First off, everyone has to steel themselves and realize that everything that happens, happens for a reason. I am well aware that many people think it’s just a stupid thing thought up by older folks, but being 16 and realizing this fact has helped me a lot personally. So my first advice would be : Don’t beat yourself up for it. Don’t start blaming yourself OR even the other person for it. Most people rush to the conclusion that it was their fault and start a depressed and unhealthy life. Other people blame the ex about the break up and start making their lives miserable when they don’t even know the reason behind the break up.

Secondly, do not lose your cool. I’m aware it’s easier said than done, but you have to have inner strength if you want to live a happy life again. Keep yourself calm and try to find out the reason behind the break up without getting over stressed about it. At this point, your emotions might overcome you but as I stated before, you must have inner strength. The moment you lose to your emotions that’s the moment you step into the path of destruction.

I’d like to add that if you want to get back with him/her, that depends on whether there was the “spark” between you both. If not, MOVE ON!

Thirdly, do not be a drama queen. Quit whining about it all the time, nobody likes a whiner! Keep your mind focused on your life.The longer you keep whining about it the harder it’s going to be for you to get over it. Try living life like a normal person and get interested in your hobbies or whatever you prefer.

Fourth and final for this release, stop reminiscing about the past. If you’re not confident that you can fix things with him/her, FORGET ABOUT HIM/HER! Stop daydreaming about him/her all the time and think about other things, be it useless or productive.

If your case is extremely serious and you can’t get over her, get a dog or a cat! OR try to fix it!

People often describe being single as an unhappy experience. Never believe in what they say, for happiness is within yourself. It’s up to you whether you want to be happy or sad, whether you are single or not. When you curse others, you also feel recklessness internally. This recklessness serves the purpose of dam in front of your happiness. Always remember, who do not respect others, people do not respect him too. Therefore, be obliged to other’s people love and faithfulness. Forgive others’ short-comings whole heartedly. Remember, forgiving whole heartedly means, forgetting displeasure incidents in a way as they never occurred before. It is difficult but not impossible.

Fourth rule is passing your time with your friends and relatives. Meet each other and share gifts, but remember always admiring other’s gifts, because the love of giver is also included in it and people who reject other’s love remain emptied from love themselves.

Fifth rule is describing your happiness. If you get any success or any of your desire fulfills, express it with an open heart, but not in a way that other’s feel jealousy. Thank your God and if anybody else has got any happiness, pray that God may prolong his happiness. When anybody prays for others, the same pray become blessing in his favor as well.

Sixth rule is your relation with your Creator and that is very much important one. Strengthen your relation with your God.  Worship Him and share all of your heart feelings with Him. Your virtuous deeds should be of a kind that can benefit majority of people.

Seventh rule is learning from your environment because knowledge is that treasure that keeps on increasing and it does not get any harm from the ups and downs of the circumstances. It is not necessary that you always use books for gaining knowledge. Learn from Newspapers, Magazines, T.V. Internet and from incident that are taking place around you. Try to learn from the experience of elders, since they have already seen and understood the world more than us.

Eighth rule is helping others. Believe me, you will feel happiness that can neither be expressed in words nor can be valued. Helping some blind person cross the road, leading to the right path, helping the poor, guiding the sinful person will surely give you happiness.

Ninth rule is very important. Choose words sensibly in your speech because the wavering of tongue is more dangerous than the wavering of feet. Making the cheek red by slapping will disappear after sometime, but the slap on the heart sometimes cost much. Therefore, choose words thoughtfully in your talks. Whatever difficulties and problems we are facing in the world now most of them are the result of this tongue alone. Speak politely, you will receive politeness in return and if you speak bitter, the opponent will also utter bitterness.

Tenth rule is giving room to truth in your life. Speak truth and support truth. If you want to punish anybody, keep speaking truth with him. Don’t find faults or criticize others because when you criticize, you yourself give an opportunity to others to raise finger on you. Eleventh rule is taking care of your health. Do light exercises daily. Your most of the brain and body tension is released by exercising and you will feel relaxed.

A very happy new year

Hello friends, another end of the year is here again, on the other hand, this is beginning of a new era. I do remember the end of the year 2010; I was here with you and enjoying the same. This year is almost gone now and shall be, forgotten soon. Oh, that is so natural, we never remember the goners, but some things and people do not fall in that category. They always remain with you.

I am so sad when I do not see some of my good friends around, I know they are active and doing fine, but not with us on this site. I think this place does not make them feel comfortable here and they find some other places more attractive. I too thought the same for some time and was away, this site is so addictive that I could not resist but come back to enjoy your company.

As I see some of the friends doing well here and enjoying, I miss them all the more who were here and we were having all the fun. However, let us look forward and to the positive part of the story as this is natural, some go and some others join.

We can see some wonderful people have come and joined us, I am sure they will give us a good company and will try to fill the place.

Step 1

Check yourself. Before having a photo taken, make sure your hair is OK, you don’t have food in your teeth or on your face, your clothes are well adjusted and you are generally looking your best. If you are wearing make up, make sure this isn’t running or caked on before you have your close up!

In your photo, sit up or stand straight. It looks lazy and sloppy if you are slouching in a photo. Make sure you’re not looking at the ground, and put your knees together. Put your shoulders slightly back; it makes you seem more confident and happy in the photo.

Step 3

Look at the top of the camera. It can look confronting if you stare into the lens, but you seem detached if you are looking completely away from the photographer. The top of the camera is a happy medium.

Step 4

Smile with your mouth slightly open. If you have your mouth completely closed it looks as if you’re not comfortable in front of camera, but it can be over the top if your smile is too exuberant. A good way of controlling your smile is by smiling so that only your top row of teeth are visible.

Step 5

Keep your head level or slightly pointed down. If your head is faced upward it might be difficult to see your face, and you can see your whole neck which looks odd in a photo. You look as if you know your place in front of the camera if you keep your chin pointed slightly down.

Put it all together! Stay natural, be confident and use all these steps to look your best in front of the camera every single time!
