The child previously was the only child of the family in the town of Kwa-Leng Kun, a small town east of the Mountains Jeng-hoa-san. He called Kwa Sin Liong, and the name of Sin Liong (Naga Sakti) is given to him because when conceived, his mother’s dream to see a name in the sky flying among the clouds. As for Sin Liong’s father was a drug dealer who is quite wealthy in the city Kun-leng.
