			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People don&#8217;t scream enough anymore.  We all must be</p>
<p>on our best behavior, at work, at play, day in, day out.</p>
<p>Get over it, there is too much stress, on a daily basis, in</p>
<p>life. When things get on your nerves, what would  be</p>
<p>better than a good old fashioned, roof raising scream?</p>
<p>This is so therapeutic, for your mind and body. It&#8217;s like</p>
<p>a cleansing, from the depths of your lungs.  Your entire</p>
<p>body will feel the effects.</p>
<p>We go through our days, enduring intolerances, both</p>
<p>large and small, from friend and foe. The build-up is</p>
<p>is not healthy, in the long run, most of the time, we don&#8217;t</p>
<p>even realize the damage we are doing to our systems.</p>
<p>Until we have a check-up, and the doctor gives us some</p>
<p>unpleasant news, stress in moderation is alright, but none</p>
<p>of us have stress meters. So we go along, thinking all is</p>
<p>well, when it really is not.</p>
<p>Now let&#8217;s be clear, let&#8217;s not go around, screaming at</p>
<p>everybody, and about everything, all over the place.</p>
<p>That should not be the plan, but a weekly scream</p>
<p>session, somewhere that you would be the only audience,</p>
<p>if you have a family, you have to make them aware of</p>
<p>your self-saving time.</p>
<p>It is delicious, your innards are stimulated, your brain cells</p>
<p>rejuvenated, your intestinal fortitude, gets reinforced. It&#8217;s</p>
<p>like a warrior&#8217;s charge forward. Now, you can opt to have</p>
<p>a silent scream session, but it is much better to have the</p>
<p>sound effect.  You need this, it is a freeing force, a total</p>
<p>releasing of stress.</p>
<p>If you plan a scream time, you will be able to handle drama</p>
<p>much better. Things that used to tick you off, will become</p>
<p>much less important, because, you know your scream time,</p>
<p>is just around the corner.  Make the appointment with yourself,</p>
<p>and keep it, this is important, it is a disciplinary tactic. Your</p>
<p>body and mind, will look forward, to your special time.</p>
<p>Your scream time should probably be scheduled at home, so</p>
<p>that afterwards, you can run a nice, scented bubble-bath, with</p>
<p>candles, a nice glass of wine, and soft music. Life is very hectic,</p>
<p>and you must be, a step in front of the craziness, so pampering</p>
<p>yourself, after your scream session is a must, and an effective</p>
<p>way to keep yourself above the fray. You will be able to handle</p>
<p>things, on your own terms.</p>
<p>Try it, schedule a rip roaring scream time, for yourself. It&#8217;s</p>
<p>exhilarating, and it ramps up your level of endurance.  It is</p>
<p>a method of saying, &ldquo;I&#8217;m in charge, I dictate the terms.</p>
<p>This will become an effective, part of my survival kit, and</p>
<p>I will use it fully.&rdquo; Have fun. Stay in touch and let me know</p>
