A brief wake-up call to the American pubic by way of review of our past president and the current candidate's records on job creation from a pro-Democratic/Obama perspective.

Well, Mitt Romney is at it again with his infantile mudslinging at Obama and his administration. This time it is over the shortfall of last month’s economic growth; only 69,000 jobs were added in May. Of course, that is still adding jobs, not hemorrhaging them at a breakneck pace as before. What continues to concern me even more is the apparent lack of even a modicum of long-term memory on the part of the American public. I can easily see why no one in the GOP has even acknowledged the abysmal pit of horror that Obama inherited from George (Train Wreck) Bush, Jr., since it certainly isn’t in their best interests for election purposes. But how we as citizens can continue to forget the near-miss catastrophe that was our economy before Obama took office simply flummoxes me! How can anyone fault a man who 1.) was even willing to be a Democratic nominee and take on the mudslide of fiscal irresponsibility and mind-numbing war debt that was flourishing under George Jr.’s administration, and 2.) actually managed to stop the total imminent collapse of the U.S. as a leading economic world power? Greece anyone? No? Do we actually believe that such near annihilation can be turned around in only four years? I can only assume that the memory of the American public is somewhat akin to mesh screening; flimsy, porous, and prone to damaging rust.

Meanwhile, I think it is fascinating that Romney has the nerve to attack Obama on a jobs creation platform since while Romney was governor of the illustrious Commonwealth of Massachusetts we had a jobs creation ranking (yes, I actually lived in the Commonwealth at that time) of 47 out of 50 by state. By the way, that isn’t a number I just pulled out of my shorts. This little factoid is according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. And just four years after he exited the premises Massachusetts shot up to 11 out of 50, according to the nonpartisan Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation. Hmmm. These numbers don’t seem to support the contention that Romney’s expertise as a businessman qualifies him to run a country. Perhaps he is planning on selling stock to get us through this crisis, like he did to get by in his “poor Boston University college days.” Selling stock, so he and his wife could both attend BU! At the same time! Without working! Are we hearing this America? Has anybody ever had the privilege of not working his or her backside to the bone trying to get through college, let alone adding a wife to the mix and attending a prestigious Ivy League university? It is obvious to everyone but him that he and his wife come from the disassociated stinking rich. They have never been in any real danger of losing anything, except maybe their cluelessness. Interestingly, Obama just recently admitted that he finally paid off his student loans just eight years ago. Me, I’m still paying, and I am thankful every day that our unemployment rate is only 8.2%. God, things could be so much worse.

The presentation is cons-intuitive. This has always said that his gut tells you it’s a good idea could not be. Sometimes it’s your intuition is often to avoid the most important step. Your inner voice when you realize you need to do a public speech is to write all this and read it word for word in public. That way you will not be speaking from memory, so it does not get stuck, and I still have that feeling bad it has once exhausted their ideas, have nothing to talk about it.
But even if they do not use the method of enveloping his entire speech, there are situations where a hearing is required reading. You can have a section of part of its analysis, the answer to what you need so you can know. Or there may be events that are too long to remember, and you should read. The situations are varied, where the reading of your group is required. So to be prepared for it to be a part of your presentation, you must practice.
The simple truth is that people really do not like being read to. Add to this dilemma, when you look down to read, his voice does not project to the audience, but as the script. You lose most of the strength of the floor when you look down, so the strength of his speech is greatly reduced through simple mistakes.
A method to cancel the reading lesson through a script is to deliver their script to the audience in advance, and refer them if necessary during the call. This gives them a place to watch while you read. So when you read the material, do not put it on the podium and begins to look down on him. This way you can read it and always take care of the strength of his contact with the iris of the eye with the listeners.
Do not be tempted to think that because you read all or part of your presentation, you can go smaller. In fact, you should prepare yourself even more. Make sure you are very knowledgeable about the words that do not mean so much to read that you are reciting a script. By giving the words are not so concerned about the need to read word for word, and that people read faster compared with those who listen, they will be one step ahead of you and know the contents in advance.
Prepare by reading the passage. Avoid the desire to read some expressions that you see on the agenda. Learn how to read the script with emotion and with an accent. Such methods solve the major problems for public reading. With these results were found that reading will normally take place within the rest of the presentation. Furthermore, when this can be done in order not to lose your audience, you have made a breakthrough in the presentation and development of public speaking.

Change in life patterns is an essential requirement of life and should be preferred to experience progress.

Some people enjoy change, and they look forward to new experiences. Others reminiscent of their lives to stop the same, and they do not vary their everyday habits.

A number of individuals like to live in the alike house, give birth to the same job and lifestyle all their lives. However, others aspire to changes and new experience. Personally, for the quite a few reasons, which I strength of character give explanation below.

First of all, changes in one’s life bring many benefits. One tries new things, gains new comprehension and experience. I think it is great for the reason that the lacking changes soul becomes boring. I am forever trying to make changes in my life. Moreover, whilst I sense that my kick is boring I do not sense attractively about it. I feel akin to my tired individuals living for nothing. I did not do anything exiting, I learnt zilch appealing and I moral washed out my time.

Second of all, populate need changes. Furthermore, we requisite obstacles to overcome and make our goals. I suppose that changes appoint us stronger, more persistent, added self-confident, and more patient. Also, I touch that all people who succeeded in living in the vein of the changes and new experience as it is impossible to be the greatest at a little field without perfecting the existing knowledge and gain new experience. People catch every opening to gather more and modification their life for the better.

From the other side, colonize who like their lives to stay the constant are very permanent. They produce the same job all their life, the unaffected habits, the same weekend and even the same time in being out. I think it is boring. Pardon? Determination they let know their children approaching their lives? Come again? Kind of part will they do for the society? I think such ancestors are just frightened of the changes.

I ponder curiosity and aspiration to the new experience are two of the main reasons of human evolution. Nation for ever and a day wanted to break limits and get more knowledge and experience. So, people who enjoy revolution are the engine of human development.

Don’t you think it’s odd that Mitt Romney was a governor but he’s not running on that record because
when he took office job creation for that state was 35th out of 50. By the time he left it was 47th out
of 50. So much for his job creating skills.

He claims to have created 100,000 jobs at Bain. Well if you talk to American workers who had the
unfortunate luck to cross paths with Romney they’ll tell you a different story. on “Fact Checker”
they gave Romney 4 Pinocchio for embellishing the truth

Romney has proved time and again that he has no empathy for people. No remorse for harm that he
caused and no regard for the truth. Voter fraud he committed comes to mind.

The last thing we need in the Oval office is monster like him

If you really get involved you have the potential to make $10 or more everyday. You decide WHEN your desired amount is due. You just need an alertpay account!

Making money online is not an easy task. With so many scams out there as well, marketing gurus definitely do not facilitate such a task either. With the economies decline in the US more and more people are desperatley looking for ways to make a side income with their orignal to compensate for their losses over the years. Our national debt increases every second, every year, and its becoming prevalent with increased rates of unpaid mortages and home loss signs at every corner, that the average citizen simply can’t survive on one income alone at least with out make some drastic cuts like healthcare for example.

In my case, without splurging in to detail. I was an excellent student with promise that graduated highschool in 2010 and quickly jumped into college wondering by the second year if my degree was going to be worth it as things seemed to appear worse. I struggled on ramen noodle diets, working part time to afford books and school supplies, and trying to study. Although I love education with all my heart I quickly realized that if I developed stress my academics would fail to represent what I know what I am truely capable of. Even after utilizing all my resources with proffesors and councelors that saw potential me, my stress quickly mounted on itself and I realized with all the expenses and living on a tight budget I needed to take a break and try again later. It was during that time that my mind pondered about the benefits of having an online buisness.

Actually, I contemplated on online marketing since junior year of highschool. So I’ve been researching and experimenting for roughly about 4 years now. I learned alot. I knew I could do something like this. But quite frankly real buisness methods well always require an investment. Which was something I certainly didn’t have. So I was stumped.

One day, I believe it was november, in the year 2011 I stumbled upon JSS and JSS-tripler. With just $20 which was literally almost all I had for money, I started earning every single day to present and confidently future as well, for the first time online in my whole life.

Since then I’ve earned a total of $171.50. I could be earning so much more. Those $20 purchased me 1 position and a 3-4 month upgrade that paid me 2% back in my account everyday. Letting the earnings compound I’d continue buying more positions with it and watch my earnings grow even more. There are testimonials of people who bought so many positions they now wake up everyday with a huge income they can withdraw at anytime they want. I’m being patient. I’m willing to srtuggle one more year or two before I reach that point becuase quite frankly I have nothing left to invest with and I can’t put priorities on the line. But each position really does pay 2% back and each cost $10. So if you invest $500 you can make $10 everyday which MEANS YOU CAN BUY A NEW POSTION EVERYDAY UNLIMITED. Best part you don’t need refferals. But it is an option. Actually there are five ways to make money but I’m only testing out one for now. You can chat with other members in the community and listen to live webinars free with the founder and co-founder speaking live on chat to you a a certain hour.

Right now if you sign up you get a free $10 to start. It’s worth a test drive at least.

I just thought this might be something worth looking at for some out there. Click here You can do your own research!

You can do this if:

you are from any part of the world ( Hablo espanol. si quieres preguntame lo que quieres saber)

You want a way out or at least want to educate yourself on marketing

Cheers,

More people are struggling these days even in major counties like the US and UK. While we may have a benefit system to support those who are unemployed and struggling to find work its sometimes not enough.

People are finding themselves having to go to extreme measures to bring in some extra income, others are using it as an alternative because they don’t want to be on welfare. People are turning to the sex industry to make ends meet.

That doesn’t mean straight up prostitution but that doesn’t stop it from making people uncomfortable and ashamed of what they do. Eventually some people learn to enjoy what they do and/or become addicted to the money.

What about testing sex toys for a living and getting paid to review them? This option has been more popular of late and doesn’t require you to meet anyone or talk dirty down the phone to horny men.

While I wouldn’t want to take up any of these jobs myself but I can understand the appeal. Sex sells after all, but personally I wouldn’t want to add escort to my CV under job history. I don’t think anyone else would either, but some people just have no choice.

May, 12th 2012 is another global date to come up in the squares peacefully to struggle for our jobs and homes.

Last year, people of all ages gathered for several days in Madrid. It meant a start of a long struggle everywhere.

The 15th of May Movement started last year during the local election campaign in Madrid. Then, it was extended to other Spanish cities. Then, it went beyond our frontier to reach to places as Wall Street or on the surroundings of London’s Stock Exchange.

The 15th of May Movement is mainly organised by youngsters who, according to their slogan, have no home, no job, no pension for the future… but no fear to fight for their rights.

Needless to say that although this movement has been organised by students and youngsters, less young people are welcome to join in to struggle for their rights. In fact, those in their 40’s or 50´s should join in, because no matter the age, we are all in the same boat.

On October 15th 2011, there was a global call to occupy the squares of any city centre world wide. It was a huge success as marches and demonstrations took place in 82 countries. The demands were very similar everywhere. People Need Jobs, it read on a banner in Wall Street. We also read on banks, bankers and financial markets on many other banners. So, it’s a joint struggle regardless the country, age, race or gender. As it was stated in many of these demonstrations on October last We are the 90% of the people.

Today is May, 12th 2012. There’s another global call to occupy the squares everywhere for the same reasons that brought us out in them last year.

Some people may not agree on these trend to occupy peacefully the squares in the city centre in every town or city in the world. They may even think they’re sort of scum or mobs, but we are not. We are part of this 90% of people struggling for our jobs, homes, education, health. This movement everywhere is opposed to banks and bankers that are evicting many people from their homes, because they have been made redundant and can’t pay up their mortgages.

It may be a nuisance for some people, but it’s our right to demonstrate and struggle for our rights. It is a must in a democratic society.

So far, the movement in Spain has achieved to stop hundreds of evictions.

As it is commonly said in Spain, a baby who won’t cry, won’t get his feed!

How these small change could make that big difference?

Let me start with an obvious question. Are Chinese-Filipino’s leading the Philippine economy? Capital-YES, most of the top companies in our country are led by Chinese-Filipinos; Lucio Tan, Henry Sy, Gokongwei, just to name a few. I admire their way of thinking. It is their mentality of earning-a-penny-for-every-bucket-of-sweat that we common Filipino’s lack.

It is this mentality that I would like to share with you. An idea, so obvious it became unnoticed.

We all need to go through the phase of sweating-a-bucket-to-earn-a-penny… or a cent, to be in particular.

In this world, our finances determine our state of being; we all need to have money to live a good life, I am not being materialistic here, I’m just being realistic. Unless you have taken the vow of poverty, you know deep in your heart that you want to be wealthy or taste a pinch an opulent lifestyle before you pass on to the next world.

Spending money is one of the easiest tasks to do in the face of the world, while earning it is a completely different story. I don’t know why but we Filipino’s, as a people seem to have a lubricated hand when we have cash under our palms. This completely contradicts our intangible asset of being pictured and framed as a thrifty race-internationally.

In terms of earning, most of us seem to carry boulders behind our backs when we’re tasked to do certain jobs. We move so slow and feel so exhausted that our clients, customers and bosses are on the brink of collapsing due to high-blood pressure from watching our work pace. (Let’s not use the excuse of low salary because if you don’t like your job and your wage, then why still work there?)

It is this attitude, the kind of mentality that we need to change in order for us to attain the certain degree of excellence that those tycoons have achieved. I am not imposing that you be the next Lucio Tan or Henry Sy, I am just implying that you need not to be poor or financially troubled all throughout your life time.

Let us impose the mentality of working hard, investing time and effort into our work and saving the little cents that we earn. I will emphasize “saving the little cents”. Do not make the mistake that many of our ancestors made. They passed-over the business that offered little cents of profit and worked for jobs that provided deflating income. The Chinese people would grab every opportunity they have to do those meagre businesses that offered little cents of profits, that is why they are now the leaders of the economy here in our country and abroad. On the other hand, majority of the Filipino people would satisfy themselves by working under and for other nationalities. Most would pity themselves and blame the Philippine Government for not providing better living conditions-really, how pitiful!

Want to know the obvious success secret of the Chinese people? Remember those little cents of profits they’re earning that our Filipino ancestors passed-over? Those little cents was pooled together to create a huge fund. That huge fund in-turn was used to create other businesses that would provide cents of profits which would be then once more pooled together to expand and create chains of businesses. The cycle went on until they have reached their peak and those people that worked buckets of sweat for those little cents are now on their 3 piece suits employing Filipinos that’s eager for jobs that would provide deflating income.

“A drop of water isn’t worth much, but when pooled together fills a jar.”

These people aren’t more superior to us; they’re just a little more-for lack of better word-determined, to work harder and smarter than the rest of us.

We could still change our circumstances. You, my dear reader, becoming the next business leader, yes! That does not sound farfetched, doesn’t it?

Let us apply the knowledge that we have learned and live with the mentality that they, our Chinese-Filipino brothers and sisters, have imparted to us to achieve our financial and economic goal.

Can you really say that working online can make you a steady income? You put in so much effort to find out that you are coming up very short.

There are those success stories that say they are making lots of money online. I’m just wondering where’s the proof. Some spend money and many years trying to succeed and come up short. Is it really that easy or do you have to waste so much money to get somewhere? Let’s face it making money online is not easy and can take many years to figure out how to be a success. You shouldn’t give up trying but you should be careful about some of the programs that claim you’ll make large amounts of money.

Some only make a few bucks a month and lean towards giving up and others have found genuine practice to rack in some cash. The objective is not to give up but to do some research about your goals. Everyone needs money to pay bills, pay for gas or pay school fees for their kids. With the dreadful economy people are willing to try online and offline gigs. It can be a drag at times when you have to continually put in so much ever and the results are minimum. It doesn’t mean to give up hope but you may want to take a break and regroup.

Of Sometimes course working online isn’t easy and some put in as much effort as someone who works a 9-5 job. You may have to take a break and come check back in here and there. Sometimes you’ll get discouraged and think that you are failing but that is further from the case. You just have to ask for assistance and read more about the subject.

To maintain an affirmative action policy and remain complaint within the eyes of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), companies must create standard diversity and inclusion policies. These policies should be embedded within job descriptions, displayed on the walls at work, and placed in the company handbook.

It is especially important for federal contractors and subcontractors to have diversity and inclusion policies, since they must abide by Executive Order 11246, as amended; Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 U.S.C. 4212.

If you don’t know if you are a federal contractor, you can take a look at the definition of a federal contract. A federal contract is defined by the government as any agreement between a department or agency of the Federal Government and any person for the purchase, sale, or use of goods or services, while a federal subcontract is an agreement or arrangement with a Federal contractor either (1) for the furnishing of supplies or services or for the use of real or personal property, which is necessary to the performance of any one or more Federal contracts; or (2) under which any portion of the Federal contractor’s obligation under any contracts is performed, undertaken, or assumed. So some but not all contracts with a Federal contractor will trigger coverage under the laws administered by OFCCP.

An example of an inclusion policy might read: [Company] is fully committed to the fair and equal treatment of everyone we deal with. We see diversity as an asset that helps deliver our vision of a service meeting the needs of all our customers and stakeholders, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, belief or socio-economic background.

[Company] believes in treating all people with respect and dignity. We strive to create and foster a supportive and understanding environment in which all individuals realize their maximum potential within the company, regardless of their differences. We are committed to employing the best people to do the best job possible. We recognize the importance of reflecting the diversity of our customers and markets in our workforce. The diverse capabilities that reside within our talented workforce, positions [ ] to anticipate and fulfill the needs of our diverse customers, both domestically and internationally, providing high quality products/services.

[Company] recognizes that there are distinct demographic groups that have long been disadvantaged. We recognize that racism, ageism, sexism and other forms of discrimination are problems both for our organization and society as a whole. [Company] is committed to tackling cultural stereotypes both within and outside our organization. We have clear reporting procedures for any type of discrimination or harassment combined with follow-up procedures to prevent future incidents.

[Company] is diverse along many dimensions. Our diversity encompasses differences in ethnicity, gender, language, age, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, physical and mental ability, thinking styles, experience, and education. We believe that the wide array of perspectives that results from such diversity promotes innovation and business success. Managing diversity makes us more creative, flexible, productive and competitive.”
