Would you rather to exist in a long-established accommodation or in a advanced apartment building construction.

If I was asked where I would I prefer to breathe in a traditional mansion or in an advanced residence building, I think, I would hesitate to answer. This question, from my sense of view, is a controversial one. In the upcoming discussion I will consider both these options and present my view.

From the one side, live in a novel apartment house building brings countless benefits. Earliest of all, it is cheaper than living in a habitual accommodate and paying sundry kinds of fees I am not familiar with. For instance, my friend, who recently bought a new put up for his family, told me that it is much easier to animate in a dwelling and I tend to believe him when I see his bills. So, the source of revenue in an apartment wish definitely helps me to bar various money. Minute of all, since I survive lonesome I do not need a big company and countless rooms. I solely need a bedroom and a livelihood area where I can take my guests and boast my perform place. One more of the great consequence benefit of the living wage in an apartment is that I will not have to buy a lot cumbersome furniture in peace to endow all rooms.

However, living in a modern apartment building structure can undergo a few disadvantages too. Firstly, it can be noisy and, secondly, I preference am not having any privacy further than my apartment, for example, in an amalgamate or a gym.

From the extra side, alive in a traditional house have particular advantages too. For example, I can have my own pool, gym and a garden wherever I can relax and be alone. However, breathing in a accommodate is regularly more luxurious and requires a further period to maintain a house. For instance, I will most probably have to hire someone to mow my lawn and clean my pool not to indication all household household tasks in the house.

In conclusion, I cogitate at this moment I would fancy to live in an apartment. It can help me save some wealth and allows me to fritter supplementary time studying for the reason that I bidding not have to do several household tasks.

How to do so.

If you are a student just about to move away from home at the moment then there is no doubt that you would be under a mixture of emotions. Whilst moving away will give you a lot of freedom, it is the first time during the course of your life that you really have to admit that you are no longer a child, and that you are going to have to cope on your own.

Feeling homesick is something that is perfectly normal and, while you might want to be on the phone to your friends and family from home every day, this is not something that should be advised. You should set specific times that you are going to get in contact with them, and make sure that you stick to these times, otherwise you will be finding that you don’t manage to move on from your old life at all. With regards to actually seeing your family, it makes sense to arrange at least a couple of days out each term so that you don’t have to go for several months at a time without seeing anybody. If you do this, then you will always have something to look forward to when you’re feeling a little bit down.

An important thing that you should always remember when you start your course is that everyone is in the same boat as you. Most of the people will never have lived away from home before, and this means that they will probably feel homesick as well. You should do your best to talk to them, and you might find that they are surprised when they realise that there are other people who feel the same way that they do. Whenever you hear about other people’s experiences of university, they always sound as though they’re having a great time, because that’s what they want you to think. They will be choosing not to tell you about all of the times where they have missed home and felt down, because they won’t want to talk about it.

The thing to do is to try and throw yourself into as many activities as you possibly can during your first week. The busier you keep yourself, the more likely it is that you are going to be able to take your mind away from the fact that you’re missing home, and that it a very good thing to be able to do; particularly in the early stages. In addition to this, going out as much as you can to whatever events are organised means that you are going to be able to meet people and therefore make new friends who you will be able to talk to if you need somebody there for you.

This is one of the biggest stages of your life, and there is no way that it is going to be emotion free. But if you manage to get through the first couple of weeks, which you will, you will then realise that actually university is a wonderful place and it gives you the chance to grow as a person more than any other chance that you’ve had before.

Moving out? Don't worry.

If you’re a student moving away to study, then you might be starting to worry about whether you’re going to be able to cope with living on your own when you have never done anything like that before. The good news is that a lot of people feel that way before they start their course, and this means that you can rest safely in the knowledge that you will settle in eventually.

Although you might be getting excited about living away from home, you need to take the time to think about the practical aspects of living on your own. One major thing that makes a lot of students get stressed is the money situation. When you’re on your own, you have to budget for anything that you might want to be buying, and there is nobody to bail you out if you should get into any trouble. You need to write everything down that you spend in an average month, and put your money aside at the beginning of the month that you need to spend on your bills and rent. Then, you know that if you spend the rest of the money that is in your account you’re not going to be getting into any trouble because everything that you really need to pay has been covered.

You might feel as though you miss home a lot and, although it might be tempting to phone home as often as you possibly can during your first term, this won’t help, as you need to get used to living your life without talking to your family every few minutes. The best thing that you need to do in this situation is to just throw yourself into life at university. There will be a lot of events planned in the first week, and you should try to arrange to go to as many of these as you can with your flatmates, as you will then be able to get to know them and keep yourself busy at the same time which would take your mind off missing your home and your family. It is also good to talk to your flatmates about the way that they’re feeling, because chances are they might be feeling the same way as you and this means that you wouldn’t feel as though you were quite as alone.

Arranging days out with your family once each month will help to cheer you up if you’re missing them. You could arrange for them to come and see you, or you could arrange to see them every couple of months if you can afford to go home. This means that you know that you’re not going to be waiting for more than a month at a time without seeing your family, so you will be able to look forward to that if things are getting a little bit hard for you.

Remember that it is normal to feel as though you miss everyone and everything when you first move out of your home, but it is something that you will get used to in time. Everyone feels the same way when they start their course too, so it’s just a natural feeling for you.

It is such a pain when you get those calls that say unkown caller or private caller. The person on the other end of the phone has an objective in mind and its to get under your skin.

Its so annoying when your phone rings and you decide to answer but realize that the person on the other end just wants to get his or her kicks. They start with a call in the afternoon and than in the evening. when its all said and done the calls start coming in the wee hours. I mean that’s just down right dirty. What is on these people’s minds calling someone and harassing them. Its really annoying when you keep getting the calls and figure out that its someone you know. The person wants to get under your skin. They have nothing better to do but cause havoc in your life.

What ever you do don’t let the caller know that its bothering you. If they have any hint that what they are doing is bothering you than they will continue their mission. It could be a person who dislikes you for what ever reason. If the calls get out of hand than you may want to let the authorities know what’s going on. Any call that is threatening definitely should be reported. It is best to try and block the calls but if this is not possible just simply ignore them altogether. In some cases the person may resort to other methods of getting your attention.

Annoying calls are geared to simply annoy you enough to pull your hair. You are the center of the person’s day. They have nothing better to do but get under your skin. Unwanted calls are a big throne in one’s side but something can be done about even if the law has to handle it.

Property development within the UK has seen fast increase due to TV programs series like ‘Homes below the Hammer’ or ‘Grand Designs’, because of the recent fall in property costs and conjointly as a lot of development land is on the market.

Due to the shortage of reasonable housing, government has been urged to step in and modify true by easing the look method and giving a lot of land for development. several ‘brown belt’ and ‘green belt’ lands are currently obtaining approved for development functions and there are varied money schemes to assist with the prices.

But do not be fooled if it’s like a straightforward money-making answer. it’s not! it’s risky business and if you do not apprehend specifically what you’re doing, you will find yourself losing over you have got initially invested. fairly often even the foremost experienced developers will loose cash on their comes. If you’re thinking of beginning it yourself, it’s perpetually vital to grasp where to search out all the relevant contacts that you just can want before, throughout and when your project. Things like designing, surveys, finance, solicitors and conveyancers, building contractors and suppliers etc. opt for the incorrect company and your project could also be delayed, price a lot of or maybe fail.

What to do? Where are you able to notice the proper individuals to figure with?

The first that comes in mind for several would be wanting in telephone book or similar directory, however which will slender your search to only your native trades. Next may be a search on net using Google or Yahoo, however this may come back voluminous irrelevant results. All that takes time, that most of the time you do not have, and you will still not be able to notice what you’re yearning for.

The better possibility would be to go to specialist on-line directory for property development. There you’ll be able to notice all the companies associated with property development in one place, organised into totally different classes like solicitors, surveyors, building contractors and thus on. every listing provides you with a lot of info concerning the business, their contact details and there’s usually a review and star rating system in place thus you get a higher plan on who to decide on.

There don’t seem to be that several of such specialist directories on the market and not all of them are up thus far thus you may still got to do some analysis, however once you discover the location that’s appropriate for your desires, remember to bookmark it for later use because it can, for sure, come back handy within the future.

Even though the Paranormal is weird to me, it's still true that fact is stranger than fiction.

A modern ouija board plus planchette (Photo credit: Wikipedia)y

LIFE has a system, with the tiniest forms of life; it has a system. Look at the system’s of Ants and Bees….their work is connected, arranged, supervised and mastered by the Leaders. A good example is the Drone Bee. He is not even quite built like the other bees and it is his responsibility to reproduce with the Queen Bee who is probably the mother of all the worker bees in a hive. Or the walking stick who looks exactly like a twig with legs and can escape his birds-of-prey and other prey who will fortunately mistake him for a simple twig. Or a group of bugs found in Africa that form what appears to be a flower to escape the glare of their prey. You reach out to this flower and find that it isn’t a flower at all. Many times I say that pure FACT is stranger than any fiction that can be written.

I’ve written articles on The Paranormal and one entitled No Walls as well. I’m always thinking of this world and how beautiful and mysterious it is. The Power is God or whoever we call our Supreme Leader. I prefer God, Our Lord, Our Father, The Savior. Just think that we can be immediately connected with Him when we pray! In the meantime we have the world and the people, places and things in it. They make us wonder all of the time if we’re thinking people. That feeling that you have done what you are doing at present, sometime before. Or that feeling that someone is coming to the front door and indeed they do. And by the by a Fireman knocked on my door by accident about 30 minutes ago. I had felt that something like that would happen. The feeling that someone has passed from this world and you find that they have. How can we know this? I am Clairvoyant but I don’t use it except for myself. I’m not always that special, many people have the ability to foresee, they just don’t take it seriously. I’m always predicting things or I’m saying things that I have no knowledge that has happened. I can spot the decent from the not-so-decent. Some people say that December born folks such as myself are prone to Clairvoyance because we think so much. So if this is true, I am truly that! I think just too, too much. My thinking can be therapeutic and distressing sometimes but I do think. I have to have mind control however because life can be too disturbing to explore and know everything negative about it. Doctors are wonderful people but I wouldn’t want to know what they know. If I did, I would be diagnosing myself at a rate so alarming, I’d probably just keel over one day from the thoughts!

I worked with a certain young lady once. One of the male Clinicians always said that she and I were the nicest looking ladies on the floor because we were so well-groomed with our hair, nails and neat clothes. We seemed to like a lot of color. This lady was a nurse with loads of property but said that she spent so much money that she was also the brokest and poorest woman in the world, jokingly of course. She had ventured into Real Estate with her former boyfriend whom she said still held a good relationship with for the sake of the property. She was a serious minded young woman. Sometimes we talked. I can’t say that we were friends because I just didn’t really know her, but I found her honest. I have no idea how we got on the paranormal one day but there was something we were talking about with regards to Psychics. I told her that I would never want them to tell me something futuristic that was to happen to me and she said “Those people could be Prophets. I would want to know……” and I shared my experience with the Ouija Board and my sister.

My sister was born with a veil on her face. My mother never explained fully what that meant but she was the Seventh child too. From a child on, she had a gift. She could predict and she could project her thoughts. When we were young adults we met some girls at work who brought a Ouija Board to work. We had never seen or heard of this thing before. Never. This was during the age of Aquarius when the moon was in the Seventh House and Jupiter aligned with Mars….then peace will guide our planet….. Now I used to know what the lyrics to the song Aquarius meant and it meant something back then to know. This was a period of peace though we were dead in the middle of the Viet Nam War…..you walked down the streets of New York and a Hippy just may have given you a nickel or a flower as two did me and races were attempting to know and understand each other. So it must have been a mentally peaceful and stimulating time. We were discovering ourselves. I wore a Natural hairstyle beautifully proudly and went back to school , bought expensive but eclectic clothes, studied Astrology on Thursdays. It was a unique time to grow up.

The Ouija Board was to be a game for it was made by Parker Brothers after all. It was more than a game. Thoughts and predictions could be set to influence and move the pointer to the boarder of letters that ran across the top of the board to spell out the future. Now bear in mind, if I had sat that board from 1969 until now, that pointer would not have moved unless I nodded off and pushed it. I guess that wasn’t the way to showcase my clairvoyance. My sister? Tell you what. One evening we were playing it and it was so eager to respond to her touch that she touched it, took her two hands off , the pointer operated on its own and spelled out something about me that happened to be true.

I look back and wonder why this wasn’t as frightening as it should have been at first. After some months, people were buying the boards because we had ours from the girls at work. But I eventually put that thing down an incinerator. I figured out that this was not God speaking to us and if it was not Him, who could it have been. And then further I wondered if my dear departed sister should have become a Prophet for she had the gift and the gift shaped her life because she always had the gift to know these things but sometimes the world can call you crazy for it. My sister was a girl that men just naturally loved. She had the perfect height, a beautiful slim figure and a head of luxurious hair and dimples played in each cheek. She was also an honor student all through school but refused to get a formal education. She was still irresistible to Hirer’s for she often got elite Jobs in Law and Architectural firms. When she died she had worked for the most prestigious Real Estate firms in our State as a Bookkeeper. So she was no slacker, had a beautiful sense of humor, nice glamorous jobs and people loved her.

The girl that I worked with listened to me that day at lunch and said “You know, I think I understand how you feel now about not wanting to explore the unknown, but I just wish I had someone like that close to me…” It was what she said after that that made a believer out of me even though I had so much to make me believe already. My co-worker had a play brother. They were raised together and he had married a woman that he had also divorced and had custody of their daughter when the daughter was 15. He loved this girl and being afraid of the big city and his daughter acting out with boys, he decided to move her into one of the Suburbs so that she could get a better education in a Public School. I could understand because our town’s schools can get pretty outrageous at times. So he bought a home and it was him and her. Her grades were improving and he made sure that she had a key to get in before he arrived home from work an hour later.

The first time it happened he walked straight to her back room, found the windows shut and her doing her homework. “Who the (bleep) was that” she looked at her father with innocent eyes and said “Who daddy?” as he shot back “That dude that was just in the dining room running into your room” You see, it didn’t matter that the windows were closed in her bedroom even though the young man had ran to her room rather than the back to get out the kitchen door. The father only saw, and that the guy could have been hiding under the bed, in the closet, the pantry…..anywhere. Yet the father could not find him.

This went on a few times more; this person who scattered whenever the father came home. This was the early 2000s and Karl Kani, Sean John, Phat Pharm, Enyce, etc. were all making lively colored casual shirts for Urban Youth who were into that style. I’ll admit myself that I loved that relaxed Urban look from these Designers when it was clean and fresh with the nice jeans and Air Force Ones. The young man wore a lively large striped shirt and black jeans, Air Force Ones probably and was nice and well-groomed. The father and his daughter’s relationship was becoming strained to say the least. There was a guy there even though the father could not prove a thing when he went to search. The father is seeing this guy and cannot find him in a matter of seconds. Unbelievable and disturbing as well. One day, while Dad sat at his desk he decided to call the Real Estate that sold him the home. He was fortunate enough to get the lady, Ms. O’Quinn that had sold him the home. He had to ask her some personal questions about the prior owner of the house. She was gracious enough to have the previous owner call him. She did, within an hour. “Hi” the man said “my name is Mr. Blake and I understand you owned the home before I bought it” the lady was nice and told him “certainly. But I moved when I lost my husband and then my son. I felt that if I moved my son wouldn’t continue to try to get home. He was shot to death just steps away from the house” she said sadly “I want him to be at peace. I think he’s still earthbound” she finished “Ms. Hudson….what did your son look like” and after some though she said “He was handsome, kind of toasty brown-skinned, tall, wore his hair cut real fresh. When he was killed he had on his favorite shirt – it was red, black, yellow, blue stripes on white. Black jeans, with athletic shoes……” “Mrs. Hudson, that’s the young man who I’ve seen in my home, visiting my daughter” There was silence on the line for a long pall “Mrs. Hudson” Mr. Blake said “Oh, I’m so sorry. I thought that my daughter was being fast and I was worried.” “No, she wasn’t. That was Lester. Named him after his father. I’m so sorry. I’m going to pray for his repose. He didn’t want to die. He was a nice guy, mistaken for someone else. The only shooting in that community ever. And he sat at the dining room table all the time to do his homework….” Mr. Blake was speechless. He didn’t believe in ghosts but on the real other hand, how in the world did this woman know the looks and attire of the guy he’d seen in his home without telling the truth? He thought that he should move because now, he was honestly afraid to go back “Trust me Mr. Blake, my son wouldn’t harm a hair on your head. He did the same thing each day; came in from school and did his homework and maybe he’d go to the Y or to the basketball court with pals. He’s very much missed. He was a nice young man. I am going to pray.”

When Mr. Blake came home that evening he saw no signs of the young man, nor the evening after that and no evenings to follow. The son had left for a greater paradise the father felt. His daughter told him that she felt a presence but it didn’t frighten her and that now she felt none at all. The two prayed together.

Yes, fact is far stranger than fiction. Like a pointer on a board moving by itself or a man seeing a youth that left the earth far too soon. Yes, the paranormal will be continued…..

Often the first questions that come to mind when receiving a bid or proposal from any sort of construction contractor is, why is the price so high? Why can't you start immediately? Why do you need a percentage of the money before you finish the work? Well, today I hope to answer these questions and with any luck, make choosing the right contractor a bit easier for you.

Let’s start with the cost of your project

The overall cost or bid price of a customers project is based on many different aspects, not just a common figure they keep in a book. You have to keep in mind that any decent contractor is probably spending hours if not days determining these prices specific to your situation. Are you going for a high end, top of the line finished project or a more common mid range result? Very few quality professionals will go the low end budget route, after all their name is on the project. The materials for any project usually count for 25-50% of the overall cost, the more top of the line the materials are the more critical and expensive its installation becomes.

Another majorly overlooked factor in righting a proposal is the cost of business and company vehicle insurance. Insurance costs vary greatly among contractors, but I’ve personally seen it range from $2000 to $10,000 dollars a year, not to mention the cost of Workman’s compensation benefits, they are based solely on the amount of employees you have and the amount they earn each year.

Next lets talk about those employee wages we mentioned and tools. The wages for a $10.00 dollar an hour full time employee is close to $21,000 dollars a year and that’s about the bottom of the pay scale for hard working professionals in this business. Wages more commonly average $15.00 to $25.00 an hour or $31,000 to $52,000 dollars a year. Then you have tool purchase, maintenance and/or rental, though no customer wants to think of these as their responsibility the bottom line is they’re needed to complete the work, they have to be paid for and in the end everything is paid for out of these contracts.

How about that shop or office your contractor works out of, or those company trucks the employees drive? A decent sized shop with an office can cost a business easily $18,000 dollars a year to keep operational and that’s being quite modest. Company trucks also vary a great deal in cost depending on make and model but a decent work truck will average an easy $6,000 dollars a year, and with the amount of work they’re put through they really are a necessity to not only have but also to keep maintained and in good condition.

A couple more major factors in the price of your project are advertisement cost (t.v. newspaper, website, phone book, fliers and business cards) to name a few and every ones favorite, federal and state tax, that’s right they have to pay them to. Advertisement really depends on the size of the business and how aggressive they choose to advertise, for example my small company spent $4,000 dollars on advertisements last year, but another contractor I know spent well over $20,000 dollars to promote his larger company the same year. As far as tax payment it can easily be 20 – 25% of profit after other deductions, not to much different than anyone else but non the less is still figured in to every proposal.

Last but certainly not least comes the contractors profit. Lets face it nobody works for free, and any self respecting contractor just like anyone else expects to make a decent living off of his work. If his company is consistently working, then chances are he’s worth the cost. That should pretty much wrap up the overall costs of the project, now we will move on to the other possible questions.

Why can’t you start my project immediately?

There are so many different factors that can determine the answer to this question, I wont even try to name them all but would like to mention a few of the major reasons. One of the biggest factors is material availability, there’s no reason to start a project if your waiting on your supplies to be shipped. Sub-contractor availability, if you or your contractor have other companies doing their own specialty work on a project then that must be taken into consideration. Employee availability can often play a major role in the schedule, if your contractor has the employees needed specifically for your project working somewhere else, he can hardly schedule them to start on your work without first finishing up. Lastly I’ll just briefly mention that the weather is also considered when deciding when to begin.

Why are you asking for a percentage of the money before you even start?

I can’t argue it’s a fair question, but it has an equally fair answer. Think of it like this, you chose your contractor based on his previous work or experience, he has a reputation to uphold in order to keep his business operating, if you have chosen a reputable contractor then your investment is safe. Now look at it from his point of view. Chances are he’s never met or even heard of you, he has to start spending money before the project even begins, so why shouldn’t he ask for a percentage on signing, after all he has his own assets at stake he has to do what he can to protect them.

Final thought.

When all of the talking is done and all your proposals are in hand you are almost always going to have at least one low ball, a couple contractors trying to reach for the stars and everyone in between. The only real advice I can give here is research them thoroughly, ask to see job site photos, references and possibly even ask to meet the employees who will actually be working on your project. If you do these things keeping experience in mind you should be able to find the right professional for your project, while still staying in that mid price range.

...no need to run around with a gun all the time ...

The Second Amendment isn’t an absolute right, in my opinion. Rights, generally speaking, are not absolute.

Guns should be kept at home. I don’t see any need to run around with a gun all the time.

It’s true. Absolute rights are simple. Absolute Free Speech means anyone can say anything, anywhere, anytime… An absolute Right to Bear Arms means people can bear any arm, anytime, anywhere… Neither idea is workable, in my opinion.

Some things are so basic they’ve never been recorded as rights, as best I can tell. The Right to Breathe isn’t recorded in the U.S. Constitution. I suppose that’s an absolute right. It’s also an unrecorded right.

The best policy in my opinion is to keep guns home.

The Right to Free Speech is not absolute. It’s easy to think of a facetious example. A person cannot poison a drink, offer it to another, and say “It’s OK. Have a drink.” It’s no defense to say “I was exercising my Right to Free Speech when I made the statement, It’s OK. Have a drink.”

The Right to Bear Arms is similar. It isn’t absolute. I have no Right-to-Fire-A-Cannon-Anytime-I-Choose.

Ever wondered how it feels to be a middle child? Well, this is from a middle child's own point of view.

Have you got an older and younger sibling(s)? If yes, then that makes you a middle child and some people say that there is such thing as “Middle Child Syndrome”, and being one has its own ups and downs, I’ve experienced them myself. You might think that this is all scientific stuff and all that, well folks, sorry to disappoint you but its not. Actually its just an opinion straight out from a middle child who has one older and four younger siblings.

Now, lets start citing the reasons why I hate and sometimes like being one. Being 2nd, 3rd, or nth among 5 or more kids makes you a middle child and one of the most common things that happens to you, whether you like it or not, is getting those ‘hand-me-down’ stuff that your older sibling(s) had before. Those stuffs come in different forms like clothes, toys, shoes, and even some school supplies like books and bags. Your parents always tell you that the family needs to save money that’s why you have to use your brother/sister’s old things. Next is that your parents will always try to compare you to your older sibling and believe me, this sucks especially when he/she does better than you at school, and it’s hard when it seems like your parents always wants you to do the same (although I wasn’t a bad student myself). Third is that whenever you and your older sibling got into a fight, your parents will tell you that you shouldn’t disrespect someone who is older than you, but this rule does not apply to you if you got into a fight with your youngest brother/sister, instead they will reprimand you and tell you that you should’ve atleast try to understand your brother/sister because she is younger than you. Next is that, although I’m not sure if you agree, some people say that parents never give the same amount of attention to their middle kids as much as they do doting on thier first and last borns.

You may or may not agree with what i just wrote but there are still some things that I’ve learned being one. I’ve learned to understand my parents better at an early age. I learned that they let me use my sister’s old things because we can’t really buy stuff all the time and we ned to set our priorities. Next is that I’ve been more patient when it comes to my siblings, I learned how to appreciate them and understand that we are different and there’s really no need for me to fight with them over nonsense things. And last I’ve learned to appreciate my self in every way possible. And since my parents gave a little more attention to my older and younger siblings, I learned how to excel in the things that I do in order for them to know that they can count on me. I am a middle child and I am proud to be one.

A band of pirates is returning from their raid when they are ambushed. Who will win the royal guards or the pirates?

The storm was raging all around me. I thought “the gods must be furious at someone if we are to receive a storm like this!” I finished securing a line. some yelled “look out!” and then followed a loud crack as a rope snapped. my vision blurred by the wind and rain i turned around and saw a beam swinging toward me. I tried to duck but it was to late. It hit me on the head. I collapsed to the deck and lost consciousness.

I awoke to the soft rocking of our ship as the waves softly battered it. I was bellow deck in my sleeping quarters. A crew member must of brought me down last night. My cutlass was beside me along with my flintlock pistol. I armed myself and went above deck. The deck had been cleaned and everything rearranged after the storm. “glad to see you up Alex.” I turned and saw Zack sitting on a barrel. “The gods must of favored the city we ransacked yesterday to send us such a storm.” said Zack. “glad the storm is over” I replied. I scanned the deck and saw the rest of the crew working. “every thing’s back to normal.” I said.

“Royal ship approaching! All hands on deck!” the lookout yelled. I ran to the rail and looked around. I saw a huge ship approaching it seemed to of just appeared out of nowhere. A cannon was fired from our ship. It hit the Royal ship clipping its mast and crippling the ship. Our ship was raising the jolly rodger. we neared the ship. When we were side by side grappling hooks were thrown over and the plank was put on to the other ship. We climbed over yelling a battle cry. Adrenalin was rushing through my body as I landed on the Royal’s ship looking for a fight. A guard rushed me. It was the last thing he did. I ran him through then threw him over board. I charged a guard. He parried my blow and striked with a viscous swing. I ducked the blow and hit him with the butt of my cutlass. He crumpled. I heard a yell. It was Zack and he was surrounded. I fired my flintlock pistol and killed one. That was all zack needed. He slit the other guars throat.

All around me the battle was coming to an end. The ship was ordered to be sunk. I climbed onto my ship and watched as the Royal ship sunk. Slowly the ocean claimed it.
