Weed is not as harmful as other drugs so it should be legal.

Weed, Cannabis, Marijuana – whatever you may want to call it, but either way this drug should not be illegal!

Smoking tobacco has killed millions over the years, it is toxic and contains nictoine that makes you become addicted. Cannabis does not have toxins that make your lungs go black (tar), it does not have all carcinogens that give you cancer, and it does not have a substance that makes you addicted to it. So why on earth is Cannabis illegal?

Drinking alcohol also kills thousands. Drink driving, a drunken brawl in the pub or just a drunken mishap. Yet both of these are sold worldwide and are one of the biggest imports. There have been NO reported deaths from the use of Cannabis.

I know that there are many people out there who still smoke Cannabis and they shouldnt have to be in fear of being caught. It loosens you up makes you feel good, but does not kill you or make you do stupid things that could lead to your death. If it did not loosen you up why would it be used medically? Its a pain depressent, a pick up drug, the world would be a better place if people could blaze up with no worry of being caught.

In this article I write about the respect for all people by Republicans and our compassion through wanting an economy that serves everyone.

It is apparent that the news media wants republicans to appear uptight, angry, and unsympathetic to the plight of members of the homosexual lifestyle. We all know that Obama and the liberal news walk in concert. Therefore, we can expect that Obama and the liberal news will continue to beat this homosexual marriage issue till the election.

It is not in our interest to let them set the conversation and debate. I say that our response should be that we respect all people. In addition, we say that if we offer a different point of view it is because we care and we want people to have the same quality of life we have been fortunate enough to have in our lives.

People always think disagreement means persecution and condemnation. We who believe in traditional values are trying to help people achieve a great personal life experience with our contribution to the conversation.

The reality is that everything carries the justice of God. Just because a person does not believe in God does not mean that Gods does not exist.

In addition, there are always going to be consequence to a person when he or she is out of the righteousness of God. An eternity in hell is the eternal destination to all who do not accept Christ as their Lord and Savior and do not follow the “voice of God”, i.e. the bible.

By telling you the expectation of God I am not telling you my self-created religion. I am telling you what the God smart and powerful enough to create a universe told his prophets to document in the Bible.

Now you may disagree with us about God, creation, and Salvation. Disagreeing with me is okay and acceptable. However, your disagreement does not disprove God or invalidate my belief system.

Furthermore, it must be noted that we-people of traditional values-are not motivated by hate and violence. We are motivated by concern. I do not want anyone to suffer an eternity in Hell.

Now, you may say keep your bias religion to yourself. I will abide by your request. It is not my job to harass people until they agree with me. I am only expected to make a good effort at delivering the evangelical message to a person.

Republicans do not show annoyance, anger, or signs of being upset when interviewed by the news media. Report that because conservatives care we want to get the American economy working again with low taxes, low regulation, and low government spending in order for there to be opportunities for everyone in order for them to have the life they want.

I believe we are being compassionate by wanting to help people avoid drug addiction, teen-age pregnancy, incarceration, unemployment, and other social stressors with employment opportunities and respect for individual freedoms. It is Obama who is being cruel with people for getting their hopes up and not following through with any real policy initiatives. All Obama said was that he agreed with the promoters of homosexual marriage agenda. Obama did not say he, as president, was going to work to guarantee homosexual marriage through passing legislation. Obama and his democrats when they were in charge of the presidency and congress did not initiate any “illegal immigration reforms”. It appears Obama and his kind just wants political support for saying they agree with people but not actually passing any laws.

Mr. Mitt Romney and Republicans want a healthy economy that serves everyone and respect for individual rights. It is Obama who through a bureaucracy has interfered with religious people’s faith by ordering Churches and religious groups to provide abortion and birth control to its members.

Now, we all know that Obama has been a miserable failure. The US is 7 trillion dollars more in debt thanks to Obama and unemployment has not improved. The lowering the of the unemployment rate because Americans have given up looking for work is not an improvement. This reality is a shameful embarrassment for Obama and the democrats.

There is your lack of compassion. Obama has burdened all of us with his wasteful spending and he has made it impossible to find gainful employment.

Therefore, Republicans learn the language of compassion through the positive and optimistic value of having a successful economy. I reiterate that when Republican, conservative, and traditional values person is questioned about homosexual marriage just state that because you care you want to share the philosophy that has led you to a great life experience. Then quickly reinforce the idea of caring by wanting to create and American economy that serves everyone.

How can anyone obtain a law degree in the US if they are an illegal?
The Dirty Hands component of law says they cannot. If that law is
found unconstitutional, a lot of cases tossed out of court can go back to
court. Drug buyers can be freed. People buying stolen merchandise can get their merchandise back from the police. Wow.

The current amazement about illegals and the law:
Once the Florida Supreme Court licenses somebody to be a lawyer, they’re putting their stamp of approval on that person. Why would let his client sit the exam if they did not intend to give him a license. It just seems the university messed up; it seems unfair after he’s complied with every valid rule not to just go ahead and admit him to the bar and leave to the immigration service whether he is complying with immigration, he said. The possibility that undocumented immigrants could receive law licenses doesn’t sit well with me or other logical people.

The policy ought to be someone who doesn’t have the right to be in the United States shouldn’t be admitted to the bar, period, said a Washington think tank that supports tighter immigration controls.

This is trying to steal a base. In other words, they’re trying to skip over the debate over whether people in his situation should get legalized. It’s one more way of trying to create legalization.

Cesar Vargas, an illegal immigrant from Mexico who has passed the bar exam and is in the process of applying for his law license in New York, has started a group, the Dream Bar Association, to advocate for people in his position. Membership numbers about two dozen, and includes those interested in going to law school to those who have passed the bar.

We’re basically throwing the judicial branch into the immigration debate … through our cases, he said.

In California, Sergio Garcia, 35, an illegal immigrant, has been awaiting a decision since he passed the bar exam in 2009. Because the admissions process is confidential, neither Garcia nor the bar could speak about his application, though a bar spokeswoman said the application for admission doesn’t require citizenship.

The idea of an undocumented immigrant working as a lawyer in the U.S. is preposterous.

The rule of federal immigration law should focus on making themselves legal as opposed to bypassing the law.
Admission should be done on a case-by-case basis, taking into account whether a specific applicant has met the moral character test of the application.

Imagine this– I gather 50,000 buddies and we jump over the fence in Southern Arizona and go to Mexico. We walk to the capital in Mexico City and we DEMAND equal rights! We demand to be on the ballots, to be given free education, to be given driver’s licenses, to be able to rent or buy anywhere, to force the newspapers and media to
speak English. We will park where we want, and basically call ourselves legal residents and make every claim that we can. We will demand jobs, demand social security and demand to be treated equally. We will be Americans
and act like Americans while we demand things from all Mexican municipalities. We will convince all national transits to the US to not bother. Jump the fence! Bore through the fence. Go to jail, fill it up. Then, protest
for more rights!

Does any of that seem absurd, silly, sad?

How about: Hey undocumented–[no English, thus, ILLEGAL]

You are battling-fighting the wrong people. YOU are from Mexico –which you supposedly love–and you want more for your family–badly enough to risk prison. YOUR battle is with the different municipalities and federal government in Mexico; it has nothing to do with the U.S.! In the US, we have OUR customs and cultures; and the first one is,
we speak English. We have birth certificates that show a birth in the US. We attended US schools. We understand American cultures and American values–our values do NOT include ignoring our laws, jumping over national fences, and DEMANDING rights from other nations. Or ignoring tourist visas…When we visit Mexico, we stop at the border and fill out tourist visa data–I have done so a few times when I visited. I respected] Mexican law enough to follow Mexican laws. Why do you, undocumented whatever you are, ignore US laws? You even
demand services in Spanish! You demand the right to drive. You demand this and that. And yet, you consider
yourselves moral, ethical and law abiding. ARE you on drugs? Are you betting a friend that you can make
a complete idiot of yourself and then, complain to Americans and demand equality–when you violate dozens of our
laws and NOT care!

YOU do not wish to be compared to murderers, rapists, thieves and more. If you do not like those comparisons, then, return to Mexico and enter the US LEGALLY. It is as simple as that.

Imagine if our citizens risked jail and lined up near the lake and small walls and shot at you! Imagine a US citizen shooting even at the border patrol which does not stop the flow. What if US citizens put land mines
near the fence? We would not need border patrols–cross where not legal, blown up!

Just wondering.

Synthetic marijuana is marketed as a cheap way to get a legal marijuana-like high. But health experts say it is "way more" than marijuana and is "very dangerous."

Antidrug activists are concerned by the rising use of manmade drugs known as synthetic marijuana, which purport to be a legal way to a herbal high but are actually dangerous chemical concoctions that are banned in many states.

The drugs, often sold in gas station and convenience stories under names like “K-2” and “Spice,” are known to cause bouts of paranoia and agitation, as well as psychosis. Some teens have coined the term “couch lock” to describe one effect – an inability to move despite being conscious.

“This is nasty, evil, and very scary stuff,” says Nancy Knott, a drug counselor with Scripps Alcohol and Treatment Center in La Jolla, Calif. She relates a recent episode in which one teen considered himself to be Christ Jesus and could not be dissuaded.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say that 1 in 9 high school seniors has tried the drugs. Calls to poison centers about the drugs rose from 2,900 in 2010 to 7,000 in 2011 and hit 1,200 in the first two months of 2012.

Makers produce chemicals synthetically and then spray them onto dry herbs and plants, hoping to mimic the appearance of marijuana. The chemicals are three to five times more potent than the THC found in marijuana, “leading to symptoms including loss of consciousness, paranoia, and occasionally, psychotic episodes,” says Tod Burke, a professor of criminal justice at Radford University in Virginia.

As of March 2011, 20 states had imposed bans and additional legislation is pending in 37 states, Professor Burke says.

Synthetic marijuana makers have tried to stay ahead of law enforcement by constantly altering their products chemically, replacing banned substances with new ones that have similar properties. This has lured workers searching for ways to get high but also pass drug tests, as well as teens seeking the latest “new high.”

“It’s easy for entrepreneurs in US labs or overseas to manipulate the molecular structure and come back with another product promising the same kinds of highs,” says Grant Smith of Drug Policy Alliance.

Counselor Ms. Knott says that a generation of parents who smoked pot in the 1960s and ’70s are partly responsible for rising use. They are allowing their kids to smoke marijuana “because we did” – but aren’t aware of the highly detrimental effects of the new synthetics.

“They see this stuff around and think it’s just marijuana,” says Knott. “So their kids are using it, and their kids’ friends – and then they find out after it’s too late that it was way more than marijuana.”

Kids are emboldened by this permissiveness, she adds: “The kids figure their parents were experimenters back in the day, and so why shouldn’t we be?”

They are also looking for ways to manage rising stress levels, says Elizabeth Dowdell, associate professor in the college of nursing at Villanova University in Pennsylvania. “In today’s world many teens and young adults have higher stress and anxiety levels than those of previous generations,” she says. “They are looking for something that is cheap and easy to get to give a high that numbs them to the stress and/or anxiety of their world.”

Marijuana advocates are quick to say marijuana is safer.

“The sad thing is that many people use these substances because they are afraid of the criminal penalties for marijuana,” says Morgan Fox, spokesman for the Marijuana Policy Project. “If we would simply allow adults to use marijuana in a regulated, controlled framework, the market for these potentially dangerous synthetic substances would vanish overnight and there would be no one left to sell them to teens.”

For now, the answer to synthetic marijuana is “education, education, education of teens, teachers, nurses, doctors, parents,” says Ms. Dowdell, via e-mail.

Others agree.

“Kids need to learn that these are very dangerous,“ says Christina Hantsch, head of toxicolcogy at the Loyola University Medical Center. “They tell me they would never try cocaine or heroin because they are too dangerous, and yet they are willing to try these, which can be far worse.”

A realistic view on the war on drugs.

War On Drugs

The United States has a lot of issues that need to be dealt with, some with greater importance. Our Economy is slowly declining, our prisons are gradually growing, and people are beginning to notice the effects of decisions that our government makes. I have been researching the United States drug policy for not only the past few weeks, but for the past couple of years, it is interesting and enraging at the same time. The cost of the war on drugs is astounding, considering the tiny if any effect it has on the use and availability of drugs. Our prisons are overcrowded and thousands of people die every year due to the illegal drug trade. We need a change in our current drug policy and we are the ones who can help.

There were over 1,633,000 people arrested In 2009 for non-violent drug charges according to the team at drugpolicy.org. With such overcrowded prisons we let violent criminals serve a shorter sentence to make way for non-violent offenders, it’s just not right. We can’t forget about the massive amounts of money it takes to clothe and feed the prisoners, as well as the cost to maintain jails and prisons. Last year alone the United States government spent over fifty-one billion dollars on fighting this so called war on drugs, which, the more I learn about it, the more it seems like a war on American and Mexican citizens than a war on drugs.

Author Tony Newman of the USA Today newspaper writes on December 29, 2008, U.S. prisons are exploding with non-violent drug offenders, thousands die from drug prohibition violence along the border and drugs remain as plentiful and easy as ever to get. On the Mexican side of the border, gory tales of the drug war’s consequences dominate the daily headlines. This year, more Mexicans have died due to drug prohibition than have American service members in Iraq since the war started. Mexicans and Americans should question whether President Felipe Calderon and President Bush’s “war on drugs” is worth it. Although there are some compelling reasons drugs should remain illegal, we should at least begin an honest discussion about the root causes of the violence and the range of options to deal with the harm of drugs and their prohibition. It is clear that the strategy of the past 40 years is not working.

Tony Newman is absolutely right, it’s horrible how many people die every year because of drug prohibition, a lot of them are completely innocent people being murdered by the financing that drug cartels have due mostly because of us, the American people. In 2009 Juarez, Mexico, which is the epicenter of the whole drug war, had 2,650 murders resulting from drug cartels. I do not favor legalization, Although I believe we need to recognize that this has never been a drug-free society and never will be, so let’s stop pretending. Let’s even stop trying to get closer to a drug-free society and instead just accept that drugs are here to stay. Then we can focus on reducing the harm both of drug use and of drug prohibition. An ideal strategy would reduce the negative consequences of both.

So what can we all do to help rid ourselves of this damaging policy? Signing petitions for a sensible drug policy reformation is an easy option to help out and only takes a few seconds. There are plenty of online petitions out there and you will be able to find one that suits your likes quite easily. After you sign your name on a petition you can also donate money to organizations who help to fight the current drug policy. Some of the biggest organizations are American Civil Liberties Union, Drug Policy Alliance, and NORML.

We can’t just let it pass by and leave our children with the responsibility to clean up this mess that has been going on for too long, we have to do something about it, starting today. Drug reform laws are some long roads to travel down and can scare many people, you have the information needed to help change America and the countries effected by current drug policies. We can better the lives of many people, all we have to do is take the initiative to do so.

Some people or group of people think that internet user is one of their easiest prey. They try every thing to cheat you. Some websites are also doing this to cheat their members. We must know some ways to protect ourselves from such persons or sites.

Phishing sites.

Phishing is some thing that is, done by someone to know your personal information by tricking you to believe some thing in a false manner. This is, done mostly through emails, which appear like real and sent from authentic sources, which are actually, fabricated and look alike from a bank or financial institutes of repute.

In fact, these emails are only traps to catch you unaware and take your entire data. Mostly they use a link to click by the receiver of the mail that takes the person to a site that looks authentic. There the particular person is, asked to feed his private data as if real procedure of that particular site requires in actual. The member does it in good faith and looses wherever he/she has i that particular account is there to loose. That includes money as well as his/her private security including passwords etc.

Therefore, this is not advisable to click on an attachment if that kind of a mail, which one finds, evens a slightest of suspicious nature.

http://www.us-cert.gov/nav/report_phishing.html

Then there are some sites, which are legal but some times stop paying to its members for different reasons. We must Report such Illegal activities on the Internet in place of keeping mum and giving other sites a chance to game some other people who spend a lots of their time to make them rich to get poorer in the end.

There is one such website Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). This site is a combination of The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and IC3 that provides a platform to make complaints where Internet related crimes are committed. Visit this site to check details please.

Is marijuana truly illegal?

Want to Earn Money? visit: http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=7700153239116764657#allposts and start today For FREE!

“You are beneath arrest for the possession of Marijuana a controlled substance, you have the appropriate to stay silent, and something you say and do will be held against you in the court of law. Do you understand your rights?”

Does this sound familiar to you? Well stopping this from happening wouldn’t have been that hard if, you had no intention of selling the weed, and if you had no intentions of delivering the weed. (In diverse states the law alterations so appear up in your state the statue about Marijuana.)

I know your thinking that it doesn’t matter they discovered the weed I am busted, but that would be the response from some a single who doesn’t know their rights. Let me explain,

It is not illegal to have marijuana on you or in your automobile as extended as your not going to sell it or deliver it, and you simple explain this to the cop who discovered this and say “Yes I have marijuana, but according to the state statue (which you must keep in your glove box with you registration) it is only illegal to sell, or deliver or have the intent to do so with this substance and I was not undertaking any of those issues, and additionally if you do nevertheless proceed to arrest me, it will be beneath protest and duress.”And if you back up to when you were initial pulled more than ask yourself, “did you ask the officer concerns that he was asking you? For example, when he says “Do you know how rapidly you were going?” you must say “ a safe speed why?”
He will then ask for your drivers license and registration, give it to him but say this “Here you go, but just so you know I am not for employ and I am not in commerce which are the grounds that you are pulling me more than on so as soon as your done looking at that am I free to go?” if he must say no, which is most likely you could say “ Could you tell me what law states that I have to stay against my will, and are you intending to infringe on my contentment?” if he must say, which he will, “ Some state statue blah, blah, blah say’s that I can blah, blah ,blah and you have to blah, blah, blah.” Then you could say “ It is to my information that what you have just told me is a statue not a law and by you failing to offer me with a Lawful Law I feel I must be free to go.”
No cop is going to let you go without having a fight your only defense is yourself if you consent to them you are bending more than and letting the fuck you literally, if they study rights and you consent you have just offered them power more than you, when in reality you have power more than them. You only feel you don’t since they are intimidating and threatening. Bear in mind Generally ASK concerns, if they ask you a question make their question into your question put the cards in your hand!!!

And if you nevertheless wind up in the county jail house, which you might, as soon as you get out you must write an affidavit stating your case and claiming your innocence, also explain the events that unfolded when you were arrested. (if the officers hand in on his gun at any point that can be regarded a threat to you as a individual and you can use that in your defense, also if the cop is out of uniform you can use to, for any cop in street clothes and not in full uniform is regarded impersonating authority and is illegal if you know your rights.) Take your affidavit to the circuit courts and have it notarized and put in the method, odds are you won’t even go to court. Bear in mind to involve the state statue and how it doesn’t apply to you and that is for two causes, a single it isn’t Lawful Law , and you didn’t have any intent of undertaking something they’ve outlined in their statue. Excellent Luck

The history of marijuana.

Marijuana, cannabis, reefer, pot, Mary Jane. There are so many names for it but almost everyone knows what it is. Most people have tried it at least once in their life but how did it come about? When did it first start being used? Well here is the history of marijuana. I’ve researched this topic for almost a week now and I am amazed by how far back marijuana use goes.

The first documented marijuana use was in China in the year 2737 BC. It was used as a medical treatment. Shen Nung claimed that marijuana was great for gout, malaria, and believe it or not absent mindedness. The use of marijuana spread quickly into India then to North Africa and by the year 500 AD it was in Europe. It’s believed that the first fabrics were made of hemp.

By the 1200’s marijuana use had spread greatly. Its use was documented in the Middle East. It was popular among the Arab Muslims. The Muslims were forbidden to drink alcohol so many of them smoked cannabis.

Pot was first introduced to America in 1545 by the Spanish, when they came to the new world. In 1611 the English brought marijuana to Jamestown. It quickly became a popular commercial crop as well as tobacco. They discovered that it was a great source of fiber. In the year 1876 the sultan of Turkey gave marijuana to the US as a gift.

The first person to push for marijuana to become illegal was Harry Anslinger. He claimed that reefer made white women seek sexual relations with negros and claimed that marijuana was the most violence causing drug in the history of the United States. Marijuana became illegal in the US in 1937 when the marijuana tax law went into effect. The first conviction for selling marijuana was received by 58 year old Samuel R Caldwell. He was charged on October 2, 1937, the day the marijuana tax act went into effect. He was fined and sentenced to 4 years. He then died the year after his release.

One of the most controversial debates of the 20th and 21st centuries... MJ is about to get legal in some American states!

This recently on the news:

“Efforts to legalize marijuana for recreational use are gaining momentum in Washington state and Colorado, despite fierce opposition from the federal government and a decades-long cultural battle over America’s most commonly used illicit drug.”

My question is simple: why is it illegal in the first place? It’s a tree – a plant – just like many other plants that grow naturally all over the world! I mean, the Cacao is a naturally growing plant also, and it is the prime raw material for chocolate – they didn’t make that one illegal! The Palm is the source for all kinds of products used all over the world – saw palmetto, palm oil, coconut; they didn’t make that illegal either! And then there is tobacco, allegedly killling thousands of human beings all over the world every single hour, and even after sixty-some years since the fight has begun they still haven’t been able to get the proper legislation to make that illegal!!!

MJ isn’t even addictive, you know! I smoked the darned thing for the greater part of six years – loved the “high” too – but when I quit, it was cold-turkey. Wish I could say the same for nicotine, though. Now THAT darned thing is legal all over the world, but dropping people like flies in a chemical gas chamber! Hooked to it for almost twenty years and been off of it for the most part of five… and I’m still having trouble keeping a straight face when I see someone smoking on TV, or a catch a whiff of it in a public place.

But I ain’t asking them to illegalize tobacco – absolutely not! It’s a natural product and folks can do with it what they like! In a similar way, I’m saying “pot,” “MJ,” “Mary-J,” “Mary-Jane,” or just plain marijuana ain’t supposed to be illegal either. In any case, if you make it legal, you run the Mexican and Colombian drug cartels out of business faster than you can sing “Because I Got High!”

If you think I’m right, how about you click “Like,” and if you think I’m wrong, why don’t you say it in the comment section below? I’d like to know why you think one of God’s greatest gifts to humanity should be made illegal by us.

The internet sheep believe that SOPA and PIPA Bills infringe their liberty and freedom, what about the liberty of the developers, film makers or music makers – Does that not matter?

SOPA and PIPA - Yet another Cause for the Bandwagon Protesters to Adopt

In the future, when historians look back at the early 21st century. They will come to refer to the time as the Bandwagon Protester movement.

There is no doubt that the Arab Spring is a worthwhile movement to follow and support. However, what I find most annoying are the insignificant and selfish quasi movements.

At the end of 2011 we were almost duped into falling for the Occupy movement. If you are a little unsure about this one – I will remind you. It is a group of white middle class people, the men usually have dreadlocks protesting about I think, Capitalism, whilst drinking Starbucks coffee and coordinating the protest with their Dell laptop or Blackberry. I say I think they are protesting about Capitalism, because they are not really sure themselves. There is also something about the richest 1% and globalisation attached to it as well.

I don’t understand the idiots who decide to protest about Capitalism, it is something that has existed since our ancestors first started trading. Without Capitalism, the modern world as we know it would not exist.

What is wrong with some people being richer than the majority? We all strive to be successful, wealthy and in possession of a better quality of life. To then complain when others achieve this stinks of bitterness and jealousy – GROW UP!!

So this brings us nicely onto SOPA and PIPA – yet another cause that the misinformed and sheep like majority have decided to jump on. These two Bills, have now been suspended – No idea why.

There appears to be a growing number of people who use the internet that believe that they are entitled to everything – This being classified information, illegal downloaded music or films, pirated software and whatever else one get for nothing. Not only do these people believe that they should get everything for free, they also believe that their opinions are relevant or important.

Collectively we seemed to have lost the power to rationalise or to see the other side of an argument. Millions of dollars are spent developing or making music, film or software. Surely there should be laws in place to protect against piracy and allow the developers to profit from their endeavours… Well there are. Piracy laws do exist, but are flouted and ignored by all of us once we go online. Because of the continued disregard of piracy laws, it was felt that dedicated Bills had to be brought in.

The internet sheep believe that these Bills infringe their liberty and freedom, what about the liberty of the developers, film makers or music makers – Does that not matter?

Wikipedia and Google are the biggest names to voice concern over these proposed Bills. I find the concerns of Google to be quite disgusting as they make millions advertising illegal downloading, file sharing and free software sites whenever you use the search engine.

I have a rule of thumb. If the majority are following something – I choose the minority vote.

Remember also – there are still people starving in the world, without any form of education or medical care – is it really important if SOPA and PIPA ever go through?

Finally, if you disagree with my views – form a protest group, I am sure some arsehole will join.
