In May 2007, Bonoli Guiliano wrote an article entitled, “Time Matters: Postindustrialization, New Social Risks, Welfare State Adaptation in Advanced Industrial Democraties.” His article and thesis seem genuine and well substantiated, more importantly they draw upon common sense; though, he does seem to ignore the aspect of globalization to a certain degree.
