“Khloe joked with me and said, ‘Will you be my surrogate?’” Kim tells the magazine when asked about having children of her own. “I said, ‘I think I have a couple more years when I just want my body to myself. At 35, I promise I’ll consider it.’”

It’s hard to tell how sincere the sisters are about this (or anything, really), but at 31, Kim only has a few more years to make good on her promise! Meanwhile, Khloe, 27, is sticking to doing things the natural way. In a visit to the Today show on Wednesday morning, Khloe denied rumors that she’s seeking fertility treatments.

“It’s always been a plan for Lamar and I to start a family,” says Khloe, who admits that her husband is jealous that sister Kourtney Kardashian is on her second pregnancy. “Definitely, we want kids, but we really are like, when it happens it happens.”

Still, Khloe says she’s now being courted by the whole fertility industry — which made for an interesting Valentine’s Day.

“Yesterday I actually got sent all these bouquets of flowers to my condo in Dallas, and I read the cards and it’s from three different fertility treatments, saying ‘I hope you try us out!’” she tells Today. “It’s like, that’s a little presumptuous!”

In a recent interview with People, Khloe said she’s actually relieved that she didn’t get pregnant when she and Lamar first started trying, before Lamar was traded from the L.A. Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks.

“I think, ‘Gosh, what if I did get pregnant last season or a few months ago?’” Kardashian told the magazine. “Or what if I had a newborn baby and all this (NBA) trade stuff happened? I don’t think I could have dealt with everything at one time. Doing this trade and my husband’s emotions and going through all that is so stressful.”

As for potential surrogate Kim, she’s still not sure if kids are in her own future.

“Do I want kids of my own? Absolutely,” Kim tells Allure. “But I don’t know if that’s what’s meant for me. Maybe I’ll just work, work, work, and not think about it.”

If Kim does have kids, they may be born into more privacy than the Kardashian family is accustomed to; Kim swears that her recent marriage debacle has made her “more private of a person.” (She even says that her next wedding should be “on a deserted island” with “no cameras.”) But don’t expect her to give up TV any time soon.

“I’m a firm believer that my show is who I am,” says Kim.

And could that next wedding on a deserted island be with former flame Reggie Bush? The pair, who dated on and off from 2007 to 2010, were spotted grabbing lunch in Beverly Hills on Sunday, sparking a new round of rumors that they might be rekindling their romance.

During an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his KISS-FM radio show, Khloe would neither confirm nor deny whether her older sis and the 26-year-old NFL player are once again dating — but she did say that she wouldn’t mind if they were.

“I think they both were just at the same place at the same time,” Khloe told Seacrest. “I don’t think they were on a date together.”

That said, Khloe thinks they make a good match… for somewhat of a strange reason. “I love ‘The Bush and The Tush,’” she said, referring to Kim’s famously curvaceous derriere. “You can’t do much better than that.”

Sunday on Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Kim Kardashian admitted she is not happy in her marriage to Kris Humphries, which happened a matter of weeks ago.

Who could have ever seen that revelation koming?

Deciding to mend fences at last, Kim tells her sis that she rushed into marriage and is embarrassed that she fell for the “fairy tale.” Read: Dollar signs. Minus 50.

Khloé responds that it’s normal to fight and forgives her. When Khloé asks if moving L.A. will change anything, Kim says no. Way to give it your best! Minus 35.

Poor Scott. Banished from bed, he says, “I’m not a good sleeper, never have been. All I want is to be back in bed with them.” Plus 17 for working up the nerve!

Scott on Khloe being in his bed: “I won’t tell Lamar [Odom] if you won’t.” Plus 10.

Khloe decides to play therapist, which she’s SO good at. Kris walks in on Scott and Khloe talking in his room. Things get even more awkward than before. Plus 24.

Plus 14 for Scott admitting he’s jealous of Mason, who sleeps in bed with Kourt, and for saying she’s “obsessed with her son.” It’s hard to admit such feelings.

After meeting with a real therapist (sorry Khloe), Kourtney and Scott decide to try to move Mason out of the bed. The little guy passes with flying colors. Plus 8.

Kris Humphries won’t let Kim Kardashian drag his name through the mud!

Kris recently tweeted about his disgust with the way he’s being shown on Kourtney & Kim Take New York, but his actions won’t stop with a few angry words.

“He’s not going to be vilified,” a source tells Life & Style. “Kris knows his rights. He will sue.”

The source adds that Kris’ ultimate goal is to get the show taken off the air before the finale!

Another friend of Kris’ knows that what people see on TV isn’t how Kris really is. “Kris wants to take action over this because it’s hurting his brand and his image.”

But an insider close to Kim says that Kris’ accusations are ridiculous. ‘You can’t edit what Kris said. — he said those things, and maybe the truth hurts.”

“He wants to sue because he saw what he looks like on TV and is embarrassed,” the Kim insider explained.

Kim Kardashian kicked off Kelly Ripa’s “Live With Kelly” week of female co-hosts Monday morning and got pretty personal when it comes to life after her controversial divorce.

“I didn’t think following my heart would create this much backlash,” Kardashian said of the public negativity following the announcement that her 72-day marriage to NBA star Kris Humphries was over.

Rumors of a sham wedding and a conniving Kardashian, whose only goal was to profit from her nuptials, flooded the Internet following the pair’s split, forcing Kim to move in with her mother. Kim even admitted that she packed only two pairs of sweatpants and a set of pajamas to do some major “soul searching” during her media hiatus.

Ripa then brought up the awkward fact that she and former guest co-host Nick Lachey dressed up as Kim and her ex-husband on their wedding day for the talk show’s Halloween episode — just hours before the pair announced that their marriage was over. Talk about bad timing.

But the tense moment was quickly alleviated as Kim graciously told Kelly, “That was the one thing that made me smile that day.”

The pair also got to talking about the the latest shocking divorce to rock Hollywood – the dissolution of Heidi Klum and Seal’s seven-year marriage. But after going through her own difficult split, Kim made it clear that she was done passing judgement on other couples.

“It’s so sad,” Kim said of Heidi and Seal’s announcement. “I would never wish anyone to go through a divorce, but then again after what I went through, you don’t really know until you’re in this person’s shoes … When I see other people when I might not understand their situation, now I really just step back because you don’t really know what they’re going through.”

Despite previous reports that Kris Humphries planned to sign Kim Kardashian’s divorce papers without a fight, People magazine is now reporting that Humphries plans to seek a legal separation instead, with the intent to annul his 72-day marriage to the reality TV star.

Sources tell the magazine that Humphries will file the papers within days.

According to California law, an annulment can only be granted if one of the following eight conditions have been met: bigamy, incest, underage spouse (without parental consent), prior existing marriage or domestic partnership, unsound mind (existence of a mental condition), fraud, force, or incapacity (partner is unable to consumate the marriage).

According to TMZ, the NBA star plans to cite fraud. Under California law, Humphries would need to prove that there was “deception regarding a significant matter that led to the marriage or the partnership and continued until the breakup.”

Celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told the Huffington Post that an annulment would not be the right decision in this case.

“An annulment is based on fraud… it requires corroboration, witnesses to back it up,” he said. “The average person with a 60-day marriage would be talking with their lawyer about an annulment. But there is a lot of exposure involved in it and I just don’t think they want that. I think in this case it would hurt them; it’s easier to get divorced.”

Kardashian filed for divorce last month, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

I was kinda sad this week when I heard that Kim Kardashian is getting a divorce.

A lot of people are saying that her marriage was all just a scam for publicity and money, and that they never had any intention of staying together.

As someone who has been dissected and scrutinized on the Internet, I don’t really think it’s cool to sit around and judge someone I don’t know. So I’m not gunna do that.

But what I am gunna do is talk about what Kim said publicly on her website:

“Everyone that knows me knows that I’m a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed into something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly… It just didn’t turn out to be the fairy tale I had so badly hoped for.”

First of all, let me just say that I believe Kim. After all, she has tons of money and even more publicity already. I doubt she would fake a wedding to have more of what she already has enough of. But what does seem to be in short supply for Kim is true love.

In fact, in almost every episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she would bring up the fact that she wanted to get married and have kids and start a family of her own. So maybe she just rushed in a bit too soon when it looked like her dream might come true. That seems a lot more probable to me.

Because, honestly, I can relate to that. I mean, sure, I think about meeting my Prince Charming, and I dream of a fairy tale wedding, and living happily ever after. What girl doesn’t? Even though that seems like forever away, it is something I think about from time to time.

And I’m a romantic too! Remember my last post? I believe a boy should ask a girl out and I believe a boy should hold a girl’s door open. I think it’s sweet. I know a lot of people might not agree, but it doesn’t matter because I get to choose this for myself. Maybe I’m a little more traditional. And maybe my search will take a while, like Kim’s, but in the end it has to be right or we have to say goodbye to our dream. So I admire that Kim refuses to give up on her dream.

I bet this is probably a very tough time for her. I think she feels like she disappointed everyone and like everyone is judging her. I think that’s sad because it really is a good thing that she realized this wasn’t right for her. Better now than after the babies came, right? In any case, I think it’s really great that she has the support of her family right now.

In fact, I’ve always admired how all the Kardashians value the importance of family. You could see that by what Khloe and Kourtney said on their Twitters when news about Kim’s divorce came out.

It makes me realize how lucky I am to have my family (especially with all the stuff that happened this year). Sometimes just having the support of your family makes everything better. And a lot of times, ice cream helps too!

So I think whatever flaws Kim may have (because no one’s perfect), she and her family set a really good example of how a family can support each other, no matter what happens to them.

And I know one day Kim will find her Prince Charming.

Kim, your “team’s” slash-and-burn-Kris-Humphries’-reputation tactics have backfired. Here’s how you “forced” him into seeking an annulment, and why you can’t give in to him now or you’ll be sorry.

Kim Kardashian, when you blindsided Kris Humphries by filing for divorce on Oct. 31 and then jetting off to Australia the same day, you were asking for trouble.

You may not have anticipated just how shocked, hurt, and embarrassed Kris would be, but you have to admit now that maybe having your divorce papers leaked onto TMZ the same day that your mother Kris Jenner started to promote her new book, Kris Jenner… And All Things Kardashian, and then leaving the country, wasn’t the best idea.

You may have thought that you discussed divorce with Kris, but clearly he didn’t think you were going to pull the trigger just like that, nor did he expect to suddenly start reading online that he was solely responsible for the marriage breakdown.

I can remember clearly that the first stories that appeared online about the divorce, with “sources” close to you or your family, blamed Kris for becoming a “fame hog,” hiring his own PR person and trying to get paid for making appearances and for representing brands, just like you.

Then the celebrity newsweeklies came out, and Kris was painted as the ”Husband From Hell” on theUS Weekly cover. He supposedly called you “fat” and “stupid,” and there were implications that he had borderline physically abused you.

Finally, Kris would have watched the premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, in which he was portrayed as a jerk who deserved to be divorced.

You have to understand, Kim, that this has been slap after slap to Kris. And the guy is still probably in shock. He did just marry you on Aug. 20th, in front of his family’s pastor Joel Johnson, and for better or worse, I bet he truly believed he had signed on to a marriage with you forever.

Even if you are a hopeless romantic, like you’ve said, and truly believed at the wedding that you were marrying Kris for life but that Kris immediately turned into Mr. Hyde after the honeymoon, your husband could still have expected that you would at least try and work through your problems and issues.

You have to concede that he might be stunned that you weren’t even willing to try counseling, and that he is probably reeling from the public attacks on his character. You have to be able to see how he could believe that you just “used” him as a prop in a made-for-TV wedding show and TV series.

No matter how innocent you may be, Kim, and how sincerely you may believe that Kris didn’t turn out to be the man of your dreams, you have to see that your actions could have goaded him intofiling an annulment based on fraud.

By fraud, Kris means that you tricked him into a fake marriage with the intent of it never being a real marriage. He’s likely so shocked by everything that’s happened that he really believes there was fraud.

I believe, Kim, that you thought that you had an airtight prenup that protected all your assets and that barely gave Kris a dime. You thought your divorce would be quick and easy.

But a man scorned can be just as intent on revenge as any woman, and you have an ex who feels totally burnt by you, your family and team.

He doesn’t want to let you divorce him so easily, and he may want money for revenge.

We’re told Kris believes Kim never intended to stay married to him, but needed a groom to fuel ratings for her show.  One source says, “Once they were finished taping, she just didn’t need a groom anymore.”

Kris is telling people he feels like a pawn in the game.  

And, we’re told, Kris is outraged by people who think he was in on the wedding scam — according to one friend, “He would have never flown in his childhood pastor to marry them and involve his church.”

Finally, Kris feels Kim’s own statement that she posted on her blog is a smoking gun … specifically, “I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have.  I got caught up in the hoopla and the filming of the TV show.”

Bottom line — the divorce/annulment war is on.

And recently, a man named Todd Waterman reveals about his affair with the mother of Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner. Waterman is a former lover Kris. Waterman admits that he never slept with Kris when she was still married to Robert Kardashian.

Waterman said he met with Kris when he was an athlete in Los Angeles. The meeting left a deep impression on between them.

“We thought we were both deeply in love. This is a very special, a little crazy and wild, we can not help myself,” Waterman said as quoted by Hollywoodlife.

He claimed to know Robert’s proximity to Kris. Robert pursuing him when he was caught and Kris Waterman in an apartment.

After her divorce from Robert, Kris Jenner in a relationship with Bruce, her husband now. However, while love with Jenner, Kris keep in touch with Waterman.

“He still came to the apartment and we were still sleeping together when Kris started out with Bruce,” he said.

Kardashian family still has not commented about the recognition of Waterman

Kim Kardashian strutted her charitable side when she gave a generous $50,000 to an LGBT suicide prevention program, US Weekly Magazine reports.

The reality starlet fundraised for the Trevor Projectback in September when she attended a 9/11 Cantor Fitzgerald event.

“The firm lost more than 600 employees in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001 and yesterday, on the 10th anniversary of the attacks, they donated all revenues from their trades to charities around the world,” Kardashian wrote on her blog after attending the event. “I was honored to take part!!”

A source close to Kardashian told RumorFix.com that “it’s important to Kim to support The Trevor Project because lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people face extreme levels of hate and discrimination in her generation and she knows that they need safe places like the Trevor Project to turn for help.”

This donation is just one a few benevolent gestures Kardashian recently offered up to deserving organizations.

At the end of her short-lived marriage, the former Mrs. Humphries donated the value of her wedding gifts to the Dream Foundation.

She’s also auctioned personal items online, and donated some of the profits to charity, and Kardashian recently took a trip to Haiti with Kris Jenner and actress Maria Bello. While there, the group helped the organization We Advance, a nonprofit whose mission statement says: “We are stronger together than we are alone.”
