anyways; those yoghurts were our only choices. But nowadays, we could choose between original and low fat, chocolate and vanilla, small packages or big packages, one brand or another. I have no doubt whatsoever that the yoghurt I eat today was by FAR superior to those we had before, but ultimately I am always left feeling less satisfied because I always wondered if I had made the right choice. Once again, choice leads to dissatisfaction.

It is human nature to want more, and to always want the best. But this idea was never taken into account by those who advocated for change and improvement to choices. On paper, yes it looks good, every-body’s lives are improved, but inherent human characteristics were left out of the equation in this theory. What is interesting, and ultimately hypocritical for economists and capitalists, is that most of them openly criticise communism as being defective because of their inability to take into the account human factors such as lacking incentive to work were the pays for doctors same as toilet cleaners, but yet they ignore the same ideas that, while a lot more subtle, still perpetrates strongly within their own ideas and theories. Of course, the best way around that problem is to know that it is a problem at all. To know that we ARE being stunted by choice, paralysed and regretting, allows us to take a better approach, to mitigate the effects. If we know that we are being controlled by negative characteristics, such as greed, then we can attempt to alleviate consequences. That is what this article is written for. To show the negative side of things, and so hopefully minimize its effects.

The following abstract deals with the most common thing that everyone face in life... "Failure". the next few lines deals with what not to do when you face failure, and why so...??

Failure; according to oxford means ‘not able to get success’, but going by the data and record analysis of all the leading medical institutes in our nation it seems that the today’s generation has a far more smaller definition with just one word to compile it all up “SUICIDE”.
Suicide means ‘the intentional killing of oneself and I’m damn sure that if we ask even a third grade child that are they alike, then he would laugh off and say “are you mad?” then why does the same child grows up and himself forgets the difference between them!
If we take a closer look at the statistical data of health and living condition of the students around the globe, then I am pretty much sure that even a blind will be able to figure out that India tops the list in suicidal activities. Why does the new generation not realize the gift, the treasure, the happiness, the enchantment that life brings along due course. Today’s youth has a very simple funda rather I should say a very idiotic one; if you do not pass the exams, hang; if you are rejected by a girl; cut your nerve or drink some god damn rum, Madeira, and become some Devdas and all; if you don’t get selected in IIT; swallow some damn rat poison or hang yourself by the ceiling. But they don’t realize that by running away from the situation or by ending up their life they still have not got the answer to the question, they don’t realize that they are not merely ending up one life, with them their parents also lose interest in life, but still they continue their life because “if someone dies, the world does not die with him“. Before taking any such step stop and just think about the faces that have brought you up, watched you grow, did everything they could do just for your one smile of yours when you were sad, when you demanded for a toy and they any how managed to buy you that no matter how costly it was and when they will see the dead body of you lying on some pyre or inside a coffin what will happen to their hopes, their life, their emotions their feelings. Why does the new generation not care about the people who love them, and why does they have a god damn heart so small to accommodate their selfish feelings in them and desires only about which they think and are concerned about and care for. Why the bloody hell they don’t realize that it is not failure or success that matters, but what matters is how much hurdles one has to overcome while trying to achieve success.

The current generation or the age of machines is veraciously called so, although they have a heart that beats only on the vibration of success and it thumps on the sound of failure and still they say that they have a very large heart while proposing a girl…!!

I have just one simple question that is the heart a normal human heart or is it some kind of storage device with just storing memory with nil feelings…???
