Based on interviews with the women who were raped and abused, yet never received justice from the court. Who Was Jim Crow?
Jim Crow with the approval of the Supreme Court became the law of the Southern United States in 1896. The Supreme Court had turned congressional Reconstruction upside down. It would be another sixty years before another Supreme Court overturned the "separate but equal"doctrine.
