The last few weeks we have witnessed the increasing number of news about Ccurityyber attacks at global scale. Media is now turning its attention to this new type of intrusion that major powers considered another type of warfare.

This is not so a new warfare as several agencies have been working on the subject for more than a decade now but it has now raised to the public attention. Cyber attacks are raising the concerns of every corporation and security agency given the damage it can inflict in terms of information leaking, hacking, phishing and many more categories.

A study by the Department of Computer Science at Columbia University shows us how vulnerable we still are and how much work is still to be done to make cyber security culture part of our daily lives.

The presentation is cons-intuitive. This has always said that his gut tells you it’s a good idea could not be. Sometimes it’s your intuition is often to avoid the most important step. Your inner voice when you realize you need to do a public speech is to write all this and read it word for word in public. That way you will not be speaking from memory, so it does not get stuck, and I still have that feeling bad it has once exhausted their ideas, have nothing to talk about it.
But even if they do not use the method of enveloping his entire speech, there are situations where a hearing is required reading. You can have a section of part of its analysis, the answer to what you need so you can know. Or there may be events that are too long to remember, and you should read. The situations are varied, where the reading of your group is required. So to be prepared for it to be a part of your presentation, you must practice.
The simple truth is that people really do not like being read to. Add to this dilemma, when you look down to read, his voice does not project to the audience, but as the script. You lose most of the strength of the floor when you look down, so the strength of his speech is greatly reduced through simple mistakes.
A method to cancel the reading lesson through a script is to deliver their script to the audience in advance, and refer them if necessary during the call. This gives them a place to watch while you read. So when you read the material, do not put it on the podium and begins to look down on him. This way you can read it and always take care of the strength of his contact with the iris of the eye with the listeners.
Do not be tempted to think that because you read all or part of your presentation, you can go smaller. In fact, you should prepare yourself even more. Make sure you are very knowledgeable about the words that do not mean so much to read that you are reciting a script. By giving the words are not so concerned about the need to read word for word, and that people read faster compared with those who listen, they will be one step ahead of you and know the contents in advance.
Prepare by reading the passage. Avoid the desire to read some expressions that you see on the agenda. Learn how to read the script with emotion and with an accent. Such methods solve the major problems for public reading. With these results were found that reading will normally take place within the rest of the presentation. Furthermore, when this can be done in order not to lose your audience, you have made a breakthrough in the presentation and development of public speaking.

Source Edward Klein says Barack and Michelle Obama nearly divorced in 2000 after the Chicago House of Representatives election.

News on Obama’s divorce story came flooding the internet on Thursday. According to the source, Edward Klein, Barack Obama and his wife were on the brink of a divorce in 2000.

According to Klein, Mr. and Mrs. Obama’s marriage was shaky after the Chicago House of Representatives election. President Obama back then did not win the elections though he was forewarned by his wife Michelle. The aftermath of the election was a strain on the marriage of the Obamas. The strain was significant enough to cause a split between the two according to Klein.

From the reporting view the story may or may not be true as Eric Schultz, a rep for President Obama debunked Ed Klein’s story. He said Ed’s story was only a history of false fabrication in order to sell books, adding nobody in their right mind would believe the nonsense in it.

From my own assessments, Obama’s ‘divorce story’ is getting lots of attention especially over the internet.

Past history has recorded several of such incidences of troubles in marriage, near divorces and so on hitting the White House thus putting doubts in the minds of several as to whether the couple have not seen any form of marital problems in their 20 years of union.

Certainly there will be some ups and downs but Barack and Michelle in all public appearances together seem more in love than the previous day.

Questions such as whether their ‘near split’ in 2000 has made them stronger now can be raise but who knows if the couple have been so close the same since their marriage.

The fact that remains is that Edward Klein the discloser of the story will sell so much of his novel entitled The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House which will be available in bookstores from Tuesday.

Till the truth is known, the outsider sees a Barack and Michelle marriage without problems but to others the big question and challenge is do you know what goes on behind closed doors? What does Edward Klein see?

How Much Information About You Is Out There?

How much should you reveal about yourself online? The sensible answer, as little as possible. The more information you put about yourself online the more you are putting yourself at risk.

You could become a victim of fraud - having so many details about yourself floating around online is a criminal’s goldmine. Without being aware we could actually be helping these criminals steal our identities.

Some people even post their addresses online, either the full address or their postcode.

Not only could you be making yourself a target for criminals, but stalkers too. If someone is obsessed with you the first thing they will probably do nowadays is find out everything they can about you online.

Its not just stalkers you may have to worry about, that guy you just had a lovely date with? He could look you up on Facebook if he knows your full name. So make sure your privacy settings are as high as they can go if there is anything on there you wouldn’t want your date to see.

So what you do to protect yourself online?

Never post your address or phone number.

Adjust your privacy setting so only your trusted friends can see your profile.

Never post anything online that you wouldn’t want the world to know.

Both Sides Of The Story.

Nowadays there are adverts for online dating services everywhere, but are they healthy? Sure they can be a way to meet new people for people who don’t get out much.

Here is a few things that I have been thinking about. Are they safe? How can you be sure the person you are talking to online is really who they say they are? For some people they do find the love of their life for an online dating site so their is no doubt that they do help people find genuine love.

However the other side of that is the horror stories, people who pretend to be someone their not and end up destroying lives as well as breaking hearts.

Here are what some people had to say about them:

“ I LOVE them, always worked for me and met ALOT of girls off them.”

“ Met my girlfriend on one and we’re in love “

“ One of my friends mum met a guy on there, she was with him for 2 years but when she left him he became obsessive. He would call her all the time and send her funeral directions because he said he was going to kill himself. And now 1 year later he still stalks her and harasses her. I would say their bad news and are full of people that can meet people face to face “.

A U.S. study says people are more afraid of internet threats.

The results of the U.S. by the Unisys Security Survey

Public in the United States wants the presidential candidates who will compete in the November 2012 election in order to focus more on protecting government facilities and electricity networks from hacker attacks (hacker). Loss of internet access is also considered more appropriately scary for Americans than the terrorist group attacks.

According to a new safety studyof Unisys, there are three priorities for U.S. citizens on security issues during the presidential campaign as quoted from page Wired.com:

1. Protection of government computer systems against hackers and cyber criminals (74 percent)

2. Perlindungi power grid, water supply, and transportation systems from terrorist attack or a computer (73 percent).

3. Security issues such as terrorism (68 percent).

This survey uses a random responsen by phoning 1,000 families in the U.S.. They ask,”How important is it for candidates to emphasize the following issues in the 2012 presidential election?”

Some questions also the matter concerns a survey of U.S. citizens. Problems lead to identitytheft of personal security concerns since 2007, this time reaching 59 percent.

More than a third of respondents (39 percent) fear the threat of viruses and online banking access security.

The threat level against the results. Whether these results reflect the success of the Internet security industry campaign to convince the cyber apocalypse is near?

Is this a sign the U.S. was able toescape the effects of the tragedy of 9/11? Looks like Barack Obama’s new campaign jargon can be changed to, “Barack Obama, U.S. New Firewall.”

The infamous youtuber decides to open his mouth again, inserting foot once again.

It is almost as though Onision had a sense in the back of his brain that was telling him that people like me had kind of forgotten that he had existed all together. For a while, he really wasn’t doing anything that was so outwardly offensive and stupid to comment on. For that he at least deserves a pat on his back. But then he decided that it was time to get relevant, so he really jumped right into it.

As the title of this article would suggest, yes he decided to talk about rape once again. The last times that he has mentioned rape, it’s really pissed off a lot of people. Rightfully so, if you ask me at least. He thinks that rape is perfectly fine if you are married to the person and he doesn’t believe that a person can get raped if they have had over twenty sexual partners in their entire life. Well, now he also is openly stating that he believes that if a woman decides to get drunk, she is automatically accepting any consequences that come from drinking. If a woman becomes so inebriated that she can’t consent, then it is perfectly fine for the man to keep on plucking. Obviously, that is such an incredibly wrong thing to say that it baffles my mind that it even makes sense in his head. Once again, Onision is coming up with reasons that a rapist should not be held accountable for his actions.

He’s also been harrassing his ex-wife and been whining about her on most of his social networking sites. For those of you that don’t know, Skye is another youtuber that dealt with his crap until he cheated on her with Shiloh and then promptly divorced Skye as fast as he could. While settling their divorce, he agreed to give her alimony. If I could, I would underline the agreed part a thousand times, because that is very important for this part of his mess. Well, he’s apparently very angry that he has to continue paying her alimony, saying that he doesn’t have the money and that she’s stealing from him. Because you know, a completely legal payment from one person to another is stealing. Also, thanks to a website that determines how much a person makes as a youtube partner, it is fairly clear that he is absolutely fine when it comes to money.

Finally, despite Onision being against religion, he has a very Evangelical point of view about evolution. Basically, he thinks it’s a bunch of crap just because he never bothered to pick up a biology text book and read what it said inside. But hey, at least a fifteen year old girl managed to tell him like it is.

Tired of giving your Mom flowers or fuzzy slippers again this Mother's Day? Here are seven gift ideas using the Internet that will help you choose a great present for her this year.

1.	Subscription to an Internet service based on her interests/hobbies.

There are many different types of websites that offer lots of content and services for a low-priced subscription fee. For example, if your Mom enjoys writing, buy her a year’s subscription to a popular blogging website like livejournal or blogger. If she cooks, find a website that provides hundreds or even thousands of recipes. You can also gift her with a subscription to a popular music download service such as iTunes so she has access to thousands of songs from her generation. There are also many excellent genealogy websites such as Familysearch.org that offer a a lot of information about your family’s ancestors that will make an excellent gift for your Mother.

2.	Digitize old family photographs.

Your Mom will be delighted if you digitize the pictures from old family albums as a gift. Not only will it store and backup irreplaceable family pictures, your Mother will be able to send the photos to friends and relatives. She will be able to print her favourite pictures, if you have a printer and photo paper. You can also purchase “digital photo frames” that display JPEG and GIF pics in a slide-show format; loading it with family pictures you’ve digitized makes for a very special present!

3.	Amazon Gift Certificate.

There are thousands upon thousands of items on Amazon that your Mom will enjoy browsing through as she chooses a Mother’s Day present using the gift certificate you give her. Of course, there are hundreds of other websites for which you can purchase a gift certificate, but Amazon makes for a particularly good shopping website due to its solid reputation and an almost endless amount of merchandise.

4.	Ask members of your family to each make a video giving their best wishes to your Mom, and create a YouTube channel with these videos for her to watch on Mother’s Day.

This is an excellent low-cost Mother’s Day gift that she will definitely appreciate! Make sure to ask family members that are far away, as their videos will really make this gift special. If some of your relatives aren’t on the Internet or don’t know how to record video, ask them to write a letter you can narrate over photos of them in a YouTube video, or even better, record their well-wishes over the telephone line as an audio file to include in videos.

5.	If your Mom likes to read, buy her an e-book reader. Load it up with the titles of books she enjoys.

An e-book reader is a great gift, as you are providing your Mom access to thousands and thousands of low-cost or even free electronic books. You can also give her a gift card to popular e-book websites such as Google Books. E-book readers are now very affordable, between $50 to $100. Remember to purchase a plastic sleeve for the e-book reader too, as it will protect it against being dropped.

6.	Printable Mother’s Day Coupons

A popular gift idea is making Mother’s Day coupons that act as promises whenever she

asks, such as “One Free Car Wash” or “Breakfast In Bed”. Instead of drawing them, there are excellent coupons to print out for free at http://familycrafts.about.com/od/mothersday/ig/Printable-Mother-s-Day-Coupons/ . Give your Mother many of these personal gift coupons, because, well, she deserves it!

7.	Netflix Movies

A subscription to Netflix is an excellent Mother’s Day gift, as the movie website has many films and TV series from the past your Mom is sure to enjoy. It makes for an inexpensive gift that keeps on giving each month, and you usually get a month for free when you make a new account. You can hook up the Netflix service to many devices, such as HD televisions and Blu-ray players, so your Mom isn’t limited to watching movies on the computer.

I hope these ideas help you make this Mother’s Day a great one! By using the power of the Internet you can give her personalized presents she will certainly appreciate and enjoy!

Advantages and disadvantages of the Internet

Benefits:

The Internet allows for communication with other people, getting information from each area in the world, buying things, data, regulation of payments for bills, entertainment, and playing online games.

WWW (World Wide Web) is a very popular web service, as is known from the very good multimedia and efficient browsing the Internet. This service is mainly used for reading and viewing. It also allows you to make your web site we use.

Electronic mail (e-mail) is also a very popular service on the web. Use it to write e-mails between a sender and the recipient, who just sit at the computer.

Translator of languages on the Internet, allows you to translate words, sentences, letters from one language to another, e.g. from ENGLISH to any language. This machine translation is easier to search for words than ordinary dictionary .It also proves that the man is very lazy choosing an easier way.

Impact:

Internet Addiction comes to this when a man spends too much time on their computers on the network Leads to the exclusion before the real world, and joining the virtual world. Not easy to see the person versus none of addiction. When we realize it might be out of this big problem, so it’s best to spend as little time on the computer. Network Intrusion-it is a hacker breaking into the victim’s computer over the Internet. This occurs when a hacker finds vulnerability in the configuration software and wants to get as much information to take over your computer. We must meet these requirements to prevent this: – have a good antivirus program, do not access inappropriate sites given by a person not known, -not to give their information to strangers, download stuff from the Internet, many people are downloading music, games, pictures, videos, etc. from web sites, or through programs such as Ares, but I do not know that I will not pay for an item that is illegal downloading. Paying strangers from the Internet is very bad form to buy your stuff.

How understanding their mentality and tactics can help you to prevent and stop yourself or others from being their victims.

They might be people you know who harass you in your everyday life and follow you on the Internet. They might also be people you have never met in person who have no idea about who you are as a person, but re bent on putting you down, lying about you, spamming your blogs and inventing thousands of ways to make your life miserable or even try to make you to take your life.

In order to prevent or stop the abuse, you need to first understand how these people think and what do they get out of it. During the past few years as a moderator on one of the open forums, I had a chance to observe and interact with such people. Sometimes even entire groups of them and win. So, I will share with you here some of the things I have learned in the process.

One of the first things I noticed about online bullies is that they always attack the self esteem of others, their value as human beings and their reputation because it is precious to most of us. They do it to get the reaction. They want to see you hurt and acting out of control, so that they might feel more in control.

Most of them have very low self esteem and putting you down makes them feel better about themselves. They might often be also motivated by some kind of ideology and attack you if you do not agree with them. For example, they might be atheists who attack Christians to see them acting out of character, in order to prove to themselves and others that “all Christians are brainwashed, stupid hypocrites.” Sometimes they are racists or are politically motivated seeking to discredit those they consider their ideological enemies whatever the cost.

There are also those who might be psychopaths who get pleasure out of seeing others suffer and do not have any empathy for anyone. Trying to befriend them or becoming like them does not work. They will be observing you to look for your weak spots. If you are conscious about your looks and show strong reaction to attacks on your personal appearance, they will hit you in this area hard and often. So, the most important thing is to avoid showing your weaknesses or sharing too much information about your personal life and whereabouts online because these people will exploit it.

Do not believe what bullies tell about you and do not take it to heart. Remember that they bully out of their own weakness whether it is emotional, psychological, or ideological. Strong, healthy, happy, and intelligent people do not have the need to bully others. Show them that they cannot hurt you. Laugh off their attacks or simply ignore them. It is they who look stupid when acting aggressive for no apparent reason, so do not give them one. Do not believe their threats, but if they are serious enough alert the authorities.

Band together with and support those who stand up to bullies by not allowing themselves to be pulled into their traps. Together you are stronger and have a chance to make a change to broader Internet culture. We all want it to be a space that allows us all to freely and respectfully learn, make friends, and share ideas without being harassed. In order to defeat online bullies, spammers, trolls, and other vagabonds of the Internet, we must set a higher standard of behaviour ourselves. If your blog is being spammed, delete the messages and report it. If the bully is on your friends list on social networking site, then remove him/her and block any messages from them. You don’t really need to have hundreds of friends on your list. It is real friendships that matter and most of us have only few true friends in our lifetime.

If you are a person under age and being bullied, do not suffer in silence. Let your parents and teachers know, so the bullies might be disciplined for what they are doing. Be confident in who you are. Remember that you are a unique and valuable person and do not have to bow down to pressure from those who do not really care about you. You are never alone.
