1.       Brighten it up! Whenever you feel down, bad or sad, surround yourself with bright color stuffs. Those bright colored stuffs would shine your mood.

2.       Saved by sweets. Candy, lollipop and everything sweet taste good and effective to release the tension inside.

3.       Check on chocolate. Chocolate stimulate our brain’s chemical which is responsible in diminishing pain, while enhancing pleasure.   

4.       Enjoy good music. Happy and upbeat music are the best mood booster. How about singing and dancing while listening to them too?  

5.       Move your body. Sport is also a good way to help you in dealing with bad mood. For sport fans, even just watching others doing it can also help!

6.       Call someone fun to talk with. Find or call those people who are fun to talk with. Positive people are amazing. Let their positivity lift you up.

7.       Laugh out loud. Enjoy anything you can remember which can make you laugh. Pictures, films, cartoons, or anyone of your choice.

8.       Get some sleep. Still having problem in controlling how you feel? Forget those problems you’ve been thinking about. Try to take a sleep instead, so that you’ll be able to feel and think much better when you wake up.

Bad thing happens sometimes, but such incident doesn’t have to turn your feeling into an ugly monster. Life is an art, so consider those moments as part of the colors of your life. Without those dark moments we wouldn’t be able to see the lights. Good friends, winning, success would not mean anything unless you’ve been dealing with the hardships we’ve got to deal with to attain them. That way, enjoy your life with all of its ups and downs.

Frugality lifestyle is living an economical way of life, being able to plan expenditure to the minimum, living in a small house/apartment, eating what your financial budget can afford and planning on conserving, surviving or thriving on minimum amount of resource. To live a frugality lifestyle one must have a strict and disipline will, to be able to resist the impulsive consumer habits and to conserve whatever remaining resources.

Most of us have experienced frugality lifestyle in our lifes before but many of us just don’t realise it. When we decided to move out from our parents house and plan to make a living on our own, or when we are having a bad economic down turn, thats where the frugality lifestyle kicks in. Our mind and soul will tell us to be in a “safe cost mode”.

Some people consider frugality lifestyle as a habbit. They just want to live a simple life and are happy about it. These people are mostly singles, old couples and those who cannot afford for anything more. As long they have a small comfortable place to stay and food to eat then everything is Ok for them.

I see people, mostly women my age, worrying to the point of panicking when marital status is discussed. Marriage, it seems to them, is a sort of security and without a ring on their finger to signify they are “taken”, they are doomed!  Not for me.  I am at this stage where I am certain I love exactly where I am —this blissful stage of singleness. Do not get me wrong. Like every normal woman at her 20’s, I also take down mental notes on how I want my wedding to be; from the motif, entourage, reception, and of course the ultimate wedding gown! I also have a list of the possible names I would give my future mini-me’s. But that is just one of the many gifts of being single.

Preparation. This is what I sometimes refer to as my planting season. I believe this is where God is molding, fixing and honing me into the perfect partner and parent He intends me to be. This is when He teaches me to budget my resources, sort out my priorities, manage my tasks, balance my time and develop a sense of responsibility. A daily real-life learning process where I realize my values and obligations as an individual, and discover my skills and gifts that can bless others. He provides me with opportunities to choose my preferred way of living, ministry to serve, places to see and explore and meet people who can be potential future partners.

Since being single means having more than enough time for my Me-time, it brings me closer to the Original Author of Romance. Instead of going out on a date, I stay at home read the Bible or other inspirational reading materials, write on my journal, attend the Feast, meet my Caring Group siblings, or simply spend some quiet time with Him. Our relationship has grown deeper from Creator-creation, Master-steward to Father-Daughter and Best of friends. He allows me to have more time reflecting on and about life. Moreover, I am able to spend more quantity and quality time with my family and friends. Simply put, being single has blessed me in a way by being grateful and being a blessing myself to the people surrounding me.  People who cares and accepts me. This is the perfect time for me to shower them with the gift of time and good memories.

Not having a partner—yet, is my Heavenly Father’s way of protecting me from heartbreak after heartbreak. He protects me from what He knows are not good for my being: chauvinists, liars, “jerks” and possible abusers. He really knows what’s best and prepares the perfect time to give it to me.

Being alone is not always akin to being lonely. More often than not, it is the exact opposite of it. It is an experience of exceptional freedom. A time to enjoy life at its fullest; without guilt or hesitations. The perfect opportunity for growth and choosing wisely for our future and those of our loved ones. Ali Smith wrote in her book that singleness brings protection, provision, proximity and preparation. I could not agree more.

Indeed, life is exuberantly joyful and fun when you are single, especially when you have a great God who guides your every step and never gets tired of being your Loyal Partner, come what may.

to my side

in a floating motion.

His wise head

resting

on my knees

eyes

with mine.

I sit high

on top of the mountain;

I sit leaning back to allow

the spring breeze

to blow through

insects

I see a hive of daily activity.

Our stallion

make out

Crimson Red

with her

little group of children

her pupils

so eager to

learn

Distance hinders

but my

mind’s keen eye

tells me so much.

She tells me

all about

of little faces

eager

hungry to learn

in awe

wondering

and loving

each step

and

each day

of

Crimson Red’s

teachings.

They sit in full circle

young spirits entwined

so new

so fresh.

They absorb

each lesson

like a flower

to sunshine.

They wave their hands

in tune to her lead

like flower fairies ;

free flowing

brimming over

with

love and joy.

Beside me there is a rustling

from the

midst of the

yellow laden gorse.

In my mind

I knew

before

this rustle

became vision

that it was

Lone Wolf.

soft flutterings

butterfly;

of being at one

with Earth Mother.

I look far

down below me

with an inner pride

love

that was new

beginning of a brook

which ran into

the silver thread

of

the river.

At the end

of the journey

many rivers

came together

and ran as many estuaries into the sea.

estuaries

I liken to our lives .

I have a journey to travel beofre the birth of our little one.

To clear the slightly overgrown pathways to my heart and soul.

A pure and sure heart our baby will be nourished from;his very first look into my eyes will show me as a strong person with inner pathways cleared.

Silver Cross and my spirit entwined; fitting so well ;each contour;

fitting with ease.

My heart misses a beat as I see my man ;far down below me gathering together his horses;horses that had been injured or were ill;but had now recovered due to his gentle care;the care of a loving and tender hreart.

Lone Wolf also looked down and with bright eyes and wagging tail.

He understood;as he had that deep set gift given to him by our Earth Mother,of spiritual understanding.

A knowing which ran almost as if on an invisible silver thread from his soul to yours Earth Mother; a gift which will last while he is on this earth.

I know that I have this journey to travel but I am not alarmed or worried,I have a deep set trust and understanding inyou my Earth Mother . I accept my journey and I know that I will emerge a better person.

A cleansing of my deepest spirit; in order to be a true mother in all ways.

As Lone Wolf

      But do not let our days pass by like the shadow of a cloud, leaving no trace behind. ( Being born human is the result of our past good actions) As humans, we have the unparalleled opportunity to acquire merits and develop wisdom, thereby contributing to our well-being and happiness. Let us live a life filled with purpose and add quality to human existence.

      Whatever our troubles, however pressing they may appear, time will heal our wounds. But besides leaving things to time, surely there must be something we can do to prevent ourselves from being hurt in the first place. We could maintain our peace of mind by not allowing people or troubles to drain our energies away since it is ourselves and not others who create our unhappiness.

      Some measure their lives by days and years,  Others by heart throbs, passion and tears, But the surest measure under the sun, Is what in your lifetime for others you have done.

No need to look like a movie star

Of course, woman will fall in love with a man partly because of his looks. But for a woman, when she likes how man looks, it means that she likes the look of his eyes when he is looking at her. Every woman wants to be the center of man’s world. If she feel this way in your company, she will want to see you again. So what does attractive man looks like for women? Man who is totally preoccupied with talking to her and who isn’t watching a beautiful woman at the next table, each woman will be considered irresistible.

You do not need to be rich

Men often complain because they think women want only the rich and powerful men. It is true that women are instinctively attracted to that type of man, but most women are smart enough and able to ignore that instinct. Women are now confident enough in their abilities, and have stoped looking for a man just because of financial security.

If you are neither powerful nor wealthy, you still have a lot to offer. Modern woman want society, communication, sensitivity, compassion, love and support. If you have these characteristics, every woman will be happier with you than with a rich man.

You must be happy

Women are attracted to men when they feel that their life will be better with him than without him. So, if you want to attract the ideal woman, be sure to at least look like you’re having fun. If she thinks you enjoy life, you will attract her, because she will think her life will become more interesting too.

Do not stay in reationship of which you think that leads nowhere. Better be alone than with anyone. When you’re half in one relatioship and half looking for a new partner, you are nowhere. Project a good image of yourselves

Are you a stable, balanced, settled with both feet on the ground and your head on your shoulders? Do you know who you are? Or are you still searching? Women like men who seem solid, but not flakey.

Are you reliable? Can you be found at all times or are you a guy who suddenly disappears, it can not be relied on and is difficult to reach?

Do you have a solid starting point? Would a woman feel safe if they are married to you, allowing you to use her credit cards, write checks from her checkbook and most importantly to be the father of her children? Would they feel safe leaving their kids with you?

If you’re wild and “crazy” type of person, you will attract the same kind of women. Stable women who are attracted to wild men are just fooling you. When a woman wants a long term relationship, she wants a sane man. She wants someone she can meet with parents without being disowned. She wants someone she can meet with business associates without fear of losing her job or that he will embarrass her. She wants someone she can rely on.

Would you like to fall in love or you care only about sex

Do you just want sex without emotional involvement? Women are not attracted to men who are not able to love, those who want sex without communication, affection and foreplay. In fact it is more important for women to think that  you falls into them, then are you handsome.

Women wants you to love their souls, their intelligence, passion, humor and hard work around you. They need reassurance that sex is not the only thing you want from them.

Therefore, if you want sex, sex should actually be a supporting role – look for other things you like about her. Ask for their opinion. Talk to her. Let her think she is important to you.

Learn The Art Of Seduction

Of course, you want sex. Women know this and expect it. But most men never get close enough to the woman. They make a small, timid steps, expecting passionate responses from women. If women do not react, it still does not mean “no.”
