All fires, whether they are intentional or accidental, are extremely dangerous and pose a serious threat to people as well as property. A fire can destroy a house and quickly spread to neighboring areas if the conditions are right. Fires are a hazard not only to the individual property owner, but the surrounding community as well. Because of the dangers associated with the volatile behavior of fire, it is imperative to investigate the cause and origin of all fires.
