What is even more amazing to me is that some unsuccessful, modest people, 9 to 5 unassuming jobbers were given supreme celestial gifts  that could turn them into the next Mark Zuckerberg or Steve Jobs and still they will not take the chance to find out what their  UCI or “Unique Celestial Identity” has in store for them. They do go about their insignificant life sobering and depressed wondering how they will pay their credit cards or feed their families. But the same very people are a part of the 111 million U.S citizens and will not think twice to  spend the money to watch the Super Bowl XLVI.

Here you go readers, this is today’s investment to better your future and the one of your family just because you have been “trained” by the Illuminati to put sports and religions before your own future and your children’s education. Imagine one second if 111 million U.S citizens  decided to invest in their spirit, the Cosmic Code, God’ signs instead? What type of information, directions, advises would the Cosmic Code (God’s celestial will) offer them? And again born with a serious problem with stupidity, I apologize to the over sensitive readers who should not take my honest comments personally. 

OK now the day after, once you know who won the Super Bowl and were an intrinsic part of the actions and emotions WHAT DO YOU HAVE you did not have before the game, more money, more directions, more happiness or yet another very educated topic to talk about at work in the morning? The players, the advertisers if they are lucky and the management are the ones that will make the millions and laugh all the way to the bank NOT you. Your physical investment has produced NOTHING of lasting value that could be used to better or benefit your life, your spirit or your family. You were trained with religions, sports and entertainments to forget the misery of life and STOPPED to ask the questions that could make you aware of the very words I wrote for you. 

This type of BIG religious or sport businesses are for BIG smart people or the controlling Illuminati that handle the mass’ resources and by controlling how you should use your mind and spent your time, they are the ones that got pay the billions for it.  Will you ever figure it out readers and start investing in YOUR education for a change?

But the Illuminati knows well how lazy and easily manipulated the working “ants” are and will always find a way to control the information  through tons of legal / illegal drugs, alcohol, fatty food and dysfunctional televisions programs. As long as you do not try to think out of the box, ask questions or better your life you are not a threat to them and if you were trained to see your best football player or a certain celebrities, actors, singers as Jesus himself so be it…The wrong crowd is idolized because living someone’s else life to forget how insignificant yours is is NOT the way to go when God granted you with the power to turn things around and LIVE this type of life.  But without curiosity, critical thinking and education you will always be part of the watchers and not the action. But when I mention education I am talking about educating the self, the soul, the inner core and values of your spirit so you can get in the direction your “Dragon’s Head “blessings can be used to turn you straight into greatness. 

Do you really think watching endless football games, entertainments programs or attending religious services will do the job? Then you need a few more miserable lives on this level of consciousness because you are not ready for my work and I. Give a good look to yourself and where you are at in your life…

Do you feel you gave up already?

Are you healthy and strong enough?

Do you feel you help the world everyday?

Are you really proud of your accomplishments?

Do you make enough money to buy anything you want?

The question is if you said no to all, then its time for you to take a chance on yourself because anyone successful in life was born like you. While science is endlessly wasting our tax dollars dissecting Einstein’s brain to find why he was a genius and keep wasting more valuable resources uncovering the secret of consciousness a totally unconscious humanity goes about its daily business… The fact of how living organisms and human become conscious of what is happening to them and around them is a mystery only a few  smart human have acknowledged and far from what the scientific community logical aptitude can conceive. 

Science is limited to the biological mechanisms and the physical components of the human mind and the spiritual values embodying the secrets behind the phenomena of consciousness still unclear and in no way will the “new educated kids on the block” can achieve any form of consciousness without basic Cosmic Consciousness. 

Science perceive consciousness as a representations of objects (or religious/sports events) in the sensory modalities in which the brain is designed to assimilate through vision, hearing, touching, smelling, taste, sensing the state of our body’s interior/exterior and all is done with the five limited human senses. The human “robot” is mapping, navigating, palping, assuming its physical form, its physical world through its physical senses still totally unconscious of what make him/her conscious.

In fact you only become conscious of the things and actions that the sensory systems help you map but your mapping system or inherited spiritual tools I call the UCI or “Unique Celestial Identity” is not identified by science. In some cases the unborn inherited/karmic UCI, especially the ones of highly intellectual, logical, earthy signs/souls is simply ill prepared or forbidden to enter the archetypal real of consciousness. These PhD’s are born eternal highly educated students of the mind doomed to start and finish their exploration by dissecting Einstein physical brain.  

Logic and rational override the intuitional or the spiritual domain and the “young souls” will erroneous classify my work on Astropsychology solely as a “pseudo-science.”  But while mapped representations are a necessity for consciousness, the fact is they are not sufficient for consciousness to occur and still baffle neurology experts.

All I can do is to use an appropriate example such as a  the space shuttle made up of sophisticated computers components all dedicated to the good function and security of the man made machines. The technology while in charge of many moving parts, the wings, the wheels, the brakes, the undercarriage, the rudder and the computers themselves including the interior/exterior pressure, speed, oil, fuel, clocks etc. are totally unconscious of their own “mission” except in a metaphorical sense. A top of the line extremely complex  computer knows all about the shuttle’s expected behavior but has NO clue. In the sense that the reader know, at this very moment, that you are a breezing living entity and like the scientific community made up of 99.09% of an unconscious humanity puzzling over the mysteries of consciousness…

While they are similarities, Not a single human being UCI (the spiritual conception) is the same thus we are all “unique” and designed to perform like the shuttle (the human mind/body) and the difference and performances are endless. The only problem is like the shuttle, human think they are more conscious of the “self” because they have a memory and five limited senses when they are not… Because of time and feelings, human have consciousness of an autobiographical self, the shuttle does not or it is recorded by the hand of man. Human ONLY “feels” its living body to which experiences are happening in this particular world and wanders in it. But how can I approach the reality of paralleled worlds, extraterrestrials, immortality, the divine values of the Comic Code or  super-consciousness  when human are not able to integrate themselves in their own minuscule solar system?   

Science believe we experience everything we map through our five limited human senses because we feel the body that is the core of all the mappings caused in our organism. The only way to become fully conscious of our perceptions and realize what a UNIQUE human is all about its to build solid Cosmic Consciousness. But each readers was born with its OWN UCI, its own “antennas” its own education, its own experiences, its own physical and spiritual “immaculate conception” and  perception of its own reality.

The scientific crowd is not objective or spiritual enough and keep looking  inside the box where they are all mentally prisoner of… Unraveling the biological mechanisms or the human brain or its physical conception through a microscope will not offer its psychical conscious secrets and trying to uncover our origins at the level of single neurons is a dead end.

I was no stranger to the concept of being on the receiving end of a terrible customer.  Prior to this I worked in retail at a large chain record store and eventually a high end fashion shop.  Hospitality was one category I was yet to work and I became excited at the thought of who I would meet and what I would say.  I imagined meeting many people who traveled on business which would give me the opportunity to spark conversations that would leave them home sick but comforted or completely uncomfortable and validated their hatred for work travel.

People would be delighted to speak with me and it would allow me to learn more about our wonderful country without traveling to every state.  I imagined asking them about their local produce and to compare the ugliness of our citizens to those in their city.  It is important to know how much uglier people are in other states; not just for curiosity’s sake but also to feed egos and have extra leverage in a never ending argument.  “Oh yeah…well…I heard everyone in Tulsa has questionable amounts of space between their eyes and significant overbites.”

Of course I knew there would also be standard moments of frustration and tension.  Meeting all different types of people meant conversations with personalities that clashed with my own.  I also imagined talking myself down from heated discussions about the city’s large gay population or the amount of liberals allowed to protest the streets in heavy traffic with large signs and bold letters telling us to stop eating our pets and start growing our own vegetables.  I prepared myself for more of these moments than anything else.  I guess that is why I appreciated the pleasant bonding experiences with customers so much more.  These type of coin toss extremes was what made up the unpredictability of being responsible for the comfort of complete strangers.  There were times when people would be wonderfully delightful or make me fear for my own life.

The hotel was a hotspot for gatherings such as weddings and meetings due to the spacious halls and second largest convention center in the state.  About every three weeks or so we would sell out and be overbooked for events such as the National NA conference or batmitzvahs for the overly spoiled and obnoxiously needy.  On these days we were quite busy with lines of people to check in, heavy calls for extra towels or damaged air conditioners, and confusion of who booked when and was discounted what.  It was chaotic but fun because it kept me busy and too tired to notice when someone living by the phrase “The Customer Is Always Right” was verbally expressing their dissatisfaction.

When no events were occurring, time slowed down significantly, and I would even wish for conflict to nudge my brain awake, get my heart beating to heat my blood, pulse it through my veins and energize myself to get through the remainder of my 8 hour day.  On these days I would keep myself busy by organizing the front desk.  I would organize the pile of key cards and key card holders so all images were right side up and faced one direction.  I would even stack cards next to the key card maker in adequate amounts in such a way that when an associate pulled one from the pile no others fell after it.  Eventually this only took me about 20 minutes or so and I was set back to boredom.  Watching people roll their luggage in and out of our lobby, ask for the occasional direction to McDonalds’ and eavesdrop on cell phone conversations to home only took up so much of my day.  I would then move onto cleaning the front desk which included dusting behind computer monitors, underneath keyboards, tossing trash, finding all of the pens to fill the pen cups and sometimes vacuuming our crumb ridden navy blue carpet.  Even if things appeared to look immaculate I knew there was no such thing as an overly clean hotel and an overly OCD front desk associate.

During one of my routine cleanings I was neatly stacking the fresh Daily News newspapers when I noticed a customer satisfaction card tucked behind a key card maker.  We would pass out postcard sized surveys to all customers checking in to fill out and share about their experiences.  They were free to rate us on scales of “1″ being  “extremely dissatisfied” to “5″ being  “extremely satisfied” on everything from housekeeping to room comfort.  They were then asked to return such cards to a friendly associate who would place it into our survey bin and all would be reviewed by management at the end of each week.  I slowly moved the key card maker as to not disturb my pile of key cards and key card holders to retrieve this mystery survey.  Upon doing so I noticed all circles were in the “5s” for “extremely satisfied” along with a stapled piece of paper in the upper left corner of the card.  I walked to the back employee area and tore off the paper, placing the survey card in the survey card bin and finding appropriate light to read.  I looked around to ensure no one noticed I was not working and unfolded it.

It contained one sentence: “I Spooged In The Bathtub”

Just like that.  No additional details, no names, no room numbers.  Just these words written in Catholic school script on this withered piece of paper.  I immediately crumpled it in my hands as if reading it to myself had inadvertently also come out of my mouth and into the intercom that connected to all of housekeeping’s’ walkie-talkies.  When I finally realized that no one had heard me read what I had in my hands I began to uncover  it again and slowly read:    “I…Spooged…”

I held it tightly in my palm and slowly opened the connecting door to the front desk and noticed my coworker was reading in the corner.  I refolded the paper, following the natural crevices created by the original author, and slowly slid it in front of her like a deep dark secret from an exclusive club only she and I were members of.

“What is it?” she asked.

I did not say anything and only smiled at her with laughter in my eyes.  She put down her book and unfolded the note, reading it once, then turning it side ways as if it were written in an entirely different language.  Her brows furrowed and she frowned.  I was fixated on her face when she held it upright again and stared back with the type of look a girl has the first time she see a penis in Playgirl magazine.  I nodded my head and held my mouth from laughing.  She did the same and we both just stood there in silence grinning.  After a few seconds the stares we gave one another were a bit awkward because we both knew we were playing out the scenarios of bathtub spooging in our heads.

“Was it an accident?” I thought.  “Perhaps there was a toilet seat jerking moment and the man was standing when he was startled by someone knocking on the door during the finale so he immediately turned and exploded all over the bathtub.”

“Was it on purpose?” I also imagined.  “Perhaps we had a hardcore bathroom BDSM couple that loved the feel of cold porcelain against their skin and being spanked on dangerous surfaces where they teetered on the edge of severe head trauma.”

I had only known my coworker for a few weeks now and had never once had conversations about bodily fluids so I did not know if it were appropriate to discuss the possible details.  Neither of us said anything for the remainder of our shift but I could tell we were both humored and overly suspicious.

Whenever a customer came up to the front desk to check out I would casually smile but over analyze them in my head.  “How was your stay Mr. Paul?” I would ask.  All the while thinking “Was there spooge in your tub Mr. Paul?”

“Did you enjoy your stay with us Ms. Harcum?” I would inquire.  All while thinking “Did you hear anyone ejaculating in the bathroom next yours room Ms. Harcum?”

I even went pretty far as interrogating a customer about their visit.

“Was everything to your liking Mr. Stephens?”

“Oh yes hun.  Thank you for asking.”
“How was the bathtub?  Anything out of the ordinary Mr. Stephens?”
“Oh no dear.  It was quite alright.”
“Oh?  No strange slime of any kind.  Nothing feeling funny?  No extreme stench of chlorine?”
Mr. Stephens stared at me as I searched for his invoice and cleared his payment.
“….No…” he hesitated “Everything was normal.”

Although he claimed everything was normal a spooge filled tub may be Mr. Stephens’ “normal” in all of his bathtubs.  I left him alone and decided to stop investigating through heavy questioning.  Joy juice in the tub may not be abnormal to me but to others it may be the icing on their extreme sexual fantasy cake.  My coworker and I spread the information farther among the other associates and we continued to giggle about it until the day I quit.  We never really uncovered any more details but I told them to immediately call me when someone leaves a note that says “I shat in the closet.”

I know a person who works full time for a hospital and runs a nurses station for The Medical University of South Carolina and has applied for food stamps and had to move back home with her parents.  She is a college graduate, but that is what MUSC pays! All I have to say to professionals who move here is Welcome to South Carolina. 

       Because of government waste and miss appropriations we are being lied to daily when it comes to our paychecks, and to the national and the states governments real financial situations.  If you don’t believe me I hope you are mad enough to do the research yourselves because if we don’t make force the changes we need together, then it will never happen.  Nationally workers are dealing with the same government lies, that is why the people are still voting on behalf of unions, because without numbers the slave mentality of this nation comes shining through. We have professional athletes and movie stars working a few hours for millions of dollars.  We pay one million to 160 million to some to basically have fun and play a game.  I for one have been a coach and an athlete all my life and I still don’t agree with the salaries.  This government continues to allow this nonsense under free enterprise.  I call it free crime.  A 250 hitter in baseball should not be paid millions when a Mickey Mantle or a Willie Mays made a few hundred thousand.  Sports salaries are out of control.  Why do you think it coast a couple of hundred dollars to see a professional football game?  A boxing match can cost you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for a ring side seat due to the fact that the big names makes millions for one fight.  I don’t have anything against the athletes or workers who make these large salaries, because if our country and its sports owners and government allows it, then why not take advantage and make what you can while you can.  I would, and so would most of you reading this even though we see the imbalance of it all. We pay movie stars more than Surgeons and sports personal more than teachers of our children.  We are a nation of idiots when it comes to paying people what they deserve, and states such as South Carolina still have a southern slave mentality which they better get over sooner, rather than later.  That is not a statement against the people from the south, it is a government tactic that some southern states adhere too, and it hurts all of use, no matter what profession we are in. It hurts us because one profession uses the other against the worker and you begin to hear statements such as; the so and so company only pays $24,000 to start we pay $27,000.  Some workers will buy into this miss direction and say we are lucky we get paid more, as they are on their way to applying for food Stamps.  In these states people work an extra hour a day.  They work 8am to 5pm.  They don’t pay for lunch.  They want you to work from home for free and threaten your job if you don’t.  Then they act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you do it. 

       There is nothing fair about the salary structure in this or any other country.  There once was a time when businesses did thank their workers and actually cared about them and their families.  Those days are gone and this is one of the areas of life we need to change.  Businesses should be grateful that you choose to work for them, and if they don’t want you to start or join a union, they better get back to old ways before it is too late.  I don’t know about you, but this makes me mad as hell!

Introline – The world economy suffered the hardest blow ever at the hands of a global slowdown but we are finally recovering – predicts E&Y

Yes, the economic quagmire, that brought world economy to a halt seems to be over finally as several economies are showing positive signs of growth. Needless to say, the job markets too are improving all over the world. The fact was proved further by a report released in the last quarter of 2010 by the research organization Ernst and Young. The report suggested that India would witness a whopping number of 2.3 lakh jobs in the last quarter of 2010. These jobs were to be created in six major sectors of the Indian economy including real estate, IT/ITes, banking and manufacturing, education and training, financial services and insurance and healthcare. Now whether this boost was supposed to be caused by a growing economic recovery of the domestic market or by an improved global sentiment is anybody’s guess. But as far as growth is concerned, most of the local industries are on an irreversible growth path said the report adding their headcount is expected to increase potentially in a few months.

The Prologue

Recession became the most dreaded word amongst working professionals in 2009. More so, the western economic slump in general and the American slowdown in particular came as a big blow for all the economies that were dependent on the United States for their business in some way or the other. Indian economy got the worst hit by this slump as India companies had lots of outsourcing deals from the US including a sudden rise in exports as well. But exports saw a drop of 22 per cent in January 2010.

The ‘R’ Effect

Furthermore, the western markets saw a steep low in the job markets too. Fresh hiring saw a considerable drop and in some cases was totally banned whereas in some other organizations, employees were laid off like livestock. This reminded most of us of the famous quote by Ronald Reagan: “A recession is when your neighbour loses his job; a depression is when you lose yours.” Right from perks to promotions and from compensations to team building expenses – every head shrunk. Every organization irrespective of being a private or government undertaking refrained from starting any new project(s) thus limiting new recruitments. Projections made by Federation of Indian Export Organisation (FIEO), stated that about a million export professionals lost their jobs by in the first quarter of 2009 whereas by April 2009, about four million jobs were sliced off.

This job crunch was not only faced by the exports industry but tourism industry also observed a sharp decline in the influx of FTAs. Even the real estate sector that was on its all time high; faced crises like situations of an extremely tight liquidity meaning the builders and developers found it really hard in 2009 to raise finances.

Right from IT industry to the financial sector and from automobile sector to banking – everywhere the environment was that of gloom and despair for each industry/sector incurred heavy losses during the last fiscal year. A past estimate by Federation of Indian chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) suggested that manufacturing industries across all sectors had to cut their production by 10 to 50 per cent.

The growth scene then

But going by a trusted website, the 3rd quarter’s growth rate in 2009 had been revised downward to 2.8%. In Dec. 2009, the contribution to growth of our developing economy from various sources dipped furthermore.

This disastrous state of affairs can be understood more clearly by considering the following statement by the US President Barrack Obama, “Our economy is shrinking, unemployment rolls are growing, businesses and families can’t get credit and small businesses can’t secure the loans they need to create jobs and get their products to market,” said he. But, it was in 2009 that he said the above and by now – things have changed rapidly. His visit seems to have benefited Indians in ways more than one. We did strike lots of business deals with US once again and are finally overcoming the disaster.

Ernst & Young’s Partner, National Head and EMEIA Leader N S Rajan told PTI that out of the six sectors listed in the report, healthcare alone would generate about 60,000 new jobs in the closing quarter of 2010 however IT/Ites and real estate would lag a little behind creating 50,000 jobs. On similar lines, education professionals can expect 30,000 new openings whereas for BFSI experts 20,000 new vistas would be opened up.  “This (robust healthcare) trend is expected to continue with a huge gap in demand and supply of healthcare services and increasing investment in the sector. Lifestyle changes, increasing rural penetration and various government schemes have ensured robust growth in this sector,” added Rajan.

The hiring Trend

Attributing this growth to a bullish recruitment drive in most of the public sector concerns, Rajan predicted that hiring would be on an all time high in the closing months of the year 2010.  The banks would adopt the same trend as well. “Similarly in public sector banks, expansion of existing branches and replacement of retired staff are driving significant increases in recruitment… Demand for talent across the public sector banks over the coming decade is estimated to rise to 500,000,” he added.

Indian economy seems to have adopted the ‘each one teach one’ adage quite literally as the education and training sector is also expected to rise from its current mark of $40 billion – the sector would definitely generate better jobs and an array of employment opportunities for our teachers and trainers. Thus, by and large, either US President Barrack Obama seems to have left us a long-lasting Christmas gift or Dr. Manmohan Singh’s financial expertise seems to have offered us a Holi gift in advance.

Candidate eliminations started in the preliminaries with the party’s membership regulations . Alternative parties must pay at the gate of every state to participate. Fifteen to Twenty-five million dollars out of an alternative persons pocket is very unlikely. Should a person be able to pay so much, the people must think twice. Can that man or women qualify to represent me (Joe or Josephina).

Your selection for President must fit in one of the two party ideologies. Their points of view must be your point of view so welcome to the club. Congress operates on personal opinions representing the people, however the voice of the people are gasps after their favorites where removed by preliminary craftsmanship. The White House Gangs control your neighborhoods by rigging your selection. Your choices have been fixed. If you wish to vote, you must have a Republican or a Democrat in mind for the Presidential election.

The switch for representation is in the off position. The mind-set of the people is unrewarded. Remember the French and Indian war? The British payments came due and it sprung the American Chant “no taxation without representation.” Yes, that was before the United States, and the Boston Tea Party was for the American colonials. Today’s Tea Party is no more than blasphemy. It wishes to hold the switch in the off position, because of the Lords of the manner attitude defy Alexander Hamilton’s and James Madison’s presentations of government, and the solar eclipse continues to block the light.

The people are merely mushrooms being fed manure (place your word of choice), while cultivating them in the dark. Where else would you keep a manure eaters (do the same as above)? It would be rude and very unpopular to bring them into the extravaganza of light. The people of breeding must be separate from the human stock. The lineage must remain strong to control the workers’ yoke. The wealthy upper class holds the reigns as America’s cart follows Dark Age Economics. The Cherokee followed the trail of tears, the poverty stricken Americans are the World Police Force, and the politicians follow the trail of their affiliation. Who decides when the trail grows cold?

No wonder people can’t advance with all the following. Leadership isn’t in the hands of the many. It is in the hands of the political party ideology. The people don’t have a choice, but they wish to have someone as close as they can get to be their representation. It seems death by affiliation isn’t an uncommon event in human integrity. War or re-situation are valid reasons for killings throughout history. In the world of technological advancement, economies grow knowing how to kill well. How many repeats will it take for humankind to understand this attitude. Is it or is it not acceptable? No one knows because it has been happening since man discovered social bonding as a tool for survival. The KKK survives. The Republicans survive. The FDA survives. The Skinheads survive. The Democrats survive. The Constitution is dead.

Work permit is issued for one or two years renewable for the same period of validity with the approval of the employer and the worker for renewal. In this case, the work permit should immediately be renewed upon expiry – if the employer fails to renew the work permit and the resident permit, the applicable penalties to those who violate the laws of residence and labor shall be imposed on that employer. Whereas the worker is the one aggrieved for not renewing such permit, he/she shall ask the employer to renew the work permit and the resident permit as long as the work relation remained on going. If the employer did not respond to that, the worker should report this to the concerned labor office to make the proper procedures towards the employer.

All workers should carry with them the work permit and the resident permit whenever they travel within the kingdom, and they should present permits to officials from related governmental agencies, such as Labor Offices and the Directorate for Passport. The Ministry of Labor issues the work permit according to certain conditions. As for the worker, the following conditions must be met:

• Worker entry to the Kingdom must be legal.
• Worker should be contracted with a Saudi employer or with an authorized non-Saudi employer under the Investment Law.
• Worker should have occupational ability or hold educational qualifications required by the state.
• Worker should hold a valid passport for at least six months.
• Worker should physically fit and not suffering from any diseases.

While the resident permit is issued by the Directorate General for Passport located all over the Kingdom’s regions according to specified conditions mentioned above.

How important is Work Contract? According to the Ministry of Labor, the worker should know and understand what is written on his Work Contract such as:

1. The work contract is a contract signed by both of the employer and the worker, where the latter is obligated by this contract to work under the management and supervision of the employer in turn for a wage. It also includes the terms of work agreed upon between both parties.
2. Before arriving in the Kingdom, the worker should have obtained a work contract signed by the worker and the employer or a representative with whom the worker will work. This contract should be written in Arabic language. It may be written in another language in addition to Arabic, knowing that the Arabic version is the one that will be considered. There must be no other contracts signed.
3. The worker should obtained his/her copy of the contract and should hold on to it during the work period in the Kingdom.
4. The work contract should state the date of signing and the date of commencement. The location and period of work should also be specified in case the contract is time-limited. Additionally, the wage and allowances must be mentioned in the contract as well as the worker occupation.

The worker shall be under a probational period for three months as of the date of starting work. The worker should not be subjected to a probational period more than once with any employer. It must be stated in the contract, clearly and in writing, that the worker will be subjected to a period of probation. Also the period must be clearly specified.

It is advised to migrant workers to fully understand what is stated on his/her work contract – to avoid from being abused! Bear me with part three about Working Hours and Vacations.

President Obama thinks that were headed in the right direction.And not going to let up. The unemployment rate for December fell 8.5 percent.

The jobs report showed the economy added more than 200,000 private sector jobs last month and that more than 3 million private sector jobs had been added in the last 22 months. He said to the nation “starting 2012 , manufacting is the rise and American auto industry on the mend”.

With unemployment rate has  remained above 8 percent for 35 months, the longest since Great Depression. I would like see tax credits  and more taxes on tariffs. If you give tax credit on hiring, it would be company who has 150 employees and hired five more and maintan it, would receive a credit. More hire and more get.  

According to the employment website CareerBuilder the year past was one in which being late for work excuses hit a new high – or is that a new low?  Even if it were true, would you tell your boss you were late because your cat had the hiccups?  Come on; if that’s the best you can come up with why not head for the unemployment office right now?

Being Late to Work is Increasing

CareerBuilder says that some 16 percent of workers reported they arrive late to work once a week or more, up from 15 percent last year (2010). Twenty-seven percent of workers arrive late to work at least once a month, up from 26 percent last year. The really bad news is that more than one-third (34 percent) of employers said they have fired an employee for being late.  Even Donald Trump will blink twice at the figure.

The top causes for reporting lake, according to the survey, were traffic (31 percent), lack of sleep/oversleeping (18 percent), weather conditions (11 percent), and getting the kids to school/daycare (8 percent).  Other excuses involved Internet usage, pets, the husband/wife and watching television.  Yes, all those will certainly go over well with your boss, right?

Here are some other wonderful and imaginative excuses as reported by more than 3,000 hiring managers and human resource professionals and almost 8,000 U.S. workers (employed full-time, not self-employed, non-government):

Top Ten Excuses

1. Employee’s cat had the hiccups.

2. Employee thought she had won the lottery (she didn’t).

3. Employee got distracted watching the TODAY Show.

4. Employee’s angry roommate cut the cord to his phone charger, so it didn’t charge and his alarm didn’t go off.

5. Employee believed his commute time should count toward his work hours.

6. Employee claimed a fox stole her car keys.

7. Employee’s leg was trapped between the subway car and the platform (turned out to be true).

8. Employee said he wasn’t late because he had no intention of getting to work before 9:00 a.m. (his start time was 8:00 a.m.)

9. Employee was late because of a job interview with another firm.  This excuse deserves some kind of award for the sheer moxie (or is it stupidity) of the excuse, although there might be some bonus points for honesty.

10. Employee had to take a personal call from the state governor (turned out to be true).

If nothing else the American workforce, and perhaps workers worldwide, can be given credit for the creativity and resourcefulness.  Something that might come in handy as they search out their next place of employment.

An American Citizen is charged for a Marijuana related crime every 30 seconds. There were 1,663,582 marijuana related arrests in 2009 (13.0 percent of the total arrests in 2009)

“The U.S. federal government spent over $15 billion dollars in 2010 on the War on Drugs, at a rate of about $500 per second.” Said drugsense.org

Can you believe that? That would cost the Fed 1.5 trillion over the next 100 years. And that’s just at the Federal level; local governments also spend money cracking down on Marijuana. This requires larger police forces, larger jails, and of course, the problem of people being locked up for possessing a dried flower. 

    Additionally, if you didn’t stop at decriminalization, and allowed for it to be sold under local restrictions like alcohol and tobacco, the expected tax revenue federally would be 6.2 billion annually. That’s 0.62 trillion in 100 years… That equals a 2.1 trillion federal savings over 100 years, without counting inflation.

    That 2.1 trillion could be used to help pay for our huge debt, and help balance budgets for States and other local governments. And I’m not including the commercial and tax benefits of Hemp, that’s a separate but similar issue. Because Marijuana “Cannabis” is the drug, and Hemp, a rope like byproduct derived from Marijuana that cannot be used as a drug… The economic benefits of Hemp are much larger than Cannabis, because it is likely to replace cotton as the main material for fabric, replace trees for paper, as ass produce more than 5000 other products. In conclusion, decriminalizing Marijuana would have many great benefits for our economy, people, and environment. 

One person came to me for advice ,but then whenever she could she turned me into the big boss to get me in trouble.  I was stupid and believe that this person would not do something like that to me.  I was her friend and she cared what I do-right?   Very Wrong!

As I sat back now and thought about the situation, I knew who had to turn me in cause she was the only one I had told about it.  My trusting friend couldn’t wait to tell the big boss ,so she could get me in trouble.  Friends like that I don’t need.

I started to think I could trust no one.  God is helping me to see that there is people out there I can trust.   There is people that do need help from me and do want me as a friend.  I put the “wrong” person behind me and got on with my life.

In dealing with this, God also helped me to see that I was not the most important person in everyone lives and ,so what if I was top in my department.  I was not the big boss making the decision for the factory ,so I was not the most important person in everyone lives.

The only person that should be the most important person to everyone is God!  He has got me passed and through things that I thought would never be taking care of.  I love and trust God with my whole heart.

He has been giving me time to crochet lately.  I want to bless the homeless and unemployed.  I am making slippers, scarves, mittens, gloves, and hats.  Next Christmas, the homeless and unemployed will have something to look for–homemade crochet belongs they can call their own!

I have a big dream for the future and that is to be able to give the homeless a place to live.  The unemployed I hope and pray that I will be able to bring jobs to my small town.  With the income that I plan for the future I pray that one day I will be able to put on a big feast for the unemployed and homeless.
