We are people who live in a lie. A lie of our own self righteousness, whether at an individual, tribal or national level.

The degree of hypocrisy that one possesses is equal to the absolute value of the difference between their beliefs and actions.

Our society keeps us under control, not the government. Laws don’t have to control us anymore, because social standards have conditioned us. It’s all because of our foundations of hypocrisy.

The GOP is defending a system in which the fundamentals of a free market are non-existent. Strangely, they fight against reforms that would help establish consumer choice. Isn’t it ironic? Don’tcha think?

As humans living on earth, we are subjected to to a wide variety of occurrences, both good and bad. Everybody has different ways of coping and dealing with these situations.

A man who is reared in the Jim Crow South (Texas) experiences some of the feelings African-Americans may have experienced during that time. He goes on to experience rich and sometimes rewarding experiences as he grows older but he knows the fight for racial equality has not yet been won.

Questioning the usual eulogies conducted during the wake and interment of a dead person. Everyone knows the hypocrisy of this practice. At our age where conventions are questioned and thrown aside, it is hoped that man will now respect the dead more honestly than the conventional eulogy.

The problem with religion is people. People are imperfect and engage in hypocrisy, while preaching against that which they are, themselves, guilty.
