She’s just had a whirlwind trip tot the UK, making a show stopping appearance at the BRITs, celebrating her 24th birthday, and filming the Jonathan Ross Show.

And it seems all the excitement has finally caught up with Rihanna.

The 24-year-old tweeted a sultry shot of herself curled up on what looks like a hotel bed, captioned ‘Come here rude boy… ‘

 The post was perhaps a cheeky reference to her cap, which had the word ‘BOY written across it in capitals.

Or maybe she was simply tired, as the star tweeted earlier today: ‘literally craawwwled to the plane! NO SLEEP!!! #AreWeThereYet’

 Rihanna was spotted embracing Jonathan Ross in a huge hug as she turned up to record a spot on his TV show on Wednesday.

The singer was at the ITV studios prepping to perform her track Talk That Talk on his program.

But she almost faced a style disaster in the lead up to her appearance when her hair was ruined during a sauna and spa treatment.

 Rihanna spent £15,000 on flying her stylist over to salvage her locks especially for her slot with Jonathan.

The Umbrella hit maker’s blonde hair was fully on display as she greeted the TV host and was styled with her fringe down and the rest of it wavy.

She wore a baseball cap sideways on top of her locks emblazoned with the word ‘BOY’ in capitals and stuck to her denim look with the same shirt she’d been spotted wearing earlier in the day.

 Jonathan, who was casually dressed in a striped polo shirt, wrapped his arms around the 24-year-old before he got changed into his usual attire of a suit for the final recording.

And he was clearly in a jovial mood at the entrance of the pop superstar as he waved in an animated fashion to photographers through the ITV studio windows.

Rihanna later changed into her performance outfit, wearing a top emblazoned with the words BOY as a make-up artist perfected her face before she went on screen.

 And although she was a picture of calm as she turned up to the show, she was in a frantic panic just a day before when she thought her hair would be ruined for the interview.

She had gone for a swim at the hotel she’s staying in in the capital before relaxing in its sauna and spa facilities.

And after it left her locks in a matted state she flew in her hair stylist Ursula Stephen to help her regain her sleek appearance, because she didn’t want to take a gamble on an unknown local hairdresser.

 A source tells The Sun: ‘When she got out, her hair was tangled and matted. She slapped a load of conditioner on but it didn’t get through the mass.

‘She didn’t want to take the chance on an unknown. Because they were on such a tight schedule, they had to get her on the first flight. Rihanna didn’t care about paying a fortune.’

Her tresses were obviously worrying her as she stepped out in a number of outfits leading up to her meeting with Ross wearing a hat to cover her hair.

Rihanna stepped out on Tuesday on her way to ITV wearing an all denim get-up with thigh-high black boots and some studded hot pants.

And her hair was covered in another cap, while the day before she hid her locks with a black visor, before leaving a recording studio with her hoody up.

A source adds: ‘Rihanna shoved a hat on to go to the studios. She was fine when she knew Ursula was on her way.’

The singer may open up to Jonathan about recent rumors linking her to Cheryl Cole after speculation heightened over a possible duet between the pair this week.

Cheryl fuelled even more rumors by tweeting some cryptic song lyrics on her Twitter page, suggesting they could be the words to a new song between the ladies.

She wrote: ‘You know it turns me on when the beat starts dirty dancing.. The way it calls to me I can almost feel its rage.. La da da da da Dum Dum.

 ’Bass in my face, put the bass in my face, put the bass in my face, put the bass in my face.’

And while Rihanna has been busy working a in a recording studio during her stay in the capital, she also reportedly took time out of her schedule to visit high street store River Island’s head quarters.

It is thought bosses at the clothing company are holding talks with her about launching her own line in the UK.

From world leaders to the man who lives around the corner, sex has claimed the lives of countless men who failed to control their urges and lived to regret it. When the wife of a man discovers he has been sleeping around, it can be the end of the road for that man’s marriage and by extension, his family life. Then there is the political candidate running for office and with every chance of claiming a powerful and lucrative position only to find it all goes up in smoke when a tabloid newspaper reveals his indiscretions to the world.

Reputations Ruined

How many times have we seen newspaper and television reports revealing the secret lives of people in the public eye, effectively ruining their careers. Especially so, and deservedly, when it is revealed their sexual deviancy falls into the area of child pornography. There have been some high profile cases in recent years including that of former pop star Gary Glitter who was convicted of child abuse. As well as destroying his reputation, he has also come to be viewed as a hate figure. Don’t expect to hear any of his records played on radio!

Talking of radio, the big story in the UK in recent weeks has been that of the indiscretions of the two idiots Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand who somehow thought it was funny to make obscene calls to Andrew Sachs, using very sexually explicit language. Just another example of how sex can be at the root of self-inflicted problems. Yes sex can bring pleasure, but can also bring heartache if sexual urges are not kept in check.
