In my latest book it is revealed how to live out your passion, this is an excerpt.

The saddest lives are lived by those who never fully realize their potential in this world, seemingly sleeping, continuing to struggle against the river’s flow, refusing to look deep inside where all of the answers truly are. We each came into this world in a state of joy, learning how to leave this behind, and forever reaching out to try to regain that which was lost. You and I are so much more than meets the eye, because we are filled with all that we need. You are complete as you are, in realizing you full potential you will lift the world up to greater heights. If you do not find you full worth you will have deprived the world of your greatness, in a sense leaving a void behind you that no other could ever fill. Fulfill your greatness and play your part, for in doing so you will help the entire world in ways beyond the imagination.

So many people nowadays complain that they lack imagination; why not try something?

Imagination- I bet you all know what it is; the simple visualisation of something in your mind, having a brilliant idea that no one ever had before, seeing things others don’t even dream of- this is imagination.

How to obtain it? easy enough… But first we must know how it works: The imagination is the creation, the visualisation of extraordinary, or even common things inside your head. The funny thing about imagination is that you don’t need images, you don’t even need a starting point, it just pops inside your head. So in order to obtain it you must not use pre- established images like movies or theatres. Try something that lacks visual images, like listening to music, or even reading, but books with no images. That will make you imagine how the characters look like, how they feel, what they act like.

Another method, used by children mostly, is to combine things that you find common into extraordinary things. Ever thought why your children are scared of the monster in the wardrobe? Try adding teeth to a clothes- hanger, maybe some feathers from a bird you saw the other day, flashy eyes like your car’s lights and voila! a monster that would terrorize any infant. The point is to create your own images inside your head.

Try it! It isn’t that hard!

Children have forgotten this and it is partly society's fault for having allowed it.

How many kids still know how to “play”?

When you say play to kids today, they will do so by bringing out their PSPs or sitting down in front of a computer. More often than not, this is what most kids do nowadays and it’s just sad and pathetic.

Whatever happened to active play?

There was a time when children played and played for real. They went outside; they filled parks and playgrounds. They had backyard baseball or basketball games. They ran around in games of tag, engaged in hide and seek, skipped in hopscotch and jump-roped. They came home, all scruffy and dirty and smelly but they were alert and alive and brimming with stories or brags about what they did with their playmates.

They had imagination. That was the best thing. They took ordinary things from nature or their immediate surroundings and created their own magical worlds of make-believe and fantasy. They could become princesses or prim little mistresses at tea, soldiers or knights fighting dragons and explorers discovering new lands.

Whatever happened to that kind of “play”?

Now, most, though not all, kids are surly little creatures who prefer being cooped up inside rooms with their gadgets. They won’t even talk to their parents. They don’t get enough exercise and are weak. They are bombarded with too much media and they just receive everything they see and hear with no discrimination whether these be good or bad. I am not saying that the gadgets they play with are bad. It is okay for them to keep up with the trends of the society but just the same, the use and preoccupation with these should be balanced as well so as to make allowances for other meaningful activities that will help them become well-rounded beings.

They have forgotten the real meaning and magic of childhood. Maybe we can do something about this. Let us teach them how to play—play for real.

Reinforce a positive outcome you desire.

I want you to take a few moments to imagine something you really want to happen and then use your imagination to follow it through it in your mind’s eye. What is it you are dreaming about? Who is involved? How does it play out? Now let’s think about the direction your imagination took. Did you focus on the positive aspects of your dream or did you end up thinking about the things that could go wrong?

If you found that you had a constructive mental process, friend, my hat goes off to you! On the other hand, if your imagination turned your dream into a disaster, let’s think about why that happened. First off, I don’t want you to be down on yourself. You might be surprised at how many of us are in the habit of imagining the worst as opposed to the best, unless our thoughts are directed differently.

It is said that the energy flows, where the attention goes, friend, and this is the key to getting positive results in any situation. When you can actually visualize exactly what it is that you want, you fuel the energy of your creation by seeing all the wonderful aspects of it coming into reality. You can see yourself experiencing your desire in detail, imagining the events, sights, smells, and feelings around it. And, if a negative thought creeps in, you can simply erase it, replacing it with thoughts of what you want to have happen instead.

In addition to visualizing, other things can help reinforce a positive outcome you desire. For example, you could keep a daily journal and write what you desire to have happen in your life. This is a very good way to keep your focus. Another technique is to make a picture page with images of what you want, along with good things that are part of your dream. You can cut out photos from magazines or draw pictures. When your little poster is completed, put your page somewhere you will see it frequently. Just seeing these visual suggestions regularly will stimulate your imagination.

Friend, by making a point to imagine on a regular basis the positive things you want to bring your way, you will draw wonderful things into your life with surprising frequency. Not only will you experience more success in your life, but you will also feel more confident and in charge of your own destiny and that is my goal for you!

In 1865, Ann Maria Reeves Jarvis organized Mothers Day Meetings where mothers could exchange ideas on current issues.

Her daughter Anna Marie Jarvis is known as the founder of today’s Mother’s Day.

12 of May 1907 in Grafton, on Sunday after the second anniversary of her mother’s death, she founded the Memorial Mothers Day Meeting.

She expressed her love for deceased mother with 500 white carnations that she shared to other mothers in the local church.

She devoted to the initiative to establish an official national holiday in honor of mothers, writing letters to politicians, businessmen, priests, and women’s organizations.

Her hard work finally paid off in 1914 when President Woodrow signed a resolution to declare Mother’s Day as an official holiday in the United States.

In 1909 mothers in 45 U.S. states celebrated Mother’s Day.

Mother’s Day is not only reserved for the mother, but for grandmothers, aunts, sisters and all those who are called “Mom.” They all deserve a little token of appreciation and a sense that they are special to someone. So do not forget them when you devise your own special gift.

What we propose here is that Dad and the kids spend time together having fun and making gifts for Mother’s Day 2012. It doesn’t have to be expensive, but it can be beautiful and heartfelt. We know that the gifts that you create is actually the most important and most beautiful.

Here are some creative ideas for gifts:

The Pot of love

Children can plant her favorite flower and decorate the pot as they like. Let your imagination work. When decorating, use acrylic water-based paints that are suitable for use on all types of materials.

The book of love

This year, Dad and kids can start a new tradition and buy a notebook. Beginning with this year, every Mother’s Day, write something in a notebook for mom. Text can be converted into a real story that has a personalized element. Have the kids stick family photos, add a little color and a little glitter for decoration or they can draw what you they fee for mom. Every child can leave a message to mom.

Art book

Your children certanly created many of works of art. But instead of standing in a drawer or pasted to the wall, consider to collect them and put them in “artbook”. It can be a great gift for mom on Mother’s Day. Children can make cover in a thick paper or cardboard. On the homepage you can also paste pictures of dad and kids.

“Best Mom” Diploma

Kids often pick diplomas in various events while mom rarely gets it, and we all agree that she definitely deserves it. Just take a hard paper or cardboard, draw a mom in the middle, around her heart and other ornaments, and write: “To the best mom ever”. This is just an example. You can write something that she is specially god at.

T-shirt “Best Mom in the World”

Or “My mom cooks the best”, “Most Beautiful Mom in the neighborhood”, “Only one mom”. For the preparation of printing you will need a knowledge of computer programs for image processing. After the children draw a sketch, drawings are scanned and transferred into digital format. In Photoshop, add text to a drawing and send it or bring it to a print studio along with the shirt and order a print on the shirt.

What more can I give her?

Give Mom a day off. You can clean the house and wipe the dust bin. Make her lunch or dinner or food that he likes, and you have together prepared just for her.

Buy her favorite magazine and let her lay on a couch to rest. Cook her coffee, give her back or foot massage. Children can prepare her bath. Do a little home spa or wellness.

And of course, congratulate her her day with a kiss, a hug, and at least one flower. This is anyway the only thing that moms want.

What is important to do or maintain when we try to realize a shared fantasy as a couple?

There is no doubt that fantasies contribute greatly to our pleasure, can add pepper and passion and break the routine. It is great and stimulating to fantasies alone and you might even be able to fulfill some on your own. In the previous article I mention the 5 things most people do not know about sexual fantasies. However, the question is of course: Is it possible to realize this fantasy as a couple without influencing our relationship for the worse? Can we as a couple, survive the “extra” we added to our sex life, what if not? And this is a very big and problematic ”if”.

Some can, most are not strong enough

True, there are those who fulfill their fantasies and do so with a lot of common and mutual pleasure. However, there are also many pairs that fulfill a fantasy that could complicate, or even damage their relationship. In short, there are emotional results which are difficult to predict, and then above all, feelings are involved here which is hard for us to control.

My recommendation is if you think about implementing a fantasy, first fantasize it together with your spouse, and then try to pay attention to whether, following the will to implement it, are also fears, doubts or unpleasant emotions, for if so, skip the realization and continued to fantasize.

Some fantasies will not be realize.

The triple fantasy

Some couples who want to fulfill a fantasy of triplets, for example, assuming that it will add variety and spices in their relationship, especially in sexual matters. The problem is that it is rarely true. For the most part, fantasy trio can get the couple to unforeseen complications, so if you are already thinking about implementing such a fantasy in reality, you should really go for it only out of a healthy and strong relationship, and not from a position of trying to ‘cure’ a problematic or destructive relationship.

There are not many couples who have a relationship strong and stable enough to realize a fantasy without risking the negative consequences that may come in its wake. If you belong to one of those lucky couples, strong and stable couples, why would you want to risk it? It is better that you focus on each other and fight monotony and routine by your creativity, together.

Entering a third party into the relationship can easily undermine the intimacy and hurt it, which is exactly the opposite of what your relationship needs when you are trying to insert variety to stimulate it. What needed to improve and stimulate sex between couples is to first improve and deepen the intimacy between you.

Realizing the sexual fantasy

If you have decided to realize your fantasy you must be mature. In order for you to experience the fulfillment the fantasy while reducing the risk of destroying the relationship, your relationship must be strong, healthy and stable. It must be based on open communication, you must know one another over time, and be aware of the wishes and needs of your partner.

It is highly recommended that you set limits that you both agree about in advance, limits you will be comfortable with them. Try to find out what you expect from each other, during and after the meeting.

It is important to be able to talk about feelings such as jealousy and fear in an open, forthright and mature discussion when they rise. All details, all the rules, restrictions and concerns should be discussed between you before heading to realized a fantasy. In the meantime make sure to fantasias with a smile, pleasure, creativity, desire, and without limits – and of course enjoy it!

Are sexual fantasies a habit of sexually frustrated people? What women fantasize on and what men fantasize about? All you need to know about our wet dreams.

95% of us do it. However, 25% of us are ashamed of it. I am talking about sexual fantasies, and it happens in all the heads and minds around us, since the biggest sex organ is the brain. Fantasy is a wonderful tool for developing our sexuality and deepens the intimate communication and openness between partners. It adds sparks to our life, and significantly helps in “routing breaking”.

Here are 5 things you did not know about sexual fantasies:

1. People that fantasize are having more sex

Clinically, the absence of sexual fantasies means a loss of sexual desire. Are sexual fantasies a habit of sexually frustrated people? Not at all. Today it is clear that fantasizing is healthy, and people who have fantasize are having more sex, more frequently and in a larger number of positions than their lack of imagination fellows. In fact, nowadays having sexual fantasies is considered so normal that people that do not have them are considered non-normal.

2. There is no fantasy that is not “OK”

The great thing about the fantasy world is that they are fantasies, which means: no fantasy “right” and no fantasy is “wrong”, they are all just fictions in your head. What makes the difference – is what you do with the fantasy, do you fulfill it or not?

A lot of people are feared of their spouse reaction to the fantasy, and therefore choose not to share it publicly. Good communication and intimacy between partners will offer a big benefit without fear.

3. Most women fantasize about sexual surrender

The most common fantasy of women is to surrender to their sexual partner. “Studies have shown that the most common fantasy among females is to let a man takes charge, because it relieves the constant pressure that makes them need to please him,” says psychologist Dr. Michael Bader, author of The Secret Logic of Sexual Fantasies.

The most common fantasy for men is … You guessed it: to be with two women and even more, in one bed.

4. Psychologists have defined three patterns of fantasies

1) The romances pattern that includes unusual places and people, for example, actors and famous people or total strangers.

2) The animal urges that includes uncontrollable and irrepressible sex modes, passionate and urges which are stronger than us.

3) States of domination and surrender.

5. In order to stimulate fantasies we must expand the limits of our imagination

It is important to remember that no matter what you fantasize about, as long as you enjoy it continued to fantasize. You are your movie directors and you have total privacy, so chill out. Then let go, liberate yourself from criticism and conceptual limitations (no one knows what goes through your head right now, so try to relax and allow yourself to be released).

To stimulate fantasies we need to expand the boundaries of our imagination a bit, which is great. There are all kinds of ways to break the limits of imagination, one of which is with porn movies. One of the great things about these films is that they show sex openly, without restrictions and inhibitions. True, not all things are possible to realize at home, but they stimulate our imagination and our imagination is the most important tool in sex.

We can choose a movie that presents a fantasy that stimulate us, or alternatively – to sit in front of the computer or with pages and let the writing flow. One can imagine that we are now directors, writers of a blue movie or a book, write down whatever comes to your mind, without reviews and judgment, to record what excites you, what you want to do, what you want others to do to you, all in accordance with the principles of free writing. You can get very juicy fantasy that we can also alter, improve and change, as we run it in our brain.

When was the last time you fantasies about sex with a neighbor?

Another way is to “adopt” a fantasy you have heard about, read about or encountered in during your wandering through sex sites for example, and adapt it to what suits you. The variety is huge: Meeting in a bar, sex control, sex in a public place, role playing, quickies or longer sweaty exhausting sex with a neighbor, anonymous or with a movie star. The fantasy can be a multiplayer or “solo”. Fly on the winds of imagination.

Hey reader, here are the reasons why I truly profoundly like you. Abrazos.

Let me bring to your attention, ever so valuable and precious and quaint. Quaint becuase it is indeed charming, it is indeed unfamiliar and odd, and it is indeed creative and artful; that you are so very treasured by all means of my personal thought of gratitude.

Don’t know what you look like sound like and feel like. Don’t know how you think or what you desire. Niether do I have the slightest hint of where you come from and what it is that you believe in. But I like you. All I know is that you and I are different. That there is none other like you such as there is none other like myself. That reinstates that you are unique. To be unique is also like being original and that in itself is worth giving all admiration to.

Beloved stranger the nature of that which makes you mysterious is incredible. For me to acknowledge that there is more to you that meets the eye and in this case the imagination of my own. I can say I have thought of you at least once. Pondered and wondered about your existance. Smiled at just the thought that God took the time to create you, whoever you are, where ever you are. I am content.

I have also thought of those who don’t exist. What life would have been like if you were here. Will I ever meet you in another realm. If so what is imagination? A portal? You impact me in every way like our brothers who do dwell the same lands I live in and breath the same air we grow in. Does birth happen after we reach the end?Or is eternity simply a series reinassance?

You and I are immortal you know. Another thing we have in common. Not immmortal in the since that we are trapped here physically or spiritually like the gods in our myths. But stranger even though I don’t know you and I have never met you, uncertain if I ever will, I know that what you carry with you is a legacy and a reputation. Amongst that acknowledgement it is apparent that you know you continue to live even after death.

If your name is forgotten your deeds forever bless the generations after you. Your dreams guide them and provide the foundation for humanity to succeed. If your deeds where never known by storytellers then maybe you didnt exist. In that abscence you may have saved the world of your mistakes but the world may have also suffered without them. Because stranger, mistakes make beds for lessons to sleep in right? If the anointed ones don’t wake them up then others never learn. Let me be clear. Mistakes are never done on purpose.

You fall many times and you do wrong. You hurt people. Your hurt nature. You hurt yourself. You cheat. You steal. You lie. You hate. But you also comfort. You consider. You teach. Tell truths. You regret things and apologize. You shine and you love.

I don’t know you. But I like you.

Passion is responsible for man’s most creative accomplishments. It also underlies his bloodiest crimes.

Passionate men have an overwhelming appetite for experience. They generally see life as a giant restaurant and they definitely want everything on the menu.

At its best, of course, passion is the ingredient that adds spice and piquancy to our lives. It’s the drive that enables great achievers to persevere through the bad times, when their less passionate peers would throw in the towel.

But passion also has its dark side. Its overwhelming power can seduce us into doing stupid and dangerous things. The passions lead people to act in ways they themselves in more reflective moments would reject as unrealistic or too risky. They prompt people to violate their own standards of self-interest.

Some psychologists feel that people with highly charged, passionate personalities have a strong need to control and subjugate their environment. These people feel they’d better devour the world before it devours them. They walk an emotional tightrope. They are titillated by the dangers their passions can lead them into, yet, at the same time, they believe that the sheer power of their passion can be “both the great destroyer and the sustaining impulse of our understanding of reality.

The PASSION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER : Dublin, Ireland : Life through the LENS : SEE : FEEL : WORLD : SENSE!

For most of us, passion usually doesn’t produce such extreme consequences, but it’s a key variable in making or breaking our lives.

Here are some of the examples about passion:

(1) You admire an underdog sport team that patches together surprise victories.

(2) You hate to compromise. It’s the principle of the thing. If you’re right about something, why should you give in?

(3) Your life has purpose and meaning.

(4) You are convinced that some political or religious cause was very important, do you think you could devote your entire life to it, even if that meant doing things society considered stupid, immoral or illegal.

(5) It makes you angry that many people get the short end of the stick in life, through no fault of their own.

(6) It makes you angry when you see people receiving rewards that they haven’t earned.

(7) You think, you feel horny more often than other men.

(8) You think, you have sexual relations more often than most men.

(9) You can say that sex is most enjoyable for you when you have it with the woman you love.

(10) You feel despair frequently.

(11) If you had to choose, you prefer to have a series of romantic, exciting, but short-lived affairs.

(12) You agree for the rules and customs of society are more often obstacles that keep people from finding their true selves.

(13) Your life is never very calm. You go through a lot of emotional swings from high to low. You may be enormously happy one day and very sad another.

(14) You ever become so obsessed by an activity, idea, or person that you have trouble concentrating on anything else.

(15) You often ever take risks; like skipping work or lying to people about what you’re doing – so you’ll be free to do what you really want.

Your life appears to be almost entirely ruled by passion. Some attack every activity in their lives with equal passion. Whether they’re eating a steak or seducing a woman, they plunge in with the same emotional ferocity. They go for the gusto without ever considering whether the gusto is worth acquiring in the first place. Others bring enormous passion to bear on one aspect of their lives and completely ignore the rest of their existence. They are the oddball geniuses, crazies, terrorists, and absentminded professors who know everything there is to know about the subject that interests them, but can’t remember what they ate for breakfast.

Imagine your spirit at peace, dream the world could smile at each other despite their differences. A reality? One smile at a time it could be. Goals are like that a dream, an imagination turned into a reality.

Imagination, Dreaming and Reality

Imagine your spirit at peace, dream the world could smile at each other despite their differences. A reality? One smile at a time it could be. Goals are like that a dream, an imagination turned into a reality.

All of life’s greatest inventions have started with plenty of imagination and dreaming. The invention once presented had plenty of skeptics, nay sayers, unbelievers and some inventions even had hatred towards them. But in the end the reality of the dreams and the imagination of that dreamer turned our world into a more advance place.

Things got easier.

Beating our clothes with a stick against a rock turned into a washing machine.

Taking a stick to a rug turned into a sweeper to get the dirt off the rug.

A horse rider with mail in hand turned into a telegraph operator.

Dreams and imagination turned into a reality just because they willed it to be true.

We are taking the steps of the greats and using history to become the person we want to be.

We should reflect on the greats and the struggles they had to take to overcome their obstacles and truly their failure was indeed an education. They pushed on and kept on until they came to their reality.

So should we, keep pushing on and keep dreaming and working until we become the reality we want to be.

Just some thoughts and as always smiles sent to you this day and everyday.

New Affirmation for the Month of March ….. Use it daily and feel the change in you.

I walk with confidence and understanding towards success. Born into a perfected state I strive to achieve my intended purpose, to love, to share and care for self and for others that come in contact with me. I choose to be happy and share laughter. Making a difference in another persons life for the better gives positive and ever flowing energy into my world. I am focusing on my goals, the this moment goal, this day, my weekly goals and monthly goals I achieve because of my spirit and focus.
