First of all one has to be ABSOLUTELY HONEST AND OPEN with every issue without other people being judge and jury because of their own feelings or issues, otherwise the whole excercise would not only be pointless and a waste of time, money and effort. Perhaps people such as certain accetable levels of ex offenders who have not offended for a great number of years and have ‘been on both sides of the fence’ can be useful and helpful serving on such committees or working with such groups. Damage to innocent people would be totally unrepairable and unforgivable. All evidence of such events collated has to be logged, kept and catalogued in a safe place such as a depositroy in a bank or somewhere else where police cannot impound such evidence without reason or on an unnanounced search in your home as happened to me. Above all dependability, reliability and integrity are important factors with this type of work.

This comes down to the lack of proper investigative procedures which are not monitored properly so room for adjustment, alteration and wrong information goes unchallenged leaving the way clear for numerous levels of unrepairable damage to be done.

Anarchy is a word that means the total breakdown of law and order. Possibilities of public danger and disorders costing the lives of innocent people would occur as a result and THIS IS SOMETHING THAT HAS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Whether we are part of a group or just an idividual who feels that this issue does not affect us individually – YET – then I suggest each and every one of us starts off by writing to our local councillors and MPs insisting on a review of foul police procedures that are endmic these days whereas one ‘person at the top ranking’ police officer of each police station has the sole decision of who to summons etc merely who act on their own feelings and thoughts. There should be a central body of independent – say two or three people – to view evidence and who have no axe to grind with the people involved or who will be affected by the result of the cases one way or another making no difference at all to themselves or lifestyle. The Home Office should be in a position to have a stronger say and influence on the proper monitoring of police forces. More stringencies should be introduced to monitor police forces and senior police officers who have far too much influence of the effect they have on peoples’ future lives.

I have already written to my local councellors in Blackpool, MPs and other government ministers including the Prime Minister, The Home Secretary (for police) The Attorney General and other senior relevent Government ministers over these foul practises. Seeking newspaper coverage would also be most helpful if a newspaper that is supportive would be more than helpful and useful.
